WOW!!! Had an amazing experience here, the manager, Matt, took care of me! I have a severe gluten allergy, and he COULD NOT have been nicer in taking my order and making sure the staff followed the gluten free protocols! Food was excellent, AWESOME experience!
I have had several good deliveries from this particular location. Today I placed a lunch order and the sandwich I ordered for my husband was missing an item that was out of stock. I received a call from a team member updating me on the missing item and I really appreciated that extra effort. Sometimes it’s just the little things that matter.
I had a nice experience going through the drive thru tonight. The line was long , but moved quickly. Haleigh took our order and her greeting was so warm and professional. I appreciate the younger generation taking their roles and responsibilities serious. Haleigh provided my wife and I with excellent customer service!
Elizabeth was Amazing. My son had just finish a late basketball game and we showed up at the cedar hill, Texas location 20 minutes before closing to order several sandwiches. Elizabeth was patient and very helpful. Thank you for your amazing customer service even at the end of your shift. It was noticed and appreciated.
Haleigh the cashier was spectacular. She was sweet super friendly with guest and made it her mission to tell every single customer have a bless day when they were leaving. Haleigh keep being amazing don’t lose your zeal.
I go to the one in Cedar Hill because of worker by the name of Elizabeth!!! I drive the distance just for the great service given by her!! She has made many of my bad days better than what they were before going there and I appreciate her for that. The food is Also great and I’ve never received a messed up order!!!!
I visit this location frequently, at least twice a month. Most of the time I come thru drive-thru. The lady on the window asked if i was a member of the deli dollars which i am. Her name is Elizabeth. I’m not complaining but unlike some others she always ask if I’m a deli member which I appreciate because sometimes I forgot to get my points. I’ve never had any bad food or service. I love the chili!😀 Thanks!
Elizabeth was a true Queen. She went over and above in my opinion. She was very helpful and customer friendly. We need more like her working in the industry. I was having a bad day , and she totally uplifted my spirits for a positive rest of my day. Thank you a great deal CW ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES
Elizebeth was such a joy to experience this evening. She was kind and in spirits that felt warm and inviting! Good service! This level of customer service is hard to find let alone receive as a consumer. Jason you are lucky to have Elizabeth as part of your crew!
A good restaurant that combines the convenience of fast food and a sit down dinner. You order and pay, sit down, and the food is brought to you. When finished you get up and go, they clear the table, no waiting to pay. The food is good and the noise level allows for conversation. Friendly staff, lots of room!
Ran in yesterday, during Lunch (9-16-25) to get a Salad to go. The Cashier Laura was on a personal call on the business phone. Had me wait after taking the person in front of me, Order. She had me hold on. Then when She was Ready, I told her 3 times I wanted a half Club with a Salad. And as always a Strawberry shortcake. She proceeded to say do you want the Club Royale. I was confused I just wanted a Half sandwich. She was a bit Harsh. I didn't know what Club Royale meant and she didn't seem like she wanted to Explain. Ugh. I get everything and get home. A Full sandwich. I was wondering cz I always spend the same amount. And it wasn't. (She kinda rushed me as she was charging me) but I know I won't have Laura do my Order again.
Had a very long day moving our daughter to college. However, it was our 25th wedding anniversary. By the time we went back, there were only a few places open. We went here right before they closed. Instead of reacting frustrated that a family of five just walked in, they were kind and friendly. The Manager, Jon, brought us a Strawberry Shortcake to say, "Happy Anniversary". Everyone was hospitable and helped us with some of our orders that we, ourselves, got wrong. It's hard to put a mark on how service makes everything better. Thanks to the whole staff!

I ordered chicken alfredo pasta to go, and I have to say, it tasted really good. The chicken was tender and the alfredo sauce was delicious. I also had some vanilla ice cream, which was pretty good. The salad bar is also really popular with different types of dressings and toppings. Lynn took my order, and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and friendly to speak with. I would definitely recommend this place for a family outing, or for a date, if it's not busy.

I love to come enjoy the salad bar, but today, items were empty and had to ask for one that I wanted. The area for straws and napkins was dirty and needed cleaned. I understand it was just after the lunch hour, but I'm used to this location being clean and the salad bar clean and stocked.
12/14/25 I ordered spicy Sicilian for my daughter with fruit and Chipotle chicken Panini for myself with chips to go. I'm glad I didn't give my daughter the fruit with the dip. When I opened the dip, there was a slimy clear substance around the top.I put the top back on to check it again, same thing happened. It took 30 minutes to get the order and they were not busy. I hope no one actually spit in the dip and stirred it up. I was not rude to the young man who took my order so I'm not sure why this happened. Very disappointed.

I get food from this location often. Usually, it is decent. However, upon opening my sandwich box, I discovered one of the sandwiches (deli club) had a hair in it. I pulled the hair and realized it was super long. I also realized there were two hairs in this piece of the sandwich. To be safe, I observed the other pieces, since I would still eat the ones that did not have hair on them. However, the another piece had a long string of hair in it. It doesn’t even look accidental. All three long strings of hair look intentionally embedded into the sandwich. This is honestly disgusting. I don’t see how anyone could NOT SEE these long and black hairs. It’s not hidden at all. I am attaching photos, because this is disappointing. I am digested. I do not even do reviews.

This place has gone downhill. The food has always been good but today it was gross. Small portions and just tasted liked microwaved food? I honestly can’t explain it but for the price it was awful. Requested a refund which I rarely do unless it was that bad and “John” the manager gave me an attitude trying to tell me that everything’s fresh and he loves the item I wanted a refund on like OK? I stopped in today to order the managers special, half salad & a drink. As I was making my salad I informed the lady who was cleaning the salad bar I didn’t get a drink. She told me where they were so I grabbed one. As I was making an Arnold Palmer very loudly the only African American male worker approached me saying “you didn’t pay for that drink” I informed him I did & could show my receipt. As I did he said “oh well she (the cashier) said you didn’t” then the cashier said “I thought I charged the other lady not you” no apology was issued even though he had the entire store was staring at me. Though I felt embarrassed I sat and enjoyed my lunch, I caught 3 employees staring at me as they congregated in the corner as one pointed at me. Pictured is the cashier who framed me for stealing.
