I stopped by The Cheesecake Factory in Dunwoody yesterday just planning to grab dessert… but you know how that goes! 😄got to see a rainbow as I enjoyed the outside dining. First, the service was really friendly and welcoming, which always makes the experience better. One thing I always wonder though — why are there SO many items on the menu? It’s like a book! 📖 Not complaining, just amazed every time I open it. I usually love their pasta salads and, of course, the desserts. Yesterday I told myself I was only getting cheesecake, but my greedy side won and I ended up ordering what they called a flatbread too. It wasn’t exactly “flat,” but it was still pretty good. In the end, the dessert definitely stole the show as usual. If you’re in the Dunwoody area and craving something sweet, it’s still a solid stop. 🍰
Probably the best one I have gone to, i come here usually every other month and buy 6 cheese cake slices to take home which is amazing and perfect every time, but the people are what makes it great here. I’ve come in with my service dog and they have always been very respectful of his space but compliment him and are all so friendly and accommodating. I have sat down to eat here twice and the BOH always does a good job with food, the place is clean, managers do a good job of checking in on tables and saying hello, and the only complaint I can give is one time the bathrooms were a bit messy but I have otherwise never had anything but wonderful service on all fronts.
One of my favorite Cheesecake Factory locations! The service was great and the food was well made. The mac & cheese fried balls and nachos were absolutely fantastic. The Linda’s Chocolate Fudge Cake was huge and so comforting — definitely worth it! I also always love their bread, and our server kindly refilled it once when we requested. Always a great experience here!
We started back eating at The Cheesecake Factory within the last 3 years. The menu is vast, choices for every palate. I had the lettuce wrap chicken tacos. Hmmm, so delicious! Tender chicken, crunchy vegetables & tasty sauces to choose from. The peach bellini and the s’mores cheesecake both complemented my meal. A table for one this time, much better than sitting at the bar. Service at the bar can be slow, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. My waitress Kobe, she provided consummate service. Very friendly, attentive and able to recommend things from each menu type.
I had the warm crab dip and it was perfectly seasoned and the consistency was just right served with the toasted bread. I had the Cajun pasta with shrimp and chicken, the seasoning was just right and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Shrimp was properly prepared and the chicken was tender. The sauce was good but just a little light for my taste I like saucy pasta though. I also had the macaroni and cheese bites with marinara sauce. Then I had the tiramisu cheesecake and it was good but I am a purist and would have preferred to have gotten the regular tiramisu. The Key lime cheese cake was good.
We recently ordered cheesecake and apple crisp from this location and it was amazing. I have been in here before and the service and food was hot and pretty good! I was not disappointed at all. Our server was awesome at her role and to the best of my memory, she is a competition bodybuilder based upon our conversation. I would say the seating is a bit tight and close together in my opinion but the location contributes to this. Overall, you’ll enjoy your visit here and just ask for the quietest seating as it gets pretty busy here.
The host desk at the front was sleepy and slow so I decided to dine in the bar and partake of the Happy Hour menu. Destiny and another server took great care of me. I had the Happy Hour Burger and gratuitous amounts of ice tea. Burger came out hot, fries crisp. This wasn’t a curated special burger but it was good and priced right. I had a cheesecake reward for a free slice and had the Very Cherry Ghirardelli. Yep, it was otherworldly….I’m happy to say I didn’t finish it as that would have been truly reckless.

Appetizers are great and i had really good service. However, I have serious privacy concerns regarding the women’s restroom. The two front stalls shared a toilet paper roll and there was a clear viewing window for the person in the second stall to see the toilet in the first directly (and vice versa). Additionally, the left side of the door in the second stall has a 3 inch gap where the person doing their business can easily be seen from the common bathroom area. Eeek!
The food was great, our waitress was amazing and overall I have to give it a 3. Because when you first arrive at a restaurant you want to be greeted with kindness not rudeness. The man at the door “Dee” was extremely rude when I arrived with my husband, daughter and father-in-law we spend $150+. The entire time couldn’t get over the fact he treated us like we were bothering him. I walked up to the counter and said “Hello, we have three adults and a toddler” and he looked at us with disgust and then asked me “ What did I just say” as if I spoke another language. He proceeded to look at us as if we had been bothering him. I then asked if he was the person who takes us to our seats or was I mistaken. The place wasn’t very busy as he wasn’t doing anything. I then repeated “that it was three adults and a toddler” and he replied “you can have a seat” with such rude tone of voice. So I stood and waited to be seated and he literally took us to our seats and then proceeded to cut of conversation by shoving menus in our faces. If we hadn’t been so determined to have a great family outing we probably would have called him out but I just did my best to ignore him. And every-time he walked by he just gave out table a stank look. I finally decided to ask the amazing waitress what his name was so that I could leave a review.
Good and bad. This location is great. Everyone is very nice and well trained. Everything was very clean. We ordered lunch and it was not very good. My wife ordered a pizza and I ordered the lunch portion of meat loaf, corn and mash potatoes and gravy. We did NOT enjoy it at all and we will not order their food again. But we did order their cheesecake and it was amazing. We will return just to eat their cheesecake but we will never eat a meal here ever again.
Arrived on Thursday at around 7. Was seated almost immediately (had to wait about 5 min for hostess to show up then she seated us). Food was good but TIME was SLOW. Time for waitress to come to our table the first time to take our drink orders was so long (party of 5 with 3 kids, we had time to all go use the restroom and chat for about 15 min). We placed food orders when we placed drink orders hoping to expedite things. Unfortunately it took about an hour to get our food and our waitress had to come by twice to tell us our food was almost ready, and she never gave us a second bread basket. Don’t eat here unless you have a lot of time on your hands!
First visit to this restaurant in a long time. The wait wasn't too long but it was very crowded. The ladies room was stinky and no tissue in most stalls. The waiter Jack was not attentive or informative. He was very aloof. My sweet tea doesn't have a touch of sugar in it. The egg roll sampler was good and the crab dip was good. A pepperoni flatbread with hot honey was delicious. I ordered the Reese's cheesecake and it was okay nothing that I will return for. I would recommend going to this restaurant on a day when it was slow doing hours that are not peak time as this was a rainy Saturday afternoon and it was packed.
I’d like to start by acknowledging how impressed I was with the speed at which we were seated, considering how busy the restaurant was. Kudos to your team for accommodating us so promptly! However, I have some feedback regarding our dining experience that I believe could help improve future visits. We ordered several items, including gluten-free pasta, fried macaroni and cheese balls, full-size chicken tenders, cheeseburger egg rolls, and a few cheesecakes to take home. Unfortunately, there were several issues with our service and meals: Gluten-Free Pasta: The dish was served plain with no sauce, which left everyone at the table puzzled. Chicken Tenders: I specifically ordered full-size chicken tenders, as recommended by our server. However, I was brought "Chicken Littles" instead, and the sweet corn served on the side was undercooked and hard. Cheeseburger Egg Rolls: Without the cheese sauce, these were bland and lacked flavor. While the cheese sauce significantly improved the taste, I believe the dish should stand on its own without being reliant on a dip. Fried Macaroni and Cheese Balls: These were exceptional and easily the highlight of the meal alongside the cheesecakes. The restaurant itself was clean and understandably busy, but our server seemed tired and not entirely focused, which may have contributed to the service mishaps. As we left, I took home a lemon meringue cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious. If I were to recommend anything from the menu, it would be the cheesecakes—they’re worth the trip. However, if you’re planning a visit for a special evening or a relaxing dinner, it might be best to go during a less busy time or perhaps consider another option. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I hope that with a few adjustments, the food and service will live up to the potential shown by your standout items.

We had a reservation for 2pm but since we had additional people join our party, we had to wait. Finally seated nearly 3pm. We were at the table for nearly 15 mins before the waitress let us know she would be back to take our drink order... 10 mins later she takes our drink order, 15 mins later she comes back with drinks. There were 4 children and 7 adults, 4 kids waters 4 adults waters and three peach teas... my water glass was dirty so I asked for another, waitress comes back with a glass of warm water and asked did I still need ice... ummmm, yes please and we all asked for lemon. We noticed that the table next to ours got bread... and a refill and we still had none. Waitress said, do yall want me to put yall order in or get all bread.... ummmm, I said why was the other table seated after us and have already gotten bread twice, waitress said... "that's not my table!" We realized we were a big party and said perhaps she needed some help. After taking our food orders, we waited another 10 mins for bread and 25 mins for our food. I had the turkey burger and it was very bland. I didn't complain about it because I was hungry and didn't want to wait another 30 mins. Two of us ordered cheese cake to go and we waited another 25 mins for the check and cheese cake. The waitress seemed like she was either new and not experienced or she did not want to be there. This was the first time I have eaten at this location and I won't do it again if I can help it. Did I say it was freezing in the restaurant??? It was 5:30 when we finally got out of the restaurant. 😬☹️
I came in for a Birthday lunch & while walking up i noticed a drastic change in appearance. I ordered the Thai salad which was horrible! My lettuce was old & brown & the chicken was rubbery. I didn't feel like complaining I just ate my birthday slice cheesecake & left. Thank you Camille for being so nice & wishing me a happy birthday. Kitchen Staff get it together we pay too much $$ for food to be getting old, burnt, stale, nasty food. I'm pretty sure I won't be back anytime soon. Free mall parking! Definitely a small time.

The staff obviously doesn’t care about customers who order door dash and Uber Eats. The food could’ve easily been tampered with. The bread bag is open and there so much room on the sides for someone to easily stick their hand in the bag.
1 star because the service was slow and even worse the bathrooms were in bad shape and not taken care of even after I notified the manager. What else isnt being taken care of in the kitchen if the restrooms can’t be maintained?. I visited the restroom upon arrival and immediately found the manager and told her that they were bad and needed attention. Over two hours later, I again stopped in the restroom and not one thing had been done to clean it. Water and toilet paper all over the floor (still). The service was also slow. Took our table of four, 2 hours and 15 minutes to get in and out of there. Food and service were both slow. This review is based on a 3:00pm arrival on a Sunday. Other women in the bathroom were complaining about their experience also. Very disappointed and we won’t be back.
We went to The Cheesecake Factory at Perimeter Mall to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was truly awful. What should have been a special night ended up being frustrating and disappointing. Our server came to the table only two times in two and a half hours. We were never offered refills, never given utensils (I had to get cutlery from another table myself), and service was essentially nonexistent. Near the end, the server brought water and poured it into a glass that still had Coke in it. We told the staff at the beginning that we were celebrating a birthday, yet there was no acknowledgment at all. We actually had to remind the server at the end. My wife did not feel special in any way, which made the experience even worse. This is usually one of our favorite restaurants, and we specifically chose it for a birthday celebration, but this visit was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, it completely missed the mark.
The to go pickup process at this restaurant is a mess. Customers are told to park in designated spots for curbside service but there's no pickup spots available. Cars are double parked, blocking lanes, dropping people off snd sitting idle with hazard lights on. Completely chaotic. Inside i was inquiring about my order when another customer interrupted, spoke with the host and left. I was skipped over while the host helped a man who just walked up. I had to interrupt to be acknowleged. An apology followed but basic customer service is to ask who's next instead of making assumptions. She said that she thought that was with the other woman who left. Whatever. I also left s tip when placing the online order due to curbside service. After having to go inside and deal with this, i should have cancelled my order and the CC charge. Additionally, the food was bland-tasteless, nasty. I ordered two appetizers and they couldn't get that right. In comparasion, Lazy Dog across the way, has a smooth to go pickup process AND they actually bring the food to your car with a smile. The food is seasoned and right the first time or they'll make it right.
Worst experience ever!! Our food was horrible. I made the mistake of ordering Pad Thai....out came undercooked pasta noodles that were horrible. My son got kids chicken strips that tasted of old grease and absolutely no seasoning. My fiance' had the pineapple chicken and shrimp with rice that literally was gooey! We were so disappointed. We had to sit outside because it was warmer outside with the propane warmers than inside. Yes it was 70 degrees earlier in the day but why is the AC on full blast at 9pm and guest are having to wear coats in order to be comfortable? Then we had a server that needs to retire. After 2 hrs ( asking several other waiters for their help) we finally left and we're happy to leave. I will NEVER come to this location again. Oh I forgot my son's fries had a piece of fried toothpick in it....now what if he had ate that? But he did get diarrhea after which was probably the result of the old oil ...Smh
This was one of the most catastrophically bad restaurant experiences I have ever endured. We walked in on a Friday night ready to celebrate. What we got instead was a masterclass in how to completely fail at hospitality. Let’s start with the basics—drinks. The waitress delivers them… except one. Somehow, in a room full of tables, one drink simply disappears into the void. That missing drink shows up TWENTY MINUTES LATER, long after the rest of us were finished. That’s not service—that’s incompetence. Then comes the wait to order. Forty minutes. FORTY. We’re sitting there like mannequins while the staff wanders around aimlessly. When the order is finally taken, we wait ANOTHER HOUR for the food to arrive. At this point, I’m wondering if they’re farming the ingredients out back. And when the food finally hits the table? WRONG ORDER. One out of THREE items is incorrect. We’re told, “Ten minutes.” Absolute nonsense. The waitress vanishes for another FORTY MINUTES. No updates. No apologies. Nothing. Then—brace yourself—she reappears and has the sheer audacity to ask if we want the corrected dish packed to go straight out of the kitchen. Are you joking? If I wanted takeaway, I wouldn’t have wasted three hours of my life sitting in your dining room. I was so frustrated by this, that I didn’t even bother taking a picture of the third item. And speaking of basics—where was the complimentary bread? You know, the bare minimum courtesy most restaurants manage without issue. Nowhere. Just another bullet point in a long list of failures. After nearly THREE HOURS, the food we did receive was cold, bland, and borderline inedible. No flavor. No care. No pride. Just slop on a plate. This wasn’t just bad—it was embarrassing. Embarrassing for the kitchen. Embarrassing for the service staff. Embarrassing for anyone who allows this place to operate and call itself a restaurant. This place didn’t just ruin a meal—it destroyed an entire evening. Do yourself a favor: stay away. There are too many good restaurants out there to waste your time, money, and sanity on this disaster.
My experience started well, but ended horribly. My sister and I arrived at 1:00. We ordered 2 salads for appetizers and Louisiana chicken pasta and shrimp scampi for entrees. I was really looking forward to this meal. After 30 minutes, we finally got our salads. I already anticipated a because of the holidays so I was prepared to be patient. After waiting an additional 30 minutes we finally got our entrees. We requested extra sauce when we placed our order and the pasta was served with the noodles looking overcooked and dried out. We mentioned this to our waitress named Trinity and she said our extra saice was left off of the ticket. I feel as a server if you know what we ordered and it doesn’t look presentable when you retrieve it from the kitchen, she could have requested the extra sauce that was left off before she brought the dried up pasta to our table. We waited another 15 minutes for the sauce and it looked like 1 milliliter of sauce to pour on an entire plate of pasta. We showed her again how dried out the pasta was to the point that it was sticking together and asked for some more sauce. She then rudely replied and said “well, I’m gonna have to charge you for that”….price was not an issue, the dry pasta was. 10 minutes later, she came back with yet another milliliter of sauce. We requested to go boxes when we rightfully should have just canceled the entrees because they were so dry the taste was disgusting. Trinity ended up being a huge disappointment as a server and the food was terrible. $85 completely wasted.

What people say about The Cheesecake Factory
Deer Creek's Cheesecake Factory: American Comfort, Iconic Slices
There’s a spot in Deer Creek that consistently draws a crowd, and for good reason. We’re talking about The Cheesecake Factory, a place that, despite its grand name, feels like a beloved local institution for American comfort food. It’s the kind of place you can bring the whole crew – family, friends, kids, you name it – and settle in for a relaxed meal. Now, while the name screams dessert, don't sleep on their savory dishes. Folks rave about the food here, and I’ve heard particular whispers a...
Deer Creek's Cheesecake Factory: More Than Just Slices
You know The Cheesecake Factory. It’s that place you can always count on for a meal, no matter what you’re craving. Here in Deer Creek, our local outpost truly lives up to the reputation, offering a menu so vast it feels like a culinary atlas. You could eat there weekly and never repeat a dish, which is exactly why it keeps drawing folks back.My recent visits have reminded me just how much variety they pack in. For something fresh and flavorful, the lettuce wrap chicken tacos are a standout:
