Papa John's

The pizza isn't the best, but for what you pay for (using specials) you get a decent return. The only reason I am writing this review is because the garlic dipping sauce busted in my pizza box, and they offered me a free pizza along with returning my papa rewards. If I am here again, I will definitely order here.

Multiple times I've ordered over the phone asking specifically for my pizza to be cooked well done. The last 2 orders have NOT been cooked well done. The temperature and the type of toppings are correct every time, they just don't seem to care to pay attention to how I want my pizza cooked. That's a shame.

Customer service is great . I tried their ultimate Hawaiian pizza and loved it either way the epic stuffed crust . In this location our food was delivered by door dash partners . I wish you can add an order of the pepperchinis on the website

First driver says they went to room, but they never called our number or asked front desk. Store claims address was wrong, but it was copied from hotel website (copy/paste). Could we have double checked address? Sure. We are not local so the fact it auto corrected the address to something we wouldn't know is wrong makes that mistake more forgivable than not calling the phone number given. Store manager was rude. Saying driver went the extra mile, but didn't. Said that hotel would not allow driver to go to room, but then said driver did go to room. 1. Directions said I would be at valet parking. Stopping and asking who had the pizza order was a viable option as I was sitting right there. 2. I never said anything to Door dash driver because I was expecting a PJ driver given I ordered directly from the PJ Site. Not knowing that PJ uses DD drivers no matter now. 3. Stop texting! A little better communication with supplied number would have saved so much time. Call! Order was remade and sent out. Second driver was great! Tipped extra.

Ordered 30$ stuffed crust. Got delivered just now wasn't stuffed crust. Called the store to tell them. Manager was extremely rude and cussed saying are you sure it doesn't have cheese ect and that she made the pizza and she knew it was and called us stupid cussed some more and hung up. Never asked how she could help or anything

Ordered through papa John’s, got told after two hours it was “in the warmer.” Armory, not even a manager speaking for the “manager” can’t even answer where my order is

Ordered delivery from Papa Johns, papa johns chose this store for some reason for delivery while its 1mi further than another one. They ended up having Door Dash deliver the food not someone from Papa Johns. They didn't tell you in the app they do this. I avoid DD at all costs. I didn't tip a single penny due failure to notify. People don't have change for tip.

I placed an order yesterday and based on the Papa Tracker it said it marked as delivered but Doordash did not deliver to me. The driver did not even place a courtesy call. I called the manager who stated that this is happening frequently. Please Papa John's we need to do something!!! As for my advice please place your delivery orders before 9pm. That way, Papa John's driver's can deliver it and not Doordash. I am very upset right now.

Ordered pizza, took an hour and 10 min to deliver. I only live 10 min away. Called and talked to the manager who said they were delivering 3 orders which I was last on the list. I questioned why they were delivering the opposite direction to Ormond when I’m located in port orange. She lied to me and said the tracker was broken and the driver would be to me soon. The tracker wasn’t broken it tracked properly with when she arrived. Would not order pizza from here again. Cold, soggy pizza

I placed an order and watched it successfully go through on the tracker. The order was then cancelled without notice. When I called to find out what was going on( no I did not receive a call from the franchise) , Mr Hawkins told me that my order was cancelled because it was a “non priority. “ When I asked what I should do after I had been expecting the food, he said and I quote “ Papa Johns isn’t the only place that serves good “ lmao yes I laughed at this as well. Terrible service but you get a good laugh. I will never be ordering here again since the employee has blatantly recommended other establishments.
