10/10 at 7:55 pm the lady at the front refuse to give me her name that’s fine but she doesn’t need to work the front my order was ready she never loaded in the system. I usually come in grab my pizza I had to wait in line defeated the purpose. Also another guy waiting in the lobby because she doesn’t know how to do her job I politely took my order now I’m doing this review cause service suck!

The second time I placed an online order and they (the store) did not give the delivery driver all my items. Then when you call them, they blow you off saying you need to contact delivery service....ridiculous smdh. Last time for me.

Well I'm very upset with cashier. She lied to me saying that they discontinued the classic peperoni pizza. Though I called another little Ceasars and they said " we are still selling it." Make this right Little Ceasars!!! Don't steal from your customers!!! An false Advertising!!!! Fix this!!!!

We always go to this location. However, tonight my husband and son went ordered three pizzas and wings. The wings taste so old and taste burned it ruined the whole meal. When trying to call and speak to someone no one answers the phone. I am disappointed in the quality of the food this time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location (257 W Camp Wisdom Rd, Duncanville, TX). I placed a phone order for a stuffed crust pizza with two toppings and 8 wings, totaling $19.46. When I arrived, I discovered that my pizza only had one topping instead of the two I ordered. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that the wings did not include ranch dipping sauce, which is something I’ve never encountered before when ordering wings. The employee informed me that ranch would cost an additional $0.99 after I had already swiped my card for the $20 purchase. I refused to swipe my card again for such a small item, especially since this should have been communicated upfront. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no manager on duty. I then asked to speak to a lead or supervisor, and while the employee admitted there was a lead present, she rudely questioned why I wanted to speak to them. She refused to provide her name or the names of the lead and manager, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I feel disrespected and frustrated by this experience. Spending $20 on a meal and being nickel-and-dimed for ranch is bad enough, but the lack of transparency and poor customer service made it worse. I need someone from management or corporate to address this issue and provide the name of the employee I interacted with. This behavior does not reflect well on the Little Caesars brand, and I hope this is resolved promptly.

Won’t be going back here , my sister called and placed an order for her pizza , they said 10 mins just to get there for them to say they don’t have the order .. I said that’s fine let me get a half pepperoni n half meat lovers pizza .. they said 8 minute wait .. we wait to come in and get a half pepperoni and half sausage pizza after I asked for meatloavers🥴

Self Evaluate

I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza with light cheese. My order was taken correctly at the register. I highly suggest training the cooks on how to read the orders on the screen. They still made me a pepperoni thin crust pizza. That is concerning, because more work is being done than needed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza for delivery and the pizza wasn’t fully cooked. I called and the girl that answered the phone asked if I could pick up a replacement to which I replied no could it be delivered. She is heard talking to coworkers and they are talking about cooking times. Then one rude girl says that’s her fault she ordered all them toppings. I only had three toppings it wasn’t my fault that they didn’t know how to cook it. I then asked to speak to a manager for a refund because at this point I know that you don’t care about peoples well being. At this point this location needs to be shut down

Came in at 9:20pm on a Tuesday. They were slow. No orders being worked on and no customers in the lobby. Tried to order a stuffed crust but was told they were not making any custom orders because it took too long and they were about to close. They tried to sell me the 3 pizzas they had already made. I proceeded to order 4 hot and readys so they said it would be a 20 minute wait if I ordered the one extra since they only had 3 ready. I said I would wait.(I don't think they expected that) I then asked how long it would have been for a stuffed crust and Maritza said way longer than the 20 minutes. Idk what is going on but I mean, I guess I didn't have to spend so much money. The next guy that walked in was told they were only making cheese or pepperoni pizzas when he tried to order a 3 meat. He asked to speak to manager and then they came back and said they could make it.

I don’t normally do this but I’m Really upset to see 5 other customers who ordered after me get their pizzas before me. I was told 10 minutes and watched as other got the same $5 or $6 pizzas I ordered before I did. I finally just got tired of waiting and took 2 $5 pizzas even though I paid for $6 just so I could get out of there. It was just under 30 minutes. Really disappointed because we love Little Cesar’s in California and have not had issues like this before. The person behind counter was empathetic and sweet but doesn’t make up for lack of organization and remembering who needs to be served in order. Hoping no one else has to experience this when visiting out of state.
