You know I like the Tuna sandwich, my hubby likes the Italian with 3 kind of meats you customize to your liking and they become very good. We visit this store like once a month and we buy sandwiches for my in laws when we visit them too.

Good service since they let the bad gang related employees go. One girl over looked me when I wanted to place a order and when i called her on it she started talking crap under her breath. Bad service. For the last year or more service is much improved.

I TRIED TO LET IT SLIDE BUT I COULDN'T!! I visited this one on Sun 10/11/2020. Between 1&2. The 2 ladies in the front were not friendly at all. No Hi/Hello Greetings. The younger lady asked me did I want something. (I chuckled within bcz obviously, that was why I was there). I asked for the FRESHES ROLL. I feel in my heart that they had some FRESHER then the one she gave. The older Lady gave the younger lady the look as to not go get one. The older lady assisted my Sister (who was behind me). I heard her ask are you ready to order. She was Impatient. Not Friendly at all. The older lady was doing something in the back which I feel she should have stopped doing too assist the customers immediately. She didn't stopped and assist until two other ladies came in and had stood there for a few. This Branch has room for improvement in Customer Service Skills.

I wasn't happy to pay $16.99 for a roast beef and turkey footlong sandwich. The owner was very RUDE and very LOUD! She said that's what you ordered!!! So why couldn't she had said if you order the BMT and ask for no ham it would have been almost $7 cheaper, and that was told to me by the other worker who heard and seen the look of disbelief on my face. Wow just Wow Rudeness at it's finest!

Was there at 9:10 am confused of what time they open checked online they were and there was an employee Inside. Seen me and two other customers confused to why they were closed and just ignored us and kept doing what she was doing. Didn’t even signal a time frame just looked down. I waited for 15 min and got tired of waiting. If you’re busy that’s fine running a bit late that’s fine but when you start to ignore your customers because you’re late then that is horrible customer service. Lost my business for sure. Can’t go anywhere that has poor management to train their employees this way.

I was EXTREMELY UNHAPPY today! Today is Subway Sandwich day and I was told I could buy a 6 inch $3.50 sandwich of the day and get another 6 inch free. Well the owner was trying to screw me out of extra money and absolutely did not honor what his employee told me. Needless to say this guy left a bad taste in my mouth by the owner being so greedy that he couldn't honor what I was told. Not sure if I will take my business there anymore.

One of the male staff members made me feel very uncomfortable. When I told him I was married he started saying he was a rapper and trying to rap Wich was horrible. Just was the most uncomfortable experience I ever had buy food before at Subway. Never buy food there ever again

Never again worst customer service. They over charged me the lady was fighting with me over a simple question I had she should be fired. My meatball was sub was so cold. Last time I be at the one.

I had went into order a foot long Philly cheesestak at the Subway store located at 2225 East Huntington drive in Duarte, and the meat on the sandwich was not good at all. The meat tastes like it was sitting on a wet rag. I had asked the staff member if they offer any military discounts, and I was told that they don't offer any type of discounts. The girl that had prepared my sandwich was very nice, and freidly. Paying for the sandwich was like paying for a parking ticket pure disgust. I suggest if you want to eat a good sandwich, and offer a military discount at another Subway go to 2225 East Huntington Dr Durate. Better food,and great service.

I have ordered twice on the subway app too pick up from this location. First of all the man whom assume is the franchise owner is unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. I always requested extra veggies on my sandwiches when ordering on rhe app and never recieve what I ask for. They are so skimpy on the toppings its ridiculas. Problem with the times we live in is that they want to raise prices, while giving you less, and providing you with horrible service. I guess as long as patrons dont value their time and money. Business will continue to raise prices and treat customers as if they are doing us a favor.

I was craving a sandwich and so I went to subway. However, as I parked the car, some guy came running up to the door to lock it from inside the store. I walked up to the door and checked the times and they have the hours posted as being open for one more hour. The guy rudely mocked me from behind the glass and proceed to try and take pictures all the while smirking to himself. What's the point of posting hours of operation if the employees arent going to even follow them? Worst experience I have ever had at a subway. If management is reading this, i have a photo of the employee in question. Make this right.
