Food has gotten better but can definitely improve. Love their salad chicken, pollo bowl, churros and flan. Recently bought a salad and had a little bit of water but was good. Customer service sometimes is good and sometimes is alright I use drive thru sometimes takes forever and sometimes they are fast.

Soild location. I usually eat here during lunch at 12. Drive thru can get long so I walk in. I usually don't wait long for my meals.They are pretty fast. Staff is good. Nothing to complian about

They started preparing the food Chipotle style. They dig into the trough and pile the ingredients into the bowl like slop. Except the chicken. They carefully pick out five tidbits and gently place them in the bowl. There's no more salsa bars at any location. That's what made it feel special. You have to order from a screen. No human contact necessary. Yuck!

There's a kiosk to place an order, they've eliminated human service here. The guy is all stressed out from the drive thru orders that he barely has time to attend to any questions a customer might have. But it's notchis fault, this is very disappointing SMH

Got my order drive through got 3 fire grilled combos and was asked if I wanted tortillas or chips? I asked for chips.. I got home only to find out I wasn't given chips at all🙄 I drove back to get the chips but decided to walk in because the drive thru had 7 cars in it.. BAD IDEA.. all cars in drive thru were serviced before I could even get my chips.. wth?

El Pollo Loco's always taste good sometimes they make mistakes no big deal. Got a queso burrito with no queso in it. Just walked back in and asked for some queso still taste good!

Ordered at the drive through , got a combo almost just for the chips, drove away only to find they didn’t include them. The drink was a diet when I asked for a regular. Asked for chicken avocado tacos with avocado on the side…no avocado was given at all. Everything very sloppily put together. I hate to leave a review like this and I usually avoid it, I’m sure they must be understaffed, I would have rather waited a few minutes longer in the drive thru line and gotten decent food and a correct order though

Yes, the male cashier during the day is rude but I'll tell you why. He is in the front by himself taking drive-thru orders, taking walk-in orders, and handing out food to customers, DURING LUNCH TIME. You need to schedule an extra person to help him. Furthermore, I received no napkins or utensils of any kind. Every customer before me had to ask for napkins. The rice in my bowl was hardened. It hurt to bite into the rice. The owner needs to focus on food quality and customer service rather than his own avarice.

You have the cashier touching the money then without washing their hands they put their hands inside the containers, they grab your tortillas. They touch your soda lids. Its hard to find a clean place to eat now a days. I asked to speak to the manager the manager wasnt even here.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Pollo Loco. I used to love their tortilla soup, this time it has been the worst experience I’ve had. The soup was watered down and it looks like the just dumped their chopped tomatoe salsa in the pot. They tried to add some chunks of chicken. By far the worst. They didn’t have green salsa either.

horrible! the rice was super hard like a rock...my husband and my self had to be spitting it out me from my burrito n and my husband from his tostada...they had no legs or thighs so we got what they had...the condiments bar was dirty and everything was all over the place..we got there @ 9pm they close at 9:30 but locked the doors at 9:15.. I'll never go back to that place we payed 14$ for really bad food
