Love it. Love it Love it. My son is a golfer in Tampa. We used to live in Amherst, and he loves Mighty Taco. We are in Florida now so when we come to Amherst we basically have to order Mighty Taco everyday! 🤣 And when in Florida I order online the sauce for him. He said Mighty Taco will sponsor him someday.

Love this Taco place! Meals are perpared fresh to order. NOT expensive at all. Friendly staff and they keep updating/remodeling on a continuous basis. Well kept property and delicious food!

I just want to say, Amber, I think that was her name, INCREDIBLE!!! I messed up a pickup order and she went OUT OF HER WAY to help me get it straightened out. Like wow! Customer service is still alive!

This is one of my favorite Mighty's in the area. I don't think I've ever received an incorrect order here. They're also fast and consistent.

This is the only Mighty Taco I will go to in this area!!!!! The best service, always super fast and has the the friendliest staff! The food is also never cold by the time you get it too. This mighty is the place to be!

What can you say about taco bell? The food is delicious. The only thing that could be better is the people who work at the counter. This could be said about any fast food restaurant though.

It's one of the best Mighty Taco locations. The food was very good and hot foods were hot... something lacking at some locations. Meatless Mighty tacos are my favorite with mild sauce. Friendly service and the dining room and restrooms are maintained well! Paper towels for drying hands in restrooms are a big plus! Thanks for that. Highly recommended.

I normally don’t do reviews on places. Tonight I ran out of the house quick and on my way home I wanted mighty. Once I got up to the window I realized I totally forgot my purse. My Apple Pay wasn’t working on my phone ether. Miller, one of the workers tonight was very patient and we were able to type in my card thankfully. Most drive thru places workers wouldn’t take the time or energy to do that so great job!!

The food was good, a great value, I think my burrito could have served as lunch for 3 days. I like the music, the cleanliness, especially the restroom where they keep the trash outside the door and recommend that you use your paper towel to open the door and toss it in the container on the other side. I wish I could rate the service a 5 plus. Several of the younger employees brought energy and excitement to work. I enjoyed their personalities and I’m sure the older employees were lifted being around them. The young lady that took my order was kind and patient with me as she explained menu items. Just a great experience!

The staff that was there at 9pm was extremely nice, very helpful and made sure to make up for a minor error that was made on a previous visit. Logan was very friendly and I could tell that the coworkers make a good team. Place was clean, good vibes for sure

Food is always consistent, burritos are always same size . They must weigh them when making. Some stores don't pay attention. Food always seems fresh. Store is clean. Management is doing a great job. Thank you . I always stop in there when going by.

Went at an off hour with few customers and it took about 15 minutes for my order of a burrito and nachos. When you walk in, you order on the screens instead of talk to a person at the checkout counter. One gentleman waited about 7 minutes to order with a person instead of using the touch screen. Food was fine. They keep changing their chips, so these ones didn't hold up super well with travel and were quite soggy when I got home to eat. There's indoor seating, but there's no atmosphere to be had. Just tables. $18 for 2 beef and cheese burritos and nachos deluxe. Pretty pricy.

Definitely one of their better stores. Fast, friendly and completeness of order would describe my experience.

I usually love mighty taco for a few things. I tried their new chickle they advertised which is like a chicken finger wrap. Sometimes when there is a lot on a menu the quality goes down. Like, stick with a few things and make them great. The chicken was so overdone and hard and tough to chew. I was made I just didn't get my usual.

One of the better Mighty Tacos in our area, very good service, very clean eating area, they use the best cheese and the burritos are awesome !

I've always preferred mighty taco to taco bell. They are also very fairly priced and they do something I haven't seen another taco place do and that's use slice tomatoes instead of chopped. The sliced works so much better and keeps everything from getting soggy right away.

Cheap and very fast. Some of the food is better than Taco Bell, some about the same, but generally I would pick this place. I mean, blue cheese dressing on a burrito? But it's actually not bad. Not TexMex, not CalMex - BuffMex? Maybe that's a thing here.

So when mighty taco opened up in rochester a friend went there and I really don't know what she ordered but all she did was complain that it wasn't authentic Mexican. I told her she was looking at it all wrong. Think of it this way: it's 2am, you've been hitting the bars in Buffalo all night, you are hungry, there's still 2 more hours of bar carnage to be had, but look, there is a mighty taco! Yum. Get the super mighty to start. Great comfort food. BTW, I've been going to mighty since there was only one location (1980 I think) and the food has always tasted the same, even sober.

Its mighty taco. If you want authentic Mexican or something fancy, don't go. If you want quick , cheap and better than Taco Bell, this is your joint.

I don't like much fast food still but when I tried their El Niño it was like fireworks were going off in my mouth. That was one bomb burrito

I work nights so I usually go here around 10pm. I usually get a nachos deluxe and a side order of nacho cheese but this place puts the most minuscule amount of cheese on the nachos deluxe and they fill the side of cheese cups barely about half way. I feel like I'm getting scammed out of my cheese lmao only because every other mighty taco actually fills the cup full of cheese fully and puts a normal amount of cheese on the nachos as well. Food and everything tasted great tho!

I don't totally love Mighty taco like so many people but they are good in a pinch and I like tacos. They are also one of the only fast food drive thru places that I can get gluten free stuff. So when I do need to go thru in a pinch I so far have been good and not gotten sick.

Mighty Taco is what it is. They are good for a quick snack. Their prices aren't too bad. But let's face it it's fast food. Don't go there expecting a Mexican dinner. I certainly do like them better than Taco Bell though. I always get a Super Mighty on a wheat soft shell with medium sauce. That suits me just fine. If they had nothing else on their menu I'd be just as happy. Each to his own.

Terrible chilli. Dixie cup sized small drinks. Meat is often over greasy and cold, most likely old.

Nachos supreme were horrible!! Asked for lettuce and tomato added ( upcharge) and 2 half slivers were added to my pile of stale chips topped with salsa.. I get this pretty regularly at the Lockport location and they are awesome every time.. I won't be coming back to this location.. side note... My dogs enjoyed them.

Some of the best tacos in wny...however there is a downside. I think we all know the downside to tacos. To save yourself, just don’t get hot sauce, jalepeños, or banana peppers:/

The food is great, but the way the staff appears to be treated is concerning. In my experience visiting here, the workers seem extremely overworked, often going full shifts without proper breaks. Even managers look like they barely get a moment to breathe. It doesn’t seem right for any business in New York State to operate like this. I really hope Mighty Taco addresses the workload and break situation for their employees…:. It is actual illegal to work 8+ hrs and not get a break, now i understand why sometimes they are frustrated with customers and sometimes don't get meals correct.

I used to love Mighty Taco but it seems the quality of the product and the time spent making them has really regressed. it is an assembly line where it is just slapped together and you hope the portions are correct...my burrito had more sour cream than meat for example...it just does not taste the same anymore.

The food was great! But i’m not able to give this place a 5 start review…. I placed an order through the drive through a couple days back and the woman at the drive through was very rude. I’ve worked as a server, a drive thru, and a host, and one thing i know is if i’m on the clock i will be respectful and joyful to the customers. But to just hand the food to me so poorly with no smile, no good day, i felt like i was getting rushed to get off the drive thru when it wasn’t even busy nor was there any cars behind me. I’m glad i got her name tag, Katlyn, You need to tell your workers to show some joyful side or people won’t be coming back! Honestly the worse customer service I’ve had in a while. But other than that the food was amazing but i don’t think i will coming back to support an environment like that.

Order was not correct even after repeating it twice and having it read back. Felt like we were an inconvenience to the person taking the order. Food seemed a little more juicy and sloppy than normal, but was still good.

A place was horrible I got vegetarian burritos the lettuce was older than dirt and it just tasted old and horrible I asked for hot sauce it gave me nothing

Great food but their prices have increased by alot!! When prices increase food portions should not get smaller and that is exactly what is going on here. This used to be the best fast food place around. Unfortunately we will not be going back due to such small portions and such a large increase in prices.

The burritos , pulled pork, were not my fav....I do love there tacos. Great friendly staff! My husband loves the meatless super mighties.

Drive thru lines go quickly.. Burritos are always over stuffed and mushy, rice didn't taste freshly made. Nachos with Cheese are the best part of this place.

Really disappointed they got rid of impossible meat. Mighty Taco as a chain needs to reconsider this decision.

This place is the worst. The cheese and lettuce they use taste like a pre make salad from burger King. Then the meat is so greasy I needed 20 napkins, but the manager yelled at me for taking. I will never go there again

They never get your order right (and we've given then more than one chance), their service is terrible, and their food tastes like it sat around all day. They also felt it was appropriate to belittle a customer that brought back food that was incorrectly made. NEVER will we go here again!

Avoid this particular Mighty Taco, you'll get ripped off. There is a location in Lockport and one at Wehrle and Transit Road. The give you more shell/bread than ingredients in the tacos or burritos. If you like paying 2-4 for bread and some lettuce, this place is amazing. If you actually want Mighty Taco, go to another location or better yet, a completely different chain/restaurant.

34 years ago this was my first job at 16yo. Now tonight i had it again. And there food makes me feel sick. The meat is just so bad these days in my opinion. I can just imagine them in the back room thinking how can we make more money and how can we use the worst possible and cheapest beef. I don't trust there food anymore. You do what you want.

Ordered a mighty pack- all beef- all NO tomatoes all sour cream… EVERYONE ONE HAD TOMATOES- NONE HAD SOUR CREAM. but you can beat they charged me extra for that sour cream.

Ordered at drive thru a super mighty and chicken fajita. Both were ice cold. Called the location to let them know, don’t think it will make any difference to them

Worst service ever! Ordered online to avoid waiting for food, only to arrive at restaurant and have to wait 30 minutes to get my food. Next time I’ll just bring a tent and camp outside the front door in hopes of getting my food the same day.

Manager “Gina” super rude and argumentative requested the phone number to corporate office and she refused to provide me with that info , had to call the location and request the info I told her to write on my receipt and she gave me the wrong number . Also , she called me a liar about requesting this info ? Is this any way to treat your patrons mighty ? I can only imagine how she treats the employees … I won’t ever come to this location again ! Horrible service and management .

Horrible drop in quality. Stale wraps, mushy lettuce and tomatoes. Missing sour cream and cheese. Waste of $17 for 3 items

Absolute worst mighty taco. I arrived to the drive thru with 5 cars ahead of me at 10pm It took 24 minutes to get through the drive thru. Apparently the owners think it's sufficient to only have 3 people working on a Saturday night outside Amherst. Menu prices are through the roof and they can't afford to have an extra part timer work a few hours on a Saturday night. This will be the last time this owner sees my patronage. There are plenty of other choices in the area.
