One of the best place to go for breakfast. It’s peaceful and very clean. Best service I have ever. I meet one of the staff her name is Nisha she is very helpful to explain about food and her service makes my day.Her meet and greet gives me some ideas to start my day. New Paris baguette in 82nd st. Loved it there! Very spacious and clean and I also see bathroom to use for customers. Overall great but owner (lady) giving orders to their worker do this, do that while they are taking customers and also she is not wearing any cap and she has long hair. I understand as an owner you want everything perfect but let the worker do their job by themselves. 5 stars because it has big varieties of pastries and very clean.

Update. It’s been half year and I still consistently receive the same great attitude and service. Bora was the cashier. She was very helpful and attentive. I appreciate she allow me to use bathroom before purchase because it was really an emergency! I sat here since 8:30am til 6pm to do work without issue. The lighting is great lighting and charging ports working. Seats are comfortable and area is spacious. Would definitely recommend.

I found It a little bigger than other one in sunnyside. Also more variety of cakes to choose from. I am always a fan of Paris baguette cakes, pastries and rolls and all other bakery items. Rainbow and the Bunny cakes are my Fav! Staffs are friendly. Sandi helped us with the cake and wrote what we wanted with the chocolate paste. I was happy to see all kinds of holiday themed cakes. Kids would absolutely love those cakes…. Will be going there for all my cakes and bakery needs.

I come to this location for my morning coffee everyday. There is a tall girl who works in the mornings. Pretty with very long black hair . I see her every morning but besides that she is very kind. there was a deaf lady in line in front of me. i dont think she knew that the lady was deaf but somehow she managed to understand her order and was so patient with her. Once the deaf lady left the deaf lady held her hand as a thank you. The cashier lady smiled and just said you are welcome. It was such a kind gesture and I am sure the old deaf lady was thankful for her. I just want to leave this review for the pretty cashier lady in the front. Her mama raised her right. I hope this makes her day the same way she made that lady’s day.

I’m happy I chose to take my son to this Paris Baguette instead of the deli next door for the snacks I promised him after his Dentist appointment. My son was crying hysterically because he had a procedure done. Even though he calmed down a bit after seeing the pastries, it wasn’t enough. It wasn’t until Adriana and Milagros came and worked their customer service magic to bring an immediate smile to my son’s face and an end to his crying. I’m tempted to hire them as Nannie’s 😂 All in all I’m impressed with this location and their work ethic. And I’m certain my son will look forward to coming to the dentist from now on. Just got a mocha cake and it was very good, fresh, not too sweet but the mocha taste was not strong. We got other small pieces and my favorite was maple and tiramisu.

EDIT: Two words: FOOD POISONING I got food poisoning from a free cake sample. The strawberries used were definitely rotten. Never in all my years man... The food I bought is good though. It usually is. I don't know why that cake sample was so nasty. This is like in my Top 3 worst food poisoning events. Lord have mercy.

This new location is spacious and clean. The service was good as well. I ordered a cake for the next day, but it was not ready when I picked it up, so the staff gave me the cake in the display case. I would like to see more consistency between locations. At other Paris Baguette locations, staff would take down my information on the receipt and copy it onto my receipt for confirmation. Maybe, ordering online is the way to go in this location?

My name is Hannah and find this to be the biggest PB I have ever been to, perfect for large groups of friends to come to. One down side is the restroom, needs cleaning & hot water in the sink to keep things more sanitary. Plus please put up a sign to hold the flush button down for 5 seconds because i saw the previous person’s business still left in the toilet bowl…. :/

I been a returning customer at different locations of Paris Baguette. I love the capuchino and the macciato. Bakery is always fresh. , bread and desserts on point and cakes delicious as always. First time visiting thia location staff very friendly . The only inconveniente I had is I got my HOT drink spilled in my had due to the led wasn't properly closed. DRINK OPENED AS THE CASHIER handled to me Tbh I kinda wanted to be mad because it was a new coat I got and was all over my hand and the coat . But she was scared and apologized, she was friendly and smiling before that happened so it's not like she did it in purpose. So I didnt let that ruin my day . Just wish I would get offered a change of the drink

Edit: Do not get their salad. I tried their Caesar salad and the piece of avocado that they put in it was completely unripe. I tried to eat it and it was like biting a rock. The crouton was also limp and chewy rather than dry and crunchy. I have better versions of this salad at other Paris Baguette locations. Their bread/pastries are still decent quality. ---- So excited to have this in the area! The store is clean and well laid out. There's plenty of seating, WiFi, and their wide selection of pastries look fresh and delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything else.

However, my experience this time was not as good as in the past (it’s been over 2 years since my last visit). We arrived at 7:30 pm, and even though the store closes at 11, many of the display cases were already empty, which was disappointing. I ordered an almond croissant to be warmed up, but it was served cold and hard, and it had no almond cream inside, which is usually what makes it so delicious. The chocolate Dunnots croissant tasted good, but when I asked for it warm, they said it couldn’t be done because of the cream, which I don’t think makes much sense. The cream Dunnots was very tasty, with a great filling, but again, they said it couldn’t be warmed up either. On the positive side, the iced oat milk latte was excellent and the hot almond milk latte was also very good. Overall, I’m giving 3 stars mainly because of the empty displays three and a half hours before closing, not being able to warm up the products we wanted, and the almond croissant missing its cream filling.

I’ve been to many Paris Baguette locations and have always had positive experiences, but this one stands out in a negative way. During my first visit, I even witnessed her mocking my order with another cashier, which was both disrespectful and disappointing. Today i went after a month and she's still same unpleasant and 0 knowledge of customer service . I'm seeing so many negative reviews about the same" blonde highlights cashier". I request Paris baguette to take some actions towards her for such unpleasant behavior towards paying customers

Although it looks clean and new, there sandwiches and wraps are not fresh. As I was attempting to purchase it, usually there is a sticker attached in the back of when when it expires. But I caught one of the workers ripping off all of them. She then was nice of enough to get another sticker for me with the correct expiration date. They are clearly selling expired food and trying to lie to there customers.

Well I was there on father's day to buy the special triple layer chocolate mousse cake and I got ignored by the lady at the counter...had my cash in my hand and she just ignored me and was chatting with one of her co workers...never even acknowledge me to ask...May I help you. I just put my cash back into my pocket and left. I guess it was one of those days.

The buy 4 pastries Free 1= FALSE ADVERTISING for almost 2 weeks so more customer will enter to the store! Its was reported to the manager and cashiers all awared for weeks and still posting posters outside but when you checkout cashiers will tell the customers the perks is no longer in use. It was brought attention to stop keep posting posters outside the door for false marketing. Its a good bakery but the management push to hard greediness. Trustworthy is vital in the community esp for local and loyal buyers for this PB, no need to lured some fake expired gimmicks. It was a turn off! Today as of January 14th. 2025 still posting for almost 2 weeks for false marketing and everyone of the staff awared.

I had a bad experience twice with a cashier guy (big and tall, sorry that I couldn’t remember the name). First, I bought some pastries and ordered a coffee-he put everything in a bag and started to making my coffee but then he took a phone call and started to take an order. I was waiting for my coffee for long time patiently until he hang up the call. I thought he will give me a coffee that sitting down on the coffee maker right away but he went inside until I have to asked another cashier to help me out. she went to talk to him about forgot my coffee but he denied and said that he already gave me. the lady tried to explain to him but he just walk away without saying sorry to me. Second, I bought some pastries and a coffee again-a new cashier was taking care of me, he tried to use a bill checking machine but it wasn’t working then he went to asked another cashier (same guy that forgot my coffee) for help. After he gave me change and started to make me coffee, the rude cashier guy started to have an attitude because the new cashier forgot to close the drawer. The new cashier got nervous and didn’t make me a right coffee which is I understand and even helped him to put all pastries in a bag myself. I very disappointed with how he reacted to the customer for solving the issue and how he treated the coworkers in front of the customer unprofessional. I wondering if the issue is from company's training or this is his personal that shows how he works without service mind and did not have empathy to coworkers. I would love to hear how the company will take care of this situation because It’s not fair for me at all, I went to get my pastries and a cup of coffee like usual but why I have to deal with unprofessional behavior from this kind of person. To be honest if I see him in a shop I would walk past because I don’t want to deal with his behavior. Everyone makes mistakes, just learn to accept and solve it in the right way. I just order cake on Uber eats for it to be delivered and requested to put a note on top of cake but when the cake arrived there was no note on it. Also the cake arrived damaged which might be uber driver’s fault. But it’s just added up and completely ruined my brother’s birthday.

For those who never been to Paris and France it's probably ok. But coffee is nowhere close to good and pastries are just average. On top of everything prices are just ridiculous.

I’ve been to many Paris Baguette locations and have always had good experiences. Unfortunately, my visit to this location for the first time was disappointing. I ordered an iced coffee and a coffee Danish, and I found a hair on the Danish, which was very unpleasant. I hope this location pays more attention to food hygiene in the future.

It is absolutely atrocious to give old slices of cakes when you're charging $8 per slice. I have never had an experience like this with a Paris Baguette before but I guess there's a first for everyone. The strawberry red velvet cake had strawberries that were completely shriveled the cake was sour and mushy inside. The chocolate cake wasn't anything better. It was old to the point that the top was cracking and caving in. If you're going to charge an arm and a leg then at least don't give them spoiled cake.
