This Chik-fil-A recently opened in Duncanville on the North bound side of Highway 67. It is right next to the Navy Federal Credit Union. We ate there this morning. The service was fast and the food was hot. From the start of construction to opening day was lightning quick! We will be visiting many more times in the near future.

I was disappointed to learn that Chick-fil-A no longer makes a chicken salad sandwich. I was so looking forward to one but otherwise everything was just fine.

Came in today and it wasn’t busy at all only 4 tiny families in total. Usually the workers walk around and ask us if everything is okay and ask if we need refills. A guy was coming down the line on the side we sat at but only assisted the white people and left. Didn’t assist anyone else that were here that were coincidentally people that weren’t his skin color. Everyone else was nice when we came in but if you’re gonna assist guest why are we only assisting the people that’s the same skin color as yours and not treating everyone equally the same? It’s very disrespectful and discriminative please do better.

The food here has always been good/fresh. Sometimes the fries can be really salty, but other than that everything is good! The parking lot is small and awkwardly shaped, but that's all Chick Fil A's!

Food was good and hot. Service was not too good. Went through the drive thru around 1pm and it took awhile to place my order with one car in front me. When I got my order, the young lady failed to give me my drink even though I should have caught it. When she gave me my order, she just said "There you go" without no thank you. I ended up having to go inside to get my drink and when the male asked her about the drink, she told him he drove off. He then told her that he's here and she said nothing. As she walked away, she shook her head and made a motion with her hands.

I visited the Chick-fil-A location in Duncanville on October 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM, and I have never seen a line as long as this one. There was only one worker on taking orders, and about 12 cars were waiting for more than 15 minutes. When I finally received my food, my order was incorrect; I got a shake instead of a Sprite. This location definitely needs some management training, as I would not expect this level of service from a franchise that prides itself on getting things right the first time.

I have gone to this location 10 times this month ( pregnant lady problems) and 9 out of the 10 times, my club sandwich has been incorrect. I have had to drive back up there a few times to the point I started checking before I pulled off. 2 of the times I have been offered a comp card. One of which was an entree that I don’t typically order and the other time a dessert. This is highly unacceptable. I have been advised all month that they have trainees on the grill. But are the trainees that incapable of reading an order correctly? There is only so many ways to make a grilled club sandwich. This meal cost entirely too much to continuously be incorrect. Tonight I spoke with a director on site by the name of Michaela. She did remake my meal as well as offer a refund. I really hate to leave this kind of review but this location left me no choice. I hope they can rectify this situation not only for myself but for other disgruntled customers.

I used my points for a large fry and I got the bottom of the bag I guess. Maybe 4 waffle fries in here. The rest are so crunchy that it’s like unseasoned chips.

My 5 year old son & 2 year old son wanted whipped cream and a cherry on their ice cream and this chick-Fil-a refused. Which is crazy to me. Every CFA I’ve ever been to has happily obliged this request but this CFA (Duncanville off Wintergreen) said that “per policy they are not allowed to put whipped cream or a cherry on ice cream”… Doesn’t matter if your 2 kids cry, doesn’t matter if you’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over the year…. They simply CANNOT part with a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry. Ridiculous. Won’t be back.

The lady cashier that helped us today seemed more interested in my fiance instead taking my order. My fiance is a regular customer here mostly comes for small fry and Large sweet tea. Today we ate inside and upon leaving I asked the same lady for a plastic bag and my fiance add he wanted a refill but she completely ignored me and started taking to my fiance. Not to mention she only brought his drink back and never gave me a bag. So I ended up carrying my food out in my hand. My family loves ❤️ Chick-fil-A and this is the only time I have anything bad to say about this establishment. Just like anywhere there's one bad apple. I'm going to get her name and report her to the store manager.

This was hands down the worst, most unprofessional, and most threatening experience I have ever had at any restaurant, let alone a Chick-fil-A. The General Manager, Robert Kidd, is a disgrace to the brand and should not be allowed to continue in this role for one more day. First, a white female employee told me to pull up to the stop sign. Not once, but twice, leaving me waiting while others were served. Already suspicious, I complied. Then Robert Kidd himself came out, and what happened next was shocking. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, Kidd approached me with hostility, harassment, and intentional provocation. His tone, body language, and overall energy were aggressive and toxic. It was clear he was trying to provoke me into a confrontation instead of providing service. What makes this so much worse is that even after I tried to leave peacefully, Robert Kidd continued to follow me as I drove away. Let me repeat that: the General Manager followed me in my vehicle after I left the restaurant. That is harassment. That is intimidation. And that is a serious safety concern that no customer should ever be subjected to. This was not just bad service — this was threatening behavior that crossed a line. Customers should never have to look over their shoulder when leaving a restaurant, wondering if they’re being stalked by a manager. Robert Kidd’s actions created an unsafe and hostile environment, and he has no business representing Chick-fil-A in any capacity. The General Manager sets the tone for the entire location. If this is how the GM behaves, then the entire culture is poisoned from the top down. Leaving him in this position will only guarantee more harassment, more complaints, and eventually, more serious consequences for the company. Chick-fil-A corporate must investigate immediately and take action to terminate Robert Kidd. He is unfit for leadership, a danger to customer safety, and a liability to the company. If corporate ignores this, they are knowingly allowing a toxic and unsafe manager to remain in charge.

They didn’t let me order! This Chick-fil-A had only one lane available to order marked poorly. I accidentally ended up in a lane that was apparently only for mobile ordering. I asked if the person there taking orders could just take my order since I didn’t have the mobile app. She said they don’t let her, so I said I’d get the app to order but while I was doing that they said I was holding up the line and needed to move. I asked if they could just take the order and instead of just doing that they said I just had to order in the app. I passed on the chicken for today🙃 This is so unnecessary and I hope everyone working there knows the only reason to prioritize app ordering is to reduce workers.
