We went for lunch. It was steady but not busy. You order off a laminated menu which is convenient and easier. I got the steak fingers and fries. I plan to try the burgers soon. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program, my lunch companion scored a free burger. Traffic was not as bad as I expected. Make sure you check them out!

Went as a party of 3 all drinking beer and had the chili con queso cost us less than $40. Everyone was very friendly.

I found this place on a quick Google search based on my location visiting Scott & White. This place is a little larger than I imagined, as I apparently entered the back door (faces street) through a fun-looking deck. I was greeted quickly and the staff was very friendly and Vanessa provided suggestions, which is always much appreciated. They have a sizable bar in the middle of the restaurant with a solid collection of offerings I went with the Mushroom Swiss burger and cajun fries (multiple seasoning are available). My order came out super fast. The bun is a beautifully soft Brioche and the moisture from the mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and well-cooked meat was perfect. The portion size of this burger is just right for my normal appetite and I didn’t feel guilty finishing it. The fries are a nice medium cook (not all crunch and some had some softness) and the cajun seasoning has a welcome, authentic kick; not just an afterthought. I don’t normally eat all of a fry portion that large but as I sat there killing a few minutes reading news on my phone, I noticed I kept grabbing another one! I don’t need that many but, oh well.

Great burgers with brioche buns, good onion rings, excellent crunchy unbattered wings💛!!!, and always great service. Their air exhaust is terrible or inop, the three times we’ve been there; because you will smell like fried food when you leave. The good burgers and wings offset the smell 🤷🏻‍♂️

Built my own burger with double meat, American cheese and queso and every bite is delicious. We also ordered the patty melt and added bacon but it lacked something in flavor. I highly recommend adding queso to anything and everything here as it is amazing. I preferred this place when they had the laminate menus and no servers but the food tasted the same as I remember and I’ll be back for my burger

I've always loved the burgers here and the fact that you could build your own. I hadn't been here in a while, since before the pandemic, and learned things are done differently now. They now have you seated and a server comes and takes your order at the table. The menu is digital, so you can the QR code at the table to scan. New on the menu, for me at least, were the brisket nachos so I had to try. They were pretty good. Large portion, brisket was tasty! We ordered the nachos, a burger, fries, and 2 drinks and paid $30 total, it was all delicious, and I had lots of leftovers. 🤩👍

Been coming here for years and always loved it but tonight was a let down. Server was mediocre at best, not rude at all but just stood there asking what we wanted. We were not told of any drink specials (would have saved us a few bucks) $3.50 for a cup of salsa when one of the entrees already came with it (she didn’t bother to tell us) making chips queso and salsa $10.50! After tip $80 for 3 people and two of us shared a meal. 3 over priced beers total and no other appetizers outside of the chips and queso with the $3.50 salsa. Place was almost empty but the game request we had was only put on one small TV that was the most inconvenient one to see, but luckily we were able to see a rerun of the Seahawks and 49’s game from last year and Olympic speed skating. Server then brought check and didn’t even ask if we wanted another (overpriced) drink or anything just said “here’s your check” and walked off. Hope they get back to their old ways and get some good servers and quit with the nickel and dime treatment. Never seen the place empty like it was tonight but imagine that may be common if this is how the place is now.

I visit here once a month the food is OK. I don't care for the burgers, but the Chicken Sandwich and the BLT are rockin'. They took the best thing off the menu, cheddar-bacon-jalapeno fries. They do serve tater tots but hey there's not really anything that makes this a GO-TO place on my burger joint list. As for To-Go orders I normally get hung up on at least once before they actually answer and reluctantly take my order. The staff straight up hates phone in orders. For that and middle of the road burgers I give 3 stars. My favorite is the BLT and Onion rings. Just hope you dont get the soggy rings. But when they are hot and fresh, they are so good. 12/6/18 Today I Ordered Chili Cheese Fries and Kalifornie Chicken Sandwich at 11:50am, Picked up my order at 12:00pm. I was back to work in 6 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh. Excellent service today. However I'm not sure about the Chili Cheese fries for $4.10 they look like they were splashed with watery ground beef broth and some kind of watered down cheese sauce. It's not actual chili or real cheese. I have to remove another star and just stick to the burgers and sandwiches. Bring back the old Loaded fries with bacon and jalapenos!

The manager here is very disrespectful and does not have proper table. Manners is very disrespectful and she needs to be reevaluated for her job position. I’m asking whoever each year not to come back here. They are very rude and disrespectful. she is a white old lady with gray hair very disrespectful
