Ah the sweet smell of my childhood years still is at the spot. Honestly I prefer pizza here all the time. The garlic bread is just a plus! Love love love it here! 🤌🏽

Really love this pizza place. It is cheap and delicious, it's clean, it's hot and ready (most of the time). I also like how the employees treat me (some of them). Guys please; even if it is a hot and ready pizza. They gotta make more, this takes time guys. Trust me I worked there and I know it takes time more in rush hours. Don't get mad on the employees cuz they have no control of the oven. Also the manager does a great job trying to keep the place in order. I highly recommend this place!

The gentleman behind the counter was attentive & very gracefully handled 4 customers at time during late afternoon rush! The pizza came out nicely baked and hot! I also saw they have NEW pods (pods or lockers of some sort) where you can Order Online and pickup. Just show up and verify with the app then be on your way! Might try it sometime! Other than that it was a quick 15m for a pizza and smooth experience. As always if they a survey on a receipt or phone number take some 15m of your time and leave a review!

I ordered the pizza online. I got there and typed a code into a warmer machine that opened up a door to access my 🍕. I took it and left. I dealt with no human. I like this brave New world but it is odd.

The Indian lady is very rude!

For inexpensive pizza it is pretty good. Computer app did not work right, but phone worked in its stead for ordering.

About what you would expect for little Caesar’s. They were a bit busy but staff were friendly and quick. No complaints. My pizza could’ve been cooked a bit more but that’s not a huge deal

If you wanted a freshly made $5 classic pepperoni pizza, and were willing to wait for it, they used to do that. It was SO much better than the pre-made ones!! (Of course they always tell you that that pre-made one were "just made". Now they won't make one fresh, and they charge $5.99 instead of the $5.00 that their national commercials advertise. I'm referring to the Redwood City Little Ceasars on Roosevelt Ave., I don't know about other locations. I may try to find out, however, as I won't be going back to this one anymore.

Every times I ordered the Hawaiian Pizza and an extra topping hams and pineapples. I used my Caesar Pizza Gift card from my neighbor gift. They refused to take my Caesars Pizza gift card. Why?? I don't want waste money in my gift card. I want to use it up.

They forgot to make my order, so they said. Then when I did get it, I pre-ordered and had to wait 45 minutes at the place for a stuffed crust, it was a slight bit under cooked. I do like the stuffed crust though, one of the better pizzas I've had in redwood city. The customer service and service in general leave something to be desired though.

Love being able to just go in and grab a made pizza fast. It's not the best pizza in the world but it's good, hot and quick when you are on the run. Staff needs to work on welcoming folks when arriving as often they are in the back and don't acknowledge entry (a bell on the door maybe to alert them of customer).

Walked into by deep dish. Purchase the deep dish waited 20 minutes only to receive the deep dish pizzas that were already made for the lunch box menu. It makes no sense that I had to wait 20 minutes for something that was already made

We are from out of town,we ordered our pizza,they had no pepperoni 🤔🤯. Our second pizza was an all cheese pizza' they burnt it! So we patiently waited for the next pizza to cook. It was not fully cooked! We didn't realize this till after we are a few bites,Now my daughter is complaining her belly hurts!! Also the dude who cut it gave it a special cut! Over ALL it's peacAh ☮️! Kids love 🍕 righhht!

Nothing but little kids work there. They don't answer the phone. When you get there they're all in the back talking about what spots to hit up after work. You ask them the break down to they're charges and the response is "I don't know". It would be nice if at least one mature human was present to over see this "business".

This afternoon I called to place an order and the person who answered told me that he couldn't take the order because he was busy and that if I wanted to do it in person because he wouldn't take my order. He was rude and unprofessional in serving customers. I do not recommend this store.

So I've only ordered once from here. But my buddy literally has all of the problems listed above & then some. He recently had waited 30 min for crazy bread & Italian cheesy bread. They were discussing the food that they were gonna take home. More worried about themselves than the customers who paid for the food. To top it off they didn't even cut the Italian chreesy bread & they burnt the crazy bread. Little Cesar's should send some one out to correct this asap. Cause Im almost certain they be taking home more than they probably make in a night. If you don't like your job then find another one instead of pissing off customers.

I just ordered three pizzas and they switched one of the kid's Pepperoni pizzas for a Hawaiian. Kids ate the cheese and grownups at the nasty Hawaiian. Ham tastes like rubber. None of our pizzas were kept in the oven warmer so they were cold when we started eating at the park a few blocks away. And FSR the app address link took us to the school 6 blocks from the actual Little Caesars.

Attempted to place an order over the phone for pickup and they never answered the phone. Drove all the way down there, and while walking in, called the number again and watched them ignore the phone while they chatted with each other. Months later attempted again to call and place an order, this time for delivery. After waiting 5 minutes for them to answer, they picked up, said they don't speak english and hung up on me. I will not be doing business with them, nor recommending to anyone.

Absolute garbage! The staff is lazy, past couple times I've been there they have either made me wait 40+ min for my online order. Or just offered me a re-fund when i didnt want to wait 30+min and wast my entire one hour lunch break. If i could give no stars I would.

- Terrible service - Called twice no answer. - Drove 15mins to this location - Waited at the counter for 5 mins without anyone acknowledging I was there. - Watched 3 employees in the back sweeping and texting. - No one even bothered to look at the front counter the whole time I stood there. - Finally a guy came to the front and told me they don’t have any hot n readys and don’t plan to make anymore. He said they are only making call in orders now. - I tried to call in an order but no one answered.

Tonight I picked up a pizza, crazy bread, and italian cheese bread. All RAW dough . How can the owner of this place alow employees to run it down this badly. Mountain view location is WAYY better. I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt but no more . Im going to be pissed off if my family and I get sick .

Everyone in there should be fired and hire some GROWN adults that really want to work damn at least pretend to like it. slow services always playing and laughing in the back like kids and do not answer the phone, and where are the hot and READY pizzas not to mention you can tell they dont properly prepare the food

I was waiting watching my food get cold..... that guy with the glasses is slow or just plain stupid. On top of that I had to wait over 5 min just to get my order placed and I was the first inline, while everyone else got to order soda and dipping sauces was helped first

Super disappointing lately. Nothing is ever "hot & ready", you can't phone in orders any longer because they want items ordered through their online portal....but their website doesn't seem to be working right now either. They are always out of the dough needed for the cheese bread and the breadsticks. Also, my kids placed an order through the online portal at 9:30 p.m. the other night - store closes @ 10:00. It appeared as though it all went through fine and it charged my credit card, but when we got there to pick it up - they said "yeah, we aren't making more pizzas tonight" and they refunded my $$. What the @#$% ?

So im not sure what exactly is going on at this store location other than mistakes. Had me waiting for an hour for 2 pizzas while i was seeing customers coming in and leaving quickly in under 3 mins. My time is just as valuable as your guy’s time being on the clock getting paid hourly. Maybe this place needs better management to have everything orderly.

Called a few months ago to place an order to pick up. Lady answered and asked if I spoke Spanish. I went to hand the phone to my husband who speaks Spanish and she hung up. Called again three times, she answered and hung up immediately each time. Ultimately unplugged the phone it seems because I stared getting a busy signal. Tried to call in an order today and nothing but busy signals. How many reviews about phone trouble before you do something about it?!

I will fix this review to 5 stars once this Machine is fixed. It’s been broken before covid started this is madness I never got to try it once.

My Dad went to get a Hawaiian pizza from here and they told him it would be 5 minutes. He sat and waited for 40 minutes before he got it. Other customers got there after him with larger orders and they left before him. When he finally did receive the pizza, the ham was still raw, and the ingredients were kinda just splattered on one area. The crust was too doughy and there wasn’t enough cheese either. They didn’t offer any napkins or crazy bread or anything. The cashier was careless and had an attitude. She didn’t even offer him a receipt and she saw that He was waiting for more than 20 minutes. My dad has been at this location several other times and has had much better and quicker service and experience. It’s shocking that the service isn’t the same or better.... we won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
