Service was very fast and friendly. Staff was enthusiastic, and food was as expected. Manager yelled merry christmas to us from the back as we left.. came here christmas eve of 2018.

This talk about is conveniently located right off the freeway, good place to grab a bite to eat during commuter Rush Hour. It's a good place to sit to wait till traffic dies down, dining area is clean, it's never crowded when ordering food inside nor at the drive-thru. The food is always nice and hot and freshly made.

If you like Taco Bell food then you will like it. I will say this Taco Bell has screwed up my orders the least of any I've visited.

Love it!!! I usually find the service great but for some reason the worker tonight was intensely staring at me while my card was being charged and they handed me my drink... I couldn't figure out why. Staring super hard and it wasnt with a smile or anything. Odd. Other than that, bomb food. Love me a baja blast soda!

This taco bell has the happiest workers. Always happy to help and genuinely concerned about customers wants and needs. Always made high quality crunchwraps and tacos, never messy.

Some Taco Bells are poorly managed, but not this one. Although the decor is not the newest edition, they almost always get my order right. My kids always want to subtract sauce, and I add grilled chicken for 60¢.

I try to order from here especially when I'm doing doordash because even though G Street Taco Bell is closer to me the one on chiles street always seem to wrap my Crunchwraps with a little bit more care.

I've had taco bell all over the central valley, the peninsula, the central valley and who knows how many other places. The food here better than any taco bell I've ever been to. For real. Fries were super seasoned. The burrito supreme was loaded. Bomb.

Loved the spicy potato soft taco with black beans added here! Staff is great!! I hope they bring back the Fiesta Veggie Burrito soon!!

The staff that was working around 9:30pm on 02/10/26 was amazing! They got every aspect of my complex order correct and was super kind to fix my order with a fresher batch of fries. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great Taco Bell experience! 10/10

I went there for something really special and specific to my needs. I love the beans and cheese burritos, the beans are so smooth and soft. It really enhances the cheese and tortillas. But I wasn't looking for that. I was looking for something that can only be found in the lobby and I look, and Oh Yes!!! The lobby IS open! OHHDAHLAY.... By this time system is frantic. So I park my truck after waiting a few minutes for the delicious burrito to settle down, that, and the ice cream.... Know what I mean.....? So I get out of truck expecting the lobby does to be locked like have been lately, but no, I see people in there! They're eating the food I've been trying to get for weeks it seems like. So I open the door. I go to the counter to ask if they're open and how late? These days, you never know... I was just about to order sand I remembered what I came for and I was so ready.... For it. But, there was one thing I had to get before I ordered and I told the person at the counter, I'll be right back, and as i rounded the corner. I find. RESTROOMS CLOSED. On a big sign that you couldn't see from outside because of the wall and then a floor to ceiling window. RESTROOMS C L O S E D. What an empty feeling. I went there for one thing. One thing only. I could not believe my eyes,. RESTROOMS CLOSED due to the COVID-19. The WUHAN VIRUS aka the CCP-VIRUS ! ! ! Damn! RESTROOMS C L O S E D. Come on!!! EVERYwhere, RESTROOMS CLOSED Where do you go? Perplexed. ..... That's it.........!

Great customer service. I stopped for the steak nacho box and I really wasn't impressed. But that's just me. Keep in mind I'm big on customer service and they got that...

I’ve eaten there dozens of times. Customer service is normally good. Drive through can get busy at times. Dining room is getting a little dated, but is large and i’be never seen it too crowded. Wish they would clean up around the parking lot a little more often.

This Tacobell location in Davis really has improved in the last year. They got my order correct and got it out quick. Service was friendly too. A few years ago this location was chronically slow and got orders wrong.

Loved the 90s vibe, but didn't like that I had to wait 10+ minutes for my dine in order while others walked in and ordered after me and got their food before me.

It was closing time, however, they let me in and took my order without delay and delivered hot food. Wasn't the greatest, but then when is it? I mean, Taco Bell can fill a void in your stomach but it ain't the greatest ok...? 'nuft said. I was lucky to get in at closing time and for that I'm grateful. Great service! Good hot food. Good stop just off of I80 at Mace in Davis. Usually this Taco Bell is pretty good, fast, efficient, and the food is as expected. I have been quite a number of times and my order was only messed up one time, and it was fixed before I left. They are also very liberal on the sauce distribution, which is very good. Recommend this Taco Bell!

Fast food is not at this location. Every time I've gone there are only a few people inside or out in drive thru, but best believe it takes forever to get your food.

I went to this location today, and it took 30 mins to get through the drive-through. I just had covid and today I had my first negative test. CDC guidance says after the first positive test quarantine and if I am still positive in 5 days you can go into public wearing a tight fitting mask up until day 10. If you test negative there are no more requirement (at any point). That does not mean there arent germs on someones cards, wallet, car steering wheel, etc. Nor does it mean someone even washed their hands after using the bathroom. You never know. So as I asked the gal standing in the drive through to sanitize her hands after touching card, i was simply ensuring no residual germs were spread. She on the other hand, touched the register, soda machine, her face, and everything else. Another girl opened the window to give me my drink. I explained i just tested negative. She then argued with me saying I should be wearing a mask and gloves. There should have been no risk with the possible exception of inanimate objects (up to 28 days it can live). Basically these dumb teens created a situation where the customers can become infected and they essentially could only say but "you." I did wipe the card a day or two before, but there is no guarantee that no germs were spread back to the card. Eat here at your own risk.

It was busy. They had 6 staff members while delivering orders to 10 customers with a good range orders. I watched them fulfil the orders and it could be much more efficient since the way they would delegate and specialize for orders were a bit haphazard. Staff would get constant changes in priorities and I felt that could improved. I waited ~20 minutes for them to fulfil my 2 quesarito burritos after the 8th customer. Good enough...but good enough is not well done.

EXTREMELY SLOW! The food is fine for "fast" food and it's very convenient on/off of 80 but this the slowest crew I have ever seen. No sense of urgency at all and no rhythm to the assembly like you expect to see.

After 10pm in Davis area, this is one of the few food options in town, so prepare yourself for a lengthy wait in the drive- thru line. As far as service goes, you get what you pay for. It always seems like the staff here are spread impossibly thin, so don't expect everyone to be on their best game. It's all business with no chitchat. Overall, it's a fine Taco Bell. It's not the most efficient. It's not the friendliest. But it fulfills a need in an area that becomes a foodless ghosttown after 10 pm.

They tend to have new people who struggle. They often can't hear us at the drive thru, I always have to yell 😂 and our order is often messed up in some way 😬 we still go though bc.... It's taco bell and they are open so late ha ha

Food and service is par for Taco Bell, why they’re getting 3 stars is because after trying 2 different sodas they were basically water. Quit being cheap with the syrup. It’s $20 for Taco Bell these days and you’re worried about saving $0.002 cents per soda •_•

Taco bell is trying hard but failing in North Vacaville and Dixon locations. 30 minutes plus waiting in drive thru, with only 6 cars in front of me. Way to slow. We can't even go inside to order.

Consistently slow service, filthy dining room. Items in large orders are usually unmarked, thus making it nearly impossible to distribute food ordered together for a group.

CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! I am constantly missing items out of orders from this Taco Bell. When I correctly get the food I've ordered it's good, if pretty skimpy on ingredients. Try the one downtown instead - no drive-thru but the service is much, much better (and accurate.)

Terrible. I don't normally get fastfood from Taco Bell but holy cow, not great at all. It reminds me why I spend the time to drive to Del Taco! Poorly assembled and can tell no one cares to work there. Get real Mexican food or try something else.

This location is gone from bad to worse. The employees are really friendly and they're obviously trying to do the best that they can. What is also obvious is that whoever is running this place has it extremely understaffed. I've heard them say that Taco Bell no longer takes orders at the counter and that's simply not true. Whoever is operating this franchise needs to be looked into. Felt like I got hustled lol. Like a bait and switch. Ordered the rolled tacos and iced tea. It's midnight, didn't want to take any chances with other items. Get to the window and the rolled tacos are discontinued even though they were advertised on the menu and there was no iced tea. Ok. Well, reluctantly, I ordered a #1 with Pepsi Zero. Wanted a sugar free option that late at night. Well guess what? No Pepsi zero. Ended up with a #1 combo with a Pepsi. No where near what I went for. But at least it was delivered with a smile. Wasn't even going to bother with a review until waking up this morning regretting my decision with a ripped up stomach. Sorry Taco Bell. The service was great, drive through times were great, but your lack of supply for what was advertised sucked.

The owner is doing the customers a disservice. Busy Saturday with a tournament in town. 1 cashier trying to help the drive thru and asist people in the restaurant and only 2 people prepping the food. When I tried to order at the register, the customers there told me they were declined service and were told to use the kios if they wanted to order inside the restaurant. I did not rate it a 1 because it wasn't the employees fault.

on 3/3/21 i had nothing to eat except at this taco bell...and nothing to eat at all the next day because i was so violently ill i couldnt hold any food down. would not recomend unless you want to flush out your body from both ends.

Rude, my friend went to refill a soda a few minutes after going thru the drive thru and the door was open but right befor she got to the soda machine the employees yelled out her that they were closed and would not let her get a refill even though she was already Inside and they left the door unlocked after the lobby was closed . I made a request through the app and it was ready, just pick it up and the super rude attendant told me to leave so he could close, I arrived at 7:45pm, and told him I just had to pick up the order and it was ready. Went to taco bell at night time ordering 7 item. Lady in the drive thru told me 7 item in the bag so didn't bother to check it, as soon as I got home to check they was missing one of my food which I try to go back, but they told me it was too late to prove that I didn't lied. It's actually cheaper to buy better food from an actual Mexican restaurant. Find a taco truck and get real food instead. You will save time and money. They forgot to put cheese on the tacos, didn't remember our sodas and made us use the kiosk so they didn't have to help us personally.

This Taco Bell must not be a franchise Taco Bell. My burritos were scampi all tortilla. They charge 90 cents for exta sour cream when typically, it's more like 75 cents. And they only give you 2 pockets of sauce per item and not allowed to give out any more than that, not even for an extra charge, which would have been ridiculous, too. I will not be returning to that Taco Bell.

Order is ALWAYS wrong. No matter if it’s a simple request for no tomatoes. They seem to put extra. The owner needs to be there every day and weed out the people that clearly don’t care about their jobs. Honestly they should just close down and save everyone’s time and money.

They almost never get your order right, almost always something or more missing. As stated by other reviewers check your bags! Also as stated the downtown taco bell is better, despite not having a drive thru.

Probably worst taco bell/fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Waited about half an hour before they slammed the drive thru window in my face and claimed they were "closed" a half hour before their actual closing time! Went in, there was very offensive music playing not suitable for the general public - swear words and racial slurs. Asked one of the employees if he could change the music - he directed me to the manager, 24 year old Hispanic Rafael. Asked him to either switch or turn off the music please. He refused to do either. Said his employees needed it to work well. Didn’t care about kids under age 10 present in the establishment. He said he didn’t care about the music or our complaint, he was just ‘there for the money’. When asked if the upper management approved of his playlist, he said they didn’t care, all they cared about was that the food came out on time. Would absolutely not recommend this restaurant.

Disrespectful. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and there’s no beef on it. It’s all lettuce and the sandwich didn’t close all the way. Thats lazy and I’m disappointed that I spent $20 because it’s entirely not worth it

When you walk in the employees will not greet you watched them ignore customers. Then they'll act annoyed and say you need to use the kiosk what about the people using cash? When you get your order there quick to set it down and not ask if you need any sauces they'll continue to ignore you. The bathroom has a code on it but good luck getting the attention of any employees. Terrible location. The people making the food are also the ones handling the registers seems to be way understaffed and nasty against some health violations. Also this parking lot is like a park and ride bunch of vehicles parked in but 2 employees working and 2 customers.

To the management, You got problems in your store. 1. Employees did not care I was waiting in line, she was talking to her friend and laughing and playing. 2. The store was dirty. Tables with left overs and no one from the employees care to clean on a non busy time. 3. Food was mediocre. They need training. 4. Your soda machine is a sugar machine. Fix the gas … it doesn’t taste like soda. 5. You loose customers.

1pm on a Saturday, ordered food for two, and they couldn't break a $100 bill. Unacceptable business practice. Last I looked, a $100 bill is legal tender. I was forced to walk out.

Worst Taco Bell. Constantly missing items. It’s always a long wait. Today I went and ordered $40 worth of food just for them to forget FIVE ITEMS. Five! That’s sincerely a first for me. We had already left and gone home before we realized but we drove all the way back because I couldn’t accept paying for 5 items and not getting them. The second time we pulled through, they forgot three out of the five items AGAIN. I should not have to repeat my order more than once—they literally have my order in front them. It honestly just feels like they don’t put forth any effort at all to satisfy the customer or make sure they’re getting what they paid for. I love Taco Bell but this location has failed me almost every single time. Live más? No, think màs.

Customer service was bomb, but food was trash. Chalupa shells were both hard, and fries were cold and tipped over in the bag. Chicken quesadilla was cold and didn't huge enough sauce.

50 minutes in DT for door/dash pickup. I counted 8 employees inside the restaurant. there is no way... I don't want to show some pictures of no respect but food safety is really bad, employees handlining their cellphones, money, and handling food. I never eat there but I feel bad for the customers. They know that we are dashers and we don't receive pay for the ridiculous waiting time. I believe that supervisors can review cameras and ticket times and be aware. also, believe that no buddy cares about restaurant operations. isn't just me! See other reviews.

Ive never been here a somgle tome that didnt take more than 8 minutes to get my order and thats with using the app ahead of time. The line workers need to all be fired if they cant make a damn 3 ingredient taco in under 3 minutes like why is this taco bell even still here?? A complete lunch break violator you will be here 10 minutes past your 30, dont bother

After waiting for over 20 minutes in the drive thru, I pull up to the window and the employees were taking their dear sweet time. No apology for the long wait. I handed the money for my order to the drive thru worker and took him quite a bit of time to count out the money and to complete the transaction. And after all that waiting, my order was wrong and missing items. Don't waste your money here.

We asked for tostada and we got crap! The tostadas didn't look like pic and was skimpy cheap garbage.They Refused to fix it and said would replace exactly as same we got. Total trash. Then said I can't pull up to the menu because it starts there timer and her boss would get her in trouble. I've never had this happen it was odd the I asked to speak to the manager they said they were busy. Probably won't be eating there again.
