Sat at the bar. The bartender named Karah was THE BEST!! great conversations, fast with order, accurate, very patient and polite. The food was hot and delicious and the drinks were just right. The environment was very chill and diverse. I was there on a Saturday evening. OH! , if you want to watch an specific channel, just ask. They are very easy about that.

I have been to several locations, but I can tell you that this is the one location where I've had the best experience. Food is delicious, service is beyond great and the atmosphere in this location is just fantastic. Wait staff and others are very attentive and bring you drink refills (as well as chips refills if you need it) without having to be looking for your server to ask for one. Place is just great. Try it.

Came here yesterday for lunch. We were immediately seated in a clean booth and immediately approached by our waitress. I can't remember her name though unfortunately. She was on fire! There's a reason why I tipped her 25%. She was attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was good and fresh and everything came out very quick!

We visited to eat lunch, asked waitress to please give us the Avocado burger without the meat & cheese(we're Vegan). The waitress told the chef, then came back and offered us a black bean burger instead of the beef patty. We agreed. The burger was the BEST burger I've had in a long time! Definitely will go back JUST for that burger! I was especially happy to be accommodated with an excellent Vegan option at such a huge restaurant chain. I had an exceptional experience thanks to our amazing waitress, Whitney. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu well, offered great recommendations, and checked on us often without being intrusive. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while on the road today and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Chilis is Chilis, so the food was decent and consistent with other locations, but our server, Hannah, was truly a delight and made lunch very enjoyable. She was so kind and prompt, always making sure we had what we needed while maintaining a smile on her face. Experiences like this remind me why I enjoy going out to eat. When the people serving me uphold a high standard of service, no matter what the restaurant is, it truly elevates even the most standard of establishments.

I have loved Chilis for 40 years. It just keeps getting better and better. Had the best service ever today. Drinks and chips in like 30 seconds. It was a team effort. Five different team members interacted with us including the manager. I honestly can call this Chilis perfection. I know it’s not easy, I worked at chilis in college! Mad props to the whole team.

I was going to eat lunch at On the Border in Cedar Hill because it was noon and they had no customers in the building but me.. it was deserted... they made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable and left and went across to Chilis who was packed and very busy.. i was seated in seconds and order with in a minute .. and that was the best decision of the day... and I left a review on them about that... Ms. Nikki who was my server was tops.. She was attentive, suggestive and fun... I definitely had to do the same for Chills with this review... the food was great... I will be back...

My family went to Chili's as a late celebration for my husband's birthday. We've been to Chili's quite a few times, but this visit was exceptional. Our server Janiya was so attentive and friendly from start to finish. She even brought what we needed before we asked. We want to share an experience we encountered at the Chili’s located in Cedar Hill, TX. Now full disclosure, we have frequented this place often and we can honestly say there are no surprises when it comes to the menu. However, on this particular occasion, there was an issue in the kitchen that prevented most fried foods from coming out. Our waitress, Ms. Nikki, was most accommodating and flexible. She offered substitutions and recommendations to ensure our dinning experience was not entirely interrupted. Her attention to detail and overall service really made the difference for us. We were able to enjoy our meal and partake in a drink specials with no interruptions. Highly recommend coming back and asking for Ms. Nikki!

I ordered the, I think it was the supreme salad or whatever it was called. It was good but not really for me. If you like salad I would highly suggest it. It was huge to the point of where I could barely eat half of it, and im quite the foodie😂 the service was amazing. We went during a pretty busy day so the fact that we didn't have to wait for a table was great but then again there was only 2 of us so I dont know how the wait would have been if you plan on having a full group. Our waiter (i didn't catch her name since she was moving so fast) she was amazing and really nice. 10/10 just for her alone. My only issue would have to be the lack of napkins. They simply dont give you napkins or have a napkin rack, you would have to ask. Then again it was pretty busy when we went (mid-day on a Saturday) so maybe thats why. (P.S. if you decide to get any of the salads I would suggest asking for extra dressing if you like dressing. Me personally im not a big dressing fan but my friend was and I can tell you both of our salads were quite dry due to the very little dressing they give you. Again I was fine with it since thats basically how I eat my salads anyways but if you NEED dressing on your salad and you dont like a salad a bit more on the dry side, definitely order extra dressing) Either way this was a great experience and I will definitely be going again!

The service at the Cedar location has gotten 10 times better. I think they are under new management. The hostess was so sweet and even advised us to sign up for free chips and salsa. Our server was a young man. Appearance on point! He had some beautiful locks. Service was prompt fast and hot food. He brought out extra ranch and drink refills without us even asking along with napkins. One of the best experiences that we’ve had. We always sit in the bar area and Jose does trivia with guest love him too! Great way to interact.

Went here for our date anniversary. We walked in and got seated. Staff was very friendly. We started with fried pickles and they were good. The pickles were cute to a very good size and were sour but not too sour. We got the burger and chick tenders. The fries were hot and very crisp with a good amount of salt on them. The burger had thick slices of bacon on it that was nice and crispy. There was alot of flavor with the burger. My wife enjoyed her chicken strips. The waitress was attentive and nice. It was my birthday so I got a free dessert through the chili's app. The molton lava cake was very moist and just dense enough to have the right choocalelty flavor.

It's always fun going here. The complaint on this visit was the wilted limp, pale salad. I returned it and it came back the exact way. We had leftovers to take home, and we had to get up and look for a bag. Bathroom nasty and smelly.

My server was amazing. She was nice, fast and really understanding. I ordered a Ribeye, medium, the first time they brought it out it was well done. I wasn’t bothered or hangry, so I told them about and they were nice enough to redo it for me. The second time they brought it out it was actually medium, on some sides at least. It did have a raw side. At that point i was already full with the sides lol so i didn’t make a fuzz about it. My server did want to give me a refund but her manager just kept on insisting for us to get a dessert. Obviously the dessert was cheaper than the steak to refund. Again im a ver chill and understanding person. So i said screw it and got the dessert for free. But just be careful chillis cause there’s people who go in there starving and will not tolerate a steak having to be redone and to come out raw at that. Thank you again to my amazing server that i unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was so understanding and her customer service was amazing. The reason im leaving 3 stars and not 1 is because there was no wait time for the table and the food came out pretty fast. And especially because of my amazing server!

On 3/13/2022, I visited the location in Cedar Hill, TX. After a long day of running errands, I did not want to cook. I had visited the location several times before; however, on this particular eve…

May-I loved their Old Fashioned Burger, but when I got burgers for my family, I noticed it was smashed. It was horrible!! I was told that this is how they prepare their burgers now. I ended up throwing our burgers in the trash! So disappointed. I guess I'll have to go back to McDonald's or find another place with thick patties.

This Chili's location could make some improvements. It has been a while since I have eaten at Chili's and yesterday I was reminded why. I give them 2.5 stars for service. The staff was nice and our booth was disinfected before we were seated. The waiter was training, but even he did a good job. The problem with our visit was the food. I believe we had the most simple order... 2 mango sweet teas, a order of loaded cheese fries w/ ranch, and the big mouth bites. Simple right! The cheese fries was so hard...the cheese was burnt on top of the fries. Very well done platter...unpleasant to eat. The tea taste like syrup. The big mouth bites were okay. I didn't want to complain and give the trainee a difficult time because he was trying his best and it wasn't his fault. Needless to say, this is why I should focus more on cooking at home. Eating out isn't the same.

Can’t get any service, bartender, waitress all playing on cell phones charged me $3.00 for games that I didn’t play. I was feeling sick and didn’t feel like arguing with them. . Took bartender 30 minutes to get me a receipt so I could pay and there were only 3 people at bar. Was able to hold back puking till I got in parking lot, 4 lady’s came in and waitress brought them Water. Never came back to take their order. They got up and left. Probably not a dozen people in the whole building other than employees. So not busy at all. Never going back to this Chili’s again. Bad Management and employees. The margaritas seemed to have watered down alcohol. No comparison to On The Border Margaritas and $2.00 more money during happy hours. . Bill for 1 plate of chicken fajitas and 3 margaritas was almost $50.00. They need to just close the doors before they end up filling bankruptcy. Chili’s Cedar Hill.

Ordered togo food never received it. Paid in full online and left a tip total was 37.94. I arrived 5 mins after closing after never receiving a text message stating my order was ready. When I arrived there were people still actively drinking at the bar, and other customers. When I asked an employee for my togo order, an older white lady, who I assumed was the manager informed me that it had been thrown away. I saw kitchen staff still actively cooking and several items on the line. During this conversation I saw an employee grab what appeared to be my togo order, but was informed my order was thrown away. I asked could my food be remade as I had already paid for it and was told no the store is closed. When I asked for a refund I was told they would have to take my information and send it to corporate, because that's how all refunds were being handled now. I was extremely confused, because it should have been a simple ordeal to cancel an order I never received. I have never been told this before, but perhaps this is a new policy? At any rate highly disappointed in the level of service I received and the dismissive tone of your employee.

We arrived and seated quickly. However, 2 other parties were seated after us and were promptly attended to by servers. We waited 10 mins and no one checked in on us. Just walked out. This place is really hit and miss when it comes to service. What really sucks is that I enjoy Chili’s and their price points. But if I have to endure a cheaper price for a lack of service, I guess I will have to find a better place to eat.

Had a 40$ delivery spoke with Rachel. Stated a refund at some point to be expected. Staff not using gloves with clean dishes as well as no gloves. When asked to speak with management I was dismissed and left with an unbothered customer service experience. Do not order door dash as chilis does not seal your food. For safety reasons. And cross contamination. This location sucks. Should’ve just ate an onion instead 🤦🏾‍♂️

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just got off a 12 hour shift, check hit and I figured I’d treat myself to some takeout. Haven’t had Chilli’s in a while so I decided to order from them. Placed my order online, which forced me to pay a $4 gratuity on top of the $20 plus I paid for my order. The order confirmations sent to me from the site said that my order would be ready between 8:55 - 9pm and that they would text me to come inside for pickup once it was ready. I went to the restaurant at 9:00, no greeter at the to go booth and 2 servers, assuming by how the wear dressed, were obviously off the clock but literally standing in the kitchen with their coats on - unsanitary. I stood there for a moment, no one ever greeted me or acknowledged I was there. I had to walk through the restaurant to find someone to let the kitchen know I was there for my order. This took a few minutes, was handed my food at 9:07p and it was cold, all of it. Not a good feeling to spend $30 including paying for a tip for such bad service and cold food. I started to ask for a manager to let them know my food was cold and to ask for it to be remade but no telling how long that would’ve have taken so I left. Horrible customer service!

Update on my recent visit today: we had the pleasure of getting a new waitress who must of thought that she gave us the best service of her life. Due to the way she spoke to us. She made it very clear that she did amazing and when tipping, cash was best. We are not rude people so we decided not to tell her anything. She then proceeds to explain that she also accepts cash app. After telling her that we didn't carry cash nor did we have cash app. She explained in further detail that she is letting all her clients know that people have been calling and getting their tips refunded. He quickly took my order and recommended some drinks. He made sure to turn my day around. If you are ever in cedar hill. Stop by and ask for JUAN.

Went, ordered and some of my food was cold and the fries were stale. Then, to see a video that one of the managers of this same establishment was rude to a Veteran and a POC is heartbreaking. Chili's will never get my coins again.

I ordered a door dash order and NEVER put on there “no bun” I received my order with no bun. I called to speak to the manager and she said “on our ticket it says no bun” I told her that it incorrect because I’m looking at my ticket from DoorDash and I never said NO BUN.. Also on this ticket from chilis it said “86 Cslice” but when I got the order there was cheese on there. Once again I never no cheese I said extra cheese. So how is it if your ticket says 86 cheese and 86 bun my order still came with cheese!!! Clearly your system is messed up… I offered to even drive the food back there to get a fresh order and she refused as if the money was going to come out of her pocket. Your system messed up I shouldn’t have to go hungry due to your errors.

Waiter was very nice. Ice cream dessert was surprisingly below par. Served us refrozen ice cream. Really? With a grocery store around the corner? Priority of good food and pleased customers? Do I really need to point this out to the management? I am befuddled. Wish what happened this evening were not so. And we are decades old fans and patrons of Chili's. The waiter earned the star tonight.

After a long day I went to this location for dinner. Before ordering I asked my waitress do you guys do anything for birthdays? She said yes you get a free dessert. I advised her it's my birthday and I had no problem showing my ID for proof of birth date but she didn't ask, she just said to let her know at the end of dinner. I was never told it was selective dessert she even asked what I wanted and I said the cookie. They brought it out and sat it in front of me. A few minutes later my waitress comes back and says we have a problem your not suppose to have that dessert but you can pay for it. WHAT! why would I pay for something you just said I get free for my birthday. She said let me check, I saw her speaking with a lady and she came back and said yeah I have to take it from you. WHAT! Why would you take back something y'all messed up and sat in front of me and won't do anything but either throw it away or eat it yourself. That is trash customer service 0-10 I don't recommend this Chili's drive to the next one.

Let me just say I was I'm the service industry for some time but, the service here was atrocious. We ordered for curbside and they didn't give us silverware or straws. I asked after we had picked up our order again for straws and silverware. The server said she would be right back but I waited for 5 minutes and she never came back. When I got home a 10 minute drive our food was cold. And, my margaritas chicken was missing the topping which is the entire reason to have margaritas chicken. And I'd pre-tipped the girl.

I ordered to go for my mom. The person that brought it out was pleasant. I didn’t feel the need to look at the order since WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE PARKING LOT. Well after opening the bag once I got home, I realized that I should have checked my food. It literally looked like someone put it on the biggest roller coaster at Six Flags without the safety latch but, prior to doing that they are some of it.

I love Chili's but this location not so much. There's a lot I could say about the service and food but my pictures can tell the story. Worse part was the roach that crawled up out of our booth. Yes they offered for us to move but then they let someone else sit there right after us. Burger tasted good but was messy...too much mayo, poor lettuce quality and the bun was squashed. Kids cheese meals were spicy. I don't think I'll head to this Chili's again.

My food was lukewarm and we were there earlier to pick it up than expected. I was happy it was ready, but it was not hot. Second there was not any sauce on the chicken strips that were ordered. Third I ordered the six count mozzarella stick and a little container/2 tablespoons of ranch dressing. For six mozzarella sticks? I’m so disappointed.

Michaela was very rude.She thought she runs the store.She's literally blocked the way I said excuse me and she didn't move. I had to squeeze in and had to get in. She was screaming victim acting like there was nowhere to go when to go and I showed her the empty space. Then she got quite.

Don't waist your time at this location for lunch. 1 hour plus wait for your food order. Old Menu is gone. Service sucked from the moment of entry. Food was cold like it sat on the counter for a while. Had to ask for refills on drinks. Stay away from this location.

I ordered 2 ribeye steak with loaded mash potatoes and street corn. The steak was tough as leather boots. I’m very disappointed it’s my go to meal.

Customer Service Matters

I’m glad I checked my order. Received house salads with such small portions I requested it be corrected. The manager that came up made excuses but offered to correct 1 not both salads. The salads are in the small container and that’s okay but to not even get 25% of the salad is not. Prices are higher and that’s fine too but atleast give a decent portion similar to if I chose to dine in. If we would’ve ate inside we would receive a decent portion salad for our soup and salad but the way I’ve noticed they try to just give you anything in take out is not good business practice. And then to not make it right by correcting both salads spoke for itself.

We are long time customers of Chili's. We were seated quickly, but never had a waitress stop by our table. After 15 minutes I went to the front to let hostess know. She said she would get someone. After another 5 minutes a waitress stopped at another table near us. They were all laughing and talking. We decided it was not our not for Chili's and left.
