Great service on Sunday after evening church service. The manager Kevin was great in his food service, treating us with a positive attitude and great response and respect and a kind and wonderful personality he showed us at the Diamond Bar location. I don't often eat fast food, but occasionally my son gets the late night cravings... Nothing fills that void better than a grilled/charred burger like Carl's Jr has. The service is always great at night but sometimes it's EXCEPTIONAL. Yes, I said EXCEPTIONAL to a fast food restaurant. The source and cause is an employee by the The name of KEVIN! He was kind, courteous and very thoughtful when it came to the food and the preparation. He explained as he handed it to me that it was just freshly made so I'm going to love it and I sure did. I can't remember the last time I was treated with such kindness in a restaurant in California that I didn't pay $100 a plate. Kevin, thank you, you made my night. Your mother raised you right!

Went inside to look at the menu to decide. Kid at the counter was very helpful and polite. As I waited for my order, I watched the gentleman in the back carefully and meticulously prepare my sandwiches with care. The burgers were plump and delicious. Thankful for the attention to detail.

You HAVE to try the triple western back cheeseburger EXCEPT on sourdough! The tall polite gentlemen who works night made the suggestion to me, and aside from that this guy went above and beyond and really sold the top tier customer service experience to me, at a fast food place? We both agreed it’s not a common trait these days for businesses to care or people to deliver excellent customer service no matter what you’re selling but this guy gets it. This Carls Jr is EASILY the best one on all of SoCal and I’m happy to drive a few extra miles on my way home to stop here versus anywhere else to get this every time. 6 out of 5 stars. The night crew guy at the speaker and the window NEEDS to be made a manager. No joke. His skill and quality and leadership is being wasted otherwise.

I was having a rough day, two tires had popped on the right side of my car, and I had to sacrifice my tire rims and drive from the shoulder of the freeway down to the Carl’s Jr. Parking Lot. Upon calling AAA and finding out that the wait for a tow truck was going to be about 3 hours. I thought “oh what the heck let’s treat myself to a shake. I deserve it.” It was a bummer finding out that the inside was closed due to the late time at night. Luckily a friend was able to pick me up through the drive through. And just when I thought the embarrassment and rough night wouldn’t end, that’s when I met Kevin. Kevin and his kindness offered me a brighter moment than any other in my life. And I truly admit that if I were Kevin’s manager I would promote him to the highest possible position. A man like Kevin, and his unbelievably charming and charismatic and hard working nature should be working at the number 1 position in this establishment. I will thank Kevin when I come back for the delicious shake he made me. And perhaps one day, offer him something more than he deserves. Kevin if you read this, have an amazing day. Went through the Carl’s Jr. at 4AM (what better time) and I had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin. He was attentive and didn’t make me wait at all once I pulled into the drive thru.He was extremely polite throughout the whole process. I pulled up to the drive thru window and he seemed to be very time efficient. I paid for the meal, then he gave me the food hot and fresh. He made sure to ask me about condiments too which I’m grateful for. I didn’t feel like I was waiting for a long time at all. I would recommend at 4AM with Kevin.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a double hamburger combo and a single hamburger came up to $25 used a coupon for five dollars off. However, when I got home, both hamburgers were single burgers tried to call the number but it just disconnects after a few rings. Before you drive out check your order and make sure you get your receipt. My receipt was not included in the bag or hand it back to me.
