I tend to come here after work, and I'm in and out real fast when I make a mobile order. Never had a problem with an order, and the cashiers at the window that I see around 3pm are really nice.

honestly idk why this dunkin is rated so bad, every time i come here the employees are so nice & everything comes out usually pretty fast. i feel like everyone giving this place a bad review shows up during rush hour when it’s obviously going to be super busy. but i love this location and the workers are great!

My experience here today was AWESOME! I usually stop at this location before going into work and get the same: strawberry frosted w/ a large hot coffee. We actually had a few flurries of snow today and I wanted some coffee to complete the mood. I arrived at the drive through as usual and my order was taken promptly. As I arrived to the window for payment I was great with a high energy associate so said they were out of strawberry but could substitute for vanilla or chocolate. I was sad because strawberry is my favorite flavor. GAGE then stated he will throw in a second on the house! I didn’t decline and got one chocolate and one vanilla. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and I will be back!

The lady who helped us - her name is Emma, truly made our day—she was kind, cheerful, and treated us with such warmth that it felt like sunshine in a cup of coffee ☺️ It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely brightens your day like that. We truly hope management recognizes her for the amazing job she’s doing. She absolutely deserves to be acknowledged! Other guys were friendly and nice as well! I've never had Dunkin before, not even a donut. I had a BOLD cup of Joe, and might I say it was very good with a shot of expresso in it. The young adults are very knowledgeable in their crafts and do it very well. The store was clear and busy. Shot out to all the workers here. Great job, guys. I'll be back

Service was very quick and efficient today at Dunkin' in Dunkirk, Maryland. I placed the order (two coffees) on my app, got in line at the drive-thru with just one vehicle in front of me, and by the time I got to the window my order was ready. Update: The coffee has been consistently good the last several times. The wait time for the drive thru was reasonable. Tried this Dunkin four times. Three out of the four times the iced coffee was way too strong, just about undrinkable. Have since gone back to the Lothian Dunkin which is way more reliable.

This place needs alot of help. Its not that the coffee isn't good or the donuts don't taste good. What's missing is leadership. Owners need to chat with the owners of the Waysons Corner Dunkin and see how they do it.

Congratulations on becoming the only coffee shop more expensive than Starbucks. It also says it’s locally owned so hate that the owner is walking around our town not reading these reviews (a lot of negative reviews) or fixing this store. We stopped in for an evening coffee which for two mediums cost us almost $11 (no military discount). The mediums probably had about 8 oz of coffee in them. The taste was average. I think we have lost sight of how cheap coffee is to make and somehow ruined the coffee industry by overpricing and under delivering. If given the choice I’d get the $2 large coffee at Wawa across the street.

I wanted a frozen drink. Their machine was broken and there wasn't a sign about such, so the servicer gave me a hot chocolate but I wad charged for the frozen drink. The service was fast and the donuts were good. The kiosks, while amazing, do take away the chance for a cashier to tell you as you purchase that a machine is broken.

The box that the donut holes and donuts came in have a strong chemical odor that seeps into the donuts and makes them inedible. I tried to call and complain but no one picked up.

Their driveway is very difficult to navigate if you are in a larger vehicle it's really kind of strangely laid out. Even though they aren't very busy your visit will not be fast, especially at the drive-through. If you are driving north you would be better off to go into wayson's corner just 6 mi approximately from there I've been going there for 10 plus years. I go to Dunkin' donuts in several States but the one just up the road at Wayson's Corner has them all beat.

Should of checked the bag before leaving the parking lot. Ordered 2 new different sandwich options and both had things missing. First one was missing ham and the second was missing egg. Not a fan of having to deconstruct my meal to make 1 half decent sandwich.

Love the menu selection. However, on 10/4 around 3:10 pm (no line or back up at drive thru) I placed my usual order. The guy was rude when he couldn’t locate the item I requested. He stopped talking to me so I pulled around to find a girl who was helpful & said she knows what I want. I asked her to speak to the guy about good customer service skills & how to talk with us rationally. Went today 10/6 for my usual coffee/meal and found that when mobile app cars pull up on right they expect to jump in front of my car because they placed a mobile order. Not a good process, I let her go ahead of me instead of having an argument and something went wrong with her exchange at the window. By the time I got thru a 3 car wait then had to let her in front, my food was cold & coffee luke warm (20 minutes for this visit). I called the store later in evening & spoke to a Manager. She said mobile orders are not to ask to jump ahead of customers who are waiting in the drive thru lane, they are to get in the drive thru line to pick up at the window or they can park & walk in to get their order: DON’T LET MOBILE APP PEOPLE TELL YOU THEY’RE ALLOWED TO JUMP IN FRONT OF YOU SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY PLACED A MOBILE ORDER. I did mention that the fact they painted MOBILE ORDER in that right lane may be causing the confusion, She agreed. Hopefully, they’ll add the words on the pavement “park and come in for your order or get in the drive thru line”. Might be a good idea to explain mobile order pick up process on their website for Dunkirk since other locations do not have this problem.

I’ve only ever been through the drive/thru and to say staff is less than thrilled to be at work is an understatement. I hope it’s get better for them. This is the true meaning of I hate it here.

several times i've visited this location, order has been wrong. super long wait in the drive through even on "off times". i'll try them again in a few more months and see if things pick back up. until then, i'll drive the extra couple miles and visit wayson's corner.

Everyone in that store works in slow motion, It takes 30 minutes to even take your order. Then you wait at the window for 20 minutes. I guess they play Rock Paper Scissors in the back to see who has to come to the window. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Wish I could give negative starts

This location is awful! They run out of things or just plain don’t have it constantly. Very disappointing especially since this is the business they’re in. My order has been wrong the last several times. May have to get up earlier and go to Lothian instead.

By far one of the worst dunkins I've been to it takes 30 minutes to make a bagel with cream cheese come on now I placed an order on the mobile app thinking that would give me enough time since I placed it 20 minutes before I arrived and then I had to wait another 10 minutes and then I just left because it was taking to long

What can I say about this Dunkin' donuts that others have already said they're always out of donuts Dunkin' donuts used to go years ago was a place to order donuts and coffee now looks like they pay more attention on the food than the coffee and the donuts they always run out of jelly donuts glazed donuts and so forth and when you ask the guy what kind of donuts or can you have this donut he has to walk back and forth five times before he can tell you if they have enough donuts Dunkin donuts should become no donuts at all it should not take that name Dunkin donuts and eliminated and call it no donuts at all when you order 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🤔🤔🤔

The lady woke from a nap and had to put her sweatshirt on. We were not greeted and she seemed mad because she had to serve us, also basically threw the donuts at us. When we left she closed the store 1 hour early. This is Worst DD in the entire franchise. Don’t know why they would hire these lazy people.

Slowest service ever, placed an order 10 minutes before I arrived. When I got to the store I had three people ask what I was waiting for, 10 minutes later I was asked again when I told her I been waiting 10 minutes for my food they thought it was funny. What is the point of having online ordering and still have to wait. Ridiculous.

Trapped in the drive through for 20 min with a van full of kids and only 5 cars in front of me. There is no escape once you're in line because it is baracaded in. All for 6 doughnuts...

I waited 40 minutes with two young kids for a coffee and had to walk away because they couldn't sit any more. The employees were working hard and doing their best but the store was so understaffed it was an unwinnable situation.

The slowest Dunkin I have ever been to, ever, and it doesn't matter if it's walk in, drivethru, a single coffee, a full 4 course meal, or whatever. The owner needs to add personnel or bring in some training. Something needs to happen in order to not have this location fail, and do so quickly.

Not one single car in line. But Took over a minute before someone came to the order screen. I ordered a drink, a sandwich, and a single order of hashbrowns. Then waited another 6 minutes for the food. All to leave and have to return because they forgot half of my meal. Had to turn around and go Through several trafficlights, and rewait another 10 minutes to come back through the whole drive through process again. HOW DOES THIS GO THROUGH SEVERAL ASSOCIATES.?!? Moraans smh

Truly the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. It’s a shame it’s the one in our town. We’d be daily customers if it was even slightly better. It shouldn’t consistently take 30 mins for an iced coffee.

Close down this location, fire the entire staff and hit the reset button. The logistics for the drive up are among the worst i have ever encountered. The staff has no idea what is going on or how to produce a cup of coffe. I will never patronize this location again. Walk in or drive up doesn't seem to matter.

Waited in the drive threw for 10 minutes just for me to move up one space.... then waited another 12 just to get threw the drive thru... it's ridiculous. Staff did not seem like they even wanted to be there.. And all of that time just for then to give me a terrible tasting coffee...

This has to be the most profitable Dunkin' location around with all the money they're saving on receipt paper, napkins, and proper training for the staff. Sometimes I wonder if it's some kind of weird experiment to see what happens if you just put a bunch of random people in a restaurant, don't tell them anything at all, and see if they can figure out how to run it.

Very long waits, and out of things that says they have them. Employee opened the window to her arguing with another employee and ignoring me. Then employee had the worst service and was rude. And to top it off she rolled her eyes and got rude about not giving me my whole order...

This is the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. I have visited multiple times at different times of day and the wait is always significantly longer than any other DD. They're also frequently out of lots of donut varieties. I've even tried ordering ahead, but I've still had to wait at least 20+ minutes.

I visit family nearby every few months and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It takes at least 20-30 min to get through the drive thru. Tried walking in, thinking it might be different but nope. And the service is lacking too. Unfriendly and unmotivated. Management needs to do something.

I’m not sure if there is a staff shortage here and if it is, I can empathize. However, there should be no reason that you have to wait 30 minutes or more in the drive thru. The drive thru is also poorly designed because once you are in line there is no way to escape because it’s blocked off. Every time I come, I try to give the benefit of doubt but each time the wait is long as hell. Today was my last time trying.

My drink and food has been made wrong multiple times and I finally decided to call and speak with a manger. The manager (Jamie) said I could come back later that day and get a refund and another drink on the house. When I went I was rudely treated and basically yelled at for not having a card to put my refund on. (I paid in cash that morning). I could hear the shift lead (trinity) talking bad about me to her coworkers making me feel uncomfortable. This Dunkin’ is a disgrace and overall disappointment to this community!

This location never opens on time and ignores you if you are waiting after their open time. I've had this problem multiple times and it just keeps happening. I've even waited for 20 min past 5am when the are supposed to open, still had the lights off/didn't open doors or drivethru, I had to leave out of frustration and to not be late for work. I went up the road 10 min to the Watsons corner location where the service is always good!

2022: This location can't get an order right to save their jobs! How hard is it to get a basic cup of coffee correct? From now on I'll cross Rt 4 to go to Wawa. Update 8/2025: things haven't changed. Thought I'd try again and out of an order of 6 items, 4 were completely wrong. At least the coffee was correct this time. Do the job right or quit and find a job you actually want to do.

Literally the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Takes a minimum of 20 mins to get an order no matter if your mobile or not. What’s the point of making a mobile order if it’s not going to make things move faster???

Zero stars. Slowest DD I’ve ever been to. Not to mention you can’t leave the drive through once you’re in it. The absolute worst. Waited 20 minutes just to order in the drive through. 18 of those minutes the line did not move. Was told there was four people working and they’re doing as best they can. No apologies. Just nasty attitude. Hmm I guess takes four people to prepare one order since we didn’t move for over 15 minutes. Absolute worst. Won’t be back! Waited 40 minutes in the drive through.

This place is chaos. Tickets piled up and not even looked at. Employees asking what you ordered rather than attending to multiple monitors and receipt printouts to get it right. Asked several times to get a bagel toasted and no acknowledgement. They handed it to me said it was toasted and it wasn’t. Ten minutes to get a coffee and a bagel. Because they can’t synch customer orders they took a guy with a party order behind me and he still got out of there with a jug of coffee and two dozen donuts faster than my coffee and bagel. Avoid this location and don’t go through drive here unless you want to be stuck there for 30 minutes. Check other reviews.

This is the most unorganized fast food chain I’ve ever been into. Everyone is stressed, rude, and has no idea what they’re supposed to be doing (bouncing back and forth from one thing to another). The drive thru takes forever, even when no one is there, and going inside is a joke. I waited 20 minutes, being avoided by who I assume is the manager. Finally one of her younger employees said these people have been waiting, aren’t you going to check them out? She is so rude and unprofessional lol.

We live near to this store location but frequent DD elsewhere. We've had terrible service all of the ten or so times weve been here. The store is sooo cold the windows drip with condensation. When I ordered this time my coffee was ready seven minutes after my husband's was served. When I showed them my large was half filled they took my cup back and I waited another four minutes for them to get the coffee. I left. But, my man went back in to inquire about the incompetence and passive aggressive behavior of the gal that half filled my cup, at which time she handed him the coffee. All in all I am tolerant and understanding but this place tests that every time.

Placed a mobile order, drove up to the speaker and let them know I had a mobile order. I come around to the window where my drink is sitting on the counter. No one hands me the drink for 5 minutes while I’m staring at it on the counter. Multiple employees walked by seeing the drink and just passing. No one in the lobby, no one in front of me. My wife had to go INSIDE to ask for the drink for us to get it. IN SHORT: if you’re reading this, please don’t go to this Dunkin’. We come here occasionally and there’s always a problem each time. The one in Lothian/Waysons Corner is significantly better and they have On Tap.

I tried to grab 2 dozen just plain donuts. It's about 6am. As soon as I pull-up to the drive thru order window, I am asked to wait a minute. Sure, I get it. 20 minutes go by and still not a word. I would have left sooner but I had a car ahead of me and one stopped behind. Finally, the car in front pulls up enough I can leave. It was one car of 2 in the line ahead of me. That's it- no customers in the store as we drove past, the line wasn't stretching around the store. Never again. Save yourself and just hit the Dunkin close to your destination. This location doesn't care.

Coffee was made horribly. Once ordered 6 donuts, was given 4 and told I received 4 because they didn’t have 2 of the donuts I paid for. Wait after ordering seems to never be below 10 minutes. Rarely is a visit here worth it. Their only positive is convenience of location.

I have been to this DD about 5x because of the location. That's about the only good thing about. EVERY single time I've experienced terrible service. VERY long wait times, they're always out of of everything, machines broken, including the oven. Corporate really needs to step in and replace everyone and everything. And this is a NEW DD, too. It's a shame

UPDATE 2/2/24: this location is the worst now. Every single time my drink is made incorrectly and often I have to ask for parts of my order because they fail to make everything. Today I was fed up and called because it’s ridiculous. Lillyann had absolutely no sympathy. Her excuse is “we’re short staffed”. Oh okay, so you put 2 sugars instead of 8 and forget to make my food because “you’re short staffed.” That was literally her only excuse. By the time she actually apologized, it was honestly the most unsympathetic apology. It’s sad how far this location has fallen since the other lady manager left. ——————————————— I’ve been coming to this dunkin since moving to CB a year ago. From then to now the location has drastically improved! I now come every day because the drinks/food are always made perfect and their staff has the best customer service I’ve ever seen at any Dunkin. I 100% recommend this location. -Britney

Inside is not clean and is gross. Customer service is worse. 9 out of the last 11 trips my order was messed up and the wait time was 10+ minutes to get a cold brew. Donuts are never fresh. Cold brew is weak. Staff has no clue how to make a simple drink. I will never return.

Been 3 times in the last 2weeks never been there before. I ordered a bagel and ice tea each time. I ordered toasted butter and cream cheese they never got the order correct something was wrong each time. It’s not a difficult order today I went back in told the lady there’s no cream cheese and she asked me if I was sure cause she put it on herself. I said unless the cream cheese was invisible there’s none on my bagel. Since I left the building she couldn’t fix but gave me a pack of cream cheese. Never again the place is a total cluster.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. After ordering online, and proceeding to pick it up. I was told it was a “large” order (it was a box o Joe- equivalent to ten plain coffees - not lattes/chai/mochas or anything that takes effort other than brewing the coffee and pouring it in the box- and a doz donuts), had no idea when it would be ready (could’ve been 15 mins or 60- they had no idea). They then, while rolling their eyes, proceeded to tell me that they would continue to take drive through orders (over mine which had been placed twenty minutes prior) until the “rush” was over but had no clue when that would be. This was an order placed on behalf of an organization and I will be sure to never patronize this location, any locations with these owners for business or personal, and will be sure to ensure my colleagues and associates do not either. If you’re too busy- don’t take online orders, I could’ve ordered at another location. Absolutely absurd.

I avoid coming here, but with the Wayson's location being closed for renovations I decided to give Dunkirk another (undeserved) try. I placed a mobile order at 8:25am and I didn't get my order until 8:45am. The staff is slow and lack customer service skills. There was an employee walking around with her cell phone in hand texting... needing to pause making drinks to tend to her cell. Another employee didn't have a clue what was going on. It is unacceptable that this location is CONSISTENTLY slow and no changes have been made by the owner or management. I cannot wait for the Wayson's location to open back up!

Finally get a dunkin near us, and it is the slowest moving i have ever been to. And can't blame the staff. The kids are trying but the management needs to help or staff more than 3 people at time. I blame management more than anything. 18 minutes waiting for someone to even come up to the window. And asked dang is it just 2 of yall in there doing everything with a line wrapped around building . It's overwhelming for them. Not good management at all!!!

The food was average which is expected of Dunkin’ but I cannot get over how dirty the store was. An employee almost fell after slipping on the water mess. There was garbage and water on the floor. There were no napkins or toilet paper. The tables were dirty.

I did a mobile order. No one ever came out I went inside they told me they couldn’t make either of my drinks cuz the machine was down and she was like you have to request a refund on the app and I asked for assistance and she said I don’t know how. Like what. So I’m trying to figure it out and they are asking for proof I didn’t get my items so I ask for the manager and she was like why can’t you get your drinks and I said idk that lady said the machine broke. She added ice and made both my drinks. That girl was just pure laziness and sitting there talking shit with another employee. All the counters were covered in mess and they didn’t even have regular coffee available. Manager was apologetic and got the job done. But that was some bad service and a disgusting environment to have food prepared and also somehow there was queso on my bagel…

I awkwardly said "I don't think that's true" and he offered to add another shot. I said yes and he scooped the ice from my drink and poured another shot. It tasted so bad. The espresso tastes burnt so their machine likely needs to be cleaned. Additionally, the photo attached is from a bagel my friend ordered. She never took a bite. Her review was taken down so reposting on her behalf.

Employee made fun of my voice and coworker and she laughed. When I confronted her, she admitted she was making fun of me. I usually leave a nice tip but left nothing. Very unprofessional. I will not visit this store again.

Drive through took forever. Completely unacceptable. Woman on the speaker sounded like she was half asleep. Drive through designed to get you stuck in the line so they can be slow as molasses and still get your money.

Went to Dunkin about 1 pm, only had 6 donuts on racks and said that was all they had??? Not good business.. people don't only eat donuts in the morning. No more business for you guys!

I totally understand why the reviews are so bad for this place. I was interested in getting a dozen donuts. I asked the girl for four strawberry and eight chocolate and she asked me if I want to just get a dozen last time. I checked eight and four was a dozen Regardless of how you look at it not to mention the drive-through was slammed, and nobody was even paying any attention to the people at the counter so I had to yell for somebody to come over. She goes ahead and takes my order and then instead of going to get my donuts she says to the person behind me I can go ahead and take your order. I told her I’ll take my refund or she can get my donuts. I don’t have any more time to vote to this. I don’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts at all literally the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and I see that from other people and their reviews

9/28/25 sat in the drive through with 4 cars for 20-30 minutes. Entire menu screen in the drive thru was black. All I ordered was 2 iced coffees and a wake up wrap. Finally made it up to the window and my order still wasn’t ready. I asked the lady working the window what was going on today? She said “we are just so busy”. It did not seem bust at all only 4 cars in the drive thru and I saw about 3-4 workers inside. Then she hands me the screen to pay and says “you can leave a tip if you’d like”. After 20-30 minutes in a drive thru I will not be returning to this location.

2022: This location can't get an order right to save their jobs! How hard is it to get a basic cup of coffee correct? From now on I'll cross Rt 4 to go to Wawa. Update 8/2025: things haven't changed. Thought I'd try again and out of an order of 6 items, 4 were completely wrong. At least the coffee was correct this time. Do the job right or quit and find a job you actually want to do.
