I was asked to go to lunch by some friends and they suggested this restaurant. I ordered the Mongolian Beef plate which came with fried rice and an egg roll. The portion size was quite large. You get a large quantity and good quality for the price paid. I will definitely come to this restaurant again. The other photo is the salt and pepper chicken. My friend had that dish and I sampled it. It was good as well.

Always love the food! So good, seasoned deliciously. Highly HIGHLY recommend!! Nothing ever misses! There is always someone to help you, whether it's the servers or the register ladies, even dyeung busy days. Looks very clean, bathrooms as well.

Not my cup of tea, but food was decent, staff was very nice. We came here for my grandmothers place and we filled the banquet room up, there logistics of food and split bill was smooth. The food was good, I tend to like smaller portions for better quality but Im sure the masses are the opposite, with that said most portions are for 2-3 people here and everything taste good and not one complient out of the 30+ family members.

The food here is great but every single time I call to order the person on the other end NEVER fails to be rude. Different person everytime, same bad attitude which is unfortunate because when you walk into the restaurant to pick up your order you feel welcomed. I wish that great customer service would reflect over the phone as well.

Food was great service was terrible. The waiter was standing around talking to the other waiters and not paying attention to the guests. We had to get his attention several times during our meal because he forgot several items we ordered.

Their food is good and I have no complaints about that. However, I recently dined in and realized after I had left the restaurant in a hurry that they had added a tip to my bill without telling me. To add insult to injury, I had already already left them a cash tip on the table. I called to complain and asked them to give me a refund for the amount that they had tipped themselves and they refused. I'm assuming that their costs may have gone up and they are trying to recoup somehow. If they need to raise prices , they need to raise prices, not sneakily add charges to customers' bills.

I visited from SD and asked my local friends where to go for lunch. Mexican or Chinese? They swore by this place and I wasn't impressed. Lunch: they ordered combo plates that were huge and served promptly. I ordered Salt and Pepper chicken wings (1/2 order for lunch). All is well, then a waiter told me that can't do half, they can only do full ($11.95). Sure, just do the food. My friends got their orders and I drooled with nothing. After ten minutes of trying to flag down a waiter, my food eventually showed up. Very disappointing. The wings looked like I went to a cheap grocery store and tried to imitate Chinese salt and pepper wings. Small wings, average seasoning and just not a good experience. I would be will to chalk it up to just one of those bad lunch experiences.

I was tempted to only give 2 stars but some of the food was ok. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and 3 other dishes. The sweet and sour chicken order almost filled a large ziplock bag. Nice size order...only it was rock hard. Overcooked and hard. Even tried steaming it but it didn't help and we threw it away. (Iwould have returned it but we live 35 minutes away)

I know the food here is good. Good service communication. Really SLOW service speed. Had people and families that got there after me get served before me. NOT EVEN SERVED WATER. I'll change this review until this is corrected on my next visit.

This place use to be good at one time. It's gone down hill. The egg rolls tasted like they had been fried in old oil, and were nowhere near edible. The sweet & sour chicken was soggy since they added the sauce at the restaurant before packing it to go, when at one time they would put it in a separate container. The restaurant itself looks like they haven't made an attempt to return it to its pre-covid look. It is very messy looking.

I have eaten here many times and had good service. I took my sister (from out of town) there last night and was very disappointed. Two tables who came in and ordered after us were served before us. We waited forever! By the time the waiter started bringing some of our dishes to us, they were cold. We had to flag down a waiter from another station to get drinks. He was chewing gum with his mouth open :-(. Our check was slow to come and the condiments we requested weren't provided for our take home order. Over all, it was a trying and disappointing experience. Yes - I let the manager know, all I got was a weak apology.

I would try another option. Not horrible, but not very good. Rice was a weird color and dry and overcooked. Same with BBQ pork. Not sure what was wrong with beef and broccoli but just didn’t have good flavor — I almost always like beef and broccoli. Did come at a weird time of day, 4:30 on Monday so maybe got lunch leftovers. Plus there is no table service, you order and pickup food at bar, and clean up after yourself. Staff was friendly though.

The food is decent depending on what you order. I do praise the Chicken Chow Main. The main issue is the lack of service from the Hosts and waiters/waitresses, they seem to busy talking among them self's or friends that come and stay. It seems after you get your food you become invisible to them and only come back to existence when you need to pay. I would suggest getting an order to go to avoid the horrible dine in service.

Great food! Very bad customer service! My order was supposed to be ready at 5:52 but actually received it at around 6:35 when I asked the lady at the cashier she tried to argue that I was wrong just to find out my order was ready at 5:50! I received cold food

The food was good. The service was the worst of any restaurant I've been too. They have the potential, but are wasting it. Price was good. It's a shame because the owner was there. My waiter disappeared for more than 15 minutes and I had to go find some help because the other waiter I asked for help said just a moment and never came back. He even looked at me and was talking to a coworker, and didn't come even when I jestered. I won't go back.

I order family combo #1 and orange chicken, and the fish was burnet and only 4 pieces. The orange chicken was all batter no chicken don't ever eat here. On top of everything it took 1hr to get my food

As much as I love their food they really need to work on their costumer service, I got yelled “HES NEXT NOT YOU” as I waited for my order in line under 110 degrees for 20 mins. I was disgusted by their way of talking to me and other costumers. I know times are hard cause of covid but common...

I had food delivered & it was totally nasty. Rice & chow mein had no flavor & sweet & sour chicken was raw. I received no condiments with my order after asking for it. I called the restaurant to ask what happened to the condiments & girl told me that they’re free I shouldn’t care if I received them or not. I told her I didn’t care if they were free how can we eat our Chinese food dry with no condiments. She hung up on me. I called back to talk to manager was told she was busy & 3 days later I’m still waiting on call. NO MORE FORTUNE HOUSE. NASTY FOOD NASTY SERVICE😡😡😡😡😡😡😳

When in at 7:25 they told us they will not serve us cuz they were only doing take out this time. This is the second time we've came and they turned down for food do not recommend to anybody. You would think as

I can't believe a restaurant doesn't supply you with the basics..forks,knapkins ,and hot sauce. Take out order! I requested chile-oil and they only give them if you pay $.75 common I know times are hard but when the food is salty,no silverware, and if you ask for something that in the past was part of the order, make me upset.

I Place my order over the phone with who I asume is the owner of the restaurant. I had to repeat my order serval of times she couldn’t understand what was on her on menu. When I went to pick up my order and of course it was wrong. I called back to let them know and her answer to me was I didn’t understand you and pretty much your lost. They didn’t even apologize or had the courtesy to say rerun the plate and we will get your order correct. I said man is it possible that you are so money hungry 😠. Customer’s I would doble check your orders before leaving the place or make sure someone who speaks your language helps you if you notice that they don’t understand what your ordering.

They said it’s open but they don’t let people know that it’s close there’s uber eats request and DoorDash request and they have it close because they don’t wanna work there on holidays WASTE OF TIME

I had order here before and everything was good, unfortunately this time was not the same experience food for so bad that we couldn’t eat it, I call the place to see if I can get my money back. Once I hear that no I couldn’t. I ask to talk to the supervisor just to inform him that food was not good at all. He said you can bring it back? But definitely you are not getting your money back.
