I love this place they make you feel at home and they also deliver what you like. I love caramel and I ask for extra caramel and this is what I got always taking care of you.

This is our go-to Starbucks as we frequently pass this area. Everything is always wonderful!

Probably the nicest cashier I've ever spoken too. Wish I would of got her name, but she was super nice, so I gave her all my change in my car, since I didn't have cash. 😊 Thank you for my birthday drink Starbucks. 🥳 I still prefer the regular dragon fruit drink, but the one with coconut juice isn't bad. 🙂

I absolutely love this location! They’ve never gotten my order wrong and they’re always friendly and helpful. The ONLY location I go to for my Venti drinks. You can tell the staff actually enjoy what they’re doing and genuinely care for the customer. Now I already drank most of it but this Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Espresso was EVERYTHING! Tried with chocolate cold foam instead of whip and it’s a game changer lol. Whoever made this… THANK YOU!

The server tried to warn me that they prepared that no eyes drink with ice first and then they remove the ice. What I did not realize in the process is that almost A quarter of the drink is lost. When I ask the barista, she seemed bothered about it. I was very surprised. Award of caution only. Do not order ice in this shop.

There were not too many customers ahead of us, wait wasn't too bad, we had our coffe within 10 minutes, the thing I didn't like is when my son asked to use his app to pay for the coffe with the points earned, the lady at the counter gave my son a dirty look rolling her eyes like they don't like when a customer uses their earned points.

They're more in tune with the drive-ins than the walk-ins

This Starbucks location is pretty nice. It's a decent size with a long window table with 8 stools and 11 tables. I've never had a problem with finding a seat here. The employees here are really courteous and they've never gotten my drink wrong. Too bad this location doesn't have a drive thru.

Really good site, lots of parking, fast and friendly service. Clean atmosphere, restroom with password on the door. Only little problem is that they have only like two small tables. So you mainly have to share a long table with other people but it was ok. People were polite and kept to themselves. I'm definitely coming back when in the area.

One time I came in about a month ago from this post and I ordered a egg muffin. It was cold so I got a new one and it was slightly warmer but still cold. I'm not one to make a big deal especially feeling full after eating 2 halves why would I want a 3rd. So I just threw the second one away and tell this story to all my friends so they know. Coffee is always good but maybe the food warmer had some issues.

I stopped by to meet a friend and had a large Pikes Place. This Starbucks has two family size and two bistro size tables along with about four bar stools. Outside there are three tables. I share the above as there is decent seating inside yet not enough parking outside. Starbucks is located on the corner in a strip mall, and there is minimal parking for the types of retail outlets.

The restroom just face the front door when you get into this Starbucks. Usually restroom is located far end of the restaurant. This is the worst layout I have ever seen.

I rarely go through the drive-through since the line in the morning is so long which I understand. But the last two times they both got my orders wrong!!! I ordered ice coffee without sugar or cream this morning, and they gave me one with sugar. 😢 🤢

I thought I would stop by this location since I was in the area. This location was a bit slow but my drink came out good. Parking lot was also packed which made it hard to get in and out.

The coffee doesn't need to be 130+ degrees and filled to the lip. That's why the lid pops off and people get burned. On another note this location has no coverage at the drive through so in the rain every thing is getting wet..

I went to Starbucks and let me share with you my story so just to start off I love Starbucks but I did not love this time because when I ordered they couldn’t hear me correctly, but on the screen my order was correct the real problem started when I pulled up to the window first thing that happened was they gave me the wrong egg bites the people working did not hear me trying to alert them about the wrong order then I got the right ones and they were slightly burt then the drinks came out and the first drink was the wrong size and it was disgusting it tasted like they put something in there and there was not enough lavender in the lavender matcha and the next drink was disgusting to they put some type of flavoring when we didn’t ask for it. I love the baristas working Thursday at 3 a clock but not the ones working Saturday morning

Friendly service, quick and accurate. My complaint and low scoring is in regards to not having the cold brew coffee available an hour after they open. I understand that it takes 20 hours to brew but it is unacceptable to tell your customer "try again next time, it's hit and miss." I would have understood having an off night but to tell your customer not to expect it to be ready when you come next time is poor management.

My visits to this particular Starbucks location is becoming unsanitary. Everytime I am handed my drink. They fail to hold my cup at the bottom or sides. They have their entire hand wrapped around the top where my mouth go and no gloves. The employees are nice and my drink was what I ordered. But the person who handed my drink the wrong way from the top also had on a black t shirt and you could see dandruff all on the front of his shirt. Granted he may have a skin condition that leaves flakes but its unsanitary to be putting a customers drink top on standing over their drink with that type of flakes on your shirt and placing your hands around the rim where they're suppose to drink from. I wanted to call but just decided to write a review because I dont want anything other than for them to check their employees grooming and pull them aside and fix the issue.

This is what I got for Venti / shaken expresó with almond milk. I asked why it’s not a full cup? I was told that’s what I get but she would charge me more if I wanted more milk. So I pay for half an empty cup basically. She just said do you want the drink or not. Not that the company cares but I won’t spend another dime, since I get more cup then coffee.

Weekday 1130am service is slower than a turtle and it’s not even busy , I can see two staff members laughing and chatting through the drive thru camera way before they took my order. I usually tip but not this time. Iced coffee was really good but the spinach feta wrap was cold :(

BEWARE! This store rarely has items on the menu. Limited on what I could order and how I modify my drink! Check your order as well because they are notorious for not making drinks the way they are requested. Their are better stores (same franchise) close by.

Horrible service at this location. It took them 30 mins to deliver a cookie! The drinks were ok, but the delivery time was waaay too long. 30 min wait for basic coffee and a cookie for my boy. I had to go up and ask for my drinks and I called out "Order for A.A.-Ron yet"? and they had them... but not the cookie. So I waited 10 more minutes and went back up and waited 5 more minutes - the girl knew who I was and looked me in the eye several times but didn't say anything until finally I spoke up again "how's the cookie for A.A.-Ron coming" and then and only then did the girl tell me "oh its right the on the counter" OMG - she saw me, knew my name and my order and didn't say anything until I spoke up!! Ridiculous. For better service, try another location.

There’s a barista here I don’t know her name but she works in the morning, she is super rude and gives altitude! After reading the comment below I’m scared of getting hair in my drink because it’s probably the same girl we’re talking about. I come here almost every weekday morning. Someone needs to fire her!

Ordered a strawberry refresher on the app and when I went in to pick up my drink, no one acknowledged me standing by the pick up area (I was waiting to ask for a straw because it was out of reach) when I had finally shouted “excuse me can I get a straw” the male finally came and gave me one. However, the lady working the drive thru was mocking me as I walked away. She mimicked “excuse me” in a snobby tone and also laughing as I was leaving..very rude and condescending staff.

Went there for a few items that amounted to $28 and they wouldn't break a $100 bill. How can you not have change at 7pm. Just another reason I hate Starbucks. Customer service is a thing of the past, your response solidifies that.

Pre ordered 3 traveler boxes for an 830 am pick up. Arrived 830 and although they quickly found the written order, the order had not been started. Mistakes happen, but maybe instead of saying "nobody told me" just be honest and say you forgot to look at the morning orders. Now I'm late for my meeting ...I do expect a bit more from Starbucks.

The place need a MAJOR retraining. They are LAZY. Don’t shake the iced tea lemonade bc they’re lazy. I know the difference. Don’t mix the espresso with the mocha sauce so the sugar is just sitting at the bottom. Amateur and low quality for SB. Like have some sense. Even when they mess up, they cannot correct the drink order. Very untrained, simple explanation. Not just one time either, CONSISTENTLY LAZY, wrong, and sloppy plus SLOW. Who makes it wrong and is slow about it???!

Worst location ever, I always order my drink in other locations and they fill up my cup, I specifically ask for light ice and this store fills up my cup with ice drink tastes horrible and when I ask for for more milk this specific lady wants to charge me more, even with other drinks I ordered from here taste really bad NEVER coming back.

Extremely horrible service. I walked in and asked to use the bathroom. The lady was extremely rude & told me it was out of service & to go to city haul. After I left to use the restroom, I came back to order & there were people in line for the restroom. I asked why they just told me I couldn’t use it & the guy said you have to order something which I was going to do that’s why I came there. Horrible service. You guys should put an only for paying customers sign on the bathroom instead of lying and saying it’s out of order & assuming people aren’t going to buy coffee!

When the drinks were finally made, all of them were poorly prepared and didn’t taste right. On top of that, none of the hot drinks were given sleeves. I had three hot drinks and had to specifically ask for sleeves, which I’ve never had to do at any other Starbucks. When I mentioned it, the barista responded with a bad attitude and said sleeves are “only given if requested,” which is inconsistent with Starbucks’ usual safety and service standards. Overall, the staff attitude was unprofessional, and the experience felt rushed and careless. This store is very different from other Starbucks locations, and not in a good way.

Worst store ever and never come back.

Got a refund and the manager made her redo my drink. I threw the drink she remade bc there is no way I trust her to make my drink again. Never coming back here. Hair in my drink, clearly on purpose, is disgusting. She probably thought I wouldn’t open my drink, well I did and that’s disgusting. Horrible service.
