I have always received amazing customer service from the employees at this location, many of whom have worked with the company for years and transferred from the former site just down University road. I specifically visit this store BECAUSE it's a unionized location, and I support them striking for better benefits. A company of the magnitude of Starbucks size has no excuse for not engaging with them in civil negotiations. Good luck employees!

The crew is great at keeping up with rushes but mobile ordering is a bad idea. It encourages low effort queuing of drink orders to backlog the workers while also penalizing customers who order in store and wait behind the mobiles. For the type A folks that will respond "well just order via mobile" you've killed the entire vibe of coffee shops so no!

We loved this Starbucks. It’s small but have places for sit and enjoy the drink. The staff is nice and provides attention to customers. There’s a drive thru lane available and it’s fast. The Starbucks food and beverage price got increased due to inflation. There’s cups and tumbler available for purchase. There’s ample parking available and restroom is clean. Id love to consider this Starbucks location available which is near to I-35 and US-380.

This Starbucks isn’t bad! The employees are decent and you can usually get in and out pretty quickly. A lot of traffic noise but that’s expected due to the location. All in all, it’s a decent location!

I do mobile orders in the mornings on my way to work and 9/10 my order is made completely wrong. Missing 2/3 shots of espresso that COME with the drink in general. Missing cold foam that costs extra money. Ordering ahead can still mean waiting 30 mins at the store because were being ignored for drive thru orders. Go to a different store if possible. I get tired of having to return to get my drink remade when i have a chance. Its too expensive for them not to even read the order.

This is a smaller Starbucks and not exactly one where there is a comfortable feel. We ordered our drinks and the barista stated she didn't understand what my husband wanted. He is hard of hearing which is worse in places with higher ceilings. I tried explaining he wanted a plain cafe mocha (Mine was non-dairy as I am allergic) and she stated she didn't know what that was. A cafe mocha is a cafe mocha. To become this confused over the order was a bit over the top and feel she was being condescending. My husband tipped and I really wanted to cancel the transaction. Show elders some respect and LISTEN to what they are saying.

My family and I go to this location very often, and we always get the same order, never been disappointed or anything. But this past Sunday we went and as usual ordered our go to order. We waited for almost 7 minutes and I’m not even complaining about that, but it was weird since we were the only car waiting there. After waiting for such a time, we expected our drinks to be amazing, they weren’t. For a drink with no whip cream, it was way too sweet, we couldn’t even drink it. And for a drink with no ice, it wasn’t supposed to look like that. I’m very disappointed.

I typically don't do breakfast at Starbucks. I was in a hurry and decided to grab a drink and a breakfast burrito. I'm definitely disappointed in the burrito. It was bland with no flavor. I had to put salt and pepper to finish it. The first half only had a piece of bacon and egg. The bottom half had some pieces of sausage and a potato at the very bottom. My wife tried it also and wasn't excited either. She said we could have got a bag of burritos from braums for cheaper which has better taste.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks ive ever seen. They are always out on strike demanding more per hour but it takes them 30 minutes to make 3 drinks is crazy. They all just chat with each other and work as slow as humanly possible. A group of 100 year old women could and would run a store more efficiently

Extremely disappointing experience. The new staff members were rude and unprofessional and completely ignored me while I was waiting to be served. I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. I couldn’t help but feel that this treatment may have been influenced by my skin color, which is deeply upsetting. No customer should ever feel unwelcome or treated differently. This behavior goes against Starbucks’ values of inclusion and respect, and management needs to address this immediately.

This store is insane. Constant bad customer service. Have never had a good experience here. The team does not know their product or how to use their POS or how to provide any kind of customer service. They are also incredibly rude and will argue with you about what you order and whether or not they actually sell a blonde espresso (for example). Will never go back to this location again.

Wasted 30 minutes on these people waiting for my peppermint mocha. Service was terrible. They had the look of misery and discomfort on their faces. I guess serving coffee all day stresses them out. I’m done with Starbucks mediocre products anyways.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. This place is seriously no good. I go there all the time and I order the same thing every time I go and it seems like they can never get my order right. Either my coffee has too much milk or not at all. Both pictures are from the same Starbucks just different day. And no I have yet to take a sip my coffee in the first picture. Also what is a blonde espresso?? I didn’t ask for that.
