I don’t do names well… there is a worker here with the Blue highlights. She is the best always great to me and always makes sure everything is perfect so I can maintain my sanity when bringing snacks back to the car for my kids. I have never had any issues with any of the workers here but she needed the biggest shoutout because out of the many times I’ve been there she’s never let me down. Love her!

I came here as my usual stores juicer was broke and I really wanted ginger cayenne shots Im so glad I did because they made the best shots ive ever had .It was made with love .Excellent service and very friendly .Worth going a little farther to this location .

We have been coming to this jamba for a couple of years now. Since Emily left, we’ve been really impressed by Katelyn. She’s definitely been the most consistent with orders and her customer service. So Katelyn thank you for the excellent service and keep it up. She’s definitely one of those hard to find employees.

This is the best Jamba juice store in El cajon area. I have ordered from Parkway Plaza and santee,this one stand out. I always ordered through Doordash, The staff will write a Thank you note on the package and even wishing me Good night. And also you'll get what you paid for. Thank you guys for all you do.

Sometimes it’s an odd vibe. Prices went up by 25%, yet at least in 50 orders they never messed it up. Good customer service

I visit on an almost daily basis and can tell you that the smoothies are always delicious, made from fresh ingredients, and prepared quickly to accommodate your busy schedule. This location is consistently clean and the staff are always friendly and have been extremely accommodating of requests and customizations. Every aspect of this Jamba Juice is fantastic & I definitely recommend it. PS - use the app and rack up!

Yes 5 stars. yes I am a regular and spend way to much time and money there, but when your good your good. The staff is always friendly and smiling, they listen to my goofy stories and treat anyone I have seen in there great. Its always clean and fast.considering the areas transients hanging around there and Starbucks the bathroom is always poop worthy (is that a rating criteria?) I am usually there in the evenings after the gym so I rarely see a crowd 7 pm on. Few times there is its still fast..decent parking, plus 2 spaces for motorcycles.

There were a couple people infront of me so it took a few minutes to get my order. The kids working there were nice friendly and knowledgeable. I'll continue to go back.

Most people who call in an order for pickup are in their car driving so they are Encouraging people to break the law by using their phone while they’re driving so they can place an order on an app rather than simply picking up their phone. Every time I go in there there’s rarely a wait. So there’s no reason why you can’t pick up your phone and take an order. It also keeps teenage drivers safe

Feels dirty and looks dirty, service okay, drinks empty, find another place to get juice cheated

I’m a Jamba lover but this location is really not convenient if I can pay the full price of a smoothie or whatever so I should deserve a full cup too, instead they simply say it’s a wider cup🙄This is always happening only at this location will never go back to them.

Went to order orange juice , girl at the register said they’re cleaning the juice machine and it was take 20 min if I want to wait, cleaning machine 40 min before closing , your literally telling customer that you close at 7 not 8 , that should be clean after closing not while operating,, super bad customer service from a kid that works there , manager should look after this if they really care for this business and make money

Cashier took 2 people in front of me. I got there first and asked a group if they were ready to order, they weren't, then asked an other guy who got there after me. And after i clearly put myself ahead of the group they still got them first. I don't like making trouble but this really rubbed me the wrong way.

I would give a better rate to this place, but I got a juice that had excessive ginger and caused a tremendous burn in my mouth. The doctor recommended to refrain from spices or acid meals until it heals. Employees got to be careful with the proper portions of ingredients in the citric juices.

Although the smoothie was great the young lady fixing the smoothie was very unprofessional. This was my first time going to a Jamba Juice establishment. The other issue that I had was that I drove my wife's car and thought that I had left my keys for my own car at Jamba Juice, so I called back and the phone rang, and when it was answered, there was silence on the other end, even though I kept saying , "Hello." I've called several times and I get the same response. Very disappointed
