This NcDonalds was very clean. Tables, chairs, floors. The young lady at the register was very pleasant...We came in at 12:00 pm and sat until 1:15 pm. We were very pleased with the atmosphere.

Customer service here was excellent compared to customer service offered at other McDonald's. The food is good too, but if you're a Jamaican or West Indian you might be a little disappointed in the taste and presentation of the food.

Built up points to spend, with couple deals on the meal app. They have upper floors to sit depend on the time of the day. They have McDonald’s Wi-Fi but do limit depends on the amount of people and time.

This is a busy lil spot with many older residents nursing coffees and the cheaper menu items, as well as the school kids after school. Its about a block from the 7 train so plenty of transient customers and it's McDonald's so it's a known and dependable brand.

I love McDonald's. For this covid, this is the 1st time of 7 months that I didn't eat. It's so happy that still has promotion price. I bought lunch for me and my husband only $12. Taste never change. Not a lot of people here. No seats downstairs.

The staff was very nice, and I especially appreciated that they explained what meal combos/deals there were. The only complaint I have is about the cleanliness of the area, which is to be expected by a place that gets so many people each day!

The usual stuff had a quarter pounder with cheese large fries and a large Coke cannot go wrong with thatthe only difference here is there not that many employees here aside 21 of the cooking everything else is done by a kiosk even paying they call your number you come around and get your as simple as that I miss the interaction with other humans but it's all about the mighty dollar..... This McDonald's has only take out! It also has not opened the upstairs and downstairs the few tables they had are taped off no sitting! No use of bathroom! Just small ordering and getting your order.

Its very convenient in a fast environment. Because mostly of the restaurants around are long wait service. In other Words (you take your time to eat).

Be careful on this Mcdonalds branch, we ordered a 4 pc. Mcnuggets happy meal but they only put 2 pc. on it. They did not inform or tell you on the change of contents and will give you less than what you paid for.

They always take so long to prepare the food always talking amongst each other in the back and not actually doing there job plus when they take your order they always have an attitude.

I love this McDonalds when I go to it but when I order from Uber eats they almost always forget an item and it’s absolutely ridiculous to me. A small two-story McD's with fast enough service but not a great place to eat at vs take out. The floors and tables are often dirty; there's usually a line (of non-customers) for the bathroom; and the upper level has no A/C in the summer in order to help keep the squatters out.

They did not speak English which I needed help because the McDonald's app took money out of my account, but didn't place my order & I ended up having to pay twice.

So Today I was going to McDonald’s because I haven’t eaten all day, and I don’t like eating school lunch. I was picking up my cousin from his appointment and we decided to go to McDonald’s we ordered and the service was fast but we didn’t get our full order we got our chicken nuggets but not our fries and we went home thinking of our food but we were later met with disappointment and this location is far from our home so we can’t go back because it takes too long so I just want everyone to remember to check if your order is all complete because this ruined the whole day for me and my cousin, no fries T_T.

I’ve always been a fan of McDonald's, especially for their consistency in fast food quality and service. However, my recent experience at the 82nd St, Jackson Heights location left me a bit disappointed. While the food was great, as expected, the service here was lacking. No trays were provided for dine-in orders, and I was charged extra for basic condiments like ketchup and mayonnaise, which is quite unusual for a McDonald's. Even simple items like napkins were only given upon request, which detracted from the overall experience. It's a bit frustrating to see this location deviate from the standard McDonald's service that many of us appreciate. Charging for condiments and not providing basic amenities is not what you'd expect from a brand with such a strong reputation. I hope the management considers addressing these issues to align better with McDonald's usual customer experience. Despite these hiccups, the food quality was still good, but the service needs improvement.

I do not understand why they do not have the same rules as the MacDonalds, because this MacDonald in his peak time they block the upstairs because they are cleaning. u on the first floor there are only 3 tables there are 10 couples on the line. because they do not do the cleaning earlier. When I asked the manager I answered and I did not look and did not apologize to those who asked about the tables.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. What they gave me was two peices of cheese on a tiny sad looking peice of beef between two buns and some onions, hardly worth even being called a dollar cheeseburger. On top of that it took more than 10 minutes wait time, which I wouldn't mind if they actually gave me a real quarter pounder. At least my friends had a good laugh when I sent them a picture of the sad 'quarter pounder'. /Update/ I tried going downstairs to get it fixed but they just ignored me for the most part, likely because few of them spoke English and they looked extremely understaffed. I went to eat at this place tonight. After I paid for my order the cashier gave me cold french fries, I asked her to give me fresh ones, I told her I could wait. She put new fries in the frier and I waited, after a while a heard a noise coming from behind the counter and I asked the cook guy "is that noise my fries getting burned? can you check please?" since the cashier was doing nothing about it, he pulled them out and by the time I got to the table I noticed the fries were definitely over-cooked. I decided to eat them anyway because I did not want to wait again for more fries. While I was eating I see another person, dressed as the manager on duty, I know since I have also worked at McDonald's before, approaching the front door to lock it and the cashier who neglected my fries before yelled at her to not lock it, all the way from behind the register. The manager yelled back at her "do you want more customers to get in then?" and the cashier replied yelling back. They went yelling at each other back and forth all that distance between each other for a good 5 minutes. I heard the name of the cashier was Yesali or something of the sort. I am never coming back to this restaurant unless I am aware they have new Management and new staff.

The place isn't what it used to be, it's now rundown with bad service. I sometimes walk in there hoping for a quick in and out within 20 minutes with respect to the line and end up leaving to eat somewhere else. On some rare occasion I'll leave just cause it smells weird.

Brought a large ice coffee and was given a medium. I always order the same drink at the queens blvd location and know the difference between my medium and large. The worst service I ever had ever. I ordered on seamless and the restaurant kept waiting until the time passed to cancel my order and all because they didn’t want to make cookies. They did that not 1 not 2 but 3 times. I called the restaurant to see what was the problem and my calls where not picked up. I then ordered 3 combos large and where not braught how asked. One of the fries where braught medium and the fries where half full almost empty. The French fries where old, not cold which would be understandable but old! I am a former Mcdonalds employee and know the difference. The chicken in my wraps where burnt to the point where one side was black. Other things where missing like napkins salt ketchup ect. Waited so many hours to then get this. So unacceptable. The food wasn’t even edible.

Cheater. I ordered from app for Happy Meal with Crocs toy and spent half an hour to go there for picking up. But was told the Crocs toys hasn’t been arrived.

If there was below 1 star I would give that. Don't bother going to this McDonald's. Staff are extremely disrespectful, they will create your order but then leave it on the counter until it gets cold. They always pack your food but never provide condiments or napkins, and if you ask for it they will get angry.

For an employee of this Mcdonald's location it was a matter of principle that I first buy something, and then my child could use the restroom. Even when I said that I will make an order. It was a terrible experience. The lady on the second floor was so rude. I was sitting on a table with some packed foods on my side. She came and talked to people who sitting next table to me in Spanish and directly pointed out to me by her fingers. Then they all looked towards me with a weird smile. I felt so awkward. But the truth is I was just sitting there, I didn’t open my food, I did nothing, just felt tired and tried to have a couple minutes’ rest and leave, that’s all. I don’t understand what she said to others but I could tell it was not positive. So I just left right away. She didn’t even wipe the table after I left because I did nothing on it. I was treated like 200percent disrespectful. God bless her. Hopefully her life could be better so that she might treat people more nicer instead of rude.

The service is the worst. The old lady was so rude. We had a packed up food from a different store and we were not even eating that food there at McDonalds. We just had a drink there and were chatting but instead of confronting us to leave the store or whatever, she kept on talking in her own language pointing to us, with other customers. Not once but twice. She seemed very angry. Just because we don’t understand Spanish doesn’t mean we won’t know. I mean you are clearly pointing your fingers right at us. And most of the tables were not even occupied. If you want us to leave the store, just tell us. It’s not that hard. We would have understood that. We didn’t even dirty the table. The other staffs didn’t seem to mind but it was just that old lady who was very impolite. As we were leaving the store, she kept on bitching about us to the other customers who were there. If u order online/through the app, you’ll still be waiting forever while your food gets cold because it’s so busy and the staff only pay attention to the in person orders. You’ll have to grab one of their attentions to get your food or else you’ll be waiting there forever. I hate doing this every time.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience due to the serious issues I encountered at this McDonald’s. First, the service was not terrible, but it was inefficient. I ordered a 60-piece chicken nugget, and the cashier told me they only had 20-piece boxes. Any skilled fast food worker would have simply provided three 20-piece boxes to fulfill the order. Instead, my order was changed to a 6-piece nugget without asking me. I had to go back and request a correction, which was inconvenient. Other McDonald’s locations I’ve visited have understood such requests without issue. Second, the food quality was extremely disappointing. I have been eating at McDonald’s for years and usually enjoy it at least once a month, but this visit was unacceptable. The fries were completely bland — no seasoning at all. Even when dipped in sauce, they tasted flavorless. The chicken nuggets were also lacking any seasoning. Worst of all, I found a bug inside one nugget mid-bite. I did not take a photo because I was shocked and immediately spat it out and threw it away. The McChicken sandwich was only “okay,” but again lacked seasoning and had far too little sauce — so little that I could barely taste it. At other locations, the McChicken is always flavorful and well-prepared. The drink I ordered was the best item I received, but even that tasted different than usual. Finally, the restaurant was overcrowded, and I had to wait 5–10 minutes for my food. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing, and I hope management takes steps to improve both the food quality and service.

I hope I don't have to come back here, I come because of convenient location, where sometimes I run errands, but this ladies won't get it toguether with the orders, and today I decided not to tell them about my order being wrong I bought another one, and they did it wrong again, if I tell them, they get angry call the manager who also shows up annoyed, so for peace of mind I rather avoid it. The only one who is always diligent is the lady upstairs who keeps the place clean!

I went to this McDonald’s today August 3, 2021, I will not blame the customer service on all the employees but, the server she was horrible. I got in my car & something told me to check on my order. When I looked in the bag they only gave me one burrito. It’s supposed to be 2, that’s what I ordered. So when I came back (I forgot to mention that the parking over there is horrible) the short hispanic server gave me the burrito with no problem. When I took a bite of the burrito it didn’t have the green & red peppers on it?!?! When opened and touched the second burrito was cold as you can see from the picture the cheese was like plastic & they make there burritos very different than the other McDonald’s burritos that I ate. They need re training in food preparation. It’s not the first time that I dealt with this Spanish manager, she’s a very nasty, nasty individual & that’s the manager?!?…They treat black people very nasty. I hope the McDonald’s corporation sees this. I ended up throwing away the two burritos I tore it in pieces. The first one was disgusting period!! I didn’t eat the second one.
