This location has an incredible amount of business and they handle it like champs. Food is Chick-fil-A delicious so there is nothing more I can say about that, but wow how they funnel that many cars so quickly through the drive through is great. Line out to the street and I was in and out in less than 5 and they were super polite. Great place.
Another of the many reliably good Chick-Fil-A locations in northeast Tarrant. Nothing to complain about except they have yet another of Chick-Fil-A's many reliably crowded and convoluted parking-n-drive-thru situations.
Cook people, great service; good food
The staff at this location are phenomenal! Smiling faces, friendly attitudes, and very helpful. We ate breakfast there while my 3 young children played at the indoor play place, and they enjoyed it. The play area was a bit warm for kids running around, though. But it may have not been turned on yet, the AC that is. The parking lot here is chaos though, especially during lunch hours. So if you see a parking spot even if it's not ideal, take it!

This location is always fast and enjoyable. They never complain and are always happy to help us out when there is something wrong with the order. It doesn't happen often but I would take this location on a busy day before any other chick fil a. Even with cars in line around the building you get through within 10 to 25 mins maximum. Wonderful.

Service was fast and friendly. Our order was accurately filled and very enjoyable, especially for fast food. Beyond that, the restaurant was clean. We came in hungry and left with happy tummies, all within the time span of about 45 minutes.

Best customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant
The staff there was actually really nice. I ordered a frozen lemonade thinking that it would be like a slushie but it was actually just icecream. Dissapointed, I just went to go ask for a water but the staff there actually gave me a free coke, saying she agreed with me that frozen lemonades were not what we imagined. A memorable expierence.

The Lord's Chicken... heavenly taste. Chick-fil-a is why chickens were created. As close as an atheist will get to heaven... I will update if it gets any better.
I use this location often when placing a catering order and have always had great experiences. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes upon arrival and the employees always greet you with a smile. The quality of the food is always consistently good. 10/10 would recommend for catering orders!

Hands down the best Chick-fil-A in the metroplex. The chicken tenders are always on point--hot, moist, and never dried out--and the staff are super polite and nice (even by Chick-fil-A standards, which are already high). I will go out of my way to get my chicken fix here!

I’ve been to Chick-fil-a locations all over in Oklahoma and Texas, and this by far is the BEST location hands down! Not only do they provide the best service, they also have the best food quality. Melissa makes every experience a joyous occasion! I’ve been depressed lately, and going into this location always boosts my spirit! The staff is professional and personable - their customers aren’t just “numbers” to them , they treat each customer like they’re the most important customer. Melissa always knows my order which shows she cares enough to remember me. If you’re in the area and looking for great service and delicious food, stop into this location! It’s a sure way to put a smile on your face. (Reading the recent reviews, I’m astounded because I’ve never had anything but great experiences! I go in the mornings and at lunch time).
I was on my way to the hospital to take my mom to the ER. She'd said she hadn't eaten all day. Now it's literally 5pm, rush hour. I hop off 114 and go to chick fil-a, and the drive thru is packed. I almost left but I went ahead and stayed. More I am not exaggerating when I say it was less than 5 minutes from ordering and we had out food - hot and fresh, and was out of there and back on the road. No other fast food place could have done this for us in that time. Speed AND hospitality. And super hot food in a flash. Super impressive.
Quick coffee stop. Good coffee though $3 a cup (small size especially) is a bit much. Friendly employees. Chick-fil-A HQ, please do better as your prices have steadily climbed while your value continues to drop. I have consciously moved many catering breakfasts and lunches to other eateries as a result.

We stopped here to check out the playground. It is extremely small. Service aint great. Its ok. My sandwich was ok, i had better at other locations. Waffle fries were awful and got the reject ones. And better friendly service at other locations as well. The toy in the kids meal was absolutely meh, why bother!
Good food but when they ask you about items and forget to put them in your bag…. It’s freaking annoying and no one has time to go back and wait in line, I get people make mistakes but damn. I mean why ask us if we want something in our order and then not put it in there…? Simple things like napkins and the condiments you make us order at the menu….

I went through the drive through. When I ordered, I asked for chicken strips and a free 65 and older beverage. The service person responded that they don't do those drinks through the drive through.?!? How silly is that.
Ordered 3 meals for my boyfriend, cousin, and myself through the app only for to have to pull up to the waiting line and wait about 5 to minutes for my order to be ready. If that were the case I would have ordered through the drive thru. Get to my boyfriends work and look through to find my sandwich looks like crap because the servers wanted to shove all 3 meals into into one bag.
Food came out really fast but I can unused why. I ordered a 4 count chicken mini and when received, it looked as if someone just threw the bread and nuggets in the box. Of course it was still edible but I was more surprised how much they seemed to not care. I would’ve sent it back but I had taken it to go and already arrived at work when I opened it.
Haven’t been in months and thought that I’d stop by for some good ole chick-fil-a. Food was okay like always. My issue is when I went to get a refill before I left, I said I wanted a refill to this guy and to dump out my old drink and put fresh ice in. Somehow that was the most confusing thing to be asked to this guy, who I’m sure didn’t understand English well. Why are yall hiring people who don’t know English well. I had to explain like 10 different ways what I wanted. He was just staring at me looking confused the whole time. I’d be like “I want a refill of Diet Coke, but can you dump it out and give me fresh ice”. He’d stare at me dumbfounded and say “so you want more ice or less”. I’d explain again what I wanted and he put more ice and didn’t dump it out. This went on for a bit while I tried to explain in different ways and he was dumb founded the entire time, and even made hand motions like I was dumping out the ice to try to tell him what I mean. Then he was like “diet” and I was like yes “Diet Coke”. He gave me Dr Pepper, and I had to explain I wanted Diet Coke. So he dumped some of it out but not all, as I got in my car and it still tasted exactly like Dr Pepper, with a very slight Diet Coke flavor. So I had to go back inside while it was raining and eventually a different person helped me out instantly. My thing is, why is that such a confusing question? I want you to dump out my drink and give me fresh ice before the refill, what’s so hard about that to understand. Don’t hire people who don’t speak English, or barley understand it. This shouldn’t have been a issue. Never have had a issue before anywhere like this.
3rd party delivery driver review(uber eats, doordash): One of the longer wait times for fast food in all of southlake area. I understand they are extremely busy as most chick-fil-a’s are. However, that is no excuse to have almost every driver waiting 5 min past the suggested pickup time. The general manager or person in charge of the 3rd party merchant settings needs to push back Pickup Times a few min to prevent drivers from waiting in the lobby. This will relieve stress to the drivers and employees who have to constantly let drives know the order isn’t ready. I understand it’s important to have the orders picked up at the completion of the food to ensure it is delivered hot. But if every driver is waiting 5 min even for a simple meal then there is a problem. PS: the orders that don’t get picked up right away tend to be customers who don’t leave a tip. DoorDash has already warned customers that not leaving a tip increases the chances the orders take longer to be delivered.
Family loves Chick-fil-a but this location seems to never get the order correct through the drive through. Ask for Poly sauce to go with the nuggets and received none. Guess you should open bag when the give it to you to ensure everything is inside. They just want you out of there fast.
Salad had 4 missing ingredients - Blueberries, cheese, almonds, & granola. So the salad we got was literally Lettuce, Strawberries and apples. Got a chicken sandwich no pickles bc I hate pickle flavor, and seems like they put them on and then picked them off bc I could fully taste pickle on the whole sandwich. They also forgot my drink, and I had to tell them I had one included in my order. Sub par chick fil a experience.
Got rid of the signs for curbside orders for no apparent reason. Curbside is still available in the app yet there’s no where to park to punch in your parking spot number. Place is mostly staffed by 15-16 year old girls who are pretty much clueless. Not their fault necessarily but yall need to get better managers. This location is going downhill fast.

Easily the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Every time I come on my quick lunch break they always work so slow, no sense of urgency during rush. I’ve also only heard 1 kid ever say my pleasure here one time. Most of their staff doesn’t seem like they wanna be here.
Unreal experience manager “Sandra” did not want to help us at all. She came up to me and said they do not see the order and when I went back to get my phone to show proof she went back to bagging the drive thru with the only (4 orders on screen) mind you they already had someone bagging. She had looked at me 2 or 3 times and I had to stop another team member to get there attention. I asked some of the team members for the leaders name and they told me about how she’s not helpful to the customers and starts arguments. Service was terrible no welcoming to chick fil a no effort to help and there was not even a rush. Clean line in the drive thru. Who is this operator “TJ” they need to check in with there staff. I had a mobile order and is was just a basic 5 count and they must have bumped it off screen or something because they didn’t even flip back a few screens to look for it. Had asked a specialist And they simply went to the screen flipped back a couple times and found it.
Ordered meal plus parfait what I got was a half size portion a bare minimum berrys no granola I asked and showed it to cust agent at window he said that’s how they make it I have included photo of how it’s advertised vs what I got seriously it worth driving to grapevine they are more interested and food portions make are fair
Placed a catering order for 6:15 am pick up time for a company meeting that started at 7:00 am. When I arrived at Chikfila at 6:25. My order was not ready until 6:45. I had rush to get to my customers office scrambling to get everything set up by 7:00 for their employees, and I realized they didn’t give me the plates for the fruit trays or utensils to eat with.
Ordered 3 meals, all of them came without the drinks . Went twice to ask for it, and was told working on it. Took 20 minutes went back and asked again, we all ate our food dry. . Floors were filthy, trash cans full, no sauces or wipes on the condiments station, I had to clean my own table . Was only 3 customers in the whole dining room. Needs to improve environment, customer service.
This was a true disappointment. One order taker working (we had to wait awhile while multiple employees were walking around). Every table was dirty on the west side of the restaurant and were never cleaned the whole time we ate. We told the order taker we were dining in and our meals were brought in sacks! The employee who brought the food tried to give it to the wrong person even though we had a plastic tent that was color coded and I believe said something about a milkshake. One of my daughters worked at another Chick-fil-A location for a long time. The service at that location is phenomenal. I guess this is an example of poor regard for customer service and ownership standards.
Terrible first impression for this location. I waited over 15 minutes and there was no damn chicken in the chicken wrap 😒 I'm just gonna go up the road to Chicken Salad Chick next time.

Absolutely awful I work in a medical office in Southlake we made an office order and got a confirmation, the lady from my office that went to pick up the order was told by Manager Christine that it had been canceled and she wasn't going to fill the order. Funds had already been withdrawn from co workers bank. The manager was super rude and very unprofessional. My co worker returned with no food and in tears. I didn't think this was how Chick-fil-A did business. I thought they were suppose to be serving chicken with a Christian background and purpose. So sad and disappointing to have heard of this transaction not to mention a medical clinic that serves Southlake ended up with no lunch.
Trash service. I attempted to be harrassed by the drive thru lady telling me i needed to go all the way around because i entered the drive thru incorrectly according to her. When there was no one in line to order. I placed a breakfast order over the phone at 1025 for pick up the lady who took my order said since it was placed before 1030 that it would be ready when i arrived. When i get to the window two guys argue with me that it is 1036 and no breakfast is available. I said my order was placed over the phone and tbe girl said it would be ready. They did not even bother checking just continued to be rude and argue with me. I finally asked for a manager and he realized my order was ready the whole time except for hash browns. Trash service. Rude staff. And the fries were not even cooked all the way
Today, I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I was coming to get my replacement meal and order food. My order was completely messed up, and when I tried to resolve the issue by speaking with the manager, the situation only got worse. The manager was on the phone and kept interrupting me, repeatedly emphasizing that they had processed the refund. However, the refund wasn't the main issue for me—it was about getting the correct food. Despite my attempts to explain that I just wanted my order fixed, the manager's dismissive attitude and lack of attention made the situation even more frustrating. To add to the confusion, the manager told me I could call back tomorrow to speak with the director. However, when I confirmed this, she said they wouldn’t be open tomorrow, giving me conflicting messages. This experience has left a bad impression, and I hope the management can address these.
This place sucks now. A bunch of incompetent employees who can’t count to 10 without a chart at this point.
I am not sure what is going on at the Southlake location but this chick fil a used to be a mainstay for us. The service has gotten 15 times slower than usual and the food does not taste the same. This location is losing our business.

I wanted a southwest salad with regular cold chicken, not spicy chicken. I picked it up to have for my lunch today. The drive through was really busy last night, so I went in. Had a manager take my order, and I requested the cold grill chicken instead of the spicy chicken. Once before, I was given a cut up breaded chicken piece so I reiterated the fact I wanted regular cut up cold chicken. She showed it to me in the bag. Told her it looked fine. Opened it up at lunch time today and what i had been given was a regular salad with shredded cheese. They had put the tortilla strips and bag of pepitos in my bag... but no southwest salad. No corn, no black beans. Looks like it was just easier for her to grab a regular salad and hoped I wouldn't notice. What a disappointment.

now i’m not usually a review person and I have never had a bad experience at any chick fil a but this one has got to be the most disappointing one I have ever been to. it’s down the street from my job so I come here on my lunch break, and I usually wait 10 minutes for my food to be brought out to my car. once I’ve gotten my bag, either something is missing from order or my food is cold and tastes old. I cannot in good faith come back. each time I do, I am reminded why I stopped going in the first place.
This place is a mess, no one talks in the driver through speaker and then chastise you when you pull around. I ordered ahead on the app, for whatever reason this location does not recognize that when you arrive. I ended up waiting 20+ minutes for 1 breakfast sandwich, a burrito, fruit cup and bottle of orange juice. Once it arrived they gave me the bottom of the fridge fruit cup that you can tell has been sitting for days and is all slimy fruit. They left out the requested condiments and made the sandwich and burrito sloppy as can be. I really don’t know how these young kids and Chick fil-a think it’s ok to breed a culture of disrespecting your customers. I won’t be going back to this location any more.

As a former Chick-fil-A kitchen manager, this is the worst Chick-fil-A breakfast I’ve experienced. Kinda obvious when the food received has been sitting 30+ minutes.
This is the second time we’ve gotten a salad that has rotten, mushy, and slimy pieces of brown lettuce in the side salad. Both times we filed for a refund and sent a complaint. We have never heard from anyone at this location. All we get is an automatic reply and that’s the end of it. All the worker had to do was look at the lettuce in the salad and know that it was not edible if you see brown blobs it’s Rotten! Easy to avoid sending a rotten salad home with a customer! We will be going to another location. Very disappointed! We also saw a manager come clean tables outside and go back to food prep and help without washing his hands. We like Chick-fil-A but we are done with this location.
This is unlike all the rest of the chik fil a restaurants. It is so slow. No one is ever outside taking your orders. The first couple of times I came here, I thought maybe they were understaffed. But now I realize they choose to be this slow.
They are so slow now. Maybe new staff but there’s no sense of urgency and kindly moving the line along. Everyone just seems to be moving at a much slow pace than they used to and orders aren’t always correct. If you can go to another location I would recommend it.
Go to all the chick fil a in the dfw. This location has the worst organized lanes for drive though. They don’t even know who has ordered or which car is next today. Extremely hard for trucks to leave the very Tiny exit. Very poor design
This is the slowest place in all of DFW. I am convinced that not a single soul that work in this place cares! In line 20 minutes for a breakfast bowl. One person working the drive thru. Close down already or hire new management.
Not your typical Chick Fil A! I have always had a good experience with Chick fil A; but the was by far my worst. You really need customer service teams ready to serve their customers. I stood there waiting to order and there was no one else in line , just me. I was about to leave when someone said oh has anyone taken your order? Do they not teach workers to smile or offer assistance with anything? Well I guess people in Texas may not do that.
Night employees on 3-29-25 were more into gossiping than turning around to greet me. The girl Latina even turned around then continue her gossip. I expect this for other establishments but not Chick-fil-a. Even made eye contact with the female dishwasher she was talking to but I guess they were busy talking about birds.
Dirtiest chick-fil-a I’ve ever been inside. There was one other person sitting inside and there was still trash all over the floors and the tables were not wiped down. The staff were very nice but did manage to forget 1 of the 2 sandwiches we ordered.
I ordered at this location and received no straw so I took the lid off my lemonade only to see this.Everything happens for a reason but why is there a maggot in my drink ,wanted to ask for something else to drink but based off the situation either a health code violation is happening or someone thinks it's funny to drop maggots in people's drinks. I don't think I will be bringing Chick Fil A any business anymore.(not even for the office)
After getting home, my order was totally wrong. I called the store and left a message with the manager. They never followed up with me or attempted to correct my order. I was short many items. They were pretty in a rush to get my order out. Many items were missing. I feel I overpaid and I called to get it resolved but No response. I feel if you’ve spent your money you should get what you paid for and not be shorted with the management not even responding to my message and I left two. Another one a day after still no response Guess Chick-fil-A is not up to the standards that I used to be. Sad to hear. Used to be my favorite place

This is the first Chick Fil A that I’ve been to where I’ve seen a leader actually be rude, ever, especially to the staff. Working front of the store behind the counter yelling at the employee's, extremely unpleasant & honestly startling if you’re just entering like me. Her name starts with a L. & yes the wait time was long for my uber pick up so I understand the frustration but all chick fil a’s are busy & but rude, never.
Extremely poor service when they did not fulfill 10 orders of fries fries in my Doordash order for an office lunch. In first communication with them, they said the order for 10 L Fries never came through on their side, I then took a picture of their own receipt attached to my bag and then they informed that because the order came through Doordash that they would do nothing to resolve the mistake. I called the store and spoke to a manager and without any apology he reiterated that even though they missed the items they would do nothing to resolve it, and hung up on me.
In short, the order taker in the drive through made it pretty clear that it was not her pleasure to take my order and ultimately got my order wrong. I was not shocked. I don’t frequent this Chick-Fil-A location often, however there has been times where it is the most convenient location. I can confidently say that I have never had a great experience here unlike my typical experiences at any other locations. Today’s experience frustrated me enough to make this review. If it was just the mistake in the order then I would move on because that kind of stuff just happens sometimes. The reason it escalated to this review is the fact the order mistake was coupled with the employees attitude while taking the order. The mistake almost felt intentional. I will continue to visit Chick-Fil-A…just never this location again.
These workers couldn’t make an order correctly if their life depended on it. This is not me just coming once, but on multiple occasions & honestly im done. I’d rather travel 20 miles at a location that’s gonna get my order correct rather than spend money here again. It’s either wrong, im missing something or the food is cold. & management? Whew Lord, let me just say it’s clear they hire everybody. Not to mention when you order a salad they give you sandwich ranch sauce instead of salad dressing. How dumb are yall?
The worst place I have ever been. The management here is so horrible to the employees that it uncomfortable to see, I’ve seen them talking about giving employees points right in front of me and a manager yell and even cuss at a young girl. They keep the employees outside for so long that they are sweating horribly it truly makes the experience bad. And you can clearly see that the workers don’t like it there based on their attitude, it’s sad to see. The food is a whole different story, it take so long for it to come out and by the time I get my food it’s cold.

Update 05/10/2025 Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Southlake Chick-fil-A. I placed a mobile order through the Chick-fil-A app for a Spicy Southwest Salad with extra grilled filet—which I paid for—only to get home and realize the filet was completely missing. When I tried to report the issue through the app, I discovered there’s NO way to submit a claim. No support ticket, no refund option—just a note telling you to call the store. What kind of major company operates an app without a basic complaint system? I called the Southlake location FIVE TIMES. Not a single person answered. So I had no choice but to drive all the way back. And guess what? Even though the order is in their system, they refused to do anything unless I showed them the physical receipt. Ridiculous. It’s 2025. Everything is digital! To make things worse, instead of an apology or refund, they just tossed me the missing grilled chicken like they were doing me a favor. This place is clearly run by people who don’t check orders and don’t care about fixing their mistakes. If you order here, double-check everything before leaving. You can’t trust them to get it right—or make it right. ————— I just picked up my salad through curbside, and when I got home, I realized there’s no dressing. How am I supposed to eat a salad without dressing? This is really disappointing.
If I could it would be a zero 0 I had to wait 15 after I said make my food fresh told them no salt on fries the lady Sophia argue with me I said that they didn't this is the second time that they did this hey corporate this is unacceptable is this how you guys treat your customers Hey Mr T.J Saint Romain is this how your employee supposed to treat customers is this acceptable You are the owner of this company
Already came here twice to pick up my replacement order of the sausage bowl because I was given the exact same amount of sausage. 3 pieces of sausage is normal (as told by a manager) in every bowl which is insane. Have never been greeted by management or team members ever since I started going there. No smiles from the employees either. Never have had issues like this at other locations and I did NOT appreciate the attitude the manager gave to me when she was speaking to me over the phone and will not be coming back.
Three times now I have gotten almost no chicken in my chicken sandwich. This is the only location this has happened and I won’t be returning. I left a message for management and never heard back. They cut corners and cheat people. My last sandwich had a small triangular piece of chicken. I was biting into bread and lettuce and tomato, no chicken. I love Chick’fil’A but I won’t be going to the southlake location again.
