Wildflower is definitely one of the best restaurants in Denver. The menu is incredibly creative and features surprising and unique flavors. The servers offer amazing explanations of the offerings and are always attentive, knowledgeable, polite and fun. The food is delicious and the gin/thyme cocktail is phenomenal. The decor and overall vibe at wildfire is beautiful and cozy. Definitely a favorite spot for date night or a special occasion. Highly recommend!
Best restaurant in Denver - I've dined here twice; once for a company dinner and once for a birthday dinner. The food is so interesting. Each dish was so flavorful and unlike anything I've ever tasted. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Denver, and will be back. The tasting menu is very reasonably priced for the amount of courses you receive, and the size of each course.
This is our second visit to Wildflower, and it was just as fantastic as our first. Staff were warm and friendly, as well as attentive and aware of guests and staff walking. They remembered it was our anniversary celebration and offered congratulations and complements multiple times. Our waitress kept our water full, cleared plates in timely fashion, explained the dishes excellently, and even took our photo to remember the occasion. The Bouquet meal was a delicious sampling of their dishes, and each and every one was excellent. The dishes all had complimentary flavors and textures, creating a unique experience as we ate. Tonight my favorites were the Octopus Al Pastor and crispy Moulard Duck with apple and pistachio. The pistachio added something so distinct to the dish I keep thinking about it. The Garden Tomatoes also broke my brain a bit with some really neat flavors that look like a dessert but taste very savory. The dishes all have such character and present new flavors and textures that typical restaurants do not have, which really makes the meal so memorable and interesting. I will caution, the menu is pricey and reflects the quality and care of the ingredients, preparation, and effort by the chef and their team. Be prepared to spend a good amount on dinner. With the Bouquet, drinks, dessert, and tip, a bill for two can top $300. I would consider this an excellent spot for special occasions. I hope we can come back and enjoy the experience again.
Inside the Gravity Haus Hotel, this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. One of the best we've ever eaten at in Denver. Absolutely breathtaking dishes, one right after another. Beautiful presentation. Jackie was our server and she was delightful as well. Very knowledgeable with all of the dishes and wine. We will definitely be back!!!
One of the better options in Denver for a fine meal out with creative vision and compelling tastes. The plates were all interesting and tasty and beautiful. Vibes, environment, staff … all excellent across two visits in two months. Great gluten free options as well. Definitely will continue to return as the menu evolves.
Wow wow wow! I was lucky enough to come here for my birthday and we were blown away by the food and service. We went for the bouquet which I highly recommend as we were able to try a big part of the menu. From the cutlery to the plates, everything was carefully and perfectly selected and you can feel the love in the food. The plating is beautiful and the quality is excellent - we can’t wait to come back for the next menu! A huge shout out to Zach who explained the menu and each component so beautifully and made our dinner so special, thank you! We tried: Lamb tartare Buri crudo Corn agnolotti Garden tomatoes Focaccia Black cod Wagyu picanha Honey semifreddo
This place is a gem. We came to Colorado for a wedding, and stayed a couple of days after. We used the Michelin guide and this place spoke to us. It’s even better than in the pictures. Atmosphere was awesome, with some lofi, cool playlist going on, and low lights. It felt really chic but comfortable at the same time. Food has an array of flavour, each dish is different and has its own style. And you won’t leave this place hungry, it’s so much and delicious. Wine pairing was fantastic. Onto the service, we were with Matt and he’s the loveliest waiter. He took the time to know us so he could choose the right wine/food for us and make sure we had the perfect evening. Thank you so much!!!
We went here to celebrate our anniversary and this triumphs all the food experiences we've had in Denver. Wife is vegetarian and we ended up choosing the tasting menu. Best decision ever. They customized some of their food to be vegetarian for us. We had close to 5 appetizers by the end of which we were stuffed. We ended up taking the entree and dessert home. Would love coming back here again. Thank you for the great experience.
I have been to Wildflower to celebrate my birthdays for 3 years in a row, because it is such a special experience. I am overjoyed that they were recognized for Michelin, as they truly deserve it! The atmosphere makes it one of the coziest and romantic restaurants in Denver. The food is innovative and beautiful. “Bouquet of wildflowers”, aka the tasting menu, is an amazing price for the amount of food, and they are willing to work with dietary retractions and preferences. Our favorite dishes these year were the octopus (so tender), the celery soup (such depth of flavor), and the waygu beef. The service is amazing. This time we ordered non-alcoholic drinks, and the waiter thoughtfully asked if we were fine with alcohol in some of the dishes. I look forward to future celebrations at Wildflower!
Every dish was beautifully carved and delicious. Chef Eden is creating tasty dishes that are Michelin star caliber. The service and atmosphere was so romantic. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. It has vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options as well. ❤️❤️
We loved dining at Wildflower! Amazing flavors in each dish and the service was fantastic. It was my birthday and it felt like the entire restaurant staff knew. We will definitely go back! Our favorite dishes were the Mikan Buri Crudo, Celery Root Soup, Wagyu Picanha, and the Honey Semifreddo. Yum!
We spent a lovely date night in one of the comfortable booths just off the bar. Our experience was delightful, starting with a delicious crudo and bread with a selection of toppings. We then enjoyed the grilled artichokes salad before our main dishes arrived: duck breast and wagyu beef, both cooked perfectly. The chili sauce on the steak had ideal heat for me, though it might be too spicy for some (my companion found it a bit much). Our drinks were excellent—both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails were tasty, creative, and reasonably priced. We also sampled a couple selections from their wine list. Note that there's a 20% operations fee added to your bill, making tipping optional. Nevertheless, I added an additional gratuity for our server who was wonderful and accommodated us at her table for over 2 hours! Thank you Wildflower, we will be back.
What a delightful evening! As this was our first visit to Wildflower, we dined on the tasting menu with wine pairings - and we were not disappointed! Complimentary champagne to kick off our anniversary followed by one delicious and artfully prepared dish after another! Buri crudo, focaccia, lamb tartar, wagyu beef, a honey semifreddo, so much more and all so tasty! The decor and furnishings made the place feel so intimate and we loved everyone who came to our table - but a shout out to Tyler, who was the best! Thanks for a special and unique evening!
An experience, not just a restaurant. The feel is warm. Good for a person alone, a romantic evening for a couple or a work dinner for 6. The food is unique...and they tell you all about it when it's delivered. Molly and Matt were welcoming and attentive without hovering. Only minor, potential issue: the menu is not huge, so check it on their website maybe before going.
My friend and I had a beautiful meal here in Denver. I feel as though we found something so special. Matt our server was knowledgeable and engaged in our experience. The ingredients were all fresh and consisted of some of the most unlikely pairings that were just spectacular! Truly loved it!
Top restaurant hidden in a north Denver neighborhood!!! The multi-course menu is magical!! Each dish had phenomenal flavor, texture, presentation, originality and just beautiful. This is the second time I have dined here while visiting Denver and I highly recommend it to discerning gourmands who appreciate the best culinary experience!
I just had THE MOST AMAZING TIME at Wildflower! My son and daughter in law brought me here for the first time, and everything from food to the ambience to the service was stellar and well worth it! If you have an opportunity DO.NOT HESITATE to go. And definitely try the mead and have some focaccia! My one and only regret is that I was unable to get a bottle of the reserve mead to take home.
Atmosphere is pleasant. Somewhat quiet and easy to hear the conversation. The place is nice but seems a bit more casual than i expected from the photos. The menu seemed nothing special. So when we got our food I was pleasantly surprised and quite impressed. Every item was delicious! Properly prepared! Veggie dishes all fresh and freshly prepared. Salad was delicious, beautifully executed and freshly prepared. Blistered peas dish - wonderful, done just the right (beautiful green color and the right amount of crispness). Fish was prepared just right! I am not easily impressed by food - but this place did an exceptional job! Service was nice. Attentive and friendly. I would definitely highly recommend for both dinner with friends and romantic dinner!
Had a delicious birthday dinner here. We got the bigger bouquet and tried the best of the menu. We loved everything! The staff did an excellent job explaining all the dishes. This is a great place to celebrate special occasions and will be some of the best food you’ve ever had.
My girlfriend was kind enough to take me out to dinner for my birthday, and I have so much to say about this experience! The staff very lovely and constantly attentive without being over bearing. Our waitress was Karly? She was well spoken and included witty banter and great and honest recommendations. As far as the food goes it was incredibly satisfying. It was as though you were unraveling a present with every single bite. For a first time experience I would recommend trying the whole menu so that you get a good idea of what the restaurant is about! If you have a chance to try this gem, please do!
Outstanding experience at Wildflower!! We put our trust in them for the “Bouquet of Wildflowers” tasting menu and we got to try all of their most highlighted dishes. Very attentive service and accommodated dietary restrictions that some people in our group had. So much food and left completely stuffed!
If you truly LOVE Food and the entire experience... This is a must try spot! If you know you know, and if you don't yet know you better book in advance! Phenomenal Valentines Day experience! It would rake up far to much space to expound upon our experience, but I manage restaurants, and my wife truly Loves food as well, and this is Top 5 spot in Denver / All of Colorado. Prices reflect a true Chef's Menu, be prepared. Drinks are great, but nothing WoW like the food.
Had such a spectacular meal at Wildflower tonight. Did the restaurant week tasting menu and everything was hands down incredible. We asked to upgrade to a larger plate of bread and our server gave it to us on the house. All 3 cocktails we had were amazing, dishes were so unique, delicious, and well balanced. Will definitely be back to try their actual menu soon.
Wow. Wow. Wow. Molly our server was impeccable. Food was delightful and inventive. My cocktail as the best I’ve had in any NW Denver establishment of late by far. Great touch is that one if the staff makes some of the serving items (I wish the baby app plates were for sale, I’d snatch some up). Will def be back snd until then raving about the experience.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wildflower], and it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance was quiet and intimate, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal or a special occasion. The food was excellent, with a well-thought-out tasting menu that showcased a variety of flavors and high-quality ingredients. The cocktails were also a highlight—expertly crafted and creative. The service was attentive without being intrusive, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. If you're looking for a place with great food, beautifully mixed drinks, and a peaceful atmosphere, Wildflower is worth a visit.
Wildflower may be one of the best experiences we’ve had since moving to Denver. Tucked under the Life House hotel, it is truly a hidden gem. The ambience was amazing and complimented the food perfectly. We did the Bouquet of Wildflowers tasting and I can’t recommend it enough! Each dish was presented like a piece of art and the ingredients were fresh, unique, and paired so well with their wines and cocktail offerings. I wanted to give an extra shoutout to Jaki and Tracy for their incredible service and knowledge. We can’t wait to come back!
My spouse and I celebrated our anniversary here in January. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. We went for the premium tasting menu, and they didn't even bat an eye at accommodating us being vegetarian. They even brought over a small beverage and bite on the house to celebrate our anniversary! Every course was amazing. Get the butternut squash soup and the focacia! We will definitely be back!
Very romantic! We went there for our anniversary and am so happy we did. We did the wildflower bouquet where you tell your waiter what your preferences are and they make up your menu. This let's you try a bunch of dishes. Food was so unique and tasty, and the cocktails were great. The service might have been the best I've ever received at a restaurant. would highly recommend!
The best meal we’ve had in 5 years in Denver! Impeccable service (s/o Jack), ambience, and food! All the dishes and drinks were so creative and delicious!
Wow. It’s hard to put into words what an incredible meal we had at Wildflower this past weekend. We were visiting from Toronto and Wildflower was the restaurant I was most looking forward to visiting, and it did not disappoint. Our server, Aria, was fantastic and explained each of the many dishes we ordered. The ambiance of the restaurant was so beautiful, and is exactly what picture when I think of Colorado. Most importantly, the food was out of this world. The dishes had such unique flavour combinations and were beautifully inspired by the local ingredients and landscapes. I would come back to Denver just to eat here again!
Wow. What an experience! My boyfriend and I celebrated my birthday there by ordering the "Bouquet of Flowers" which was a multi-course chef designed meal. We had SEVEN courses! The focaccia bread is UNREAL! My favorites were the focaccia, the butternut squash soup, and the duck entree. It was a roller coaster of flavors, textures, and design in each of their plates. It was something new in every bite and was such a fun, unique experience. We both had some of their signature cocktails and loved all of our drinks! Such a lovely experience with great service by Jackie. We'll be coming back again in the future!
Incredible! It's what chocolate lab wished it could be. The execution was phenomenal, the service was impeccable and the food devine! Highly suggest you do the bouquet as it is quite the deal. The small plates are all reasonable in size and not insulting. As our waiter pointed out, they don't want you to have to stop at Chipotle on the way home. So in combination with the large plates you will get your fill as well as an experience. The presentation was impressive and the staff explains each dish and could answer any questions we had. They are great with allergies and each dish is tailored to your needs. Highly suggest a reservation as they fill up quickly.
Low key place, friendly service, the food does the talking. Easy 5 stars with a 'bouquet' of 5-7 courses. Strong cocktails.
What a spectacular place! We are from New York and were in Denver recently for a Special occasion . I can not stress enough what an enjoyable unique experience we had at WildFlower. Our group had the tasting menu and enjoyed every dish! and the service was terrific . Special shout outs to Tracy and Ace for making us feel so welcome! and Molly and Jackie who were so friendly and knowledgable when suggesting and serving the unique dishes! and of course Tyler for keeping the drinks cold and coming! we even got a table visit from the Head chef Aiden to answer questions and make sure we were happy! what a terrific bunch! More than just a dinner it was an unforgettable experience! a 5 Star night!
This was by far one of the most amazing dinners I have ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed every course tasting with its unique blend of luxurious umami flavors that made my spirit sing! You must do the bouquet tasting to experience the full culinary delight.
Incredible shared plates with bold, thoughtful flavors! Every single dish felt intentional and genuinely delicious. The atmosphere is perfectly moody..dim, cozy, and intimate. One of those places where the food and the vibe work together seamlessly. One of the top restaurants I recommend to visitors!
I love this gem - from a trusty place to bring a special date, celebrate something important, or just treat yourself and cozy up at the bar alone (though I’ve never felt alone because the superb and friendly bar staff are easy to talk to & super knowledgeable plus it’s seriously so cozy) it covers whatever your heart would desire. Upon entering you are struck with a warm atmosphere, beautiful lighting, and some really stunning and interesting bouquets, set amongst tasteful decor and a truly attentive staff - that unless you were trying to observe, work together so seemlesly it’s impressive. It feels though nothing was overlooked and is very cared for. I love the rotating & intriguing menu that keeps me on my toes but always trustworthy & covers any craving run by the Michelin mentioned youngest chef - impressive stuff. There’s always things I’ve never tried, new techniques and pairings I’d never imagine. It’s really such a treat and a culinary learning experience. The cocktail program slaps from the staples to the more adventurous and I love trying new wine here. I’ve truly never been somewhere so top shelf yet so approachable and welcoming and I always look forward to coming back.
Every time I’ve dined here my expectations were exceeded. The front of the house team makes you feel like you’re the most important person there with attentiveness and custom recs based on your preferences. They change their menu frequently and every dish has been spectacular. The creativity is out of this world.
I took my friend Jessie to Wildflower for her birthday dinner and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The cozy, inviting interior sets the tone right away. It’s the kind of place you want to linger (and we did, lol). From start to finish the entire experience took about 2 hours but not once did we feel it was too drawn out or rushed in any way. We ordered the tasting menu, Wildflower Bouquet, and every course was creative, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. The elevated cocktails and wine pairings complemented the dishes perfectly and really tied the whole experience together. Our server, Liam, truly made the night exceptional. His service was top notch! He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, in addition to charming and funny (: He guided us through the courses and pairings with confidence and made us feel completely taken care of without ever being overbearing. Can’t recommend Wildflower enough for a special dinner or a memorable night out. We’ll absolutely be back!
This is one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We celebrated my partner’s birthday, and we were treated with such wonderful service from start to finish. We both did the smaller tasting course which was more than enough food for both of us but didn’t leave us feeling stuffed. The food was exceptional. Gorgeous plating, super fresh ingredients, and inventive and creative flavors that were so exciting to eat. This was such an inspiring and enjoyable evening. A perfect place to spend a celebratory evening.
Christmas Eve dinner at Wildflower with my husband was absolutely incredible. Every course was thoughtful, beautifully prepared, and truly memorable. They somehow made me love lamb — which I never thought I’d say — it was that good. The staff was attentive, warm, and genuinely kind, making the whole evening feel special without being over the top. The perfect way to celebrate the holiday together. We’ll absolutely be back.
Came here for my birthday and was welcomed with a beautiful wax sealed envelope and birthday card from the team, it felt so special and personal. Our server, Matt and the rest of the team was amazing they were well knowledge explaining the menu and very attentive, the host even replaced a napkin that fell to the ground without us even noticing it. The chefs made a delicious birthday dessert and everything was cooked perfectly. 100% recommend and I will definitely come back!
Impeccable, impeccable, impeccable. I am a huge foodie and have high expectations but this was perfect from start to finish. The service was beyond reproach at every touch, the decor lovely, the plating divine and oh my gosh... The food. My dining partner and I were stuffed and could not stop eating. The food was inventive, thoughtful and complex. Cancel your other dining reservations and go eat here immediately. I can't wait to come back.
Absolutely wowed by their prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu. Each course was more adventurous than the last and the presentation and flavors were top notch. Zach and Liam & the rest of the staff took fantastic care of my wife and me. Will be back to try their regular menu!
One of my all time favorite spots in Denver! I just popped in for a quick drink and snack at the bar and was reminded why I love this place. The creativity of the chefs and bartenders is always on display and the staff is so attentive, knowledgeable and friendly (which is getting harder and harder to find these days). I love that I can go for a small happy hour or a full dinner and have the same charming experience. Kudos to the management team over there for always ensuring their team is prepared and focused on hospitality.
Overall I thought the food was excellent, and the atmosphere in the front dining room and bar area was really nice (although I wouldn't want to be seated in the back dining room which felt a bit more sterile compared to rest of restaurant's nice ambience.) we were guided that everything was sharable and ordered 5 small plates and 2 big plates (per recommendation for 3 adults) -- the server guided us to double up on three of the small plates (and we ended up doubling on two, the Crudo and the tomato salad, NOT the agnolotti). However, that was too much food and we ended up not being able to eat a lot of our large plates which was sad because the food was great. (We were staying in a hotel so couldn't take home the leftovers 😕). I would suggest that if you are ordering multiple apps to share, then just get one of each for 2-4 people at the table, and don't get doubles of anything (if anything, just try another taste of something different!). The wine list was very accessible and we had 2 delicious bottles of white for less than $75, and were able to take the last half bottle home when we couldn't finish it.
Wonderful experience at Wildflower! This Michelin Guide recommended restaurant was a great experience. The food was delicious, creative and well presented. We enjoyed the "Wildflower Bouquet" for 4 people choosing the 6 small plates and 2 large plates. The chef made a substitution based on the flavor profiles of our choices. My suggestion would be to inform the diners of the changes to the selections made. The small plates were wonderful with favorites being Mikan Buri Crudo and Corn Agnolotti. The entrees were Alaskan Black Cod with an amazing sauce and the Wyagu Picanha. The Wyagu was underwhelming as it was a sirloin cut, tough to cut even with a steak knife. Our server Rafi was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent knowledge of the food and ingredients. He made our experience fun! On a side note, we were visiting from Ohio where an extra 8% charge (on all items including alcohol which has nothing to do with BOH) for BOH is not customary. This was an unpleasant suprise to us, although it is mentioned on the menu in very small print.
My husband made reservations for us at your Michelin-recommended restaurant to celebrate our anniversary an intimate occasion. Unfortunately, from arrival to departure, the experience was profoundly disappointing and did not live up to the restaurant's reputation. Upon arrival, the hostess was immediately unwelcoming, offering a curt, "Can I help you?" instead of a proper greeting. We were initially seated by the window at a small, uncomfortable tiny round table that felt more like lounge seating than a dinner setting. The chairs were tiny and awkward. Due to the high noise level—which made it impossible to hear my husband—we requested a quieter, more private table, explaining that we were celebrating. The hostess moved us to a small table in the back, but warned us that a large party would soon be seated nearby. We noticed other couples were seated at significantly more comfortable tables with better spacing. Our primary server, Matt, was a definite highlight. He was helpful, explained the menu well, and made excellent recommendations based on my food allergies. The fish crudo he recommended was absolutely delicious—so much so that we ordered it twice. However, the rest of the service was inconsistent and frequently fell short. My husband often had to pour his own champagne because our server was frequently "lost" or absent. When we tried to flag down other staff for help, one refused to pour our champagne, stating he wasn't our specific server—a lack of teamwork that is unacceptable at this level of dining. Our water glasses were not consistently replenished. The food experience was mixed, with some serious quality issues. The tomato salad was good, but the squash salad was notably bitter. My main course, the cod fish, was inedible. It smelled and tasted old and was full of bones, making it impossible to enjoy.
There is a a lot of skill in the kitchen. Some of the dishes were great. Some of the flavor pairings in the dishes did not work. The signature dessert is delicious.
Valentine’s Day Pre Fixe Dinner $430 after tip for two people Worst meal we’ve ever had. Service was great, atmosphere was great but the food tasted like gourmet ketchup and was foods that make you the most sick. Pate, raw fish, scallops, duck, weird Kiwi dessert… if you have reservations for this weekend cancel in advance. Left still hungry. Michelin doesn’t mean good.
