Ike’s is definitely a place you should hit up. I got the Ménage la moi and it was really good. The bread and the chicken was excellent. One of the best halal sandwich spots in the area.

We had a bad experience with our DoorDash order from here. Came in the next day for the manager to be very polite and understanding. Made our order right and we left satisfied and happy. Not to mention the cashier was very kind and professional.

Just like many of the Ike's spots, this place isn't too big and it was busy. Why I will give them 5 stars... customer service. The manager (he had purple hair) did an amazing job of addressing any mistakes or questions! I was very impressed with his skills and patients. He made everyone happy. Great sandwiches, and such a variety on the menu! I think they must have at least a thousand different combinations! And I think it's cute that they put a Blow Pop or a Caramel Apple Pop into the bag with every sandwich. Be sure to sign up for their app to earn points for free stuff!

Ikes is the go to vegetarian sandwich shop around. It's fast, it's easy to order and the menu is thoughtful for vegetarian options. Consistently good quality and good service. Like anywhere there are good and bad days, but this location is consistently solid.

I've enjoyed Ike's since I tried it the first time a few years ago in Oakland. I would drive out from the other side of the Dublin grade just to get myself a Tony Soprano. When I heard they opened one at Hacienda Crossings, I knew I would try it more often and I have. This spot is small, like most of them but there is great seating outside and makes for a great meal before or after an overpriced movie. I suggest a Tony Soprano with mozzarella sticks added on. You will NOT be disappointed.

The bread was crisp, the sauce was exquisite, they use fine shredded lettuce and it's just so well put together . I asked for avocado and they use fresh avocados. It was just delicious! Way better than any sub I've tried so far. Even beats Jersey Sub.

Sandwich tasted good, but I'm not sure what ingredients are used to make vegetarian chicken. I was charged $4:50 for few pieces of onion rings.

Always love sandwiches at Ikes. Although i was really disappointed last time I went. I ordered a huge amount of sandwiches, paid, and THEN they told me I could've earned points if I had put in my email, (too late!) And also asked for a tip. Not the greatest experience

Don't get me wrong, the sandwiches here are simply amazing. The service at this particular location is terrible. I first tried to call in my order, but no one answered the phone. When I arrived, there were 3 people working and several customers waiting for orders. I placed my order after only a couple minutes wait. All of a sudden, there were only 2 people working to fill orders and they were very busy. The phone rang a couple of times, and neither employee answered. I waited at least 20 minutes for my one sandwich. This isn't the first time I've had to wait so long to get a sandwich. Nevertheless, the sandwich is ordered was exactly to my specifications and delicious as usual. I think they just need to hire a few more people to make things run smoothly.

Good sandwiches. Only issue I have is the quality of the sourdough differs depending on where you are. The SF location had the most crunchiest, blistered crust . Have not seen that replicated in any other location thus far. That said. Quality ingredients tasty sandwich.

Pretty decent sandwiches, just not too wild about the sneaky way they attempt to make the customers the “bad guy” by soliciting money on top of your order for employee benefits. It’s actually awkward and insulting enough for me to not frequent this establishment. Unfortunate.

Ordered a Dirty Reuben, add Halal Chicken. Charged for the chicken but they replaced the roast beef. QQ Sandwich was still good could have used less salt from the upcharge.

I don't understand why this place consistently gets online orders wrong. There are so many other reviews with the same issue. For ours, they have left out main ingredients, left out order requests, and left out the basic tomato and lettuce on most of our sandwiches. We have yet to get an order right from them. Since this seems to be a common issue, why haven't they addressed it? Maybe it's better in store, but we probably won't order online from them anymore.

Really loved the sandwiches here, except that they are expensive for what we get. Not just one visit - every time. Ordered vegan meat sandwich (PeeWee), got *ONE* deli (meaning very thin) slice on each side of the sandwich! Couldn't believe it, wondered if they just ran out the first time, or were distracted & forgot to add more, but figured it was a fluke & didn't complain. Second time, one thin slice on each side of bun again. That's just not enough, even Subway gives more than one slice! Asked for "all vegan," but didn't get cheese? Not sure what's going on bc the meat sandwiches pictured are piled pretty high & we don't know if it's because we're eating vegan, but there shouldn't be a discrepancy between meat & plant-based meat portions! They advertise vegan cheese, too, but when I reminded them "please make it all vegan," we didn't get (plant-based) cheese! Did online order 3rd time, wasn't ready when we got there, came up 10 mins later (total 25 mins wait), this time, 3 slices of meat on the entire sandwich, so we don't know why the policy is to give very little vegan meats, but we feel it's very unfair. Otherwise, selection of veggies was good, with banana peppers & jalapenos, too, and we like the dirty sauce & bread choices. Selection of teas is appreciated, the hibiscus was our fav. We wanted to make this our go-to for sandwiches, but really don't agree that one or two thinly sliced pieces of vegan meat is sufficient, especially when paying over $12 for a PeeWee sandwich, and seeing others' sandwiches made more generously. Feel strongly that cashier should not switch over to sandwich prep, a quick washing (rinsing really) of hands then putting on gloves always concerns us, and we wonder what's going on in the back prep-kitchen, if gloves & proper sanitation is being used.

My honest thoughts and review.... Sandwiches here have gone up so much since 2015 and this location makes a very sloppy sandwich it's not well put together and sometimes the meat and veggies don't taste fresh double meat is 8$ I like the Hayward location but this location is closer to work.

Terrible service. Guys with an attitude; waited 30 minutes for an in store order and it was sitting on the back counter. Never called my name. Nothing. Food tastes good, but won’t return unless there’s no other option.

I've been to this Ike's location a number of times and although I love the chain I've been consistently disappointed with this location. The service has been consistently slow regularly waiting 10+ minutes after ordering. Recently I put in a Mobile order and waited 20 minutes for my sandwiches because they didn't call out names when orders were ready. I've noticed that the portions of protein at this shop are smaller than others. Most Ike's locations have a Sur charger per order to cover "rising costs", which I dislike but is understand. This brand new location also has this, which is rediculous and insulting. The prices are higher here than other local Ike's too

We ordered 4 sandwiches from this place, 3 Reading rainbow and 1 Time traveler. They messed up on all four of them. 2 of 3 Reading rainbow did not have any avocado, even though it is one of the main ingredient for that sandwich. None of the sandwiches had jalapeños that we had asked for and they did not give extra dirty sauce on the side as well. When we are paying $12 per sandwich, the least we expect is to get the basic ingredients right and not miss the requests me made. We will most probably give this place a miss next time we want to have Ike’s sandwich.

Customer service was rude. Didn't have the stuff to make a sandwich bad management. Go to Mr pickels from now own. Twice out of things to make a sandwich. Do better

Worst customer service. Place an order around 6.19 aPM, when I went to pick it up the guy said he canceled the order because he received it after 6.30 PM. There was no message sent to me. When I checked the email looks like he canceled my order by 6:19 PM, way before the cut off time.

They took my gluten free order, I waited for the order outside due to covid, after coming back in they told me they cant make the order cause they dont have gluten free. I asked for a refund and they told me to go wait in line for my refund. Customer service is horrible.

I have been to Ikes before but, today was ridiculous. The person taking my order had headphones in and I asked multiple times what was on the sandwich I was ordering. He responded with what you see on the board with lettuce and tomato. I then waited 40 minutes for my sandwich just to get home and notice they still got the whole order wrong. Very bad customer service.

Totally messed up my order, paid for extras I didn't get. Handed me the wrong drink, quality has gone way down at Ike's. It's a shame. (I also contacted them the day of at the link they're responding with and am awaiting a response from corporate.)

I ordered a sandwich online from website, i paid by apple pay and after 5mints of order i got call from their store and said oven is not working so we can’t make your order and we will refund your money but it’s not refunded yet,, i called so many times but no answer.

Ordered the Halal Chicken Sandwich. It was super soggy given all the dirty sauce and honey mustard they pile on it. The bread cannot sustain that amount of moisture. It was terrible. The sandwich literally fell apart after the first bite. Forget taking the sandwich home to eat, trust me it would not make it intact. Water is not filtered, there is a noticeable metallic taste that overwhelms the soda. Soda machine was very dirty.

I've always had a positive experience at this place when I went to it in Santa Clara. Here, I showed up well before closing, and it's empty, with one worker on his phone who seems disinterested and blatantly says "we aren't taking anymore orders." What a terrible experience, no justification either. Not sure if I will ever return again. I have experience working with customers and always put them first. But being treated like this on the other side is frustrating. Thank you, it's over.

And after 15 minutes i ask can i place a order the staff says "we are too busy and behind right now so your going to have to wait " with an additude. This is no way to treat any customer. Aside seeing other customers upset of having to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich. Its unreal. Also it was very packed inside with more than 10 people (no social distance) Seriously get more staff or dont run a business!!! Yea Ill never be back again !!!

This location ran out of steak however long ago and continues to put some gross form of roast beef or something to replace it on some of their popular steak based sandwiches. Have no signs or notices to let customers know and even charge the same price for whatever they think that is. You guys need to change something because that is just messed up to normal Ike’s lovers. Shame on you guys.

Spend $50 on my first visit and the worker told me if I signed up for rewards with her I would get a free sandwich on my next order. So I signed up with her and the next visit when I entered my number today the worker said I had no data or previous orders. Still had the receipt and showed the worker and they still couldn’t help me. Feel like it was a bait and switch situation.

Sandwich is good but they don’t know how to follow orders. I ordered Matt Cain w no godfather sauce and only lettuce, but received w/ sauce and onions!! So check your order esp if it’s “to-go”..
