On the day I went it was quiet, I spent the better of three hours catching up with a friend I hadn't seen since high school. During the entire time, it never got loud enough that I couldn't hear the in-store music. As for my order experience, I ordered a hot chocolate and a bacon breakfast sandwich. The quality was your standard Starbucks coffee, my own complain of the entire process was that the drink and sandwich came out at opposite ends of the counter. So I stood around waiting for a sandwich that was getting cold on the other end. I'm not going to knock a star off for this though as my inability to notice the sign that said, "Pick up food here" is strictly my fault.

This is my togo Starbucks, I feel they are the fastest coffee makers , and staff are very helpful and polite I really recommend coming here

Great drinks! Yummy s'mores frap!! Gf got soy milk usually they ask if we want whip or not because of the dairy content but they didn't and we forgot oh well we should remember i guess but its nice for them to go the extra mile to remind.

It's so good there pink drinks are so good

Fast food places are going down hill so Starbucks is a better taste and probably better for you grilled cheese is awesome and baggles lots of better food options

This is one of the busiest Starbucks I've seen. You'll have to wait for mobile orders. Make sure you check because mobile orders will sit and they won't announce them.

I'd say place in general could be tidier. Guess it was a busy Sunday.

Have been here some 15-20 times, as early as 5am or as late as 7pm, while visiting family in Disco Bay. I've always found the staff very cheerful, accommodating & friendly. The seating is ok, with two long tables, each can hold say 10 people. There are also 4 comfortable chairs. It's a great place to get away for an hour or two, enjoy a good cup of coffee & to plug in.

This sure is a great place to stop. Come in. Grab a coffee (hot or cold) or muffin/sandwich. Great experience. 2 thumbs up.

A very well run store with efficient customer management during the times of social distancing. The only minor complaint was at the time of our visit, there was only one restroom open and it was rather dirty. But given the amount of traffic that store sees, that is probably understandable.

The people there were very nice and helpful. The coffee drinks were predictable. Sorry I'm quite anti capitalistic. That being said all the service workers were great. It's classic Starbucks in the middle of a huge parking lot with cookie cutter businesses and design

I dont know why but you keep changing hours, not opening some days, not turning on the app when supposed to. Idk whats going on but you might want to be consistent and informative on the random changes to hours without any heads up. Pretty disappointed with starbucks lately.

Really friendly person in charge trying to provide great service - but they were so clearly inundated that I left with my food and couldn't wait for my drink.

There was a VERY long line!! I saw people actually leaving. I ended up doing a mobile order standing inside and then got my drink. It was crazy.

I feel like describing Starbucks really only makes sense if you just recently arrived on earth. And hey if that's the case well I understand your caution in getting out into the public and doing some research. So before describing what it is that Starbucks has to offer you might first have to understand a substance called caffeine and the Coffee Bean which grows here. If you are a resident of our planet then I would be wasting my breath describing

They do make drinks well here, but they don't put straws in drinks that absolutely need straws. You have to ask for the straw. Even if you have a dome lid that you can't drink from they don't put a straw in. And don't you DARE grab a straw yourself even though they are nearby the mobile order pickup spot. I've seen a lady get talked to a little too sternly by a young lady that works here.

This is the SLOWEST location. Waited 20 mins and they got it wrong. My order isn’t complex, straight off the menu. The “barista” was on her phone texting, people are waiting…. So frustrating when you’re just trying to get work.

Usually pretty good but it seems like every time I order online it doesn’t taste right, and I have to go get it fixed by a different Starbucks.

The ladies were nice, but in a rush to make drinks so they made it skimpy 😔

Received my food at the reasonable estimated time given when i ordered via app. Workers seemed niceish but no response when they brought my drink to mobile order pick up and I asked a question. Took 18 minutes from mobile order to get drink. 10 minutes from estimated pick up to get my drink. Food was completed at estimated pick up time.

Young lady who took my order was very nice. Asked for Keto friendly drink she had no clue what I was talking about. She asked a female coworker who answered with attitude I don't know what keto is. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to serve the customer.

Our cashier, Frances, was unfriendly, impatient, and her attitude towards my daughter and myself made us regret our purchase. To boot she didn't input our order correctly and when I asked for the creamer that was missed I was met with more attitude.

The staff is so rude and take forever to make drinks. It's like going to a Gothic shop with all the depressed staffers.

I went in last night after driving from Stockton to Antioch (passing through); I was so happy they were still open! I went in stood at the counter and they acknowledged me with a smile; then I asked are you guys still open as I noticed the floors being cleaned. Also there were about 6 people sitting down and drinking coffee. The baristas looked at eachother and turned back to me and said uh yea I think we are closed sorry! You think? I’m already inside; there are people still sipping & reading! I wanted a chai so bad. I walked out looking back at all people still sitting and sipping but hey If they don’t wanna serve me I can’t force them. I kinda wanted to wait and watch if they would allow someone else to come inside and if they would’ve served them. Then I remembered I was in Disco Bay and got in the car and left thirsty and kinda irro; cuz I knew they were lying to my black face.Please don’t reply with a fake sorry on google either

Don't bother with the mobile order. They don't prepare the drink till 10mins after the customer arrives to pick up. So if you have work or somewhere to be, you're gonna be very very late.

Rude customer service, shoving drinks out that vfc you have to sort thru to find yours. Get some more help if you need it! This is rudiculous....and get friendlier help!

Went here to get a drink on my lunch. Order a strawberries & cream. Sat down to and waited. I was waiting for 15 minutes, and started wondering why it took so long. People that walked in after me got their drinks so when I finally walked up, my drink was just sitting there and the girl (she didn’t have on a name tag) told me “maybe if I wasn’t on my phone I would’ve knew it was done.” She didn’t call out or anything that the drink was done and while I was waiting we even made eye contact. I won’t be back.

I absolutely never right reviews because I think everyone can have a difference of opinion as to what is good but Today I went to Starbucks and it was empty with 4 employees and there friend hanging out next to the resister at 2pm, I ordered 4 drinks of which two were done wrong. I didn't mind one but the other was a simple vanilla bean frap with extra caramel. They gave it to me with extra whip instead of extra caramel, when I told them to please fix it, they remade it with literally one drizzle of caramel. I asked them again and they began talking about me to each other while my mother and I were still there. Their friend was soo rude to me as well stating maybe I should make it myself. Then theylthr Bartsia Lee gave me a drink with almost half a bottle of caramel on purpose. I asked for a refund and there friend which said she worked there too, said she would take the drink since I didn't want it. Then they said to me "if I think I could do it I should". That is when I said I worked at Starbucks almost 20 years ago and I would never be soo rude to a customer then or now. I said I understood everyone makes mistakes but to put a 1/2 a bottle of caramel in my drink because they didn't get it right was uncalled for. The other three employees were in the back talking soo poorly about me my mother recorded it. Store #6653. Just because I am Latina and not the typical white women that lives is Discovery Bay doesn't mean I should be treated any less than!!! I am currently a district manager and I would fire them all for this type of behavior.

By far the dirtiest Starbucks I have visited. Trash overflowing from can, food on the floors and tables. I am the only one in here currently and the two girls behind the counter are to busy talking then actually cleaning and taking out the trash to make the coffee shop presentable. Won't be back to this location.

I did not appreciate that because it meant I had to wait longer for my drink. Also, not a single person out of the 6 standing behind you ask to help you. And im sure one was a manager.

Good Atmosphere TERRIBLE customer service. Barista actually ARGUED with me when I asked for my drink in a larger cup so I had the extra room when I'm driving. Then when I tasted my drink it didn't have the Add shot I ordered so I went back in for it and the same Barista Refused to give me my add shot (that I paid for) and claimed he made the drink how it was ordered. This definitely goes against Starbucks "If you don't like it well remake it policies" that they're well known for. I won't be coming back and will just go to Dutch Bros a few miles away instead.
