Very good staff! Love coming here, I order pretty much every day. The staff is very sweet and I even was offered something free one day when I was having a panic attack after driving (first time driving after an awful accident). The only thing they need to work on is how they brew the matcha, sometimes they froth milk too hot and it burns the flavor out of it. Otherwise this place is 5/5 with the flavor in their coffee and business. People who really care about the quality of their coffee understands why it’s so bold tasting: it’s better quality than any Tim hortons and dunkin😁

The staff are always the most pleasant no matter how busy. I drive a long way just to come to this location. Any mistakes are always rectified immediately without problems. The worst you can say is this location is almost always packed full, so give yourself a few extra minutes.

I went here yesterday and was soooo excited that they would use a new blender for my order. See I have Celiac disease and cross contamination can be easily done with just the rinse. Not only did Heather (I think that was her name) find me a newly sanitized one but was more then happy to do it!! The last Starbucks I went too said they couldn't accommodate me. So thank you so very much for going out of your way so I didn't get sick and be able to enjoy my favorite drink!!

I went through the drive thru, and I believe nick the store manager took my order and handed me my drink, and he was great! He was super nice and friendly, and it was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks! Thank you for making my morning!!

Staff is great, drinks were prompt. I am hard of hearing and I use lip reading as a substitute if I can't hear well. Because of the mask policy I can't do that. Cool, whatever. BUT your music is astronomically LOUD. I can't hear your employees ask questions and I can't respond correctly. It slows down the line and it frustrates everyone. Please turn it down.

The person who took our order sounded like they were surviving their day. Squidward from Sponge Bob would have done a better job. But, then we got to the window and Sponge Bob was waiting for us! Holly…. wow! That person was all sunshine and rainbows! I didn’t even need the coffee after my interaction with that person! The coffee was a bonus! Im awake! Which i guess is why i stoped in? I now have a cavity from the person at the window!

What a wonderful location! The baristas are genuinely friendly, welcoming and efficient. The store is clean and well-organized. Kudos to the manager and all of the staff for making this a pleasant place to hang out and get a good drink!

This store has gone through many changes with no manager seeming to stay for longer than 6 months. It makes the work environment very challenging. Just be extra nice to your barista and they will take more than care of you!

The baristas at this store are the sweetest people ever!! Every time I come it’s typically the same woman (I wish I knew her name) who takes orders in the drive thru and she brightens my whole day. She’s super sweet and personable! There’s also a guy who works there (Audie) who is so kind! When both of them r working together I know my drinks gonna be amazing and that my whole morning will be made!

First time purchasing myself Starbucks, and i got a Grande Match green tea mocha! It was SPECTACULAR, one of the best drinks I've ever had !!

My wife and I come here a few times a week and order a few select items. Staff is always very friendly and make great drinks. They're always consistent too. Never had an issue with anything at this location and will visit this one over others in the surrounding area.

The new people who work here are so sweet. Especially in the drive through, the older women who work there are absolute dolls. Hearing “good morning sunshine” every morning makes me feel like I’m getting coffee from my mom and not a stranger. I’m so glad this Starbucks made it through whatever issues they were having before.

Placed an order through the mobile app, app said 6-9 minutes for pick up. Got there to find out the printer for the drink labels went down, and the baristas had 15-20 people standing in the lobby with no drinks made. They quickly took orders by hand and pushed every drink out 1 by 1. Amazing crew today.

Incredibly kind employees working around 1:30pm on 7/31. My wife had a bad day and got home after getting a “treat” to cheer her up and spilled her drink (said treat) all over the floor. I felt awful and went to replace it for her. I’m not well versed on ordering at Starbucks so I brought the spilled cup and asked if they could make another, they were lovely and even included a cake pop! Here’s a pic of her crying (now happy tears) eating her cake pop. Thank you so much, it was such a small gesture but turned her day around!

I used to go to this location all the time and receive tremendous service. For the last week, you can’t use the app to order ahead. Now they also don’t let you in the store. Today I ordered, reading from the app what I like, the order was wrong. I asked for it again, it was wrong again. The barista yelled at me and after 30 minutes I figured it wasn’t worth the hassle. Will not return until their technology works. Update: have been back since they re-added mobile ordering and have had phenomenal service. Glad this was a blip in the radar.

I just had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location! I was getting ready to leave, grabbed my more than 1/2 full cup & dropped it all over the floor. Thank goodness it didn’t get on anyone. I felt bad I had made such a mess. I went to tell them at the counter so no one would slip & first thing they asked was what I was drinking?! They gave me a new larger one immediately while someone else mopped. They were so cool about it, not put out at all. Thank you guys for your incredible customer service. This is my new favorite Starbucks!😃

Customer service is astronomically pleasant. I love going because the staff is always so friendly and they brighten my day with their greetings. Food and drink are also always good.

They ran out of their breakfast burrito with bacon and sausage (my favorite). Instead, I had the potato, egg, and cheese bites. Frankly, I would not order them again they were rather dry & bland. My latte was great as always!

Don't go there after 3 o'clock. Who ever is making the drinks needs to stop. Four evenings in a row my drinks tasted horrible. They were not made right. Twice I've asked for my money back and threw the drink away. I suggest you retrace whoever it is or give her something esle to do.

Got my wife's order wrong even after repeating it back to us, but when we went back in and told them, they remade it and gave us a coupon for a free drink. We go here a lot and this only happens occasionally, but I do suggest taking a sip to test your drink before leaving.

People reporting bad experience is not representative of Starbucks standard performance. Generally 4-5 stars and consistent. Every now and then "stuff happens", absolutely not the norm.

I am not a fan of their politics, but do love their coffee and gift cards for my daughter in college! Counter help is always friendly when I visit.

Normally come here and everything goes smoothly but today was a bad experience. Ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk. Got to the drive thru window and was handed a hot drink. Told the woman working the window that I ordered it iced. She rolled her eyes at me like it was my fault and had an attitude. They remade the drink and I thanked her. She didn't say anything and turned her back and walked away, again with an attitude. Tried the drink after pulling away and realized I was given a drip iced coffee with cream. Not the iced oat milk vanilla latte I ordered. 4 stars because I usually have a good experience

I've been to this location twice and picked up a mobile order both times. Overall, this store is pretty well organized for mobile pickups. This time they made one of my drinks incorrectly, but they caught it before giving it to me and remade it. In their haste to remake it though, it didn't have enough ice and ended up being a lukewarm London Fog instead of an iced London Fog. Not a big deal.

A customer dropped a bit of $ near the drink pick-up stand the morning of 9/12/21. It wasn't the Brink's truck - but hopefully the person that dropped it will figure it out and return to claim it. I handed it over to the Baristas, and hopefully they'll set it aside for the rightful owner. We enjoyed a couple drinks with my parents. They were very good. The only very odd thing was that a couple brought their very large (standard poodle - I think) into the restaurant on a leash. None of the employees said anything - so we'll be sure to bring our dog during the next visit - and it seems that everyone else can do the same.

Quick and not too noisy inside despite being at a busy location. I still think the drinks are overpriced, but the specialty drinks are good:) also, beware of people like Rick Kley below... if you go thru their reviews, they have something against Starbucks in general, probably political, but not a good review to base an experience off of nonetheless

I love Starbucks! Their regular coffee is nothing to right home about! It's always so strong and bitter tasting and you can even get the blonde roast, still bitter tasting. I can brew it at home or even in my Keurig and it's not bitter tasting like how it is at the stand up locations. But nobody and I mean nobody can come close to their awesome lattes or cappuccinos, hot or cold! Even their specialty drinks other than "coffee" is outstanding! This particular location was so loud (the music) I could not hear the baristas answers to my questions. I know that's a petty thing and I usually would not have been bothered by something so small so if I'm saying something than that music must have been LOUD!! After my interaction with this barista she actually went and turned the music down. I honestly believe she had an issue hearing me also, I have a big mouth lol so if she was having issues hearing me then the music was blaring!!! Other than that this location was just like all the rest, clean, same merchandise out and so on and so forth.

I don't go there as a rule but I was in serious need of Java on my way to work and their coffee is good its just too ridiculously expensive. And was very disappointed to find that they don't even make their food themselves. Its pre-made, frozen and warmed per order. Not kool. Altho the egg and spinach wrap is tasty. Liked it better when I thought it was made right there. Also the menu is very short on choices. Hortons is better that way with more choices. But that's not a fair comparison as they are not a donut shoppe as well as coffee.

They run out of items often but they are a near location. Staff is super friendly and always very upbeat. The drive they line moves fairly quick

Neither of the drinks I ordered was correct but it was my fault for not checking before I left. Also, with the plexiglass in front of the register it is impossible to hear and the acoustics are horrendous which just made everything loud. The staff was working hard and doing their best but they should be helped .

I am a regular at this location and last time I visited I was stopped by a Caucasian man in the parking lot who was going on to me about how he needed money and if I could give him money for food, water, supplies etc., declining my offer to take him inside and get him something to eat. He even tried to get me to meet him over at the rite aid across the street for some reason? After I explained to him that I only had my card and nothing else of use to him, he became aggressive and threatening. I love this Starbucks, but I am hesitant to return after this experience. I felt that other people should be aware of this issue to protect themselves accordingly.

Staff is very competent, but there is not much cafe atmosphere. It is a busy location, largely drive-through business being Transit and North French Rd. in East Amherst. They have had several managers over past few years, so the lack of attention to the in house experience is not random. Focus is on their drive through window. Still, if you go there when it is quiet, WiFi is usually working and there are enough tables and chairs to find a spot to read and write or chat with a friend or business colleague.

I just don't know what happen...the vanilla sweet creme used to be my go to drink. Now the "cold foam" aka waterdown foam in a hand held blender...just doesn't have that same "Starbucks" taste it used to

Drive though was so slooooow and when I (finally) made it up to the front my order was incorrect. The barista went to correct it but in the confusion she forgot to return my debit card to me. Now I've had to cancel my debit card 3 days before Christmas. Not pleased.

Normally, the coffee and service are just fine. Today however, to start, they were out of toffee nut, peppermint etc. That isn't a big deal. After getting the coffee, and placing it in the drink holder, the lid wasn't on well, and about 1/3 of it ended up all over the car. So, figuring I could salvage what was left, when I got to my place of work, transferred the coffee into a mug, and took a sip. There was no caramel taste (which was a good suggestion of a toffee nut substitute) and literally tasted like luke warm hot cocoa. So, maybe it was just the day.

Not my cup of tea. I like a lighter grade of coffee, and fixing free. No thank you, no whipped cream on my mocha Java skinny Truvia Belgium dark roast . My wife likes the holiday flavors. Just a matter of taste and a few cents more. You will have to be the judge. Like beer...i just don't have taste buds for it.

Needs better management. Big sign on the door that says drive thru only and the line is out the parking lot. This is a daily occurrence. Far better service and drink quality at the location inside Target up the road. Seems like this location always disappoints.

The price of Starbucks I never really understood Tim Hortons has much better options and prices one pink Drink is $8 and half of it is ice the strawberries aren't even fresh they're freeze dried... Girls love Starbucks for some reason I think because it's expensive.

I love the fact that this location is on the corner of where I live. However, I use the app and would go almost daily. I would only get a good drink at least once a week. I’ve had more poorly made drinks than I have had good ones. Either the wrong ingredients or like yesterday ordered a large matcha green tea and the entire glass was filled with ice. I’ve stopped going as much. Now it’s maybe once a week. It’s like there are no standards at this location. I have called and complained when my drink has been very wrong because $10 for a drink is ridiculous to get wrong. I’ve done that twice. I hate doing it, but I hate that it ruins my morning when simple directions aren’t followed and I spent that much for a drink. I hate to say it, but I have an alternate drink I can get at Tim Hortons or Spot Coffee and if something doesn’t change with this location, it won’t see my business anymore. Not that they would care. Only half are possibly friendly. And God forbid you order on the app and come when it’s being made. You will mess up their ticket times and they will yell you for it!!!

It was my first time visiting this location today. Service was honestly kinda slow. I was in the drive thru and the car in front me parked and came in because her drinks weren’t right. My drink wasn’t right neither. They asked me twice what kind of tea and somehow I still got the wrong tea. They play around to much here

The Barista who made my drinks was very rude. I ordered A Grande Caramel Frappucino and a Grande Coffee Frappucino with chocolate bits. When she handed me the Caramel Frppucino I asked here if it was supposed to come with the Caramel drizzle on top. She muttered under her breath that I was supposed to ask for it. When I asked her to show me where on the menu board I would have read those instructions she just looked at me and shook her head like I was an idiot. As for the Coffee Frappucino with the chocolate bits, she simply added the chocolate chunks on top of the drink. Starbucks just keeps sliding further and further downhill as a result of the very non professional people they are hiring.

This Starbucks is the worst. I went one day and it was randomly closed at a time different from the posted time. Today I walked there (one mile!) and when I got there they had a sign up saying they were only taking drive-thru orders! That was the last straw; never going there again

Customer service was terrible, we asked for 3 Grande Oreo Fraps. Cashier has no knowledge on what we wanted. He gave us SIX small Mocha Cookie Fraps. They were terrible, they tasted like whole milk with whipped cream. I asked if I could receive any type of credit and was immediately denied.

I always have problems with this store, mostly their hours and long wait times. The drinks always come out as ordered (which is good). It is drive thru only after 10 AM. How does that make any sense?! Starbucks is supposed to be a place to sit inside and do homework, meet people, use the internet, etc. I end up waiting 20-30 mins in the drive thru line. This is the closest Starbucks to my house unfortunately.

I love Starbucks coffee, but I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past two months…. Every time I go, they’re always out of something, and have no indication of when the item will come back in stock or act like it’s my fault for asking about a menu item I’m interested in. Also, don’t go after 6! Most of the time they’re closed with a tiny sign on their drive thru menu saying they’re “sorry they missed us.” I have literally been in the drive thru line and they’ve closed. Coffee is inconsistent in taste, and with their hours of operation ridiculousness, Starbucks isn’t worth it anymore. The location on the corner of transit road and maple road is much nicer… they have all of their drinks in stock and stick to their hours!

Usually this location is excellent! Not today - I ordered a mocha frap that tasted like water through the drive thru. I walked into the store to ask for another one. The cashier had the same girl make the drink and it came out the same way. Maybe someone could have showed her the Correct way to make the drink. $6 is a lot to spend on a drink that is not what it’s supposed to be.

I had to cancel yet another order this am and call the 800 number to get a refund. It’s happened here before. I don’t understand what they’re not learning from their mistakes. It’s a shame because they’re losing customers bc so many people I talk to about this location agreed that they always have to wait waaaay too long or cancel their order like I did. Maybe the higher ups will see this and do something about their scheduling.

As a former starbucks barista, this store is an absolute mess. Constantly turns off mobile ordering which in turn causes never ending lines. Also constantly closing the cafe area which slows everything down even more. Then on top of that after waiting for your drink for a half an hour 8 times out of 10 it’s wrong. Also if you go to another starbucks and order a drink then come here it will be made completely different. Go to a different store if you can help it bc this is the WORST starbucks I’ve ever seen.

Mobile ordering is turned off pretty much all the time now. The café is closed so you can't order inside. Your only option is to wait in the drive thru. And that's only if the employees haven't shut down operations yet again for whatever perceived slight they feel this week. I wholeheartedly support unionizing, but this location has become the boy who cried wolf to the point where any actual labor issues get buried or overlooked because they've shut down for a week over some crybaby nonsense. It wouldn't be quite so frustrating if they'd just have something in the app that indicates "we shut down again today, so don't bother driving all the way here just to be disappointed."

A drive through where they hand you the card reader out the window and then ask for a tip with your payment. Went here again today. Took an hour to get a mobile order prepared.

Worst rudest servers ever. First time i have ever not left a tip. Not sure what the issue is here but they are not pleasant. They told us its better not to use the app. The drive thru is on a timer & those orders are more importent then app users. Go to Timmys if your in this area.

The staff was very unfriendly. I waited at least 10 minutes to be greeted. My drink also took about 15 minutes to make. If I hadn’t paid I would have walked out by now.

Whoever I just encountered at the drive thru at this location was a nasty human being. I was handed the “wrong” order and was then scolded and told next time I should check the screen like she had stated to while ordering. Mistakes happen it wasn’t even 8am, and I had my baby in the back screaming not that I should have to justify anything. I come to this location every morning. I spend money at this location every single day. This location should evaluate who they have in a front facing customer positions. I most definitely will drive another couple minutes in the other direction to go to a different location after this experience. Some of the employees there are great but this young girl was rude enough to make me want to seek out outlets to leave this review and I never leave reviews.

I'm honestly gettin so sick of Starbucks. Especially this location. They are always sooo slow, so backed up. Today I went and ordered a coffee on my 15 min drive there. I go thru the drive thru for them to tell me to drive around again, AFTER WAITING ALREADY, because my order ahead wasn't ready! What is the difference... just make the coffee as an online order because I WAS in line and waited. I didn't have time to do this As I already waited 15 minutes in the line. I was not about to go thru it again as they suggested. This is such poor customer service. I ended up having to leave the $8 drink that I paid for.

The staff here seems to close the dining area whenever they feel like it. Even if you mobile order you're forced to wait in the drive thru line. 4:30pm on a Wednesday, ordered thru the app because I was short on time, get to the door and it's locked with a sign saying drive thru only. Meanwhile the workers were having a pizza party inside while the drive thru line was 10+ cars long. This seems to be a normal occurrence at this location. Do better Starbucks.

What an awful experience. I order two drinks both were iced and after 28 minutes of waiting I finally got my drinks and one of them was hot so they had to remake it, which added another 10 minutes onto the wait. They said they got a batch of bad lids so all of the ice drinks were spilling everywhere. It was a complete disaster. When my son had to use the bathroom and the bathroom door was locked, so I kindly asked for a key and they laughed and gave me a weird look as to why I asked for a key. They said we don’t lock the bathroom.and I said well, the door is locked, and then three of them continue to laugh and say we don’t lack the bathroom, making me very embarrassed, and my son on the verge of peeing his pants when I simply just wanted the key. So there was a guy in there that didn’t answer when I kept knocking so not his fault, But simply, they could’ve said there must be somebody in there instead of making me, embarrassed and cry. So after we got the key, we went into the bathroom where that was disgusting and not kept clean. I did call corporate. Hopefully they do something.
