Redstone American Grill – Upper Dublin

My husband and I had a very nice time at the Redstone in Dresher (Promenade Center). We ordered a our favorite sauvignon blanc wine (Thousand Lakes, New Zealand). We started with the Buffalo Shrimps with a blue cheese - our favorite dish at Redstone. Our main course was a file mignon (medium) and a hamburger (medium). The file and hamburger were cooked to perfection. Juicy and tender. The roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes were delicious too. For dessert we sampled the bananas with whipped cream. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting. We love the Redstone in Dresher (Upper Dublin - Promenade Center). Highly recommend Redstone in this location. :-)

On the birthday of my late friend to remember her, her daughter and two of us met for brunch. Our server was attentive. I ordered the chicken and waffles and a mocktail, Blueberry Bliss. My Goddaughter had Eggs Benedict with hash browns. We had a wonderful time with food, drink, and conversation.

Tried this place on a whim, and what an excellent choice! The wait staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing!! We ended up doing small plates because there were just so many that sounded good. The basil pesto dip for Breaking Bread was so fresh, it was like eating it right out of the garden! The Jerk Chicken fondue and the Honey Bacon Brussel Sprouts were soooo yummy, too. Be careful with the crispy cauliflower... it's got a kick! Not in the mood for a cocktail? Try the Summer Solstice Lemonade... delicious and refreshing!

Mimosas were fresh, nice selection of hot teas and beverages. The Flatbread was delicious, the calamari and shrimp appetizer was perfectly crispy and lightly breaded, the tuna poke bowl was fresh and flavorful. For a first visit I was very happy with the experience.

Wonderful decor, great food, and great service. Fried calamari was delicious. Cornbread with a little jalapeño kick was awesome. Baked grouper sandwich cooked to perfection. Salad very fresh and tasty. Our waiter Ross made our dining truly enjoyable with his A-One service and friendliness.

Wow wow wow. I just was in the mood for a chicken sandwich and I like to try new places and this was what I picked and I’m so glad I did. Wowww. It hit the spot. Their chicken was so good. Made perfectly honestly. Didn’t taste rubbery. Seriously so good. Now I’m gonna be addicted to this place. Everything was great. I did take out but next time I’ll have to eat in and try more. I can’t wait to try the general tso turkey burger. Anyway good stuff.

We always have a good meal when we come here. It is slightly pricy, but you get pretty good size portions. Jimmy was our server most recently and he was great!

The food was perfect the drinks were delicious and the atmosphere and staff was sooooo welcoming and attentive!! We will be back😁

Everything was good, just the fact it took some time for us to get our food. I'm willing to give them another try. I also loved their cocktails.

Redstone Dresher is amazing!! Angela was our server this evening, and she is vibrantly exceptional. She served our family with a smile, she knows the menu and all ingredients and made our dining experience memorable. Thank you, Angela for a wonderful evening!!

Nice atmosphere our server Jen was very attentive. Food was great. Nothing bad to say. My wife and I will definitely go there again.

As someone who actually reads the website, it clearly says they close at 8 PM on Sundays. Add bad weather to that, and I don’t blame them for closing the kitchen early so staff can get home safely. I’d rather eat at a place that cares about their employees than one that keeps people stuck in unsafe conditions. Still one of my favorite spots and I’ll definitely keep coming back!!!

Cheers to breaking bread!!! That was our starter with fig jam, garlic butter & olive oil. Maria was amazing and the managers were also attentive making sure all was well. The filet was fantastic. We opted for the blue cheese crust, and it was incredible. Accompanied by the garlic, mashed potatoes and the seasonal vegetables. We highly recommend. OK, do you want me to put you there?

We attended the "Brunch with Santa" event at the Upper Dublin location this past Sunday. The team provided exceptional service, and the food was outstanding. This event may become a family tradition. We extend our gratitude to Nicole for organizing this!

We recently dined at this location for our first time and we were seated right away. The room was a little dark, almost too hard to read the menus but our server, Heather was super helpful in going over the menu and recommending her personal favorites. We took her advice and ordered the egg rolls and wings, and let me tell you. She was NOT wrong. Our appetizers came out before our drinks did. Our server was very apologetic on the wait for the drinks and made sure we had water to hold us over. We were close enough to the bar to see that there really shouldn’t have been a wait. The bartenders were just standing around and leaving the bar area. Multiple servers looked like they were waiting for drinks. Our entree’s came out soon after our appetizers were done. The timing was perfect and we received clean silverware which was a nice touch. Our food was pretty good, nothing over the top exciting but enough to want to go back especially because Heather made the experience a very enjoyable one. She spoke with us and not to us and made it feel like she really cared about our time there. I hope the next time we come she is our server again, if not I hope we get someone exactly like her!

Service is Incredible! Camryn is Very familiar with the menu, food. She’ll give you her true opinion on the food if asked…. She is very friendly… Atmosphere is Great! Food is very good…. 😁We go there often as one of our favs!!!!! Try it you’ll be pleased…..

Me and my wife visited for dinner , and Simone H, was our server. She was great from the moment we walked in. Our drinks were excellent, and the service was on point throughout the night. The meals we ordered were delicious, and everything came out just right. Along with the great drinks , it all made for a wonderful experience. I definitely highly recommend this location and will definitely visit again.

I had an amazing experience at Redstone American Grill at the Dresher location. Our waitress, Lauren Smith, was absolutely phenomenal!!!!! Please give this girl a BIG well-deserved raise. I appreciated her kind smile, patience, and care and concern for my allergies. Lauren was welcoming, prompt, checked on my friend and I daily throughout dinner, and was genuinely a happy-spirited individual. I will definitely be back. I know that we can’t make requests for certain waitresses, but I will definitely try to see if I can have Lauren again. Also, the food was super delicious and I highly recommend eating at Redstone! 😊 Thank you Lauren for making our dinner night so special.

Jimmy is one of the best servers I’ve had at any restaurant he was super nice and super knowledgeable with everything. His personality goes with the flow and I recommend coming here all the time for everyone’s interest. I personally will be coming back more consistently

Our server Mickey was friendly, funny and informative about the restaurant and the menu. She was on point to check for our needs at the right time we needed. She found time to make us laugh and feel welcome. Will definitely request her when we come back. Atmosphere was upbeat and warm, food good and deserts outstanding.

Was there this past Saturday for a private dining party. The food was phenomenal and atmosphere was great. The room was cozy and perfect for our pretty big party. Nicole, the coordinator, was amazing. She made sure everything was to our liking and would 1000% recommend. 10/10 across the board!

This placed was amazing. The pineapple infused with alcohol for their drinks was the best part. The food was superb. There was a great selection. We are inside. The cornbread....OMG! Out of this world. The service was top notch. I can't not wait to go back.

Definitely worth the try! We loved the variety of apps and entrees. The drinks were the star of the show, huge shoutout to the bartender, the blueberry lemon drop was amazing!! If we returned it would be for the drinks! The cheesesteak egg rolls were also pretty delicious. The jerk chicken fondue was underwhelming, the cheese was tasty but as someone who loves jerk, the chicken was not as flavorful as should be. Our table ordered two different steaks, both of which were unevenly cooked. Our server did offer to fix which was great. Overall, it’s a great spot to check out but nothing really stood out to make us return other than the drinks. The service however was super great!!! Our waitress Shannon was so attentive and great with our littles.

What we like - Great service:welcoming ,friendly, fast, perfect for our group of 4. - Food was good-tasty Nice staff, solid meal. Good for a simple dinner.

First time at this location. Adequate parking. The interior was really pretty. We sat outside for brunch as it was a nice day. Our service was good. The pomegranate mimosas were delicious! If you like spicy bloody Mary's, this drink is for you. Garnished with bacon, celery, green olives, and cheese. Unfortunately, it was way too spicy for me, and I had to water it down with more ice. The grilled cheese was more bread than cheese, but ok. The Signature Prime rib sandwich was very good. The Mac and cheese was AWESOME!! The skillet was delicious. Everyone liked their meals. Unfortunately, the crab Benedict was just so so. Next time, I'll stick with the regular eggs Benedict. The Chef's Brunch is good if you're really hungry. We'll definitely come back and try dinner. I think it will be nice to sit outside on a warm night with cocktails.

Pretty good standard steakhouse. The prime rib was tender although nothing special. We really enjoyed the cornbread skillet with maple butter, which is new to me. The drinks were fun too. The prices are typical for a steakhouse and not too expensive.

Redstone- Bottom line, Good food, good service but a little pricey. Server (Michaela) was very nice. Buffalo Fried Chicken wings very good. Signature Filet was good but small and not cooked exactly as requested (medium). Redstone burger cooked as requested but really nothing to write home about. Pop tart 2.0 desert very good.

Nice unplanned visit. Will definitely be back. We had the buffalo shrimp appetizer which was perfectly crispy and delicious sauce. General tso turkey burger- gluten free bun option- very good. Kinda fell apart on me but still thick and tasty for burger. Also hubby had black angus steak burger that come with bacon(the best way to eat a burger if you do pork)- he said yum. No leftovers. Visit when you’re in the area. Lots of parking. Nice ambience. Clean well kept bathroom. And thanks to Kim(Kimberly) for your friendly service.

Food was great, on the pricier side. The service was great and didn’t have to wait long at all for food. The atmosphere was very chill and had a good time, didn’t feel annoyed or anything. Our waitress Simone was also great and gave some great recommendations on the menu. It seems like the seafood is typically more popular but it was also my first time here so not too sure what the other options are like. I went for the shrimp scampi and it was actually quite good. I had the shrimp grilled instead of fried and makes me wonder how much tastier/different it would be if it were fried. Would def recommend to come here every now and then for a special occasion or a get together depending on your budget.

The place was beautiful and picturesque. We went for a birthday celebration and it was 12 of us. The menu is pretty pricy for the portions they give you. I ordered a cobb steak salad and strawberry lemonade with a kids tenders meal with an extra side of french fries and a beverage. Then ordered an extra kids meal to go with a side of fries. My bill came to $86 plus gratuity. The strawberry lemonade was not good and the amount of fries was shameful. However, the cornbread was good and you bearly notice the jalapeños in it. The salad was excellent I would recommend that. Other orders included cheese steak egg rolls, brussel sprouts, short ribs, baked chicken, crab cakes, wings, and salad with alcoholic beverages. Now they did complain how nasty the drinks were to the table not the place. The place just feel like its missing something with the disconnect between the ambiance and the food. The server was ok knowing ahead of time what she would make in gratuity didn't make the service any better. I'm not sure if I would go back. But, if so, I would try the outdoor seating at dusk and maybe that would help.

I really like this restaurant from my experience at the Plymouth Meeting location, although it appears they have taken the higher end menu away. Even though this is a brand new location, I found the experience just average. I will report back if things improve...

Second time visiting, I had the spicy thai noodles, noodles were soggy and the fish my friend received was dry. This time I ordered the ribs and it tasted like it was boiled then thrown on a grill for two minutes and smothered with sauce. Honestly a waste to order an entree, stick to the appetizers and drinks. The menu is too small for this restaurant not to get the food right. Ambience is amazing though.

Today I visited it for my first time. The restaurant was beautiful and very clean. The food took too long In between appetizers and entrees. The cheesesteak rolls were spicy and so were the fries. Food wasn’t what we expected for the place and stars given.

Frequent customers to the location. A disappointing experience 2.7.26. Typical busy Saturday. Salad & soup a little slow, but not an issue. We had our wine.. Within 5 minutes of receiving 1st course, the entrees arrive ! Our waitress and a manager were right on it. Sent back to kitchen. Had an extensive wait to receive new entrees . Over 20 minutes. Delivered by the manager with apologies. Entree not hot, at room temp. Not bad but expected warmer temp. Manager indicated will let our waitress know to give us dessert due to the issues. Waitress was very friendly but no mention of dessert. We were not looking for free dessert. But better communication needed at this place. Not the 1st time entrees arrived too early. Don't tell us about dessert and the server is not aware. Will be back, but not in our normal rotation for now.

Went for the first time with fiance while out shopping. Both really unimpressed. Applebees appetizers but x3 the price, food was okay but nothing amazing. But biggest issue was service was really poor, even sitting at the bar. Bar was a little over half full. Drinks were very underwhelming, then also not charged as happy hour when they were advised us on the happy hour drinks. Watched martini spill out of shaker cup, and then poured without adding to it, making for a 3/4 full cup. Wont be returning.

We sat for over a half hour before getting water, drinks took another 25 minutes. The waitress basically ignored us. I had to wave frantically to get her attention. It must have angered her, because I watched her go speak to a manager. He didn’t bother coming over either. She knew we were annoyed. In the middle of our soups they brought all the entrees, and told us they tried to get everything out as quickly as possible. My entree wasn’t even hot by the time I finished my soup. All of us were very unhappy. We were a party of 6, so they automatically charged us 20%, which she definitely did not deserve

Ordered the 14 oz rib eye. I'm certain the rib eye I had been served was no where near 14 oz, they probably take the nice thick 14 oz steaks and cut them in half, And it had an uneven tapered cut where the steak got thinner and thinner towards the end. Asked for medium rare, and what came out was 100% raw in the thicker middle part, and tough and well done on the thin tapered end. For the price and the wait customers deserve a steak that's advertised and cooked to their liking... False advertising Poor quality cooking and preparation Service was good...but won't go back

The food and service were good, however, they allowed someone to bring their dog into the establishment- a FOOD establishment where allowed the dog to have a seat UP ON THE CHAIR where people sit!!! Disgusting! No it wasn't a service dog bc service dogs are trained to sit beside the owner on the floor or under the table. They did not say anything to customers or ask them to remove the dog off the furniture. I said something to the server and they said they were taking it to the manager but they aren't allowed to say anything to the customer. I find that ridiculous....how do you let people dictate the rules to your restaurant AND that goes against the sanitation rules of the health department.

It was our first and last time at this location. We were sat by the kitchen, music was low enough that we could hear kitchen conversations and pots and pans banging, it was annoying but whatever. Service was exceptionally slow, not the wait for food, the wait for the actual server. The lobster bisque and French onion soup were really good! Definitely the highlight of our dinner. Our entrees on the other hand were a huge disappointment. We ordered the NY Strip and the shrimp scampi. The cook on the strip was perfect, the presentation was lackluster. It was served with asparagus and mashed potatoes that were extremely dry and way too garlicky. The shrimp scampi came with an average portion of bland linguine, pepper couldn’t even save this pasta. The shrimp itself was okay. Overall for the price we paid, it was not worth it. There are so many better restaurants in the area that taste their price.
