Good Starbucks location. Very busy parking and drive through. Quick service inside. I had one issue (over the course of several visits) that was immediately addressed when I brought it up with the manager (Heather) whom was super nice. Definitely my favorite Starbucks location in Dallas (so far), and I'll be back again every time I'm in the area. In busy retail environments, errors do happen. It's how they're handled that leaves the lasting impression. Heather and her team are committed to providing the Starbucks experience at their location.

There hasn't been a single time that I've stepped into this specific starbucks where it hasn't been LOVE; ranging from "good mornings", to "how may i help you's" to "see you next times

Personally, my new favorite location. They actually take time to do my order correctly. I order the same drink at other locations and they never get it right, this location is the first to do it right each time. Fast service. I usually do the drive thru in the mornings at 7AM, I've never had an issue.

3.7 stars. Quick stop pre-meeting to fuel up on caffeine. Fast, friendly team. Caramel macchiato was made just right. A routine, usual customer asked if his support dog could enter to which all patrons were good with. He brought his sweet dog in who proceeded to give out tons of doggie kisses. Score a big W for this Starbucks.

This location is my go to, thank you! Although specifics aren’t followed. Such as cinnamon being drenched on-top of my drinks when I didn’t request it. I understand that it’s fun, but it ruins them & my experience. Please follow customers’ instructions, especially after paying a lot for individual items.

10/18/2025 The service was subpar! Ordered in the drive through witnessed nothing but talking through the window as a line formed behind us! Tried to ask for napkins and she didn’t try to listen to us! She saw us talking to her and just said thank you bye bye walked off and went back to talking! Never again will I go back! I rather wait in the long line at Dutch Bros across the highway!

I specifically ordered a white chocolate mocha, light whip, 2 sugars, ND Vanilla Sweet Cream, blonde espresso with ND Strawberry Cream cold foam for a HOT coffee. The young lady asked if it was hot or cold, I told her hot. I know what I'm asking for. I guess she thought I didn't and took it off. I didn't notice until I was well on my way down 35 when I took my first sip. Can people just do what the customer asks for. It hasn't been a problem at any other Starbucks (see photos). Ruined the taste I was going for. It's like eating a nice chocolate cover strawberry. Very disappointing.

Went around 12:20 today and didn’t catch the girls name at the window she had braids. She had the nastiest attitude at the order box. I asked for cold foam on my drink at the box and i’m guessing she didn’t hear which i didn’t mind i simply asked her if she could add it when i got to the window and she responded with “well i asked you at the box” and rolled her eyes. I’ve never had a bad experience at this starbucks, don’t put people at the window that don’t wanna be at work simple thank you.

Disgusting Service. I have never ordered here personally but my uber eats experiences here are always disgusting, It amazes me. Waited exactly 20 minutes for uber eats order, the lady slide the bag forward after I inquired for the order, didn’t call out the name or anything , I walked over to check and it was mine. After 20 minutes that’s how I was treated, a free water was offer that I also asked for because of the wait but after that happened I didn’t want anything to do with the place honestly.

Used the drive thru. 4 cars ahead of us when we arrive. 25 mins to get us to the window. Both drinks were wrong. The guy running the drive thru seemed lost in his job, so possibly a new hire? Definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve been to so far.

I ordered the exact same drink I always order in every other Starbucks, the size and ingredients I ordered, were not the ones I received. It seemed like people weren’t really motivated to work tonight, I wouldn’t want to come back to this Starbucks. I didn’t even get to like or enjoy my fav drink and didn’t like the atmosphere either.
