I want to give a BIG shout out to the 2 young men at this location! I haven’t had a pizza as good as the ones we just ate in over a year. Today was different in a great way! Personality great customer service, pizza was ON POINT! My pretzel pizza and that Detroit style tho! Yum! Thank you guys! They need a raise. The flow was great
we really need to save our stores in this Country of the "Little Ceasars" Chain resturants Allot of hard working laborers and families of all sizes depends on them. Great healthier Ingredients, sauces and cheeses we count on. The manegers are under appreciated, even by there own staff. I would love to be hired to provide some of these stores with a deep deserving clean. the general regional owners do not seem to understand how important it is to stay consistand and stop cheating by skimping on the portions of toppings and also allow the managers extra pay hours for team members to do a more thourough cleaning of these places. the ovens, counters, warmers and freezers are great. I am referring to the walls, ceilings, lighting and surrounding security and safety.
Order was properly taken; even with my limited description since I could not think of the names of the menu items. Food was properly cooked. Food was double checked for accuracy assuring all items, sauces, dips, and drinks was all received. Which I appreciate since inevitable my mind goes blank soon as I start my order.
If I could give -10 Stars I would!! It's a risk ordering from here as they always seem busy. Please walk in and take your order at least then you have the option to tell them you are not Paying until you receive your order. But ordering online.... Very!!! Risky!!! It's possible you will get charged for your order and because of how busy they are you will not get you good. They will simply tell you to dispute it with your bank... Well I did that and someone from the store told my bank that I did receive my food order .... And for that I was out of 47 dollars!!!! I will never order from here again..... Guys.... Gals...... Directly across the street is Domino's Pizza. I have never had any issues ordering with them. Is there a pizza sometimes is not great quality but at least I get the food I paid for and it doesn't take hours to get my food. Regardless stay away from this location.
I usually get the hot and ready pepperoni, but this location never has any when I get there. There's always a long line of people waiting for their orders. The last time I went, my food was overcooked and the pepperoni and sauce were completely missing. My food was cold and not in the portal, even though there were only three orders in there. They told the person ahead of me that they didn't have her order. After she left, a customer caught that the order was in the portal. The employees didn't bother going after her or trying to contact her. About ten minutes after I left, I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I don't want to think how cold and hard the crust would've been by then. I'm uploading a pic of the Italian cheese bread, because it was the most well prepared thing in my order. I don't expect a lot, but even for cheap pizza, it was pretty bad.
They don't pay attention to the customer; they don't know which order comes first or which customer is waiting for their order. The worst part is that they don't take the customer's order, and you have to take whatever's available to avoid waiting an hour for your food.
Horrible location. I ordered at 2:30pm, it’s 3:20pm and they said they will start making my order. Empty store, no customers in front of me. Just laziness. They haven’t accepted change in months. They drop tools and pick them back up. Never again. Other locations are way better.
Placed an order for delivery that’s apparently fulfilled by door dash. 30 minutes after Ordering, I receive a message from the delivery driver saying the store was out of dough. According to customer service, it can take up to 16 days to receive a refund!!!
Stood in line for 15 minutes with a mob of upset customers due to wait time exceeding their patience. I can't relate to their problem, but I can attest that the staff was very overwhelmed. Management was non-existent...I mean, maybe there was a manager in the store, but they certainly never showed their face. Instead, a very over worked team member who was supposed to be off the clock was doing their best to do damage control with the forming mob, then promptly retreating behind the counter asap. I was never acknowledged, nor was any other guests walking in after me. Door dash seemed to get service. Food workers were audibly complaining about their jobs with explicit language. No one was wearing gloves. I cannot see myself ever recommending or returning to this location.
This is by far the worst location. My pizza was to be done between 6:12-6:17pm and it was not even remotely close to being even started! Yet I got an email telling me it was almost done 45 minutes ago? This location needs someone who knows how to successfully operate a Little Caesars location because this one needs helps. It never fails the men at the counter have to run around to each area in the back to try to find your order if they even find it AND then do not even have the decency to come back n tell you that they were just now starting it! It’s 7:05pm as I’m writing this review and still waiting. Hopefully at the one hour mark of when it was supposed to be done it will be done. This is not the first time this has happened it is about the 5th time. I think I will be choosing a different location from now on.** PLEASE SEE MY PICS AND THE TIME ON MY SCREENSHOTS**
Wend in on thrusday got rudly told that they are only doing online orders. Today ordered my food at 4:20pm set it for 7pm got there at 7pm was not ready had 10 people waiting for food they took everyones name to get orders out still had to ask for my food left at 7:50pm they had 5 people working with no orders ready for a 30 minutes worst place I have been to
Awful experience! Will never use them again. Ordered ahead for a delivery later in the day for a meeting at 6pm. Pizza showed up at 415 pm??? So I had to reorder - again. For a 545 pm. delivery and it did not arrive till 640pm. Spent an entire day - ordering pizza! That's just awful! Never again!!
They cancelled my order after waiting 3 hours and 5 door dash drivers came and left. Now their customer service refuses to refund me. Something that should have happened automatically when the order was cancelled.
There were only 2 dudes working in the store. The guy at the counter seemed to only know how to run in circles, while the guy making everything had to constantly coach the guy from the counter. IDK if it was dudes first day, or what but holy heck. My order was a pick up order. My gf placed it while we were on our way to this location. App said it would be ready between 9:14-9:23pm. I tried using both pick up locations multiple times between said timeframe. I heard the guy making pizzas mention my name, and that dude screwed up my order somehow, and he had to remake it. It's late- I'm hangry- I'm thinking to myself, "hell naww". I go to smoke a cigarette. About halfway through my cancer stick, I get an app notification that my order is ready. I go back inside to get it from the automated pickup station, tried my code at both kiosks, still couldn't get my order. Asked the guy at the counter, "how much longer on my order?" Bro had the balls to say, "he already called it out". Like; you're gonna wait till I'm outside to call out my order, 15 minutes after it's supposed to be picked up? Bro, hell naww. Never going here again.
I gave this location one last chance after half a dozen late orders in the past but I'm done now. I put an order in nearly 2 hours in advance. It was an hour late by the time it was "in the oven" and then the order tracking never updated again. I assume the order may have eventually been placed, but by then we'd already ordered from Dominoes, received it by delivery, and eaten it. I've abandoned the order and likely won't ever get a refund because they don't answer their phone and the app has no way to report issues. Avoid this place at all costs. The Dominoes across the street is more reliable for nearly the same price.
I placed an order at 4:30 here it is 6:30 no food no order no way to cancel order. That place is absolutely ridiculous horrible. I will promise you I'll never come to that store again this is the third time 3 times your out .
100% the worst location ever established. I'd rather be in the middle of an active firefight to get a glass of warm tap water than order at this location again. EVERY order takes an hour MINIMUM to receive, always understaffed and no employee seems to be able to get a handle on ANYTHING. Intentionally came an HOUR after ordering and still had to wait 20+ minutes for 2 items. go literally anywhere else. I could order a pizza here and go get an oil change at Midas, get mugged, file a police report and STILL have enough time to get back before my order of a HNR and ICB is ready. -5 stars. Edit: order wasn't even started until after i got to the store an hour 30 after i placed the order. And i was not the only person waiting this long. Every day occurrence, get this location staffed and trained or shut it down. Kids BAWLING their eyes out because it took so long. Empty ovens, no sense of urgency. I've seen stoned\drunk college students do this job with better efficiency and organization. -100 stars for making my children cry. Got a refund and went to Happys and my order was ready when i got to their store on Salem. Shame.
Food was as you expect, but they didn't give us our cheese sauce. Watched the same doordash order just get stolen twice. Watched my food sit in the warmer for 45 mins before they finally called out the name realizing that I had already asked for it.
This location needs to be CLOSED down immediately! Three workers went on break were outside smoking proceeded to go back in the restaurant and NOBODY washed their hands. I was in pure disgust. I thought for sure they would wash their hands and they did not. The manager went over to the pizzas and started boxing orders. I asked for a refund and the manager didn’t even ask why I wanted a refund he just gave me my money back no questions asked. What happened to customer service? What happened to food safety? I can only imagine how many people received contaminated food from unsanitary workers they don’t wear gloves or hair nets smh UPDATE: I called corporate to report this and they seemed like they didn’t care at all! The person taking the complaint sounded uninterested in what I was saying. I decided to email them as well and no response to my email. Eat at this location at your own risk.
Worst experience I’ve had called almost an hour before closing they told me I couldn’t place an order. Whoever is on the phone needs to be fired asap I always have this issues all the time. “You can’t order but I’ll transfer you to a team member” then I proceed to wait for 30-40 minutes come on now! Whoever owns this establishment needs to check in what’s going on with their customer service this is unacceptable do better!!!
So unorganized. The so called manager told us 10 min for 2 hot n ready pizzas. Turned into a whole hour. The 4 people that came in after us placed their order before us. N got theirs before us. That is the absolute worst service I've ever had at little ceasers. I've worked in several pizza joints n was a manager at 2 of them. There's no freaking way I would have ever made that guy a manager. At ANY place. Poor training on that part. Do better. I never got my 2 hot n ready pizzas. N it took him just as long to give me my money back. If I ever go back to that store, the 2 pizzas n crazy bread i wanted today n never got should be free n that whole entire store needs to b retrained.
Worse Little Caesars in the World!!! Don’t do their delivery service if it’s from the N. Dixie location. They will waste your time and never get it delivered to you. Your DoorDash driver will give up waiting on them to make your order and you will be out the money you paid until it gets back to you. Which takes 7 to 10 business days. So don’t waste your time.
Megan may be the laziest rudest employee LC has ever seen. I walk in and I’m being ignored. I tried to ask her if anyone was working the front counter , multiple people made eye contact with me. Black dude with dreds , dirty white guy and black girl with a weird hat. All ignored me. I finally got the attention of the white guy. I asked if someone was working the front counter. That’s when he called for Megan. I asked for my classic pepperoni and asked why I had to wait up here for 15 minutes. She said they were busy. Mind you she was dragging her feet and taking her sweet time. She has horrible customer service skills. She wanted to argue with me. She needs dealt with. She is definitely going no where in life. And the pizza was horrible.
The customer service is horrendously terrible. HOW CAN YOU SELL A "HOT N READY" WHEN THEY'RE NEVER READY? NEVER!!! Stopped in for a hot n ready pizza at 3:30 today. I pull up, and the managers are sitting on the curb smoking while customers are inside waiting for a product that is supposed to be ready. What a joke. I approach the counter and ask for a hot n ready and an order of crazy bread. With a straight face, this cashier tells me it will be a 15-minute wait! Took them over 20min to give me my pizza and bread that they advertise as being ready. None of the employees care, but why should they? Michael Ilitch would fire the whole upper management team if he was here to see the atrocity it has become. 5-21-24 Place an order through the app for my kids. Received an email saying it was canceled. I then ordered, and it went through. I figured the app was being wonky. I get a notification that my pizza was being made, then a notification saying it was beyond boxed, then ready, and to head to the store. I hop in my car and head to the store. When I walk in, I notice the manager on her phone. She says, "I'll be with you in a minute." 5 of those minutes later, she walks up and kind of looks at me for a second. I tell her I'm there to pick up my order. She then said a manager walked off their shift today. I said, "Okay,may I have my food?" She then starts telling me again how they walked off their shift and left the store a mess so they couldn't make my order even though the app said it was ready to pick up. So I politely asked her if I could place an order and wait. She then got rude and refused to even take my order because they were "behind." THEY WERE OPEN AND REFUSED TO TAKE MY ORDER!!! What happened, Little Caesars? Absolutely rude employees who treat customers like an inconvenience and now refuse to take orders! I've personally seen people who were hard-working people who broke their back for Ilitch holdings get fired for waaaaay less. So what happened, Little Caesars? When did ALL stop caring? I called 1 800 7 Caesar, and I'm still waiting for them to reach out. -5 stars 5-29-24 Still no word from their "Supervisor" about my visit where they refused to take my other because they were behind. What a joke!
