This was one order!!! It has TWO chops. I had to make room just to eat it. My second chop traveled with a rice and beans to go. Flour tortillas, the homemade!!! Everything so far is a hit.
Manager Amber always ensures I'm satisfied. She is polite & offers great suggestions. Had the cobb salad and it hit the spot on such a hot day. She is a true asset to your company and I hope she is not only verbally recognized but financially rewarded as well. Thank you for all you do. You are appreciated Amber.
I visit so many Whataburger locations and I only rate the 5 star locations. This one goes in that class. Typical Whataburger fare. Great friendly staff, quick, fresh service. Always glad to see you. Great place on the south side to get out of the heat and grub out. The burgers are great but like the location at Bush Turnpike/Pioneer in GP, breakfast is where they shine! grab a couple of taquitos and take a few minutes to wake up before you start your day. you wont be disappointed.
The best Whataburger ever! One of the cooks there, Jeremie, knows how to work that grill like a pro. When I say he’s cooking for real, I mean it—everything he makes is on point!
Had one of the workers on the midnight shift run curbside delivery to expedite the drive through process while it was raining pretty heavy. Service here exceeds expectations for fast food service.

The food was great and I tried the new Dr Pepper Shake. It was good and I would definitely get it again. At first, my taste buds thought it was chocolate but then slowly I was able to discern Dr Pepper flavor. The burger tasted great.
Nicole was an excellent 👏🏽 drive thru cashier...very pleasant, professional and caring... It's rare in fast food these days that you get great customer service. Nicole was naturally a breathe of fresh air...
Staff was exceptional! The ladies were singing and cutting up, having a good time with each other and guests. It was a pleasure. It took a little longer than normal for a fast food place, but I got hot and fresh food, so it was worth the short wait. Thank you ladies (Jaqueline) for the friendly smiles and great service.
Just wanted to say that the last few times my family, and I came to this location was pleasant. The Customer Service was perfect and the food was right. This area has poor customer service at most fast food restaurants. So Keep up the good work.
I picked up an order today and had the most pleasant experience. The lady that helped me at the drive in window is one of the kindest, friendliest, positive people that I have had the honor to meet. Her name was Monica and you should visit this place if for no other reason than to drive away with a smile on your face. Monica thank you for making my day so much better.
It's Whataburger! All are the same l, lol. The food is always good and hot. The burgers are big. Do not eat this for cheat day from dieting. 😂😂 The staff here are nice all the time. The inside is clean, and the drive-thru doesn't take as long as it use too....

Where do I start? I decided to stop here on my lunch break and enjoyed myself. I was on this side of town for business and was hungry. This Whataburger did not disappoint me and my food was hot and fresh. Whoever made my order deserves a round of applause because they did it. I ordered the number 2 with no cheese, and no mustard. Either I was very hungry or that burger had extra ingredients. I usually get my lunch ordered but today I got my eat on. Also, they have Jamaican food around the same area, oh yeah I am most definitely coming back on this side of town to throw down on some good authentic Jamaican food.
I'm going to give Whatabuger 5 stars, simply bc the Manager was kind enough to ask me if my drinks, that came with my meal, tasted watered-down, (and they did). She was kind enough to allow to get more drinks. I appreciate any inkling of good customer service these days. It's so rare! I ordered 2 burger meals from online. It was during a busy time of day. When I went in to pick up the food, the staff was hustling trying to get orders to customers at the drive-thru, AND those of us inside. The wait wasn't extremely long. It was to be expected during peak the hour, and the staff wasn't dragging their feet, so I couldn't complain. Everyone was patiently waiting, and being served as quickly as possible. I think if they had more staff, service would be more efficient. However, everyone seems to be short staffed these days. Anyway, the food was good, as usual. I usually order the Cheeseburger Meal w/Fries or onion rings, or the Cranberry Apple Chicken Salad.
Love the party melt or the jalapeno burger.
This location is amazing. I had already been to two other locations prior to this one (each about ten minutes from each other), so it goes without saying that I was on the verge of a burnout. But then the staff here made it worth the drive! Polite, honest and surprisingly quick; I had ordered, paid and received my food, in the same amount of time I spent in line at the previous location. That alone was enough to warrant a 5 star, but the quality of presentation and taste of my Sweet Spicy Bacon Burger then solidified it. Definitely my new favorite location! Special shout out to the night crew!! 💯
Bit into my sandwich and to my surprise, there was plastic in my mouth that was in my sandwich 🤢 I immediately contacted the location and Ms. Lisa asked of me to bring back the sandwich so that she can see exactly what went wrong with my order. I brought back my order. Ms. Lisa was able to pinpoint exactly where the plastic came from, professionally corrected the problem and accommodated me by making me another order of whatever I wanted. She thanked me for allowing her to fix the issue and I thanked her for being so professional and fixing the issue at hand. THANK YOU AGAIN MISS LISA!
I stopped going to the Whataburger on Pleasant Run and Hampton years ago because they were always unhappy, unfriendly, and/or unaccommodating . I stopped by the Whataburger on Beltline in DeSoto this morning and what a difference a few miles makes. They were spectacular and I mean every single employee! Thank you!!! Mike

Stopped by on an early Sunday morning and there was only one car in front of us. Very quick and efficient from the time it took us to order to receiving our food in hand. Didn’t see her name, but a middle-aged to older black woman that may have been working by herself. We saw her drop our fries fresh! Best tasting Whataburger I’ve had in years. That particular worker was on it and deserves all the praise.

Went through drive thru but had to get out the car because they forgot my daughter’s cookie. I went inside and without even asking for the receipt the manager there gave me my cookie with an extra cookie inside. Thought that was really nice of her. 4 Stars since they did forget the cookie.
I order a Whatafish sandwich 🥪 and fries and the sandwich tasted okay, I wasn't impressed by the mixture of flavors such as that of pickles or tomatoes that you usually get. The fries were cold (probably those that are scooped and bagged but waiting under the lights. Service was typical for a burger that was ordered and cooked fresh. I went through the drive-in so I have no idea what the atmosphere of the restaurant is.
Came here lunch at first I was a little disappointed because they made my burger wrong. But it was quickly replaced and corrected. Once I had my hands on my burger it was so good. The fries were hot and crispy with just the right amount of salt. Usually they are salty but today they were perfect. The burger juicy and flavorful and the employees were quite friendly. There were plenty of customers enjoying their food. It had been over six months since I came to this particular Whataburger, and I had a completely different experience than the last time. By far the best burger I've eaten at this location for that matter best burger I've had recently.
They are quick and friendly every time. There is very little wait even during buisy times. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. A garbage can at drive throu exit is most convenient. Quality of food is mostly high to mid. In the many times I have been throu my orders have been perfect except once they forgot to grill onions and add mayo. But for all that they are solid.
The new fajita tacos. The bogo coupon coupon is the only way this new product is an option. The grilled chicken one is too wet, made the tortilla slime. The fried chicken was better. I was heading to a Mexican restaurant and decided to give it a try. The guy at the counter was very friendly so I will be back for what you are good at, burgers.
We don't have Whataburger where I'm from, so anticipated good things. The food wasn't anything special. It took quite some time to get our food from the drive thru . . . It looked like a lot of people were inside (working), but the service was pretty slow.
My husband and I live around the corner from this whataburger, and they can't get orders right. We ordered two sweet and spicy meals, one without cheese, sugar free lemonade and chocolate shake. We got strawberry shake, and lemonade. My husband won't go to any of them anymore.
I was in the line waiting a long time after I placed my order. I then informed them I wanted fresh strips for the Bbq chicken strips sandwich because the one I got before was dry and hard strips like they were on the warmer a long time and not bought. I also ordered a double Whataburger with onion rings. I got to the window and was supposedly given my order but it was only the burger and onion rings. I told the young lady it is only one burger. She asks which one is missing. I told her the chicken sandwich and then she asks me to pull up. My mind is like, “WHAT” So I asked how long because you gave me one sandwich that is gonna get cold. So appears the manager was there and told me to wait right at window. I waited to get it. I got home and my double Whataburger bun is wet and soggy and the strips are overcooked this time. I shouldn’t have to tell them I want fresh strips. And I’m only assuming they put pickle juice on my burger to make the bun soggy. Or they didn’t drain the grease from cooking the patties. I don’t know but it was waste!
Thought I would stop in for my first very visit. It was more of a wait and disappointment. Ordering was fine but the wait for the food took over 5 minutes to get to me. Also note, my name is already difficult to say so I give my last name.. The lady with the glasses(AKA the manager-Nicole) mispronounced "Mills with Miles" The food was ok, but it confuses me on taste. I like that the burger was a big size, but it had a taste of being over done.(Only can compare it to MCD, Wendy's, BK, ect) The smell of it was also strange. Again, it wasn't bad. It was just strange. I guess the only saving grace in my experience is the cashier-Rodney G didn't rush me when taking my order and answered my questions effectively.
Two employees actually acknowledge us after several employees rubbernecked us as the walked passed us at the counter one was a manager working the drive thru very busy and another was a gentleman who was backing her as well many other tasks including helping us after the manager welcomed us the two are the only ones who seemed to take there job seriously and were accommodating as for the other crew of employees they look at you like your some foreign object they never seen before with a look of confusion/annoyance all in one only reason service is getting low score is because the lack of the other employees the two I mentioned I definitely get a 5 star and the ones busy in drive thru but to the other 4 + I don’t know what to say you can even if off the clock or anything your in the building in uniform you can at least greet the customer if even to just let other employees know there are customers it’s frustrating waiting especially when walked by and stared at as well not fare for your other team members that are working hard I hate to leave reviews like this especially when there are great workers that have to a low score review because of the ones that don’t care food was good only got the honey butter biscuit but it was hot and fresh
With this particular What a Burger it's hit or miss. More times than Not it's a definite MISS! They will always forget to put something in your bag and it's probably something you would look over like sauce or ketchup. It's not even worth a trip back. They are MAD SLOW! Every now and again you may run into someone happy to help but that rarely happens!
I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger meal and when I get to the window, I get my drink and it was flat so I told the nice lady there that the drink was flat and after they replaced the syrup I got a good drink. It probably took them 15 to 20 minutes so that I could get my food and it was just a normal meal, but it took them so long. I’m not coming back to this place.
Management needs to teach their kid employees how to properly serve a drink via the drive thru. Don't overfill it, have it leaking out from the lid & running down the sides, then hastily hand it to the customer like that. Make a mess in the customer's car and that the fastest way you get yelled at. Had that drink been coffee, then that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Instead, teach your young fellow employees to, either, not overfill the drinks, or use some napkins to clean it up before having it to the customer. It's not that hard!
My order was correct. My problem is that my hamburger bun was flat. I had the brioche bun, and it's like they flattened my bread or something. Then, it had the fingerprints from where they lift the bread off the stove when they can use a spatula. I hate that. I need my bun NON FLAT WITHOUT FINGERPRINTS ON THE EDGE.
This is slowest place on earth don't come to this location they are useless slow slow
The service is not fast. Though there has been an improvement. They have gotten my order wrong several times. Not very attentive. Customer service seems to be okay. I’ve seen little improvement. I would recommend using cash at this location or immediately lock your cards after use due to the fact of employees stealing credit card information. Had to dispute and change my debit cards three times after going here. It’s always after buying food from here. Also happened to other family and friends who have dined here. So be careful.
We waited almost 30 minutes to find out they handed our order to a drive thru customer. We were on lunch break. We had 5 minutes left to eat in the car in our way back to work. They are always very slow to serve our food when we are dining in. The lady night manager gets way overwhelmed and has acted unprofessional to drive thru customers, making them wait a very long time to even take their order, not even apologizing for the wait or anything. The food always tastes good but the service sucks.
It’s a good whataburger during the day, once you get into the late evening, I would avoid eating here. The Drive-Thru line takes forever, having to wait 20+ minutes just to have someone take your order because they are so understaffed.
Used the drive-thru, before NCAA Men's final, and ordering was fine. However, the two employees we encountered, a male and female, who walked to the vehicle had no professionalism, manners or personality. The only question asked was my name, and then told the amount of the bill. It wasn't my order, or I would have asked for a refund and left. The worst customer service experience I ever had.
I’m tired of whataburgers! They’re not busy at this location in Desoto and no one is inside sitting down! Yet the food always takes longer than 15-20 min. This isn’t fast food anymore ! Whataburger needs to change their need to serve people or it will keep going down in customers. This is ridiculous!
Cashier nvr can help u with ur soo call rewards claimed i didn't hav any & yet I found em !! My order of $38. On 2 burger,fries & 3 drinks plus a sm bowl of Wings r whatever the crap it was . Not a happy camper here at all !!!!
Staff unfriendly too many teenagers and I didn't see any adults. We were told to pull to the front and someone would bring our order out. Well we waited and waited. We had to go in ourself and our order was just sitting on the counter. When I got back in the car my order was wrong! It had no cheese and the paper wrapped around it looked like it had been balled up. My sandwich was flat and looked like everyone took turns stepping on it. I orderd something totally different after that. When I got home which is like 3 minutes away my burger and fries were already cold. My mom noticed her order wasn't right and had to go in the fridge and add the lettuce that they forgot to add. How sad!! We won't be back because it's just not worth it.

This place is trash. 2 times now I waited in line for 30 minutes then waited at window another 10-15. While the workers stood around and stared and no sense of urgency
No matter what I order I always have to pull up and wait for my hood. They are very slow and after making me wait 10+ minutes for my food they have the nerve to not have my order complete. This is the worst location out of Desoto and Cedar Hill. They just brought me my order and did not include my condiments after asking me if I wanted any condiments. They also left out my 2 kids meal snacks.
Service was absolutely the worst Frederick first the down talking me about what I'm ordering then telling me that I was going to get robbed. I WILL advise everyone I see not to come to this location. As I aye my lunch I wasn't the only person he talked down too.
Waited 6 minutes just to take order. Then waited 15 min. No cars in drive thru no one in restaurant! Shift change is what they said. My food was cold so not sure what happened
How are you going to give pancakes without syrup... and the tea tastes like 3 day old tea. Wont be going back to this location at least. To top it off the lady at the front seemed to be to busy to help find my take out order. Worst customer service experience iv had.
Fries were either refried or the oil was that dirty, there was standing oil in the bottom on the fry container and the fries were very dark and super salty. The burger had soggy smashed tomatoes no onions and the wrong sauce that was asked . At least the drink was perfect. Also just a side not they have passcode locks on the bathrooms that u have to wait for a free employee to come open it for you, for someone that has a disability that has needs for possibly quick bathroom use this is very inconvenient and I won’t be back just for that reason, much less the quality of food a snarky attitudes of the employees.
Terrible customer service at night time
I along with 2 other customers walked into the lobby at approximately 10:48 pm to place orders since the drive through line was moving SLOWLY as always. I waited for a couple of minutes before an employee came out to rudely kick us out and tell us she would not take our order because the lobby was closed. However the doors were unlocked and we were able to walk in and already had been waiting - so I asked her if she would take our orders as a courtesy since we were standing there. She rudely reiterated she couldn't, due to safety reasons and because the lobby was closed. I called the manager and she provided illogical excuses regarding why her employee couldn't take our orders. I along with the other customers lost our places in the drive through line. I have been sitting in the line now for over 10 minutes and still have not even placed my order. Despite the fact that this Whataburger is hands down, the SLOWEST one I have been to in Dallas and they regularly get the orders wrong, their customer service is also consistently sub par. DO NOT patronize this location! If I could give it negative stars, I would.
Worst service EVER! The manager Jennifer was insanely rude and used vile language LOUD. Short lady who I believe is the GM was also rude and stood there looking dumbfounded. When I got my shake, I bit something crunchy and it turned out to be a maggot looking bug. Unacceptable. The meat to my burger was dry and hard. I also saw them drop an order of which fell out of the bag, and employees picked it up and put it back in the bag and handed it out.Please get new management ASAP!
If I could give zero stars, I would. We sat in line for 15 minutes for the order to still be wrong. The young lady repeated the order back to me, and it was STILL wrong. When we took the order back for it to be corrected, the asked us for the receipt that they never gave me. Then, they gave us the food wrong AGAIN. I requested a refund and she said that required the original receipt. The manager was defensive about mistakes they made. Time and money wasted. I wish WE could our acts together and provide the service people pay for. Corporate, I will be contacting you next.
HOW IS THIS LOCATION STILL OPEN? I went last night. Waited over 20 minutes in drive-thru, so I was thinking this is going to be piping HOT, NOT at all. My fries were barely warm, my Jr. Cheeseburger was cold, and they put onions on it! Every location I've gone to has told me, "You don't need to tell us no onions, the Jr. and Kids Menu doesn't come with onions. You confuse us. We think you're asking to add onions." Well, this time, I didn't say it, and they still put them on. I ordered a 1/2 Sprite 1/2 Powerade, no ice. I got a Powerade FULL of ice! It was so crowded and I was so tired I didn't have the energy to turn around after driving for 3 minutes to get a refund. But I honestly feel like they stole my money. AGAIN, HOW IS THIS LOCATION STILL OPEN?
Waited in drive thru#2 with no response from anyone. I had to call inside to let them know we were out there. They asked us to pull up to the first window. They took our order, made it wrong! Then didn't want to remake it. When we asked for a refund they said because we paid with an app, we had to call them to get our money put back. 30 mins later and still no food. Now they offered to remake it. Fast Food places have seriously gone downhill since covid.
Service was extremely slow. People were waiting at the register and no one was greeted. Everyone stood around for a good 15 mins before a worker with a stank attitude finally started taking orders. Then they took forever to make the order and when I got home my order was completely wrong. I will not be back this location. Theres just a bunch of careless teens clowning around and robbing people.
Just left drive thru A looooong wait. I order the #2 with cheese (sandwich only) and #20 with sausage and cheese 2x. After long wait. I get to the window and lady and the manger there with her, ask 3x my order and said ok and still gave me somebody else’s order. Im not the one to criticize but I don’t get it. Specially after 3x and the manager (light blue button shirt) was there too
Ordered food at 12:40 am on Thursday. The girl that took our order was rude. We asked for a shake and was told they don't have any. No reason given even though we asked. They then crammed 6 items in a small bag. Box holding a cinnamon roll was broken so the lid wouldn't close. Bad experience over all. Still had to ask for condiments even though we to them already.
This will be my last time coming to this location! They were out of Dr.Pepper shake and instead of telling us they just gave us some random drink which I was able to correct before leaving. When our food was brought out it was all mixed up and the large onion rings was only half full and the extra sauces I paid for were not there. The poor burger was smashed almost flat and the sauce was seeping out of all sides. Just poor customer service and paid for items we did not receive. This is the 2nd time in a row I have had an issue at this location.
Do not know how to respectfully take your, they are clearly playing around in their which you can hear in the background. Wait is to long, and my food is always cold, not sure why, if you have to wait 20 minutes to get your food and you are the first person in line, the least you can do is have my food hot and ready to go. I've never received a hot fries from this location.
Omg I waited 10 minutes in the drive through without moving an inch....should have been enough, but I decided to give them another chance. Hubby and I went inside and what do we see? Not 1 customer in line...could this be? Am I dreaming? We ordered our food and waited and waited. I eventually went to the car and hubby waited inside for our food. After 15 minutes he asks for a refund, but the manager tells him that the food will be right out!!! I'm mad at myself for even going inside....I should have gone elsewhere. After another 10 minutes we got our food. The manager said something about the computer being down. I don't believe it...that should've been told to us BEFORE we ordered.

This is absolutely, unequivocally, undeniably, uncategoratically the SLOWEST #whataburger in the history of all-time...NO matter how you order: uber, door dash, online, in-person, drive through, you will ALWAYS have to wait 15+ minutes for your food at a MINIMUM...this is the poorest version of FAST FOOD I've EVER seen...and the crazy thing is they will have 5+ people working in the back so it makes NO SENSE... corporate leaders definitely need to do something quick bc it's inexcusable at this point!!! Please make it make sense 🤨👀😞
My order was all jacked up.....#1did not prepare my chicken sandwich as requested and #2did not put my chicken strip order in the bag nor the sauce requested......if I had not checked before driving off the strips would not have been in the bag and should have checked the sandwich got to my desk to find out it was not as requested. Gheez! make sure the cooks get the order correct before passing the food to the customers....you already have gotten the money!!!! Plus.....they were slow as slow as can be and could not get the order correct...............FRUSTRATED!
NO EXCUSES: We're still spending money. I know everyone is under staff, stressing and all but this lady was so mean and hateful, she barely gave me the opportunity to feel comfortable to place my order. Then I get to the window to try and finish placing my order, they took a long time to come to the window after blowing my horn several times. Food cold, drink watered down...
The food sucked, half of my patty was burned & inedible. You could tell everything was literally just dropped in the fryer because it was all hard. On top of that the girl who worked the window was terribly rude.
I did an online order for pick up and took 40 minutes for my order. There was a manager on the register next to her helping another customer out because the order was completely wrong. The manager than told the other employees that the window orders were purging? The venue was getting out of control. I did not seem confident in my online order. This is the absolute worst Whataburger I have been to. Avoid this location at all cost. I only gave 1 star because there is no option for “0” stars. 👎🏽
Use to get my order wrong alot, then got alot better until on day the dasher who picked up my food didnt get my drinks. I went all the way up there for the older lady with the gel’d down loud short red hair was rude simply because i asked if they could remake my food since it has gotten cold and give my drinks …instead of providing some type of empathy, sympathy and politely declining she was rude which caused me to get rude back. I Have no clue how she got the manager role but then again this is whataburger

My food was disgusting. I had to wait 30mins and my fries were old and cold, and my chicken strips were old, cold and burned. $12 for some bull. I’m pissed. UGH!!!
if i could give 0 stars i could. waited in line for over 30 minutes and then finally the lady talked, never even took our order, she just told us to wait even longer for another 10 minutes, i gave up i drove around and saw two employees inside eating and 2 people in the back . will never come back again. very slow.

Spent 20+ minutes in line waiting behind 2 lanes of cars that as soon as they pull up to the window and pay they tell you to pull up and wait. I’m all for employing our elderly but the manager working here was not even attempting to help the staff.
Drive thru - Just rude. A bunch of kids that don’t have no respect for anybody and that’s sad. Food was delicious tho but needs improvement on communication and just be more respectful.
I don’t see how this place is still open for business they’re nasty. They’re slow.They wear the same gloves and they touch everything. Even your food the money the register everything they’re nasty. Somebody need to call the health department on this place
Went for a late night order. Came through they had both lanes open ( merging ) when it was my turn I pulled forward. A lady came on to hold a second so I did. Line moved forward. A new car came in the lane next to me they skipped my order and took theirs. Then proceeded to wait 15 minutes . I said hello , They told me to hold on then lady went on the other lane and asked the person “ have I helped you “ which she already did and said ok and continued to ignore me. Me and a car 3 places in front of me left due to the slow line and they never took my order.
Terrible service. 30 minutes of waiting in the drive thru and my food wasn’t even hot or good. This is not the first time this has happened. The workers do not care and move with no urgency. They need new shift leads and management in general because this service has been poor for a least the past few months with no improvement.
This location is by far one of the slowest if not the slowest in the entire area. They weren't even busy and still took well over thirty minutes to give me my order. First I pulled into the drive thru to attempt to place an order, but no one even answered the intercom. There was only one other car in the drive thru at the time. After not being able to get service there I went inside and was forced to wait for someone to take my order yet again even though I was the only customer in line at that time. Once someone finally took my order I waited an additional thirty plus minutes before I decided to ask about my order. Then the employee handed my food to me which was already done and placed on the counter along with a few of their online orders. Obviously this place doesn't know or care about the meaning of fast food.
This place is TRASH!!! Every single time we go to THIS LOCATION, there's always something wrong with our order! Either it's completely wrong or the food is cold. Even when they park you, it STILL comes out cold! Not sure if it's management or who, but this location has always been garbage!
Unfortunately this location has dramatically declined. It used to be our favorite one due to the freshness of the food and accuracy of your order. Now it'd organized chaos. There were at least 8 employees in the kitchen and our order was still wrong. We LOVE whataburger just need to improve their customer service and accuracy.
I am a dasher and when I nicely asked the nighttime manger if she could do a simple requested to remove the ice from a customers drinks, she rudely declined. I proceeded to ask another employee if it was possible to get them made correctly per customers request, but the same manager again rudely interrupted, making the entire experience uncomfortable
Just left there tonight. I had to pull my car around to wait for the food and everything was still cold. I won't be back.
Drive thru is extremely slow. Inside there are at least ten employees working. I stood at the counter for at least ten minutes. Everybody looked and never even addressed me. The manager was right there. Never said “be with you in a minute or nothing” I’d go somewhere else instead of spending my money here
I was so thirsty and went through drive thru asked for just a large unsweetened tea extra extra ice . They took so so very long. They gave me my drink and i left and once left pulled over and drank lots of my drink . I noticed was very very sweet .also opened cup cuz thought the marks where from outside like dirt or something and as i saw was through the inside. 😔was in horror seeing what i saw and what i drank out of thirst so fast . I started getting sick from my stomach and blood pressure. Prayed about the drink and gave all to the Lord whom knows what was done to my drink . Never had gotten a drink so bad in a restaurant or fast food place. Always check people please and pray about your foods and drinks giving all to the Lord. There is so much happening pray . They need to truly wash well its dangerous giving this dirty drinks to anyone. Filters and all needs to really be kept updated and deep cleaned .
coldest fries, longest wait time ever (1hr in drive thru) , forgotten items and horrible service. just gone ahead and shut it down please
ALWAYS FORGETS SOMETHING. I feel so ripped off like Im loosing money. I really try to give them the benifit of the doubt every time I go, that this will be the time they dont forget something in my order. NOPE Because something is always missing!!!!
Back again and it never fails. Online order is NEVER READY!!!! I had to wait 15 mins for HASHBROWNS! This place is ridiculous This place really needs to work on their customer service. Been here 3 times and that 3rd time was enough for me. Won't be back! 20 min wait for a breakfast sandwich. Then it was cold. Hash rowns cold. There was 1 young lady trying her best running the front & drive thru and no one was helping her. Back again 9/12/25. I don't know why i keep coming here. Well I do because I love Whataburger but you got so many teens in here that play too much. Especially being in the food industry. Again mobile order said 4-5 minutes. I arrived 15 mins and still had to wait. The service here is TERRIBLE!! I'm all for having fun at work but there is a limit. Especially in front of customers. It's not everyone, it's always 1 or 2 on the staff that's working but overall, I'll more than likely drive to Cedar Hill from now on.
This place let someone else take my delivery order and I was waiting on them to finish it. Beware ordering from this location they dont care who takes the food. A thief's dream.
Noah was very rude! Slam the window on my face while he kept asking us about our order, they couldn’t seem to find our order had to repeat our order to him. Told him he didn’t have to slam the Window on my face and he said okay, asked for his name and kept ignoring me. If you don’t like your job you should work somewhere else !
This is consistently the worst store I have ever been to. I have been here in the day. I’ve been here during nights this store is trash. I have spent 15+ minutes at a time inside and have not seen any fresh beef down!? Cold cooked burgers and apple pies that look like the crypt keeper… it’s really sucks because the stores less than a mile from me I’d rather drive to Arlington or Grand Prairie to the carrier or collins stores for good food.
