Didn't know this restaurant existed, it's more like 15 restaurants in one. I think they just have to work on their marketing and advertising because I had walked by at least 20 times before realizing it was a restaurant. I tried their birria, their salads and they even have cookies.

Enjoyed my crispy Chicken dinner. Excellent food. The only thing I would replace is the yogurt garlic spread. I would prefer the Garlic spread and maybe some pita bread or something similar. Great otherwise!

It was my first time coming and I loved it! The lady helping out front was so helpful and friendly. The entire process was easy and convenient and the food at Palmita was delicious and exactly what I was looking for. I’m already planning on going back this weekend.

I can only vouch for their restaurant on the website, Abuelita's. Their burritos are soo good. Chicken burritos and the CA breakfast burrito... so big I had half for breakfast and the other half for lunch. Coworkers get the birria tacos and devour them. Crave them for days. We tried another restaurant that is on the website and were disappointed as it didn't compare to Abuelita's food. Def will keep ordering from them. Allied process is easy and simple. Food is ready in 10-15 minutes. Can order all kinds of things at once. Cool concept.

This was my very 1st experience with what you call a ghost kitchen (where 15-20 restaurants share a building to do only pickup and delivery orders and we as customers cannot see their kitchen areas). My husband had a chance to try Moonbowls on his SF business trip and he really wanted me to try it. When we arrived at the location in Pasadena, CA, we were very confused at first, not being able to locate a restaurant called Moonbowls. After circling the area, we realized Moonbowls was one of the co-ops of Allied Food To Go. So while I waited in the car, my husband went to order. The ordering was simple, and we liked the fact that if you wanted to, you could try all different restaurants’ menu items (in one sitting vs literally going to different locations) by ordering from Allied Food To Go kiosk (or online). Shortly after our food was ready, we received a text informing us how to pick up our order. The pickup process was quick and very unique in sense that you use your iPhone/smart phone to unlock a food locker! There was a minor mixup with one of our menu items, but when we contacted Moonbowls, they were very understanding and took care of our issue right away. The Allied Food To Go’s Pasadena store front is not the most inviting. At first, when we couldn’t find Moonbowls and were driving around, I thought the building was a laundromat. It has an old-building vibe, so hopefully, they can spruce it up or do a store front remodel in the near future. But since it’s near Cal Tech and Pasadena Comm College, I’m sure hungry students will overlook this and more so if they ordered through Uber Eats/Doordash/Postmates since the customers will never see the actual building. :). Also, parking is limited like most places in Pasadena (only street parking). The Rite Aid parking lot is right next to Allied Food To Go, but there are signs saying it’s for Rite Aid customers only. So when picking up your order, park at your risk if you use the Rite Air parking lot. Overall, it was a very fun & unique experience! We will be back to try more food items!

I had never been to a place like Allied Foods, but was pleasantly surprised. We were staying down the street at the Pasadena hotel, and my wife wanted teriyaki. Fats teriyaki was delicious, but there were so many restaurants to choose from and they all looked great. The employee working the front was nice and helpful too.

I ordered from Smashburger. My food was so delicious. I had the double patty burger with fries. I was happy to see that the restaurant also had Birria tacos. I ordered it ala carte just to try and I wish I got a full order. Please note the wait time is very long. I was quoted 5:22-5:32 pm but I didn’t get my food til closer to 5:50pm. I waited there for over 20 min but the person helping said the burgers are made fresh to order so it may take longer. Overall, I’m super impressed with the restaurant.

Ordered bonappletea from this cloud kitchen. Ran out of the drink so they just gave me a random one. The portions are small and the meals side is bland raw cabbage.

Suppose to make getting food quicker but all the kitchens are slow and the counter help is inattentive. Orders wait at kitchen doors way too long.

Terrible service. We didn’t get half our items after waiting over an hour after the pickup time. Not even offered a refund until we demanded one for missing food.

Don’t be fooled by their offer of “20% off next purchase for writing a review”. They will not honor it when you go back. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

Ordered food through uber eats and decided to pickup. The place is clean BUT there is no one communicating with you whatsoever. Everything is contactless and confusing. You walk in and no one greets you or helps you with your order.

I give a low rating to one of the employees who puts orders in boxes, I don’t know his name, but he’s bald, thin, with glasses. Very impudent and does not answer questions in a friendly manner.

This place is a total scam!!!! Do not come here. They are a ghost kitchen group. I ordered at one of the restaurants here on DoorDash for pickup. When I drove all the way there to get my order, I was told they didn’t have it, under the pretense that someone else had taken the order first. I was treated like the one who was a criminal. The staff was incredibly rude and refused to give me a refund or even let me reorder. Save yourself the misery and avoid this place!!!

So I'm out this way working and we went past our minimum. So we had to take our lunch. I literally only came to this facility because it said it was one of the only places open. I get here and I'm trying to order food and it wouldn't let me. The guy at the front desk has no idea why. so I wait 15 minutes for him to figure it out that the kitchen put a pause on the ordering. If the kitchen put a pause on the ordering, then why did the app say that this place was open till 1 AM which apparently is not the case. if the kitchen was closed? why didn't they give the person in the front the courtesy to let them know what was up. I'm pissed and hungry. definitely won't ever be back.

DoorDash and, UberEats are allowing drivers use bots. Every time I come to pickup a order I see 40 plus drivers there, with two phones in each hand, that’s why Pasadena gig work is nonexistent because people are out here using bots and scamming the system. This food pickup should be reporting these drivers but they don’t.

I ordered 2 chicken Gyro Sandwiches. First of all this is not even a gyro sandwich. They used the worst part of meat to make this so called sandwich. Never order from there again. I will try the other places.

We ordered two curry dishes from Koruba. They were essentially two soupy puddles of curry with a dollop of rice. Nothing else. One of them was a chicken curry, but the chicken was minced in the tiny pieces. The other was supposed to have an assortment of vegetables. We ended up adding our own mushrooms, zucchini, onions and tomatoes to both. Even that didn't help much. Certainly not worth $41 for two poor dishes. We tried calling to tell them that they've missed some of our order, but no one answered the phone. Very disappointed. I recommend that you avoid.
