Stonewood Grill & Tavern - Heathrow

We have dined at the Heathrow Stonewood Grill & Tavern since they opened and have had many great meals there. A few years ago the management changed and the food and service was not as good. Today on Valentine's Day we decided to go again and I'm so glad that we did. 5 star service all the way. Everything from making the reservation (using AI service called Jasmine) to being greeted, seated, ordering and, of course, the food, was excellent. Our waiter was David M and Cam was on the grill. We also met Allison, the regional director, who stopped by our table to chat. I ordered the Bistro Tenderloin & Lobster Tail. Great choice! The lobster was tender and succulent and the tenderloin medallions were perfectly cooked medium well, as ordered. The portion size was large, by the way. My husband went with his old standby, Blackened chicken pasta. He stated that it was a good as ever, a plate overflowing with chicken, bowtie pasta, spinach and asparagus, all with a delicious cream sauce. He even had enough to take home for another meal. We finished our meal with chocolate bread pudding, topped with a huge portion of ice cream and a decadent chocolate cookie. I felt like I was totally pampered tonight.

This location is open for lunch! We’ve been coming to Stonewood for years and this location is awesome. The staff was great but especially our server Jennifer, what a gem. She was super informative, knowledgeable and just plain nice. She made our day! A+++ Jennifer 👍

I had dinner here with two friends on a Saturday evening. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our waitress was very patient, as we took forever to order because we were catching up and not looking at the menu. I ordered the French onion soup and the shrimp and scallops. The soup was good, but not the best I've had. However, the shrimp and scallops were delicious. They had wonderful seasoning and you get six large scallops and six large shrimp. It was a lot of food for the $28 price tag. I was also able to customize my sides. I wasn't super impressed with either side but both were okay. It was a pleasant atmosphere, our booth was comfortable, and our server was attentive.

Went to Stonewood in Lake Mary for my birthday dinner, this was our first experience. The service was great and the food was great. I forgot the name of my drink but was it was good! I got the pork chops with their garlic creamy potatoes and cream spinach. My boyfriend got their prime rib with a side of mush/onion and Mac and cheese. Everything tasted very good. Our server also let me pick a dessert on them for my birthday. I opted for the strawberry cake cheesecake and it was tasty. Extremely happy with this restaurant and we will be back!

This particular Stonewood Grill location seems to always have their act together. We have been here several times over the years and it is still a go to place for a nice dinner. Prices have gone up just like other places but the quality stays high. The only disappointment was no more complimentary bread. Over the years they have changed it up and offered different types but now it is extra. We ordered the sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and the country fried shrimp platter. The steak was good quality and cooked perfectly. The garlic mashed potatoes are always very flavorful. The service was good, the waitress introduced herself quickly and took our drink orders. She returned in a good amount of time to take our main order. An extra bonus was a free dessert for my birthday. They will take reservations as well so you don't have to wait when they are busy.

We had an absolute amazing Friday evening at the Stonewood Grill & Tavern in Daytona Beach. After a very long week, this was the perfect place to spend our Friday evening. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and very polished. I haven’t been this impressed in a long time. I have to shout out our server Rae for exemplary service and attention to our order. The food was absolutely mouth watering and delicious! We enjoyed the Bacon Bourbon Burger and the Chimichurri Surf and Turf. Just delish!!! Most of all, Manager Mike Holley came to our table multiple times to check on how the service was. This place is a 10/10 for service, atmosphere, food quality, and dedication to its customers. I am DEFINITELY going to come back and try more of the menu that has unique items across the board. Thank you for making our night one to remember!

Really enjoyed the visit and everything we ordered was delicious! Originally wanted a different steak but it wasn't available so the mgr came to the table and offered something different and comped the dessert. That wasn't necessary but I certainly appreciate the gesture. The mgr was kind and helpful. The servers were friendly. The steaks were a perfect temp! Great atmosphere and good for dates, families and groups

Great stop for reliable higher-tier drinks and food. Wouldn't mind coming back again! The wait staff was very good. Food was delicious and well-portioned. Appetizers were thoughtful and worth ordering. The old fashioned was actually "excellent." Over $215 for lunch and drinks for five people.

I had dinner here with friends for the first time. Our waiter, Hunter, was awesome. The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone loved their food. Bruschetta chicken, peach pork chip, blackened chicken pasta and the stuffed salmon.

We enjoy going early to get the happy hour discount on the drinks. The blueberry crush seems to be one of our favorites. We had the ahi tuna with vegetables and ginger aoli. It was fantastic! Our appetizer was the homemade chips with blue cheese and balsamic glaze. It was also delicious! We definitely recommend this restaurant, especially going early before the heavy crowd. Every server we have had here is very efficient. I have to update this review because we had another wonderful dinner last night. We had another amazing dinner at Stonewood Grill. We both had the seared ahi over Asian vegetables. My mouth was in heaven! We haven't tasted ahi this good since we moved from Hawaii five years ago, except at this restaurant. For an appetizer we chose one of the sides, the sauteed mushrooms. They were great! The blueberry martini was fantastic, as was the creme brulee. The server, Ashlena, made the experience perfect! She was attentive, polite, efficient and a pleasure to be around. She went out of her way to help us have a wonderful evening! We will definitely be returning and also asking for her as our server.
