Always quote shorter than the time we are expected to wait even if you order ahead. And you'll get burnt food too. Terrible service and always trying to skimp what I paid for. Ridiculous

I started ordering pizza from this location because the pepperoni pizza was way better made than other locations closer to my home but today the pizza I wanted to try that was made was horrible I couldn't even get myself to finish it, so disappointed, my kids didn't even want to try cause it looked gross to them, husband didn't check before bringing it home, I would've definitely made them do it again if I picked it up. It was supposed to be the pretzel crust pizza, I know it's not supposed to look exactly like the commercials but pizza was horribly made, still gave it 2 stars because like I mentioned regular pepperoni pizza is okay 👍🏻

I've ordered from this location before and it seems to have gone downhill some. Perhaps I noticed more because of how long it took my order to come out... The store is not very clean. There's clumps of dust on all of the surfaces higher than about 5 or 6 feet up. It looks like, basically, the checkout counter gets wiped down, and the floor swept or mopped, and that's about it. Retail establishments blaring loud music is a pet peeve of mine, and when I went in the music was pretty loud. My order, which I placed online, showed 'in the oven' for over a half hour. Based on the pizza I got, I would say it was in the oven not quite as long as it should have been, than sat on the counter for 20+ minutes waiting to be boxed and put into the pickup kiosk. Maybe it was an off day for order fulfillment, but the restaurant needs an actual cleaning. I feel like actually eating the food there was a risk. I doubt I'll be back to this location.

Ordered a specialty pizza… and I got the most disgusting pizza you can imagine. O yea and they took almost one hour to give me a cold pizza.

Save your time an money, I ordeed online an still had to wait like 40 min. It was two speciality pizza, one pepperoni an jalapeño that looked like they dumped the whole jar of jalapeño an the pizza an was sloppy. Never will I go back.

Said order was going to be ready at 6:49 waited 2 hours after that time and still didn’t receive my pizza this is not the first time this has happened, its getting ridiculous especially when your on a break from lunch and trying to feed your kids , this will be my last time at this location’s

Whoever worked there today at night time needs to be fired because they have no brain cells on the receipt show 2L cokes, but kept denying it Never got the 2L Cokes In never got a refund, but on the receipt shows 2L cokes but this show they Lazy people if Y’all people want to buy from Just know they will always mess up on a order

Pizza had black folk hair in it. Im not sure if it was chin or neck hair, but it was disgusting. The hair was between the cheese and sauce. They were not wearing hair nets either. Bad practice. Never again.

My wife and I placed an order and it wasn't delivered after two hours. They do not value their customers who order through door dash. We were blown off for no reason. Had to file a refund through door dash.

The service has substantially subsided! There is either a major problem with management or supervision! On 10/01/2025, I ordered a simple classic pepperoni pizza. The track my order on the app was never updated. Then arriving at the location. There was a congested line. And several upset customers. With staff that could not give exact times. For when pizza orders would be ready. And this is not the first time that this has happened. Corporate needs to address this issue! Wait time was 45 minutes!

Went to buy some pizza and I was told I couldn't pay cash when I was paying with a 20 bill. They told me they only take people who have cards no cash due to the store not having cash

What kind of supreme is this??!! I swear these employees at this location have gotten worse. Zero stars if i could. Half a. S. S. Supreme. Should of just left it with pepperoni 😑 lazy lazy lazy people here.
