Man el pollo loco outdid their self man not only is food affordable but man the tostada bowel "amazing" would recomend them to anyone two thumbs up

This was my first time here, I got the chicken avocado gordita lunchbox and it was VERY good. The gordita itself was filling and the churro was surprisingly better than any I'd previously had at a restaurant.

The customer service here was great. The food is always delicious. The inside was nice and clean. The gentleman cleaning was amazing.

My family & I love this place. My 17yr grandson works at one up in Sacramento he enjoys his job as well. Holiday tamales are delicious

I ate in this place 2 or 3 times I think. And the chicken is very delicious. It was something different for me. I sure hope to visit soon and try those new salads.

A favorite place for tasty Mexican food. Do yourself a favor and try this place. I will be back with my friends. Prices were appropriate. Not close to my job, I wish it was.

The chicken is expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way. We like to get Pollo Loco to go. We finish it all every time.

I am on a diet and the chicken tortilla soup at 240 calories for a small serving cannot be beat in taste or in filling you up. I have several servings per week as my only dinner item. I find it fulfilling and a near perfect meal with all if the above considerations.

Fast Very thought out menu for people who are dieting and people who are not. Prices were cheaper than McDonald's We ordered skinless chicken breast with Choice of sides and steamed veggies. Fresh salsa. They have Military discounts

Food was delicious and for $6.31 after tax it definitely was able to meet my expectations. It was warm and hot and perfect highly recommend this location for your chicken needs.

If you go at 11:00am, the chicken is fresh off the grill. Slash is fresh and the area is kept clean. Always get the coupon card, you save more if you go often.

Great service. Got my order correct. I had to try the chicken tamales and they're pretty good for a franchise. Workers all had their masks on. The drive through line was long but I didn't wait more than ten minutes.

We have eaten at Pollo Loco for many years, from Los Angeles to San Diego. At present we are in Yuma Arizona. Unfortunately at this time there's no Pollo Loco here. Sooooh, we take a quick little road trip to El Centro when the cravings hit. I Highly Recommend this Place 🙂

The food here is the best fast food in the area. The salads are the best...better than Wendy's and they are really good. Also the lemonade is great! Eat here once, and you will be back. Now I'm hungry after writing this review. The employees are always friendly and helpful, the drive thru moves fast (my usual wait after ordering is 7 minutes on average) 👍👍👍 IF YOU ARE A TOURIST YOU SHOULD EAT HERE AT LEAST ONCE.

This is a clean and relatively well kept restaurant. The food is the same as they've always made it, but sadly the chicken has shrunk slightly and always seems to be slightly to dry. The prices are still a bit too high, for what it is. The last time I was here, I went through the drive through, there was a smell like an old dishrag. This was odd as it normally smells fine inside and out.

Delicious food, however it felt hot inside the restaurant and the bathroom didnt have disposable sheets for the baby diaper change station.

They have great coupons in the mail. The restaurant looks clean and tidy. And the new chicken tostada is amazing!

Lovw their food, they just need to work on their speed of service. Sometimes they have you waiting on the speaker too long before taking your order

The place needs to be cleaned more often, ive been there twice and I've seen most of the restaurant clean but seen buckets of water with cleaning cloths left behind on the floor or at the soda fountain. Most tables are clean. Service is ok.

We drove an hour just to go here. I thought it was ridiculous to drive that far from Yuma for fast food. I was wrong. We all had the double chicken salad in a tortilla bowl and some chicken tortilla soup. The Double Tostada Chicken Salad with creamy cilantro dressing was fantastic. Lots of chicken and great quality lettuce and veggies and avocado slices. The tostada bowl was nice and crispy. The Chicken Tortilla Soup w/ tortilla strips (large) was so packed with veggies and lots of big chunks of chicken was excellent. I found out the chicken is never frozen. I saw 50+ chickens on the giant grill right in view behind the counter. It made me look around to make sure this was a fast food joint. It was. But in this rare case it didn't matter. This was great quality food cooked and prepared to perfection. I'm hooked! The counter person was very friendly and funny. The price was kinda high but that's the case everywhere these days but considering no tip is involved it makes for a great deal. El Centro is an hour West of Yuma Arizona where we are staying. I wish there was an El Pollo Loco in Yuma. 2 stars on ambiance is because well.... It's a fast food joint so fixed tables in the usual McDonald's kind of vibe is what you get. It didn't matter, I was too busy dabbing tasty soup from the corners of my mouth to worry about it.

El Pollo Loco was surprisingly very good . I am usually reluctant to go there but I was out voted. It turned to be really good. I made chicken tacos with the grilled corn. It was a hit at home!!

Usually good but my recent visit was not great. Great choice for fast food that won't wreck your stomach. Also a good choice to eat healthy.

Fast service, a little expensive for fast food $25 for two people. It was very tasty. I might add that the chicken tortilla soup pack of cheese/cilantro/tortilla strips keeps getting smaller!

I am so thankful they opened this El Pollo on our side of town. The good is always good and hot. I love the chicken 3 piece meal of course, but I also love the Chipotle Chicken Quesdillas. They are so good anf hot and you get 3 large pieces. Hnmmm tasty almost close to home cooking when you are on the go . Teresa

The food is great as always we love pollo loco but I swear everytime we stay and dine in the dining room room looks so gross there is food everywhere on the floor under the tables trashes full I know they are always busy but tables need to be cleaned and floor swept more often it would make the experience wayyyyy better

Great food and service. The large sign out on highway has been out for at least two & 1/2 years.!!! Now that it's dark at 6PM it would be nice to see it. It looks like it's closed. Very few lights on outside. Your worker work hard.!

The avocado chicken burritos did not have avocado. Seems like different staff maybe that's why the food wasn't the greatest, since our last visit

Good fast food. We did drive thru. Ordered double chicken tostada bowl and it was good, nice and crunchy and fresh. But they charged me 43 cents for an extra cilantro dressing. Hubby had chicken burrito and he said it was good.

It was okay. I ordered a plate which consists of a chicken breast and a wing and two side orders. I chose black beans and broccoli. The broccoli was not fresh at all and should not have been served. The broccoli was stale. The ambience is good. The servers are friendly. Their is free wifi. Good selection of fountain drinks and very clean restrooms. Three out of 5 rating as food portions and food quality could be improved.

The quality has gone down, the price has gone up. The seat upholstery is torn.

I went in today, 10/16/2018. Ordered the 10-piece Grande meal for $20. Drove home to Brawley. Beans & rice were ok. But there was no meat on the legs & thighs! They must buy their chicken from the skinny farm! If I lived in El Centro I would have returned my order. I'm very disappointed.

First time visiting. Didn't like the ordering process on drive thru. Employee didn't know what I was looking at on the menu when mentioning the family meal name. Very small portions for the price.

LOVE their fresh food, delicious iced teas, and friendly customer service, BUT someone in management desperately needs to get on the ball with fixing or replacing their iced tea maker because it hasn't been working for a good TWO MONTHS. So no iced tea for us loyal tropical tea customers. Ridiculous. I have many friends who also enjoy El Pollo Loco's iced tea; they are losing business. What on earth takes 2 months to make this happen? So for now, 2 stars.

I've been to other locations and this has never been an issue before. I came in an hour and fifteen minutes early before closing at this location and the workers were cleaning up. Food portions were smaller and undercooked compared to other locations. I Informed the person in charge and she didnt seem to care she is an older lady who wanted to go home early

Didn't have any breast and wings cooked. I don't care for dark meat. Very disappointing. I was there at dinner time. Not nice. I don't go to town very often and really wanted chicken.

I normally love this place but today I ordered a 16 piece family meal and when I got home my large sides of beans were just bean juice. No beans. So upsetting. I feel ripped off. Oh well. Costs me more in gas to go back.

I’ve been to El Pollo many times before and the service has usually been good, however this time was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered 4 Chicken Avocado Burritos and 1 Chicken Avocado Burrito with no beans over the drive-in speaker. She said that there were no beans in them, to which I stated it says on the sign that it has beans. She again stated it does not. I knew this was not true because I’ve had many of these burritos over the past year, but I was done trying to tell her what it says, so I proceeded to the window. Marcella gave me my total and took my payment. She then proceeded to hand me a bag full of chicken tacos. I knocked on the window and explained that I had ordered burritos and not tacos. Instead of fixing my order she started to argue with me. “NO you said tacos.” She sounded annoyed. I then repeated what I had actually ordered. This drive thru employee continued to argue with me. I said “Girl, I have my teenagers in my vehicle who heard what I ordered and would had let me know if I said something wrong!” Marcela proceeded with an attitude. “Well I said TACOS!!” “I’m sorry, I must not have heard you repeat back “tacos”, but that doesn’t change the fact that I *ordered* burritos. I even argued with you about the beans! I am the customer!” I watched as Marcela stormed away while clearly talking about the situation to other employees. Another woman came to hand me my burritos. I thanked her and asked for the name of the employee, who was conveniently missing her name tag. I was told Marcella. Most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever had.

Went in at 9:30 and told me lobby was closed which I totally understood because they need to clean however, they told me their drive thru was open and to try there instead. We go through the drive thru and ask for a 12 pc then the lady tells us they don’t have any chicken when they literally just asked us to go through the drive thru. Also every time we go there the same lady gives us horrible service & is rude all the time.

I’ve gone a few timesand it was before 9 and their grill is off and clean. They close at 10pm! But this last time it was 8:45pm and their grill was off and clean. They said they didn’t have chicken anymore, wth? What are they gonna sell then? The staff closes the place earlier so they can leave right at 10..this needs to be addressed

Food is good but my order was missing everything. Drink fountain was literally a waterfall. Place is dirty and employees don't have any idea on what they are doing. Definitely manager was needed!

Service was good restaurant easy to access. The meal itself standard El Pollo Loco. Rating is based on the fact that there was no napkins all the dispensers were empty, Salsa trays were empty , spills all over the floor, the area where the sauces and peppers are was unclean due to spills all over the counter. No effort to keep the store clean.

I specifically asked for salsas cause I drove more then 10 miles to get food I got home there were no salsas eve though the lady told me she put some. I will never buy there again and I will post this in FB and media
