i’ve been coming to this establishment for well over five years and used to work here. this is the cleanest the floor has been in a very long time. I want to give a shout out to Ciera Shipley front of house employee. She did amazing sweeping and does amazing cleaning and making the front is very clean!

Taco Tuesday is the bomb! First time at this T Flats and it was very very good. Service was excellent and friendly employees were everywhere. Pretty busy since it was Tuesday but food came out fairly quick and was delicious. Haven’t really found a location that was bad so says a lot about a restaurant chain. Lots of art on the walls of this one and the ceiling too. Enjoy!

I use Google a lot to determine if I want to go to a certain place or not. If I had read all the reviews on this location in Lake Mary, it might have made me doubt whether it was good. However, I am so glad I went for the Sunday special 2 for $20. I have only positive things to say about my experience. I was so glad to find out we have Tijuana Flats right down the street from our house. The restaurant was very clean as I watched the GM Charlie continue to clean it the whole time we were there. The staff was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. Our food was very good. My husband had the burrito, and I had the blackened chicken bowl, and they were more than enough and tasted very good.. we also had the queso and chips for the appetizer. I really do like the queso. I actually asked for salsa but was given the queso. When I mentioned it, they brought the salsa too. One thing I really like about Tijuana flats are the chips they did not disappoint their crunchy and not too salty. Zoe waited on us at the counter she was very sweet and patient. Spoke to Charlie the GM, and he was very accommodating and had us also try the dessert, which was really good. And other staff that brought the food and we're just there if you needed them we're all very nice. We will definitely visit this Tijuana Flats again.

The guacamole is so good I often make a meal of it. Tonight was Halloween & the staff was really having fun. I was especially impressed by the sweet blonde Kali & the young man named Bryant who made the best cow ever 😁 Those two went out of their way to make certain no one ran out of drinks or chips or guacamole. They were friendly, humorous, attentive, fast, efficient - it's worth a trip there just for the perfect service! So team that up with great food & it's THE place to go.

Super love this place! Very nice and clean. I want to shoutout Host Dani, she is awesome. Super friendly and helpful. She recommended me to try the Fajita Shrimp Quesadilla and OMG what a delicious meal I had. So, thank you Dani. Recommend this restaurant 100% 😊

Tijuana Flats is a favorite spot for my family when we're craving tacos! While the regular prices and taco choices are decent, the $6.99 Tuesday deal is unbeatable—two tacos, chips, and a drink for an amazing price! I typically go for the blackened chicken hard tacos paired with a Coke Zero. To be honest, I don’t often think of Tijuana Flats on other days due to the higher prices, but Tuesday is definitely a highlight.

I love hot sauce, so naturally, a joint with a hot sauce bar was screaming my name. I came by and ordered the Smokin Chipotle Chicken Chimichanga with extra meat and beans and tried all of the hot sauces. While most of the hot sauces were not very good, I enjoyed the variety of flavors they came up with. The food was good and the girl at the front (Kaitlyn?) was super friendly. The whole place has a great vibe to it.

For a Tuesday night.. 'Taco Tuezday'.. the restaurant wasn't overly crowded, although when I had stopped in, it was still a little 'early' (around 1730 hours). The line moved pretty quickly while waiting to order. I was greeted by the cashier with a nice smile and a friendly and helpful manner. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Once I placed my order, picked out a table and some sauces, the wait wasn't bad. Maybe 6 or 7 minutes. The food (dos tacos) were hot and tasty. They didn't skimp on the filings either and the shells were crispy. I was a little disappointed that nobody stopped by and asked if I had needed anything. That's something that I've always liked and appreciated about Tijuana Flats. The atmosphere was the typical Tijuana Flats. It was fun and lively, as it has been for the past 25+ years that I've been patronizing this establishment.

The new menu needs some specialty items. It's turned into a cafeteria type choice (one column a, one column b, plus chips). It's a decent chain restaurant, but it has lost its local flair.

I come here often lately and I always have good food and good customer service. Today I was chewing on someone’s hair, it was long. Disgusting! I’m only posting because your being held accountable for that. Health protocol must be strictly unforced! Hair nets or hats? I’m a nice guy until I start chewing hair for a second time.

Food is mediocre at best. The service was terrible this last time and they weren't even busy (1 customer in the restaurant). If you mess up an order and your patrons have to come back for something big you left out of their order, good practice would say, have something ready for them (a dessert, an extra container of queso or salsa), anything the say that you're sorry for their inconvenience, but not this place. Today people aren't eating out as much due to rising costs, so customer service is incredibly important to bring patrons back in.

SOOOO HOT! yes it's Florida in the summer but you can't dine-in when the air is 85+ (can you imagine how hot the kitchen must be with no cool air coming in) We asked to speak to the manager when we ordered - then again halfway through the meal when the server checked on us (she was so helpful! alwats sweeping or cleaning ehen not taking orders) - then waited for a to go box before hanging out an extra 10 minutes writing this post while finishing drinks. The manager never came out to see us? I guess we know the problem 🤷

This was the most disgusting Tijuana Flats i have ever been to. When I first opened the the box it had like 5 chips in it and i went in to get more. After we got back to the car i was ready to eat my quesadilla and i touched the bottom of it and it was all sticky. At that point we were ready for a refund and got a gift card. I tried to search the card up through the gift card service to make sure it was legit and had difficulties. i went back in for the 3rd tome and thankfully the card did have our money on it. As we were walking out one of the employees started to laugh. I do not know if it was at us or in general but it was rude. We will never come to this Tijuana Flats again and i would encourage anyone else who is questioning going here to not come here either.

We took advantage of a promotion today. Placed a online pickup order to pick up after work. We arrived after my pickup time, and my food wasn’t ready or made. Messy and chaotic inside trying to find anyone to talk to. We finally got our flautas, and after driving home, we discovered they forgot our pico and guac. With entrees at ~$10 each, we drove back and asked for the missing sides. This location has gone downhill, the prices go up each time I am here (once a year) but honestly this was my last time eating Tijuana Flats, I’ll save my money and/or go somewhere who wants to check orders and win back customers, it wasn’t this time or any for many years. I hope for others they can recognize that they need to make some big changes to be as good as they used too.

Ordered online at 7pm for 8:30 pick up. Showed up at 8:30. I table in the restaurant. Didn’t get my food til 8:53. 5 people walking around doing absolutely nothing. The manager has a clip board and was walking around aimlessly, didn’t help at all…. Worst store ever. Lazy employees, hello Owner!!!

Just left this establishment after waiting 30 minutes for food. It was sitting on a shelf in the back. I walked up to see what was taking so long and witnessed the female cook in the back vaping while preparing food. Absolutely disgusting!!! They obviously need supervision and a sense of urgency wouldn't hurt either. BTW, my husband and I were the only people in the place.

So I am a big fan of Tijuana flats but this location was the upmost disgusting on 4/5/24. Upon walking into the restaurant I saw numerous tables dirty ( food on floor, food on table, cups) on numerous tables and it WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So no reason for those workers not to keep those tables clean and presentable for customers walking in. Ordered food and I saw there and watched them put our food on a cart and it just sat there for a good 10 min until I got fed up and told my husband to go get our food off the cart. The food was out in the open where anyone can just walk by and contaminate it. We get our food of course it was cold but didn’t want to send it back because the way the placed looked I can only imagine what they would do if it was sent back. Got my garlic shrimp bowls and requested certain things not to be on there due to allergies and guess what, they put the dam food on it and had to send it back unfortunately. People that placed online orders I watched them wait no less than 20 min for their food. Again , not busy just young kids on their phone and a manager ( assuming it was the red headed short stocky chick that was on her phone all the time) never again and considering calling City Codes to inspect them because very poor food handling and poor customer service!!! Ooooo and wait they didn’t even cheese sauce made. Isn’t that something that should be ready all the time as it is something given the majority of the time ?!

Did a takeout order. My child's burrito had a full on bite taken out of it when we opened it. Returned to the store. The on duty manager indicated we'd get a full refund and she'd contact us to follow up on the incident. She did not refund us nor follow up.

The changes they are making are for worse. If you order vegetarian bowl or salad, there are hardly 3-4 ingredients. Very disappointing. It used to be one of my favorite fast food places. So sad to see transformation for worse.

I would give this place 5 minus stars if I could! I used to love this place…but this is the 3rd time I came in the past month and the staff is rude! They don’t welcome you in or even acknowledge that I am standing here waiting for assistance! Disappointed for 2nd time with a salad bowl yet really no lettuce. It was not a bowl. I mean a salad means a bed of lettuce not a few leaves. Didn’t check because it was takeout and the first time I said something, I got major attitude from a guy working there.

My second time here and it will be my last time! Worst customer services. This time I ordered 2 sets of Steak Flautas and my chips comes old and super cold, when my husband asked to the employee, she said “that she don’t know what she can do because they already cooked the chips for the day” 8:30pm and they close at 10pm. After my husband ask for the status of the chips They come with the same old re heated batch. No even apologize for the inconvenience… Horrible customer aervice!
