I had a long wait for my bus and it was lashing rain and my phone was on 1%. I called in and asked the KFC workers if they could charge my phone. They not only did that, but brought me a warm tea and cookie while I waited. This was at 1.30am when they were tidying and preparing to close. So kind. Lovely staff. Really appreciated it ❤️❤️ The team working that day, 7/2/26, I hope good things come their way. So kind and attentive when they didn’t have to be.

I love KFC on Westmoreland Street, my favourite place to stop by for a bite after school. The staff are soo friendly, the restaurant is extremely clean and organised. The wait times is very quick and food is always amazing. 100 percent recommend!!

Not too busy in the afternoon and quite clean. Have to use the machines and not the counter if paying by card which is odd. Quick service.

Food was surprisingly great. Well seasoned chips (or fries if you will) and chicken was crispy and HOT. The gravy I had was nice too. I was pleasantly surprised with this kind of quality from a KFC. Only issue I would address was the lack of cleanliness. However, the employees were likely under pressure as there were a lot of customers so I would cut them some slack 😊

KFC We ordered our dinner as takeout using the self-service machine, since the restaurant was quite crowded. The process was easy, and the food was tasty as expected.

I have to say that the employee service is good, but the food is both difficult to eat and expensive. The fried chicken is too salty, as well as the popcorn chicken. The portion size of the regular Pepsi is also quite stingy.

Food is ok but a small portion for the price. The atmosphere is a bit weird. A lot youngsters have food there and some looks like gangsters.

Had enough quantity for the price Rated 3 ⭐ for food as I was not happy with the hot sauce in the zinger.... Both chicken very juicy and large, with potato its a special taste, but one slide of cheese seems not enough, 2 slides would be perfect. Even better if displosable gloves are provided free.

The place was not the cleanest, bins were full of trash and tables too, the vibe overall was off, no music, only the workers screaming the orders really loud, food was standard KFC.

I ordered a gravy box meal and I got the smallest wing I have ever seen in my life. The chips were apparently “large” when there was about 5 in the box, and the toilet wasn’t even opened so I couldn’t wash my hands after eating this greasy mess.

This KFC looks like a place forgotten by God. It is incredibly dirty. In they defense, people don't care to put the boxes and bags in the trash after finishing eating.

I love chicken ...but bad bad service waited for 45 minutes for my order and then was offered a returned chicken from another customer It could have been lased with poison so I refused to take it because I was afraid for my safety . Cancelled the order took my 20.1 euros and went home looked into my freezer and found a frozen pizza cooked it in the oven .it was super delicious saved 17 euros and saved my life from potential poison . Don't waste your money . Just look into your freezer you will find things that are way cheaper and you save your life.

Never order from this place. I ordered a zinger meal on Uber eats & received a burger with just the chicken filet & mayonnaise, not even lettuce. They also got the drink wrong & won't pick calls so there's no way to reach them.

Was there with my guests from abroad. This is the dirtiest KFC I've ever been. The fries were fried in old oil (they've had very dark yellow color), they've mixed the wrap (was insert to the wrong tote-description on tote was bbq but inside was sweet chilli), the coffee was taste like water, poor service. We've ran away hungry and angry. Avoid that KFC if u can☹️

Every time I have been to this KFC location it has not been clean, and is not a good representation of the KFC legacy and standards. Thats partly not the store’s fault as the kind of clientele this establishment attracts are less than civilized most of the time. Furthermore, the prices are absolutely outrageous. You can easily go to a restaurant farther down the road and pay a similar price for an enhanced experience in every way from fresh food to a clean welcoming atmosphere. Overall the insane food prices with the general lack of cleanliness and poor quality of food, not to mention the concentration of vagrants and barbaric customers make this establishment a place to avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed with my recent visit. The restaurant was understaffed, which meant long waiting times even though it wasn’t very busy. My order was incorrect, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful. The tables were not clean, and the overall hygiene could definitely be improved. Service was shocking, they offer table service and give you a placard/tent with your table number, then proceed to just shout your order number instead. When I collected at the counter, I asked whether they normally drop the order down, I was told "Oh, yes we do, sorry." Fair enough, they acknowledged it. As we ate, people at the tables around us were literally having their tables sprayed and wiped while they were STILL EATING. As we were finishing up, I went to the counter to ask if they had any of the finger wipes... I was left standing there as they pottered around behind the counter, and one employee even came around, stood in front of me, and collected an order to drop to a table. Eventually, I asked two employees who were chatting behind the counter if I could have some help, when I asked for wipes I was handed two... Despite there being 4 people at our table. When I asked for more, I got a sigh, and another 2 wipes. Won't return, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Get paid but didn't get the order. The teller is so rude named iseda. She even tells me that the system doesn't show my order but my bank deducted already from my account. The teller is not a good service provider as she tells me to re order and re pay again. The food is great but the service provider is not that fair and understanding. The most DISGUSTING KFC I have ever been to Normally, hygiene should be the top priority of any restaurant, fast food or not. I was shocked by the condition in which the dining area and the toilets were maintained. The floor was dirty, with receipts and crumbs everywhere. The trash bins were overflowing, and the tables were sticky, stained and dirty. Our order was complete, but we ordered a pot of cheddar sauce that smelled bad and tasted bad. The sauce was due to expire in three hours and was still sold to us. However, considering the smell and the taste, I honestly doubt it was still good. We also received our order without any napkins or straws. We spent our entire meal surrounded by a strong smell of urine throughout the restaurant. I then went to wash my hands in those famous toilets, which were absolutely filthy. There was urine all over the floor and feces on the toilet seat. Thankfully, I only wanted to wash my hands. The worst part is that the restaurant was not even busy. The employees seemed to spend most of their time talking behind the counter instead of cleaning. Something really needs to be done to maintain this restaurant. It is located on a very touristy street, and this level of negligence gives a very poor image of your brand. Did not taste like KFC at all. Looks and tastes like freezer chicken which is probably why it was absoutely smothered in salt. Waste of money and instant regret. The Pepsi was not even carbonated. Just cola syrup in water. Clearly lower quality food served in this branch because they assume most people coming by are just tourists. Complete joke. Now watch to see KFC insert their automated response: "Thanks for visiting KFC. We're sorry you didn't get the best experience from us. It mat be marketed as KFC but this place is anything but.. Chicken was absolutely terrible. Both the bucket and boneless chicken.. We were cold, tired and hungry and pretty much anything would have done.... Apart from this.. Unless you're about to chew your arm off, avoid this rubbish like the plaque.. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across!! The kiosk broke so took our money but gave no code for the food. We approached them straight away to show the receipt as the phone was about to die! Staff said they had the order and gave us an order number. Then a few minutes later, the phone died and I think it was the manager, called us back up to say they didn’t actually have the order. She asked to see the Revolut receipt, we let her know the phone had died but we had shown her co-workers. The attitude was actually insane!! She more or less insinuated we were trying to scam them and that she couldn’t do anything about it. Fair enough if the staff can’t do anything about the glitch, but it was the attitude that floored us. Honestly it was so embarrassing and the looks/faces from her were disgusting. I work customer service and understand everyone has bad days but she seemed to enjoy being nasty. Would recommend she be pulled up on this.

Dont order via Food delivery. We ordered two wraps+2 fries deal and didnt get the fries. We had a printed note that they run out of fries. How? Also, how often do you run out of fries if you have printed paper ready? One way to make things right would be to refund the missing items. We instead got two gravy pots. Its 1am at night. What should we eat with that gravy? Gravy by itself? Avoid and skip this place if you can.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered from here on just eat! The order never came! I got onto just eat and they said the restaurant told them the driver was on the way, no such luck, was waiting for 2.5 hours in total, and then the order said delivered despite it not being delivered! Have requested a refund from just eat, but either the restaurant forgot my order, or some currier tucked into a €50 order, either way will never order from here again!

I hate the KFC on Parnell Street and now the one on Westmorland Street as well got added to my banned list. Worst experience ever! Zinger Burger was cold, the buns were worst, not fresh at all and cold as well. Went back to the counter to complain about it and I was told it will be the same if they will make it again! They took it back and after 40 seconds they gave me another box and it was just again the disappointment, I guess they just put it in an oven and served back! Really? Jesus Christ, I have paid €14.25 for a disappointment. Hell never again! I am not sure how is it for other meals but this zinger is a SHAME FOR KFC! They should learn from SuperMac next door how to make a Burger!!!! Went to SuperMac, just by looking at the way they have wrapped the burger, that’s class! Freshly cooked, hot and crispy! Not the best kfc that I ate. The chicken didn't have flavour, it blended with the bread and you just felt the taste of bread. I asked for the spicy one and didn't feel anything. The fries were okay, not great. It's not worth the price for the menu, it's a small quantity. I know that the photos aren't always what comes when you're served, but this was like a completely different menu.. I'm really disappointed. We were offered a bucket which had soggy and cold chicken pieces, when we told the girl at the counter she replaced 3 pieces which were a bit warm but dripping with oil and Said that's what they have. The wings were completely cold. Thankfully the cold drink was cold.😂 All.my food got wasted, I mentioned the same to Carol, who could not do anything and the manager Ignacio was not even bothered to even look at the customer. Very bad experience with wastage of money.
