Food is decent, but the service is trash. Staff is unfriendly and no one greets you. Manager was visibly overwhelmed and rushing through everyone’s order.

The customer service is never a 10 and some of the women there always have a bad attitude. The food will get the job done but it’s not amazing & doesn’t taste fresh.

I ordered a bowl and the server did not seem to be actively listening. The protein portion was small. I also asked for a very small amount of corn but she put in too much. Also, was given the wrong serving of beans. I mentioned this while there. Noone seemed to want to make things right just passed my bowl to the next server. I was mad at myself for paying for it instead of just leaving the entree and walking out of the store. Hopefully I can get the courage to visit your store again.

Chips were old as hell. I . No crunch to them at all. I ordered a chimichurri and when I got home, I realized it was not there. Worst chipotle location ever. No wonder they have below 3.0 review. Horrible and disgusting location. They also skimp on the amount of portions. Seriously disgustingly vile location.

Why are they out of food like it’s the end of the night??? There was no carne asada - no rice, then the rice they brought out wasn’t cooked all the way done. It was hard as a rock so we couldn’t even eat the bowls. The meat came with half a spoon full, they were very stingy with the portion size which is not known for Chipotle. They were out of forks!! Counter filthy - floor filthy. The bottom of the bowl- Filthy!!!! I need corporate to reach out to me & look at these pictures of this portion size. Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Horrible experience was in line for 30 minutes and I was the only one in there. The girl that was supposed to take orders was just talking to other co workers. Then asked what I wanted and walked off. I asked for a bowl but was told there was no more bowls. When there was some in the to go area.

I kindly asked my server for double protein, which was carne asada. FIRST portion was probably normal which was a scoop, but the extra portion that I asked for was two strips of carne asada. I proceeded to ask my server. “Was that the extra portion that I was paying for “ and she said yes. I normally cook six out of seven days a week, which the seventh my husband cooks. I’m disappointed that every person before me way served generously without having to ask for an extra.I’ve been to this location Several times because it’s much closer to my home, thinking I’m going to give them another chance. Unfortunately, they disappointed again.. …. Please train your employees to be equal with every customer.

Went there yesterday and the food was horrible, I would not feed it to a hungry dog. While waiting in line to eat, I noticed that the cooking grill was filthy covered with burnt chicken and steak and the cooking grill was placing new meat on it to be cooked. Also the place is cooking the meat the day before and reheating it the next day to be sold to the public! My stomach was upset all night. I suggest that if you do not want your stomach upset all night and feeling nauseous, do not eat at this location. If l could give this place a score it would be below 0. I’m never eating at this place again…

Just arrived at 10:45am came into store. There are about 6-8 staff working in the kitchen and 2 up front setting up. I said hello to everyone greeting staff, the chubby black lady said we are not open and we are not finished setting up. The tall white assuming manager came out and asked me was I greeted and I said no. He asked chubby why not and to serve me. She refused because she said all the food and silverware wasn’t out. She needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! Nasty and rudeness isn’t needed at a customer service position. The tall white manager serve my food and waited. He was very professional and said he will handle her later.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had a chipotle. First the women didn’t put all the toppings on like I ask her. I ask her to re open it she had to apply what she missed.i also ask her about the scoop of the rice I’m use to my bowl being filled to the top after everything is applied. I also was eating in it was guacamole skin in my guacamole never had that..this food was cold in my steak meat was so chewy I couldn’t even swallow it had to spit it out it was like fat it was just chewy in my chips was stale and some was like soggy worst one I ever been to I will never recommend anyone to go here run fast the other way

I ordered a chicken bowl via Uber eats. Why was it steak?!! Yes I’m hangry! And I don’t eat red meat! I got half of my refund back from Uber eats, how fair was that?!

NEVER EVER GO HERE. The workers seemed very bored to be there. The server was very stingy in the portions he gave me. I paid the price of a full bowl, when it's barely halfway filled. If your money is important to you, do yourself a favor, and go to a different Chipotle, where you will get your money's worth of food. Also, just for clarification purposes, I was there in person, ordering the food, and there was no line and it was not rush hour, where they were very busy.
