While the servers are nice enough and portion size good, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! Is no one policing cross contamination of the ingredients? A huge clump of guac was in the cheese and even when I asked about it no one bothered to cleaned it out of the cheese! Food tastes great but the presentation we as customers see while being served is very unappetizing! Can management bring the cleanliness level way up? WE CAN SEE ALL THE MESS!

Man, I came to this place. 😒 I haven't been here in a long time. ⌛ And I know why you surely don't get your money's worth. 💸 They give you half a scoop of everything and mind you the spoon is not even big. 🥄 Update 1/30/25 came still the same result. The chicken is burnt. So gritty, with the ingredients

The service was very nice, but the presentation was terrible. It was food everywhere all over the counters in the floor. It was very disturbing because it looks so unsanitary.

This is ridiculous. I can’t tear the meat apart and the rice is formed in clumps. I will not be returning.

You’re taking a risk eating at this location past lunch time. I’m sitting in the drive thru around 10 minutes watching my order sitting on a shelf not even bagged up. The young lady cleaning up apologized and bagged it for me. The chicken was cold like it had come directly from a refrigerator, the salad portion had more stems from the spinach than leaves. I ordered black beans and had just as many pintos! Guess they used the same spoon and cross contamination meant nothing. They never bothered to drain any of the juice and the bowl was wet on the bottom. Everything was a soggy mess! Forget using the salad dressing, the whole thing was wet enough. The guacamole was too salty to even taste the avocado. The chips…probably left since noon! This is the worse I’ve gotten from this location. For me, once is enough… To add insult to injury, the only way to complain is through a silly chat bot which means no one will probably read it. Is anyone else wondering how often or if they get food service inspections from the state?

Came to pick up my online order 2 kids meal and 1 burrito bowl. Went home ready to eat with my 2 kids open the food boom! Only tortillas where inside the kids meal . Boom open the other kids meal double beans who the hell asked for extra where is the rice! Omg! First of all the so called manager had this attitude with me when I came back she gave me the eye and I asked her call your manager she said I’m one of them wow!!!! Ugly service! Told her about the food she said ohh it wasn’t me I said your gave it to me you packed it so you were the last one to see my food . This means they don’t pay attention ! Bad service ugly place to eat !

I visited here 2/28/2026 the food was not good at all. Ended a night with food poisoning, terrible stomach pain. I am not sure if the food was prepared well. I will NOT be eating from here anymore. These places are hiring folks who may not be preparing our food correctly. The public deserves people who not only pass an online food preparation course, but with training on how to uphold the preparation of food for the public.

first time i ate here , i got really sick and couldn’t stop throwing up. yesterday i was at walmart and we stopped here cause it was closest and that was my mistake. i got food poisoning once again! i will never come back and i definitely suggest go else where and NOT HERE!!!

I live close by so I always order from here but I never complain. Today I am. I got double protein and I used the app to get the x2 protein because I had points to redeem for it. I got the double protein BUT they gave me less rice. They always do that. Less of the other more of the other. I either get more protein less rice or less protein more rice.

I have never been to a Chipotle as bad as this one. Observed no one in line, and all the workers on break instead of refilling crucial ingredients to ensure availability to customers. Had to ask for fresh carne, guacamole, and other toppings, as the staff insisted on scrapping the bottom of the containers instead of filling them. The manager was having a personal conversation with the cashier about her nail that broke while she was in process of ringing my order. I purchased a beer, no offer for a bottle opener. Trash was filled to the top, and tables were dirty. Staff seemed bothered by requests for fresh ingredients, even though the commercials for Chipotle boasts fresh ingredients. If this store was my only option for eating at Chipotle, I would do without, just like the 3 customers who walked out while I waited. #DoBetteryou chargenough

These employees are so lazy and I think they hate themselves. Every time I ask for extra chicken that I am charged for I either don’t get it or get big chunks of fat or big weird pieces.

I’m a big fan of Chipotle and eat there often, but this particular location was a major disappointment. The customer service at the car pickup lane was poor—everything in my order was incorrect, and the drink I paid for wasn’t included. I waited a few minutes at the window to see if anyone would check in or offer assistance, but when someone finally appeared, they gave me a look that made me feel like I was an inconvenience. At that point, I just drove off. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Chipotle.

Avoid this Chipotle location at ALL COSTS!! They skimp out very hard on portions and when you call them out on it they gaslight you and tell you that it’s a perfectly sized portion despite it being pinch sized meat portions. They even skimp out hard on salsas too!! Bad experience, I’m not coming here ever again. I’m going to the Chipotle location that’s off of I-20 in south Dallas that location still does PROPER portions! Bad bad bad location 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Ordered double chicken, rice, beans, etc and this is what I was given. 15 dollars for garbage portions. Chipotle have actively gotten worse with their serving sizes over the years and this is extremely disappointing.
