Our waiters Hiban was amazing.!!! Very attentive, our cups were always full. Plus was so sweet he gave me rose . Good hostess wonderful job if you come to red lobster get on his side.
I came here for my birthday and I loved my meal. I had the daily special and it fulfilled. I had the costal colada drink 11/10. Perfect amount of sweetness. I had a loaded potato 8/10. Filled nicely I had stuffed mushrooms 9/10. Very toasty and flavorful. The daily special was good 7.5/10 , just I wish the lobster was bigger, I’m not a seafood connoisseur, so I’m not familiar with lobster sizes. I’m not sure if they always come small or if I was just given a small one. It felt small to me though. The waitresses were so nice. Made my experience so special. I had the brownie overboard for dessert with my partner and it was so tasty. I recommend this location.
Me and my family were totally satisfied with our most recent visit. They do always seem to be understaffed but our service was good and the food was perfect. We can't wait to visit again. Google asked for an update and nothing has changed!! Me and my babies visited this location again a d we were 100% satisfied. Our server Christopher was totally awesome. Very attentive to our needs. Food was 100% on point. From our drinks, appetizers and meal, we were totally satisfied. And the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. Keep up the great work!!

I am a truck driver and I have been on the road for like a month.Hungry az hell! I finally came home and a classmate from high school was in town. She wanted to grab a bite to eat. We ended up at Red Lobster in Duncaville. Hadn't ate there in 15+years. I'm telling y'all the cook there, His name is Erwin. He must be a happily married man or in love because the food that he prepared for us was simply delicious. Also, the manager Kay, she was exceptionally professional. I had given up on Red lobster but now I know where to go when I need that fix. Thanks again!

Essence Hawkins was the best. Great server and good customer service skills. My husband and I sat at the bar and I felt something on my legs, obviyit was mosquitoes. Essence came and played DR. She put alcohol on my bites😍 I instantly felt better. I will be back to dine with my girl for sure.

We waited 20mins to be seated.. we had Tobi as our server, she is really sweet, she was a lil busy but was able to attend our needs and made sure to check up on us .. food was really outstanding.. the biscuits was exceptional. we enjoyed everything, definitely coming back and ask for Tobi again.. 😘

I’ve been coming here for many years and I must say they have made a whole 180. The staff was so attentive and friendly. My server was Hiban and he was absolutely on point. He was very attentive and made my visit great!!!
My wife and I recently went to the Red Lobster located at 603 N. Cockrell Hill Rd Duncanville, TX 75116-390, and we had the most amazing and wonderful experience! We were immediately greeted by friendly, smiling associates that made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and smelled so fresh! Our orders were quickly taken, and the food was hot and absolutely delicious! My wife and I often dine at different Red Lobsters in the city where we live and through out the country when we travel. We have often enjoyed our experiences, but never have we enjoyed our experience at any location like this one! Simply said, it is the best Red Lobster we have ever dined at, and the service and entire experience is next level! Thank you to the GM Ms Aeidenk and her team for giving us such a wonderful, delightful, and unforgettable experience. Red Lobster is very fortunate to have Ms Aeidenk on the Team! Hiban was our server! He was attentive, courteous and we never had to ask for anything he was already on top of it! Service is a hard job but he did an amazing job! The food was also excellent!
I visited the restaurant and was helped by Kamren at the front, and she immediately made the experience feel smooth and welcoming. When the wait got a little busy, she took the time to really listen to what we needed and found a way to make it work. Without us even asking, she noticed we’d be more comfortable in a quieter area and adjusted the seating so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. She checked in with us while we waited and kept us updated, which made everything feel stress-free. Kamren really set the tone for a great visit.
We came to have our company Christmas dinner at your Duncanville location. Clint took very great care of us. He was very attentive, friendly and professional. This was my first time dinning at Red Lobster, I would definitely return for the food and service.
This is my first time eating at red lobster I know I’m late but the customer service was amazing the manager here is great she was great and helped me out a lot while I was ordering the food was not as great which I expected because there seafood is really plain and it needs more seasoning the biscuits were great the drinks were amazing

2022: came back for the MIL again this year! Service was great! I no longer need and I was pleasantly surprised that there were items on the menu that I could eat :-) I got a baked potato, fries, and crispy Brussels sprouts. A glass of red sangria and a biscuit was just what I needed! Our waitress was awesome! We will be back! *** We took my mother-in-law here for her birthday / mother-in-law dinner. Great service and even better food. We will definitely be back.

He was incredibly fast, efficient, and attentive without ever making us feel rushed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checked on us at the right moments, and handled every request with a positive attitude. His level of care and professionalism exceeded all my expectations, and I would absolutely ask for him again.
From the moment I entered your establishment, Justice & another young lady made us feel welcome. Our waiter Adonis was professional, proficient, helpful, kind and just a pleasure to be around. It was a delightful evening dining at Red Lobster. Having just finished work, I was very appreciative of the warm welcome we received for our night out. Our waitress, Ty, was exceptional in ensuring all our needs were met. The food was served fresh, hot, and delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and this location will certainly be our preferred choice for future dining.

I live in the area and happy this one wasn’t impacted by the shutdowns that happened earlier in the year. It’s one of the only restaurants to eat in here. Jacoby was our server and he was so kind and helpful. We told him we were in a hurry for lunch and he got us in and out. The place was clean and organized. I do wish it could get an uplift or upgrade to the building. I think more people in the area would eat here. I will for sure be back.

I visited the Duncanille location. The food was really good and the Manager on duty "Nana" was exceptional and very funny aswell as professional. It is safe to say I will be visiting again.

I visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't crowded and service was phenomenal Adonis our server was outstanding!!!!! This young man was polite, attentive, great attitude. He kept the bread coming, drinks filled, and we never once had to ask. When we were finished and asked for the bill he even brought us drinks to go without asking. Kudos Adonis!!!!!!!! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the host. He was so friendly and professional. Our waiter, Nick C, was on point throughout our whole meal. He knew when drinks needed to be refilled without us asking for a new drink. He was so kind and professional, yet very funny and kept great conversation. I truly enjoy my visits to Red Lobster. The restaurant has the best bartender ever—Martin! He makes exceptional drinks and always knows how to elevate the experience. During my last visit, he introduced me to the perfect cheese stick combo, which was absolutely delicious. Martin’s friendly personality, great recommendations, and expert bartending keep me coming back.
Came to the restaurant to pick up a Uber order. A beautiful young lady by the name of Essence had the biggest smile on her face. Was so welcoming, sweet, and courteous that I felt I just needed to tip her. She refused even though her warm spirit should definitely be credited. Life is hard and to know there is still some people out there who knows that being nice goes a long way, I was grateful. Customer Service is very important and she does a great job. I came in today around 5pm and was greeted immediately by the host! I believe her name was kamren with a ginger ponytail. She was so so sweet to me and my family and got us seated as soon as possible. Honestly she was amazing, even the food and service i had! 10/10

My son wanted to eat at Red Lobster for his Birthday. 🎂 On Sunday it was crowded but not too crowd. The employees were very nice. Waiters were polite and never left us unattended "meaning" They would come to see if everything was alright..example "did we need anything else"...The staff came out with big smiles and good spirits and sung happy Birthday to him. They give you 2 scoops of ice cream with chocolate swirl for someone birthday. Lobster Fest is very good as well. As well as the seafood pizza. Our visit was very pleasant and enjoyable. The experience was great! I was seated quickly with my wife as soon as i came in the place. The food was very good and even the service. The host was great! Good communication and even hospitality. She even offered to get our drinks for us. Thats what we need around here more! 10/10 for me. I was sold soon as i walked in.

She noticed a small mix-up with our order and handled it calmly and efficiently, making sure everything was corrected without any hassle. Beyond just fixing the issue, she checked in with us personally to make sure we were happy and even offered helpful suggestions that made our meal more enjoyable. Kavia’s professionalism and attentiveness really stood out and made the visit feel seamless and welcoming.
We stopped in around 2:30 PM on a weekday for some food and drinks, and the timing couldn’t have been better! It wasn’t crowded yet, so everything came out fast and fresh. Essence and Nancy took care of us, and they were both fantastic. Essence was upbeat, super friendly, and incredibly helpful. Nancy was laid-back, welcoming, and made some seriously good drinks. I ordered the shrimp scampi Alfredo, cheddar biscuits, and stuffed crab mushrooms — everything was hot, flavorful, and delicious. We had such a great experience and were glad we came when we did because it started getting busy just as we were leaving. Definitely coming back!

This location is an older one and it shows. From holes in the ceiling to the old ash trays in the bathroom stall lol. I thought with the new ceo takeover the locations would get done uplifting. The food took about an hour to come out for a party of 5. The drinks were good. I got the margarita flight and it was tasty. For food I ordered lobster since it was the lobster fest. It was the expected taste. The biscuits were still so yummy. The waitress was nice.
Our server, Gayle, should be promoted to a Customer Service Training Director. She is what industry needs in the terms of customer service. She was thoughtful, attentive, intuitive. She had us trying new things while still giving us what we wanted. Overall a great service provider.

Trying to recapture a date night of my husband and I had 6 years ago they did not comply. I felt nervous the whole time and had to wait to be greeted. The server wasn't horrible but he only offered water instead of seeing if wanted anything else while the water cup smelled like dog breath. I did get excited when my food and drink came out which caused me to calm down but my husband's food was cooked hard. Even though nothing as been going well for me the way I would like I am still able to think about why God and my mom were important to me and freedom to run. Wanting to shoot my movie or have something animated seems to put on pause as well... Not able to see Arkansas Fam or neices and nephews like that either.
I only gave the food 3 stars because they were out of a couple of things that we asked for to go along with our food. How can you be out of tartar sauce? It's a restaurant- make some! My kids even make their own tartar sauce. We had to wait a bit to get crab cracking utensils. My son tried cutting his open. Lol. Charles was great and did his best to make it dining special. Thanks
I have heard rave reviews about this restaurant. I would say that the food is “decent” but nothing to brag about. The cheesy pasta was okay but had better at similar places. My order was incorrect when presented and the waiter was not attentive. The silver lining was the biscuits,they were very tasty! Overall,I’m not ruling out me returning but not in a rush either.
The food was mediocre and the waitress we had was really bad. First off we set and waited for a good while after being seated to even see a waiter/waitress to get drink order finally we got drink order and our biscuits with no plates had to eat our biscuits off of a napkin, took awhile to get drinks and by the time we did get drinks we ordered our food right then. There was one other couple in the section we were in, she finally brought there food and never checked up to ask us did we need anything etc, husband finished his margarita and was waiting for waitress to come check on us NOPE I finally got up and went to the bar to get him another one our waitress came out of kitchen or wherever and seen me,she came around and asked what I needed I said I got it she said ok I will grabbed yalls food then, ive already gone back to our table an waited a few more mins or so before our food was brought out, asked if we needed anything else and that was it...other couple made a comment to us "guess this is serve yourself day", husband needed red sauce I needed more tea, we didn't see her till it was time for the check THEN she wants to ask do yall need anything else. It was all we could do to keep from loosing it on her. Needless to say service really sucked !!!!!! There are WAY better places to eat and get better service!!!! Don't recommend this place at all !!!
Our server Jacobi seemed more interested in the phone call he was having over taking care of me and my daughter. he didn't come directly to the table while talking on his phone but we noticed him leaving the kitchen setting his phone down by the front where the table seater was. if we were to ask for a refill on water from him it was brought to us however our appetizers our food and our bar drinks were delivered by the bartender Cliff. we left Red Lobster previously because of how bad the service was but recently the service has been getting a lot better however we were not shown that tonight.
We visited Red Lobster for the majority of my life, but when food fell off we stop going. We had the Flounder platter, another with popcorn shrimp and scampi and the shrimp and sausage jambalaya. The amount of food was unmatched the flounder had no taste. The rice was hard, but service was great from when we stepped in and was greeted to our server Hiban table 16. I'm gonna try the boil and bags when we and if he go back. We were disappointed but could have been an off day.

We visited for happy hour, but unfortunately, lemon drops weren’t included on the happy hour menu. I should’ve checked beforehand before ordering my favorite drink—I’m just not a margarita fan. The steak and lobster were okay, but next time I’ll stick to the happy hour food options. The service, however, was exceptional.
Service was extremely slow. Overhead the waiters arguing over who will serve out table. Had to ask for biscuits twice before getting them. When the food came out they didn’t even where to take it I just so happen to over here our table food and told them it was ours. Never got checked in for refills on drinks. Red Lobster has changed so much that they have left the flavor off the food. The biscuits have no cheddar or bay, it's just a biscuit. The Ranch Dressing is even different. Idk. But my server was excellent!!! Ms. Yolanda was superior, she made the bad food tolerable because her service was top tier.
This red lobster has a wonderful server named Zinnia. She recommended great options and was extremely kind. Now this restaurant needs to get it together, nothing was in stock.. not a margarita, lobster boil was out, and most of the beer on the menu was out!!! Come on y’all!!! I love Red Lobster but this location needs an upgrade immediately!!!! Thanks
Clint was amazing he came from behind the bar cause I did not like my drink. He made me another drink that was delicious. He bought me bread and ranch.At the end he also bought me boxes and bread to go. Cause My waiter Jukobe said there was no more. JUKOBE suck AS A WAITER I didn't see him dang near the whole time I was there. It took forever to get bread. HE HAD AN ATTITUDE EVERTIME WE ASKED FOR ANYTHING. It was my birthday but it sure didn't feel like it.
Update at the end.Arrived at this location on a rainy day. I was greeted upon entry. The hostess was polite! They have stepped up the food! I had shrimp and my wife had chicken Alfredo!! The shrimp was fresh and seasoned to perfection! Of course we had the cheddar baked biscuits! They were fresh and warm! My server was very nice and attentive . Their service at this location was second to none. I enjoyed it and will return. Keep up the good work Red lobster! This is much better than my last visit about 5 years ago. 1-3-26. What happened to your food! My wife's Chicken pasta was overcooked. Very soggy. You'll need to step it up! Last year you were on point. Maybe make sure the team at the entry are greeting customers as they enter. This makes a big difference with service. The manager Nana did come over and apologized and offered to make it right. The 1 star is for our server. He was great...I don't remember his name but he had dreads and a good smile. Anyway, the food was delicious, no complaints with the taste or presentation. But I hate flies. I hate them even more when they are trying to eat with me. Pet Peeve Numero Uno: Flys & Nats are a huge turn off!! Lastly, both my daughter & I had very upset stomachs after eating here. I'm not saying it was the food but I'm not saying it wasn't. On 10/26/25 At 7:30pm I ordered a side of creamy lobster mashed potatoes to-go. I picked up my order and noticed that the sauce was very slim compared to the size of the mashed potatoes. I asked could I get some more put on top cause it’s barely any on top and he stated “we can’t because that was the last one. We had to make yours from scratch”. I nodded and walked out. They didn’t even attempt to make my order fulfilling. I don’t know how to get in touch with corporate but I would appreciate if I could. Revision: The Manager Here Was Amazing, He Immediately Fixed My Order Without Hesitation. I Appreciate His Efforts In Making Sure I Was Completely Satisfied.
Food was mediocre at best, the service was barely passable. Cheddar biscuits weren’t ready until halfway through the meal, waiter ignored our table as he walked by several times.
I came to pick up a simple takeout order and the level of disorganization at this Red Lobster was unreal. When I walked in, a younger man greeted me and asked about my order. Cool. But then a woman named Angie came to the front and literally just stood there staring at me looking completely lost. No greeting. No confirmation. No “give me one moment.” Nothing. She just twirled her hair and fanned herself like she was too hot to function instead of actually helping a waiting customer. Meanwhile, it was obvious the staff is stretched thin you’ve got employees trying to play runner, busboy, and host all at the same time. That’s not their fault, that’s management. This place clearly needs proper staffing and leadership because the front-of-house experience is chaotic and unprofessional. If you’re going to offer takeout, at least have someone up front who looks like they know what’s going on. Standing around looking confused while customers wait is not it. Do better.
When we arrived it was not very busy. We immediately had to wait for the biscuits which of course Red Lobster is known for. The waiter said they had some more about to be ready but because they're to go orders were so abundant that's why they were out. Seems to me they should also take care of the customers that are actually eating there instead of waiting on the to go orders first. We finally got our iced tea we asked for and we also mentioned please bring some butter when he does bring the biscuits. He finally brought an order of biscuits but of course no butter. It took a long time to get the food as again I stated it was not very busy at that time. By this by this time we again mentioned could he bring some butter with some more biscuits while we were waiting. Again he said they were out and he would bring them as soon as he could. I don't have his name but he was a short Hispanic with red suspenders. Our order called for popcorn shrimp but we asked if he substitute actual shrimp instead and he said he would check. When he brought the food he did bring shrimp and so we thought everything was fine. Turns out we got charged for an order of shrimp $9. We didn't even realize till after we left that we also did not receive our second side which was an order of broccoli. We don't eat out very much especially at restaurants that cost quite a bit and it's very disappointing to get service like this at what we consider a pretty nice restaurant. Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. My mother and I went out on a rare treat because she does not get out much due to her age. Food was overpriced and quality was not good. We spend over $100 at lunch and had the lobster tail remade and still was undercooked and texture off. Out of fear of getting sick neither ate it and well as you know is the most expensive part of the meal. I also had a shrimp linguine, and it had no flavor (salt and pepper did not help). The Lobster Dip was delicious and the cheddar biscuits. We were greeted as we walked in and our waitress was nice. We have been going there since they opened years ago and have gone down hill. This was a reminder why we stopped going.
This is quite possibly the worst dining experience I have had in my entire life, and that's saying a lot. We are now one hour and twelve minutes after arrival and still waiting to see our waiter for water refills and my wife's missing drink. But I'm ahead of myself. We called in a party of 10 for 2:30. When we arrived, they said our table was ready and we were led back to a party of 12 sitting at our table. Luckily four of ours cancelled, so we said we'd take. Smaller table. They seated us at a wobbly broken leg table and we proceeded to wait 25 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us let alone take our order. Seeing a pattern, we ordered drinks AND food at the same time. Now, 40 minutes later, our water is empty, and we have no food and never got napkins or utensils. The manager, Stephanie came to check on another table and stopped by ours. At this point, we'll see if her solution to add an "assistant" to this area will help anything.
Made an 8pm reservation for me and my daughter, arrived early, still waited almost an hour while walk-ins got seated first. Ordered a seafood boil with shrimp + bairdi crab legs, got snow crab instead because the cook “thought it was too expensive” for me. Order came with no seasoning, shrimp tasted undercooked, and the whole boil was bland and nothing like the ads. Only the crab legs were edible. My daughter’s mac and cheese was just “okay.” This was the worst Red Lobster experience I’ve had—Mesquite location is the only one worth visiting. Wasted my gift card here. Will never return.
We ordered the new crab boil, and they served it to me in a plate with no bag to mix it up. The food had no seasoning on it, and the potatoes were not done very hard. My waitress was very nice, but the other employees were rude, we overhead no waiter fussing at the hostess about sitting to many people in his area. He stated that he already had 8 tables and do not sit anyone else in his area and to sit them at the bar. He was very rude to the young man and just had people sitting around waiting to be seated.
Genuinely one of the worst experiences at a restaurant. The place itself was not terrible and the food was not worth the price but it was good food. However, the service was terrible from beginning to end. We went in during the happy hour and the menu clearly stated the drinks price and appetizers discount for the order. I showed the menu to the waiter, Apostle, and asked if it was correct and he just shrugged. I went ahead and ordered it and he walked away without taking drink orders for anyone else at the table including my friend and small child. When he brought my water, my friend had to ask for a drink before the server walked off again. The drinks were amazing, I loved the margaritas! The mozzarella sticks were also really good! However, once we ordered the mariners boil and waited a while (the margaritas helped past the time) then he brought us the wrong boil. Then we waited 10 minutes for him to come back to check on us to finally tell him we had the wrong order and his mood dropped drastically and then we waited even longer for the right order (we were just trying to have a good time). The food was okay, but not worth $40 each boil. He was so upset with us that he made a point to avoid our table and we waited 30 minutes to get napkins since we didn’t want to bother other waitresses working. He also failed to take up empty drinks and plates even after we had already been there an hour. Then the bill finally came and he did not charge us correctly for the happy hour items. He finally decided to ask a manager about the drinks after I asked about the receipt. The margaritas and mozzarella sticks were amazing but the waiter ruined our experience and ruined Red Lobster for me.
