Constant food quality and friendly service HK style cafe with new special seasonal menu items
The most delicious Hong Kong cuisine I have ever have, service are very good, also I like there Milk tea a lot, especially they are refillable. Highly recommended to give it a try and it’s a good place to enjoy local Hong Kong cuisine
This the my go to for HK food. Never had a bad experience here. I know every time I come, I'll leave satisfied. Food is always on point, and they serve some good HK milk tea.
Very famous Hong Kong restaurant; still very busy at 8:30pm (they close at 9pm). Unfortunately they only serve pineapple bun with butter till 2:30pm, so not a dinner item. All other dishes are still very good and tasty. The clay pot rice (not really cooked by a clay pot) is so good - you can find the rice very crispy at the bottom of the pot.
Came here on a long weekend Sunday at 9.30 and there was already a wait. Luckily not too bad of a line. Strongly recommend the buns. If you buy some to go, warm them up in the microwave for 5-10 seconds and they will still taste amazing. All other food are good too. Come early to avoid a longer wait. Their lemon tea is refillable. Enjoy!
Indulge in a culinary adventure with three new standout entrees: Hainan Chicken, Sizzling Beef Tenderloin, and Baked Tomato Pork Loin Rice. Each dish is a masterpiece of flavor and texture. First up, the Hainan Chicken, a beloved classic that never fails to impress. Tender poached chicken, imbued with subtle hints of ginger and garlic, rests atop a mound of fragrant, fluffy rice. Next, the Sizzling Beef Tenderloin takes center stage, promising an explosion of flavors with every bite. Juicy strips of beef tenderloin, seared to perfection, sizzle enticingly on a hot skillet, releasing mouthwatering aromas that tantalize the senses . Last but not least. Succulent slices of pork loin, baked to tender perfection, are nestled atop a bed of fragrant jasmine rice, infused with the sweetness of ripe tomatoes. These entrees promise a dining experience that transcends expectations. From the classic simplicity of the Hainan Chicken to the bold flavors of the Sizzling Beef Tenderloin and the fusion delight of the Baked Tomato Pork Loin Rice. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
Amazing food. Ate in for breakfast and we ordered the following: HK Style Milk Tea - good; add condensed milk at the table; comes with refills Pork & Preserved Egg Congee - good; add salt to taste at the table; fried noodle bits on the top were a nice touch Steamed Flour w/ Dried Shrimp - excellent; topped with a nice sort of soy peanut sauce; the texture of the rice noodle was nice and firm (too many other places make it too soft for my taste) Fried Noodle - okay; it was alright, but I’m also not a big fan of this dish normally Curry Fried Fishballs - excellent; the curry is really good — way better flavor compared to other places HK Style Bun w/ Butter - subpar; this seems really popular, but I don’t think it’s worth the calories; the pineapple bun topping wasn’t as crispy as I would like and I don’t think the butter added much EDIT 1: Came here again for lunch. 3 BBQ Meat Platter (Honey BBQ Pork, HK Roast Pork, Roast Duck) - excellent; fatty part of the honey BBQ pork was fantastic; lean part was so-so; HK roast pork had a nice crispy skin and moist meat; roast duck was good, but did not particularly stand out Pork and Eggplant Clay Pot - very good; pork had a nice surprisingly soft texture Cauliflower and Sausage Stir Fry - good; solid dish with good flavor

LA baffles me. $20 can get you one cocktail at a ritzy bar, or a coffee and a pastry at a trendy cafe you found on IG, or a whole meal with leftovers at an HK cafe in the 626. Delicious Food Corner is a local staple, and I love how each location is different. The Diamond Bar store is a larger restaurant and solid as expected. The menu is endless pages of glossy colored photos and options, and it took me forever to decide on what to order. I went with the green beans and beef entree, and an iced HK milk tea on the side. ** The beans were perfectly flash-fried, and the dish overall had good "wok hey" ** Came with a large serving of fluffy jasmine rice, which as an ABC, I failed to finish ** Milk tea was average; the tea tasted a little watered down and it was more sweet than I expected despite requesting less sweet Total damage was only $24, and it could have easily lasted two meals although it was so good that I kept eating. The servers are friendly and give me auntie vibes. They are all very attentive, checked in with me frequently, and worked efficiently with their tablets to keep up with orders. Other notes: - Card accepted! - Space is clean and well-kept - Location is an excellent pit stop along the freeway - Bathrooms are clean and stalls are decorated with street art wallpaper
Super friendly staff — they were happy to help with anything we asked. Food was really tasty and fresh. Definitely coming back!
I had a pretty good first experience here. The atmosphere was nice, the food was good, and the staff were quite friendly. This is a standalone building with a good amount of seating inside. I had the curry brisket rice, and enjoyed the dish. Note that this place does not give you any appetizer like soup. I don’t think I have been to a DLC that I didn’t enjoy, I’m happy to see them expand towards the inland empire so that there can be more HK food in the area. Will probably stop by again sometime soon since it is so close to the office! Im sure they chose this location strategically! Until next time!
I love Asian food, but there are hardly any places near me that are open for breakfast. I came here simply because they were open early and I was pleasantly surprised by their Hong Kong style breakfast, which was new to me. I like how light the congee is and the breakfast combo price is pretty fair considering that I usually eat half the combo and then eat the leftovers for lunch so I stretch it into two meals. For the combo, I tried the chicken congee (main) with steamed rice rolls the first time and the sticky rice & chicken in Lotus leaf (very flavorful) the second time. I've gone a couple of times now for breakfast and there has been plenty of space and good customer service. I would like to go back for lunch to try other dishes.
Pretty good canto food. Fried pork was good, buns were good, cauliflower was good, bbq plate not that great. Seemed like it was a couple of days old. Decor was upscale hole in the wall. I hear the dim sum is not bad, so will want to check that out sometime. Was also a little upset my kumquat lemonade didn’t have any kumquats in it. But oh well, think this place is a solid 4
We had a large party of 13. They allowed us to put two large tables together to accommodate our party. The food was very tasty and we enjoyed all the dishes. We ate family style. We had 6 dishes for our side of the table. We ordered a beef dish, chow mein, curry, baby bok choy with mushrooms, green beans and a whole chicken (soy chicken with ginger scallion sauce) everything was very flavorful. The curry came with paratha bread which was so good. The service was friendly and attentive. We had some leftovers. Would definitely return to try more dishes.
Today is the soft opening. Service is FANTASTIC and attentive, despite they are SUPER BUSY ! Drinks are GREAT ! Kumquat Lemon with honey = Taste Grade A Lemon tea with passion fruit flavor = Taste Grade A- I love the FREE REFILLS on the REGULAR lemon tea and it tastes great and NOT too sweet. The food are just ok in my standard. Soy sauce chicken = Taste Grade B Honey BBQ Pork = Taste Grade C+ Roasted Duck= Taste Grade D+ The skin is NOT crispy at all and the meat is dry. Pan fried jumbo shrimp with tomato sauce = Taste Grade C+ I will be back again for breakfast because they include a FREE drink.
This place has a big selection of food on the menu, and a lot of big tables for large parties. Very crowded! So don't go during the peak hours to avoid the long wait. Most of the drinks come with free refills which is a good deal. All the dishes we ordered were pretty good, but not the best. The egg tofu with mushrooms was a bit too sweet, and the store fried veggies was a bit oily. For the price, the flavor of food, and the crowdedness, I'll only go only when I have a big party.
Cool retro style HK cafe in Diamond Bar area, definitely has some of the 90s feel to the interior (by design) and even has a hanging SNES overhead. The atmosphere is quite cool, laid back. All drinks get free refills, including the specialty ones like Iced Lemon Tea or HK Milk Tea, which is a nice touch. The food is decent, while not the best HK Cafe, I can see why people come here for the consistency and the service. Their BBQ meats are decent at best. All that being said, it’s a cool spot to hang out and enjoy HK style food with friends and family.

Ordered: fried beef udon, pork offal congee, chicken clay pot & Hong Kong cart noodle. Our first time here around 5:30 pm and it wasn't busy at all. The food was delicious and flavorful. Food came out pretty quick. We finished everything except the chicken clay pot, this dish was just ok. Service was great, they are very nice especially the girl who helped and took our order. Would love to come back and try more dishes.
After the recent shrinkflation criticism that DFC DB has been getting, it seems they took the feedback to heart and increased the portion size for breakfast again. However, the scallion oil noodle was....too oily....like you can a thick layer of oil floating on top of the soup. Otherwise the drinks come with refills and the congee is good. Compared to the Hacienda Heights location this place still loses in terms of price.
My neighbor and I went to Delicious Food Corner in Diamond Bar twice recently, and we like to go back for breakfast. We tried their Satay Beef Instant Noodle (Comfort food in HK) with Pineapple bun in butter ($12.95). Both tasted pretty good, and the satay beef instant noodle was better than what I expected. We also ordered pork & preserved egg congee and home-style stir-fried silver pin noodle ($12.95). The congee had a lot of preserved egg inside, and the texture and taste were good. My favorite was the silver pin noodle that I haven't had in a long time. It was good that they had that option in the breakfast combo. It was delicious. The breakfast also included a drink. (Cold drinks adds $1.50 extra). I noticed their business was quieter than before, maybe because there's a lot of competition in the area between HK Macau Bistro, KW Cafe, and Hong Kong Cafe, so we tried going to different places to support them all. The service was fast and attentive, and it was much better than before.

This restaurant serves the traditional Chinese dishes. Would be good for a family get-together as your parents will enjoy the old time cooking. There is plenty of parking. Prepare for Wait time at lunch. There are waiting seats which help with older folks. Dinner is less crowded. Prices are on the high side. Be prepared to spend. You will enjoy a delicious meal though, with fast waiter services.
Items are hit or miss. I would avoid the Chinese BBQ at all costs. I had the BBQ pork with rice and egg. I can't believe how uninspiring it was. It looked good, but the taste just wasn't there.

The food is extremely bad, don't go. A few months ago, our family went to to celebrate mom's birthday, we ordered 6 dishes, I remembered a fish hot pot... my goodness... so fishy and the fish is extremely dead and frozen long long time, the cook made it more worse. the fish is dry, fishy, and taste the soy bean source onlyyyyyyyyy. We had the sour and sweet pork, very fatty and the pork has not taste. the pork is not fresh and tasts like nothing.....DON"T waste money and time to go there.......
