My wife and I go to this Church's in Devine instead of the one we have in Pearsall because this one has far better tasting chicken and the food is completely cooked the service is great the manager is very friendly and will attend to any concerns you may have. It is a far better Church's than most we've been to. Great place great service great food. Would recommend to all our friends.

We often come by here and are rarely ever disappointed. If there are any issues the Manager here always takes care of us and they especially care about their customers and the quality of the food they put out.This is the best Church's in the Tri-City Area. Thank you for all you do.

The owner makes sure that his customers are treated well. He knows the business and trains his staff to maintain a high quality product. Unless I am far away, I will not eat at another Churches unless it is necessary.

Always fresh and delicious! Cooked when ordered, so it may take a few minutes for large orders (like ours), but it's fresh and hot!! Folks there are always friendly and helpful!

I've been to a lot of different Church's restaurants, and I have to say, this is the best fried chicken I've ever had. Chicken is always fresh and golden crisp. You can tell the management here changes the cooking oil on a regular basis. At most fast food places, you're always confronted by a young person who really doesn't enjoy their job, much less wanna be there. The team members here at this facility are smiling, helpful, and proud to serve the customers. It's very refreshing to see theirs still young people who care. Great job!

We were in town for our son’s football scrimmage from Seguin, & we decided to stop here for some late lunch. We dined in and there was no wait, gentlemen at the register was very polite and kept us informed of our order. Really Our food was all so good, it was hot and fresh for sure. We had the tenders with mashed potatoes, and a large jalapeño bombers. Bathrooms were clean and so was the lobby area.

My first time here from out of town. (And a pointer is Church's was my first job) I decided to go in because where I live we don't have one so it was good to see how things have changed. For one they always have spicy it seemed. Everything was one point though. I feel the chicken (legs and thighs)lacked salt but they probably took that out as not everyone can have salt. But I added salt and it was spot on. Try this one and not in Pearsall. The service is definitely fast and friendly! The place was clean inside, so was good to see that. You can tell alot about an establishment from that. **Ask for sauces and honey and bowls and napkins if you need them. ** I went in but not to dine in.

Even though the lines are sometimes long it moves quickly. The spicy chicken sandwich is the best especially the spicy version. Crisp on the outside moist on the inside. Also it is as big as shown on TV, not like others. Staff are very patient and attentive.

Good food here, the staff is friendly. They are a little on the slow side, but more churches I go to are a little slow. More of a franchise issue than this particular stores fault. The area is also a little cramped and can be hard to get into when people are leaving/ coming to eat there.

Great service, hard workers moving through a long line of cars. The chicken is generally most and tasty but the gravy doesn't have tons of flavor. Their green beans are the bomb and their biscuits are awesome. Good value, good fast food.

Very nice workers offered me a soda for a long wait for food but I only gave 3 stars just not a fan of their chicken girlfriend loves it she would give 5 stars lol

The chicken was either refried or over cooked and it taste dry.so check your chicken before you leave even if you ask for fresh cooked chicken.

I was very disappointed with this location. I order a box of 10 (5 legs & 5 thighs), and received 2 legs and the reset were thighs. I should have checked the order, but Church's has never let me down...until the day of my visit. I didn't bother to call them, I know the routine of how they make it right, etc, etc. When in Devine, double check your order from Church's before you leave.

I'm a great fan of this Church's, but this particular day (4/16/20) I didn't get my lemon pies, I was charged but "Drake" from drive-thru left them out. I should have checked as well. I've called several times in the last 3 days and no answer. 😡. I'm not happy about this service.

Horrible churches location their chicken is never juicy it’s always dry and taste plain. They NEVER have spicy chicken ready and never have enough chicken made!! Been to this location 3 times in a span of a yr and it’s always the same thing!!!!

They cook the chicken in the same oil with the fish!!! Not only is that nasty, go ahead and kill folks with allergies. Damn shame.

If you ever need to call the store, save yourself the trouble and don’t. No one will answer. They’ll tell you one wait time at the window and then claim they told you another and that you’re lying.

Went to purchase 54$ and 42 pieces of chicken with full meals.. Waited over one hour for my meal. Mary I believe was manager due to the fact that she had the only uniform different than employees. The entire time I waited at window all she did was complain of how much of an inconvenience it was to place such a big order while throwing her headset on the counter due to the inability to hear customer's. It was the most inconvenience experience not to mention my food order was packaged incorrectly. Rather than go back and ask to correct my oder I just ate what we were given. . make sure you as a customer never leave this church's without checking you're order. Customer be aware not to purchase large orders. I guess this location is not able to make these types of orders. Managrment is not well versed nor trained for this type of situration. Nor customer service for their customer's. Bad service ..

I had to give a star just to post this! So there not even worth the star. This evening 1/24/21 6:05pm I called to place an order to speed up the process so I could get home fast because I was running late on time I had family waiting. As I gave the lady my order I was told they do not take phone orders in less it's a special order or spicy chicken. She refused to even let me talk or speak while on phone. Upon arrival they had 5 cars waiting in line for there food. When I went in to place my order I politely asked for General managers name and contact information. Manager Maryann on duty felt obligated to argue with me saying your the one that just called. Manager Maeyann stated I can not give any information you can just leave your deness an now the fact you cant wear a mask properly. That manager and her staff do not have mask on proper and you Maryann not once but now twice have pulled your mask down and yelled over the food in warms that your taking this quantity of product. There for exposing other people food to your germs. Health violation to covid laws.

Chicken was old and biscuits were hard. I have ordered prior to this visit and it was awesome. This time they gave us old chicken and biscuits from earl batch.

The chicken tenders have a questionable smell. Taste was ok and the corn in the cup sucks what happened to corn on the cob? The biscuit hard on the outside. The best tasting thing of the meal was the Coca Cola.

Never have spicy available, everything we call they lie and say they do, they even tell you that they atr dropping getting it ready. You show up and they tell you the same, oh I'm sorry we have to drop it it will be 15 to 20 mins.... just horrible communication!!!!

I ordered an 8 piece, 2 spicy breasts and a fish sandwich and they said it would be 15 minutes to fry. 30 minutes later, no sign of my food. Turns out the lady who took my order shift had ended and she left. No one knew about my food sitting on the table behind the counter. Worst restaurant experience and they forgot my fish sandwich. Manager made it right with some freebies but still.

This place is so dirty! The food is horrible everything taste stale and dry and they play cartoons on their small tv very loud and everyone who eats their food ends up going to the bathroom more than once!... Don't waste your money on this place until they get better management if you expect a nice place to eat don't waste your time going here! I didn't eat the food i threw in the trash and was mad wasting my money.
