This place is so cute!! We treated our kids to the last day of school today with a treat of all six cookies on the menu and did the 4 half pints of ice cream and the Raspberry Cheesecake is AMAZING 🤩 We will DEFINITELY be coming here A LOT! And the staff is the best!! The welcome every guest that walks in the door and they get you taken care of immediately! We were in and out in less than 5-10 minutes! And having the app to order ahead is so so convenient! Love this place and so glad we got one in Amarillo!!

I have never had issues with the cookies except for last night. What was the problem? The person I sent them too never got them. I contacted my family this morning to ask if they got the delivery but they never did. Super disappointed. It was their birthday and they never got there cookies. Sad day! Update: supervisor was extremely nice and took care of everything!!

This was our first time at Crumbl. We ordered one of each of the weekly flavors. The curbside choice made things so easy, and the person who brought out our order was so friendly. We've tried the churro flavor so far and it's HEAVENLY. Definitely recommend!

Yesterday was cold and drizzly, so I didn’t want to get out of the car. I ordered and used curbside pick up. Great experience! Not only were the cookies absolutely wonderful…as usual…but the convenience of having them brought out to my car made it all that much more wonderful! I have grandsons coming to visit this next week and we will be at Crumbl cookies several times during the visit!

We’ve come here several times over the last few weeks, but our latest visit was around 6pm on 1/11. We popped in for a sweet treat after our dinner. My wife got the semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie, and I got the banana bread cookie. They were absolutely scrumptious. My cookie was soft with slightly crispy edges, which is the perfect texture in my opinion. The base of the cookie tasted like the banana bread of my childhood. The frosting was a nice sweet and creamy addition, and the brown sugar crumbs really topped it off wonderfully. What a delicious cookie! My wife loves the semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookies, and she wants to come back every other week when they have them. I’ve also tried quite a few of their other cookies, and they have all been extraordinary. We have always been extremely pleased with our cookies here, and we always have a good time!

So don't get me wrong I love their cookies. However made an order thru the app. The app says the order never processed, but the money has been taken out of my bank account. The store could not do anything about it cause they never received the order. Contacted Crumbl support and they said it was a ghost order and we should get refunded 2-3 business days. I don’t want to be rude but I had such a horrible experience yesterday that I have to post a review. I had ordered online (not in the app) and had gone in to a very full lobby (at least 15 other people). The order line was massive and I stood in the pick up line since I had.. of course.. ordered for pick up online. There were two people in front of me and so I waited… as I watched 7 employees stand around watching one girl expedite all the orders. The rest of the workers were frosting cookies, whipping icing and standing at the register (at one point with no one in line anymore, yet did not move and just watched the chaos). The poor girl doing all the orders was clearly overwhelmed and I could see the frustration on her face that no one was helping her. The guy that was right in front of me in line at the pick up counter was a crumble worker who had clearly just gotten off shift. We had been waiting long enough that I could already sense things were not being run efficiently and no one had come and asked me what my name was for my order. So I asked him and said I didn’t order on the app, do I need to go stand in the order line and let them know I’m here. He replied yes because on the app there is an “I’m here” button and they wouldn’t know who I was otherwise. So I leave my spot at the pick up line and head over to the loooooong order line. I wait. As I’m waiting I’m literally observing all the workers just watch (literally staring) at the one girl doing ALL the orders, completely drown. I finally get up to the order counter to tell them how I placed my order and what my name is and the girl looked at me like I was from outer space that I placed my order on my laptop and not the app… then I go over to the pick up line (again). Then I wait. Y'all… I watched everyone who had been there since I walked in and a line of people come in well after I did (at least 10 more) and all of them were helped before I was. They asked me my name 4 times and I still sat and watched the girl work on orders that were not mine over and over and over. There was no urgency, no organization, no assertiveness. I wasn’t given my order until I was the last and only person in there. I had been waiting for over a half an hour y’all and if I hadn’t already paid I would have left. It’s clear that whatever their system is, it isn’t working. And instead of having one girl on orders when they’re that busy it should have been a matter of priority and frankly common sense that all the other workers pause their station and go help the girl expedite and get orders out. It just made no sense to me!!! For all those workers to literally just stare at me, knowing I had been there for a long time and not once do something about it and not have someone stop and say “she’s been waiting longer than all these other customers, we need to complete her order first.” They all knew. They all knew I had been waiting, they all knew I had been in there for a long time and yet they watched me, watch her get out all the orders including the people that walked in waaaayyy after I did. And none of them stepped in or stood up and did anything about it. I didn’t want to say something in the moment either because I didn’t want to be that person. I really was trying to view it as them doing their best but to watch a handful of people stand around and not help, not do their job, it’s not them doing their best. It’s not right. It would have taken one person, one employee to jump in and say let me help, to me or to the one girl doing orders, for things to improve and it didn’t happen. Needless to say I will not be going back. I also gave them a tip on my online order and that will be the last time I tip anyone before I receive my order or food. No establishment should be asking for a tip until after the customer has gotten the finished product…period. And its experiences like mine that are proof of why.

Absolutely DISGUSTED with my experience at Crumbl! I was so excited to get my cookies, only to find out THEY COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY ORDER. I ordered specific flavors, and not only did I get the WRONG ones, but the cookies I did receive were cold, underbaked, and honestly just gross. What made it even worse? When I called the store, the staff couldn’t have cared less. No apology, half attempted fix to THEIR mistake—just a half-hearted excuse like my order didn’t even matter. For the ridiculous prices they charge, you’d think they’d at least get the order right or have decent customer service. I am beyond frustrated and will NEVER waste my money here again. If you’re thinking about ordering from here, DON’T. They clearly don’t care about their customers!

Ordered ahead online for pick up, arrived and was ignored at the pickup counter. While waiting there was a lady that was preparing boxes wiping her nose with her hand and still kept preparing boxes. There was icing smudged all over my box, terrible presentation...Disgusting place and I will not be visiting this location again. 😐

Y'all. I was so excited! I have always wanted to try Dubai chocolate anything and this was our chance. The cookie was so amazing, my sister and I went for a second one before they got discontinued. Now, as much as we loved it, the HAIR baked into the cookie was too much. I may just be a paranoid gal, but I feel like I have a hair tickling my throat 🤢. I'm DISTURBED. However, as troubling as the hair was, even more troubling was the response I got when I contacted the store about it. So unbothered, no apology or embarrassment - just a plain option between a replacement or a refund. Maybe that's just me. But I would be so embarrassed if I were representing a business this way. Anyway. I may still buy cookies when the trauma has settled and the "tickle" of the phantom hair has subsided. *shudder*

Probably the worst customer Service I’ve ever had. I waited 20 minutes for them to get one cookie together (preordered), was not greeted when I walked in let alone acknowledged as I was the only person in there, then others who walked in after me got their order before me. The one girl was rude and had the audacity to be irritated as I waited to be helped, then apologized to others for the wait, handed out coupons but still ignored that fact that I hadn’t received my order. Brooke if decent customer service is not your decency please find a different job. I usually love going to crumbl but this was awful service. Not to mention the cookie is rock hard and not even enjoyable

I ordered my cookies about 40 mins before arriving. I got to the store and they were out of some of my cookies. They said it was another 20 minute wait before the ones I needed were done. So I asked to leave to pick up dinner at another place. I returned 35 mins later and the cookies were still not ready. Completely disappointing. Online orders shouldn't eat up more time than actual in person orders.

Could definitely do better. My cookies were dropped and smashed upon delivery and the store wanted to offer me 1 free cookie as an apology when I ordered a 4 pack. Was given a refund but it was only partial, I didn’t receive my delivery fees or tip back. Will get our sweet treats elsewhere next time.
