Every so often I have to have original recipe Kentucky fried Chicken dark meat four pieces and their coleslaw and one biscuit great dinner last night

I've always liked this KFC. They are always professional and courteous. Not to mention the food is good. I ordered the two piece chicken with a side of mashed potatoes, cole slaw and a mini lemon cake. I didn't get the servers names but they worked Tuesday night May 9th between 8-9:00pm. Great first experience getting takeout from this KFC location! I parked and walked in to order from the counter. I was in and out super fast, maybe only three minutes. That was the fastest fast food service that I can remember. My whole life KFC has been comfort food. It was the only chain restaurant in the tiny town that I grew up in. Every church potluck had multiple buckets of KFC chicken. I can still remember the excitement of pouncing on that aromatic and juicy fried chicken right away so I wouldn't have to eat any weird casseroles. You can't argue with childhood nostalgia. Even with the abundance of amazing chicken restaurants here in the big city I still crave the occasional chicken pot pie from KFC.

Visited the drive thru line. Very efficient and quick ordering process. Not too crowded. Took less than 10 minutes from getting in line to leaving with a bucket of chicken. Noted there was no way to add tips when paying with credit card. Will need to have some cash handy next time for tipping.

It's KFC ... Fast casual food (FRIED CHICKEN) ... standard menu. KFC has a defined taste (uniquely its own) ... Definitely enjoy the cole slaw! It has a one of a kind taste😋

This was an interesting experience. It seems that KFC's higher prices have caused an altered state of awareness. The cheapest item on the menu is the $1.49... the "Chicken Little"(chicken sandwich only). Then there's the traditional 8 piece- family bucket for $20. The two and three piece 'boxes' (dinner) remain on the menu but the 5pc box no longer exits! I had the holiday "Monday Special" 2pc for $2.49(twice) . So I got a lot of value for $6.00 bucks! I left the restaurant w/stomach on full, like I was the Colonel and ..., as the cusomer service quote goes, " I enjoyed the rest of my day"

This KFC is part of the chain store serving globally. Their service has little hick ups but this place offers the same KFC 'all breaded no chicken' as expected of other KFCS food. It's the type of processed chicken kids like to eat.

Went here because popeyes was too packed , chicken sandwich is OK, they need some sort of special sauce , I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and tenders, they didn't offer or give me any sauces so the meal was just alright

The chicken was greasy as usual. Their coating is very tasty. Now if I could just buy it when it is fresh. Popeyes has better quality control on their chicken, but the coating is not as tasty. The sides we had (cole slaw and corn) were very good. Seems like most KFC locations are old and a bit rundown with no public bathroom.

A bit unorganized. I understand they have new Covid protocols, but turning off the soda machine and unwilling to fill my cup behind the counter and taking their sweet time to turn the one in the dining room was really annoying.

The service is very slow at this location. I also had to give them my order three times! Other than that...my meal was really good.

I got there very late 9:45 PM. No wings available so I took an eight piece. The chicken taste like it was cooked HOURS earlier. Not what I expected when I got back to my hotel room.

We only come here for quick running errands food for the wife and baby but there's always something that goes wrong here. The employees are always missing some type of customer service element, Everytime,it's weird. It happens so much, we've almost stopped coming here. We bought the $5 box for the baby and added a side of wedges. We get our order and as USUAL something is wrong. We tell the lady,you forgot our mashed potatoes that come with the order and she says,but you have wedges. So I said but didn't we pay extra for that wedges,per the receipt? And she says yes,then ask,so do you still want the mashed potatoes? What!? Yes,give me what I payed for,was that a real question,do I want what I ordered!?!? I think this will be the last time I come to this KFC. So many options around here to always go through some weird interaction with these weird stand offish employees. It's kind of nerve racking to eat food prepared by strange people.

Went through the drive through for chicken tenders and fries. The fries were ok but the tenders were overcooked and the cooking oil needed to be replaced (you can taste the old oil). The drive thru worker also had a bit of tough accent to understand and she misheard orders a lot. I ended up being charged for 6 tenders even though I asked for 4.

Tried that place three times because anybody can have a bad day. Wrong order every time. Lady working there can't understand the order. She is curt. No idea what was in the two drinks I bought - had to toss out both.

I am a delivery person and I went to the window for my order and the first woman told me to go to the window to pick up the order. The service at this KFC at 820 N. Lake Avenue in Pasadena,CA. Was horrible. After they refused to honor my coupon the Supervisor on duty refused to give me her name the name of the cashier who refused my coupon and refused to give me the number to the corporate office. I went to the KFC on E. Colorado Blvd and received excellent service and got the corporate office number from them.

First off the place I went to was dead , I understand how fast food works and not always getting fresh food . But the chicken I received was terrible and had to be tossed . First off the chicken was cooked in fryer oil that was old , the chicken itself was grey . My order was done through the mobile app , and my Mac was swapped for corn . I went back to switch it and the lady working there gave a dirty look like I switched a Mac for a large corn ! She then walks away and tosses the Mac with a stink expression, while her coworker apologizes for the mistake . But beyond disappointed on how are dinner at KFC went , and I know for a fact KFC will do nothing to make it up to us .

Ordered through drive thru. The totally messed up my order. I ordered a 4 piece tender combo and I got a leg and thigh. I called and asked for the manager and she was completely rude and unprofessional. I asked her name, which to me a normal part of the process. She refused to give me her name. Eventually she told me but I don’t believe it was correct. So disappointed.

For the drive thru.. once again, the woman on the microphone 10/24 @3:15 pm kept saying ONCE AGAIN, ONCE AGAIN. as if she was talking to her kids or nephews over and over, so we decided to take our large order to Popeyes and all we wanted to know if spice came in a bucket of chicken. She has no business in dealing with customers, and it's our belief that the only customer service she should be providing is to the trash and cleaning tables. Oh, and cleaning the parking lot as well. If she was having a bad day, she should leave her cares and concerns at the door, people can't be all that difficult to find and looking at an average of the reviews, this location is wrecked with customer and food service. I have been coming to this location when pup n taco was across the street across from McDonalds. Being a former kitchen Manager it's just appealing we customers have to spend and getting 50% of the service that others are being paid to give.

I went to KFC today after a long time, hoping to enjoy some crispy chicken. However, my dinner experience turned out to be disappointing. They served me a very old chicken burger that was ready within minutes of placing the order. The patty was chewy and tasteless. When I complained and asked for a freshly made burger, they took 15 minutes to prepare it. The taste of the fresh burger was much better, closer to what I expected from Burger King. Upon closer inspection (see it in the picture), I noticed that the burger appeared to have been fried multiple times to keep it hot, resulting in it becoming dark and not worth the money. The same disappointment was experienced with the other items I ordered; everything was excessively oily and tasted strange. I doubt I will be going to any KFC here again.

This is old chicken that I was given at store C004007 820 N Lake Ave. The chicken was cold and visibly old. They gave me old chicken. I went back and asked for fresh chicken. She gave attitude saying it’s just going to be the same and it’s not old. I asked for my money back and she said she can’t because I had eaten the biscuit already. The. offered store credit. I would rot in hell before eating anything at that store. I’ve never had a bad experience at KFC and have been going here quite often for YEARS. This store gives the most subpar service and quality of food. Then the lady in the picture was on the phone on a personal call in the kitchen while I was at the register waiting. I got so frustrated with them and just left everything there and left since I had an appointment to go to and thought it to be quite absurd to contend with a butch built, fat back, gobble neck, chicken worker about food I paid My Money for. She’s miserable and wants others miserable with her. They need better happier workers or that store will not last with that type of service and quality of food. -10/10 — do not recommend.

wow I thought I was the only one who had been hit with getting the order wrong , ,,so 30 min ago I stoped at this location , I have been a customer for a long time so I ordered the special but I asked if instead of 2 mash potato gravy they could just switch one to coleslaw, they said no we cant do that, the special says 2 mashed potato, and I did mention that I am a long time customer , they said sorry we can't do it and said if you want you can purchase yet another side of slaw extra, well why do I need all that side? I asked , so I said its ok ill just get the 2 mashed potato and gravy, the hell with it!! so when I got to the window to pay I said my god you guys are really tough! so I got my order and paid and left so I pulled into another parking lot down the street to have a bit since I was really hungry and I just didn't want to wait till I get home! as soon as I opened the box I noticed that one buttermilk biscuit is missing there was suppose to be 2 !!! so normally had they done that favor for me and switched the one mash potato for a coleslaw It wouldn't have mattered for me, but since they were so hard nose about switching that one side I returned back and said to the lady at the window, "you know I asked you for a favor to switch one of the mash potato for a coleslaw and you guys refused" , but now here is the recipe and the food look at it you guys messed up my order and made me come back, so she looked at the order and saw they meed up my order so she put one more biscuit in the box and tried to hand me back the food and said sorry!!!! seriously??, no , no I said , I want a refund now . I told the lady! you were not flexible even for your long time customer , what make you think I would be ??? so I got my refund and I know that they surly throw out the food, after I left bcz they cant serve it again! against the law! , so they rather throw out the food than just switch one side for another ( pretty smart!! LOL),,,, some people are not cut out to be running a business "period". I just went across the street to chick filet and it was really good I had never had chick fillet it was my first time, they just made a new customer,.,..I dont think I'll be going back to this KFC any longer!

I got charged four times on my card for an order. The man with a British accent who handled me (6:20pm) didn't know how to react appropriately or even knew what to do. He insisted I swipe my card 4 times. It's not likely that it's a scam, but it's incredibly worrying and I highly recommend people to stay away from this location. It says it declined my card three times, but I got charged 4 times. This place is extremely sketchy. Never swiping any of my cards here again. Either the computer system needs to be fixed or it's a scam. Neither are good.

Came in to pick up the order that I put online. Waited 10 minutes. The food not ready. Ask when the food ready and the cashier respond when is ready will be in the pick up shelves. . It took 20 minutes to get the food where I order online. And the cashier very rude. Will not come back to this location. Horrible services.
