We stopped by here on our way to LA from San Francisco. The staff was friendly even though it was almost closing. Food was good. Place was clean.

Place is always clean, staff is friendly and efficient. Although most of their business is drive-thru, they are fast and accommodating to their walk-in counter customers.

Close to home and lots of parking, so I rarely use the busy drive up window. It's much faster to just order inside and go.

This little corner of a Jack In The Box has the one people should be grateful for it's right in between catching up Highway 1 and it's properly maintained it's clean it's got good food what else can you ask for

Quite isolated, we were only the customers there though they have many calls! Don't worry about food quality, it's still the same.

Oh man...sourdough burger. Look, it's fast food. The five star rating is that this is the best fast food (in my opinion) on the Peninsula. The restaurant is very clean, the food is well-prepared, and the staff are very accommodating to your requests on the order.

So I am going to The Sea Otter Classic this morning, running late & got drive through at Jack. I am immediately welcomed by a happy positive voice who instantly brightend up my busy morning. I got to the window and see a great big set of beautiful joyous eyes....( I would say smile, but she had on a mask) She was ready for me and asked " Hi, how's your morning going sir?" then repeated my order to me, I confirmed it was correct. She handed me the change & my bag. " Any ketchup or condiments for you?" No. "Thank you, take care." I ate the bestest tasting sausage cressant sandwitch ever!!!!!!!" ***** 5 stars I think her name was, Chloe, or Zoe I can't remember now. But, it sounded cute like Jody. I did not catch the names of the 2 employees working tonight but they were amazing. I picked up and online order and as I was driving away noticed I was missing 2 items. I went back to ask for them and the female employee, despite being busy, was very pleasant and professional when correcting the issue. Accidents happen but how we respond is our choice. I think she deserves a raise for maintaining a positive and helpful atmosphere in a rush of customers.

I live by Fremont in seaside but I prefer to drive to this location. Mirna took my order In drive thru. She was very attentive, polite, happy and she made my day! My food was very tasty, warm and I just love to come to this location!

#1 Best Jack in the box on the peninsula. Friendly staff and the food is fresh. Never smashed or cold. Burgers always neatly packaged. Messed up on drink but fixed quickly in drive thru. We will go out of the way to come to this Jack's on hwy 68!

Del rey Oaks sourdough chicken sandwich is made better there than in the South Main Jackinthe box in Salinas. My curly fries were cold though.

I had their chicken sandwich with avocado on it and it was soooo good! Also the curly fries are legit.

Two tacos for $1.28 is still a good deal, especially if you eat there fresh before they get cold.

Stopped by after fueling at the 7-11 nearby. Everyone was friendly when I entered and the food was fresh and made to order when I did a mobile order. Fries were a bit overdone but I was too hungry to care. Thanks!

Next time I'm in that particular area I will be stopping and grabbing something to eat at this location once again. It is pretty rare to see a fast food joint that isn't always bombarded with people. The food here is still great, there's just not enough information out there that this particular Jack in the Box does in fact and desist. You may have a little bit of a problem finding out where to turn in if you were going off of Highway 68 but you will be making a left and that is the only way that you can go so the whole shopping center that this Jack in the Box is in, is pretty straightforward. Enjoy!

It is a jack in the box. Exactly what you would expect. In response to the Response from the owner, I would just like to say, I got my food and got out, and will most likely be visiting the place again. But if you want a critique, Your Motz sticks taste freezer burnt. And that is a note from multiple locations.

I go to this Jack in the Box like 2-3 times a week. They are lovely. Sometimes they get overwhelmed, but I think that any fast food place kinda has that problem.

Jack in the Box late night drive-thru is a hit n miss usually. Depending on who is working it seems. We came there around midnight'ish and ordered a meal, 3 milkshakes and a side of fries with extra bbq sauce. We get to the front to pay and give the man our money. He tells us the milkshake machine is broken. Super bummed because we love their milkshakes soo much. Then all of a sudden the gentleman who took our order and gave us our change was gone and another man asked if we had ordered milkshakes. All in all, we finally got our milkshakes, although he made us 2 chocolate and 1 vanilla when we ordered 2 vanilla 1 chocolate. Plus, we never did see that bbq sause or even catsup for that matter. Oh maybe next time?....

With no one in the entire restaurant, it took the staff 7 minutes to take our order. It took an additional 10 minutes to get our food.

Ordered a kids meal. Did not get my applesauce. The burger was reheated in the microwave because the ends were burnt, the pattie curved up, the cheese melted into the bun as it does when u heat in microwave rather than just put a burger together. It wasnt edible! And we were about 15 mins down the hwy before realizing it. Never stopping here again. There was no line do it was no rush to get it out the door.

Shameful customer service. Walked in at 5:30 PM (Tues). Only customer inside. 6 cars in drive thru. 5 minutes before being addressed or tended to at the register. Ordered something simple. Received my order at 5:50! Seriously...20 minutes for a single customer order?! In the mean time, manager in the back room not helping her crew. Then decides to come out and 2 employees walk out for their break. Manager gets a personal call and proceeds to have a conversation about her life while ignoring drive thru orders and mine getting cold. Throughout all of this, employees speaking in Spanish ASSUMING that I don't understand. Conversation full of cussing and complete disregard for the people in the restaurant. Again, shameful service.

Staying nearby and up early in the morning looking for breakfast. Tried 3 days in a row to get breakfast from here, and just can't sit there for 20 minutes waiting on food. As if I didn't learn, I was determined to get breakfast thinking it was a one off thing, but this morning, at 6:15am the lady told me over the drive thru intercom "ten minutes more". Weak
