Since I have been introduced to this Papa Murphy's I have not bought a pizza anywhere else. The gluten free is really good too!

All items were exactly as described. Ready when picked up and tasted delicious.

Great pizza. Comparable prices to other chains, but there are ALWAYS deals and coupons to off-set this, namely $10 Tuesdays! Any large for just 10 bucks. The website is a pain sometimes, but that's more a corporate issue and this is a franchise business. Always fast and friendly service here. Very clean - I see the most recent health inspection is at a 99.5! I grew up on this stuff on the west coast, but I'm glad to have this location here to give me my Papa fix!

Pizza is always great and awesome sraff

delicious and quick! you don't even have to worry about the pizza getting cold on the way home, haha plus it was so thick and heavy that just one slice was enough to fill me up. I even ordered a club salad and cinnamon wheel and it just topped off my meal. absolutely delicious 10/10

This location has become my go-to restaurant for pizza in Greensboro. I can't emphasize this enough: the employees here are consistantly the friendliest and most efficient staff I've encountered in years. They are always incredibly friendly, efficient, and fast with my order. Whoever does the hiring at this location knows how to spot quality customer service.

Best take and bake. The stuffed crust is a freaking CASSEROLE! Great crusts, fresh yeast is actively rising as it warms and bakes well with a crisp crust and soft breadstick like interior. Fresh toppings. They follow directions regarding specific requests and the finished product is visually appealing. Great choice when you have guests.

Prompt service. Friendly staff. They do a great job building the pizzas as directed, and I love going home to bake it so it is very fresh.

This is by far the best pizza place in town!! I’m never disappointed in my food or the exceptional customer service when I get there.I could never pin point which pizza I like best because all of them are equally delicious to me but yesterday I tried the new taco chicken pizza and baby let me tell you this definitely needs to be a regular menu item. It was so delicious with just the right amount of ingredients. But the bed part is being able to bake it at home so you can enjoy it fresh and hot out of the oven. Papa Murphy I’m a lifetime customer.

One of the best pizza shops anywhere. Take and bake is an amazing idea, fresh dough and ingredients and then a fresh pizza right out of the oven...who's not gonna love that?? And throw in a side of the SCRATCH MADE 5-CHEESE BREAD with the marinara and you are getting close to heaven my friend. Tips from a longtime customer...order whatever pizza you want and then go home and add more toppings!! We always add more cheese and spinach. If you haven't tried their parmesan herb and cheese shaker then you HAVE to buy one, they're like $5, shake that all over the pizza before you bake it and BAM, you have the best tasting pizza sitting right in your own oven!!

I was a little skeptical about the baking the pizza at home thing, but I was surprised how it worked fine and the Flavour was so good. Definitely recommend for a quick dinner, especially because you can store the pizza up to 24 hours before baking. Just did not approve the plastic wrap, they should used cardboard something similar

Really good pizza and cheap. Cooks really well on a pellet grill. Eaten from there twice so far and will definitely be back. Always check the specials. 5$ Friday Favs is a good day to give them a try. Watch the cooking times though. They can run a little shorter than the instructions say.

I purchased the Chicago Stuffed. The pizza weighted a ton! I loved baking it myself. Not only was it hot, I could bake to my exact level of crispy. I ordered extra sauce and wish I had not (my bad not theirs). The crust was DELICIOUS (especially dipped in ranch)! It kinda reminded me of a soft pretzel. The pie overall had good flavor, but needed salt. Honestly it tasted better warmed over the next day. You should DEFINITELY try it! It's a great value for the quality!

Pizzas are ALWAYS delicious. Staff is friendly. App was horrible and it was discontinued. Customers are directed to website now to order; however it does not "connect with the store." Hence my rating of 4. FYI - all pizzas are only $10 on Tuesdays and can keep in fridge for 2 days before baking. Tuscan chicken is amazing!

We had been enjoying regular pizza nights thanks to Papa Murphy's email coupons. Then the management seemed to disappear. The toppings are very sparse now. The ladies in the front would have to look for my pizzas in the back, no biggie. Until last week when the employee decided I was too much work, and just ignored me after she didn't find my order in the front. She helped a customer who came in after me, with no explanation/apology. I sat down to wait. When I tried to point out her error she insisted that was the correct procedure. Won't be back since they definitely don't know what customer service means!

My review would be 5 stars if it weren't for 1 specific employee in a leadership role with a horrible attitude. Papa Murphy's in general is a great, inexpensive place to grab a customized pizza you can bake at home. Most staff is friendly except this one woman. I've had several encounters with this woman and she honestly deters me from wanting to come in more often. Today for example. I picked up a mini murph pepperoni pizza along with garlic bread and their new meatball marinara. $21 total. Before walking out, I checked to be sure my mini murph had pepperoni like it was marked to have (I highly recommend doing this as I've gotten home with pepperoni marked boxes with no pepperoni 3x before). My box had the pepperoni but I noticed the marinara was lacking. Barely any in the container. I was also missing the topping cheese container but I knew I had cheese at home so didn't bother mention it to anyone). I asked the young pleasant man that rung my order up if I could have another spoonful of marinara and I thought he was going back to do so. That's when I heard the yelling from the back. "What is she getting? What did she order?" And I mean yelling. He smartly went to the back so she could stop yelling throughout the store and when he came back he kindly told me there's an upcharge for extra marinara. Mind you, my container didn't have the appropriate amount (couldn't cover the entire crust with it). I only wanted a spoonful more, not another cup but when I inquired as to how much would it be, he said 1.99. The mini murph kit is $4. I thanked him and told him I'd be ok. I thought it would be maybe 50 cent for a spoonful. But nope. The yelling woman in the back told him $1.99. That short woman in the back with blonde hair has always been rude and abrupt for no reason and as always, she again has deterred me from coming back more often. On other occasions, just asking a question about different sauces gets an attitude from her. I asked her once to not add topping cheese to an large pizza and she went back and forth with me about it (my bf liked his pepperoni burnt a little so no topping cheese on that pizza helped). It's just always something when she's working and unfortunately, every time I come in, she's there. It's a shame because the gentleman who helped me today, was just as nice as can be. He seemed to be new and was only doing as he was told so I don't fault him at all.

I would give a higher review if the price point was lower. Pizza is bland and boring. It's not much better than a frozen pizza from the supermarket. However, it is significantly more expensive. Over $40 for 2 medium pizzas that I had to pick up AND cook. Order from a great local restaurant and you'll likely get a much better product.

Called them for 39 mins just got a busy signal. Tried to order online but could not order what type of pizza I wanted. Showed up to order in person and the young boy with dark hair was very sweet and great customer service. However, the older lady started yelling it would be a long wait unless I order a simple pizza. Don’t waste your time!!! Really? You cook the pizza yourself lol looks like the owner needs to get staff that can work and handle a lot of business. Last I checked that’s what a business openers wants lots of business.

So. Let me start by saying, I really thought about whether or not I wanted to leave this review. But, in the end, I decided it was better for me to tell the truth and possibly save someone else from wasting their hard earned money. I had been seeing an ad for the double shredded pepperoni pizza and, being a pizza addict, thought it looked great and wanted to try it. I have never been more disappointed in a pizza before in my entire life. I like when places do things to set themselves apart from the pack, and make their product original. It's pizza, there's only so many things you can tweak or change. That being said, this was the most disgusting pizza I've ever had in my life. Hands down, no question. It's hard to even describe what it was about the pizza that was so bad. Taste? Texture? Aftertaste? All of the above. If you shredded used prison shower flip flops and made them into a paste, spread that paste out and put pizza toppings on it, that might get you close to what this tasted like. Disgusting. I wish I were joking. I have never in my life had a more objectionable pizza. I really did want this to be tasty, as the picture in the advertisement looked amazing. I honestly don't know why anyone would enjoy this. I do understand now why there are so few locations. I will give credit, the chocolate chip cookie dough wasn't bad at all. I baked it into cookies, and they were pretty tasty. But, the pizza and monkey bread, both just absolutely disgusting. Never again. You can get better frozen pizza or at any of the regular chains.
