What they lack in ambiance they triple in quality of food. So yes they were clean and organized but nothing fancy. They employ self seating. Service was really good. The servers all work well together and will assist if needed. The chips and salsa was really good. Salsa had to be fresh because it was so good. The fajitas were yummy. The steak and chicken were so tender and flavorful. They added additional meat because I don't eat shrimp. The sides were fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed everything. This meal could easily feed two. They also made my Diet Coke with grenadine just perfect. Definitely recommend

Our favorite place to get some Mexican food and great customer service! The food was hot and delicious. They gave us hand made tortillas and the Horchata water was glorious! We love it here!

The food was good. The atmosphere was amazing. I rated the service low because the server never brought my check to my table, even though everybody else at their check cash app. Then when I’m ready to leave thinking that maybe somebody had paid for life because I wasn’t given one she looked at me and they all stood there and made me feel like well. You’re trying to steal food you didn’t pay for your food. You could’ve brought me my check so I could pay like everybody else instead of waiting top up in about these I’m gonna not you. That was really weird.

Food was good. No complaints. Price is fair as well. To me it’s great place to eat. Servers are very attentive. Inside is normal that’s why I have it 3 stars. But it is very comfortable

I had the taste for some Grilled Chicken Fajita Nachoes and was very disappointed that my go to spot in DeSoto has closed down. So I am on the hunt for authentic Tex-Mex food. I saw other people with the enchiladas plates so I will definitely be back for that too. I had the Nachoes and sweet tea and I was pleasantly pleased, the time of order to table was great, the chicken was well cooked, and plenty, I had to use my chips and salsa chips to finish my food. The salsa was good not to spicy not to mild. They guacamole was a creamy whipped taste, very cool and zesty to the pallet. The Price was good, I ordered a whole but next time a half will do just fine. I did get the name of my waitress, she didn't offer it but she did get an eight dollar tip. This place is in the shopping center near DTLR. a great dine in spot.

I was passing through and wanted to try a new spot on my way back to Austin. This place is right off the highway. Enchiladas are my favorite and I didn’t too much like theirs. The rice and beans were good. The customer service was excellent. I usually try it with a frozen margarita but since I was driving I didn’t get to try it.

The amount of their cleaning spray Fabuloso is way to strong and overpowering and it definitely interferes with the great smell of Mexican food. Cleaning tables with that stuff while people are eating is not good. It turns my stomach. Please use unscented. Not everyone can tolerate that smell. But I love the food tho!!!

When it comes to service I believe every visit is going to be different. It will all depend on the time you go and what server helps you. I’ve been to this location and the one in Cedar Hill many times and the service varies, like I mentioned before depending on certain factors. I normally come here for the tortilla soup 🍲 which is good especially when your under the weather. Is a variety of vegetables in chicken broth with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese on top. One of the best I’ve had. The food I would say it’s not 100 💯 Mexican but it’s not bad. I would also recommend the molcajete if you visit this place and have a craving for plenty of meat 🥩.

Definitely a good experience of the ambience with the jukebox but the food falls short,the meat/food is bland,but it wasn't tough nor hard to chew which we appreciated,the beans were ok but the rice had no taste at all! The chips were chips and the salsa taste Like pace. But the green one is good. I loved their handmade corn tortillas though,amazing ! Food was okay, I would’ve given it four stars but, there were a couple of issues. First, waitresses were laughing and extremely annoying while talking behind register. The second was they over charged me. Purchase a 14 dollar plate and end up paying 19.70?! Maybe they added gratuity but i was eating alone. Overall, not stopping here again.

I was told this place had real good Mexican food. I was sure very disappointed, if you look at the photo, the fajitas just don't look like they have enough seasoning. After tasting them, they didn't have any seasoning at all. The cut was to thin but just tasted like regular old meat. The beans are ok as well as the rice. Very disappointed that the flower tortillas were not home made but seems like they went next door and bought them from Kroger. We also ordered some dessert but had no taste to it.. This is one place I'll probably will not come back to.
