I eat here all the time drive thru messed my order twice but I call and they fixed it. Quick service good customer service.

Much better choices than previously on KFC's. Glad to be able to have the green beans backs! Would like to be able to pick the baked option on chicken. . .

From the time they took my order to getting the food was only about 6 minutes. There were only 3 other customers ahead of me inside. The food was good. It was KFC. The place is clean, the customer service was fast and friendly.

This is the best KFC I've had in the region, including the whole Imperial Valley and San Diego. It is super juicy, crispy and fresh. Better option than burgers around and very convenient right off the I-8 freeway. My go to is the #1 combo for $5 and I am set for the road.

But this last time that I went I got a large order with my family and they forgot to put the corn and jalapenos that we asked for but it was too far to drive back and pick it up they also gave us wings instead of drumsticks like we had asked for. The food here is good. I highly recommend if you're going through the drive-thru or picking up that you check to make sure you got everything that you ordered

It's small to eat inside there's always flys in there like if they live there . Not as clean as you would think. Food is always good 👍 just make sure you ask for condiments . Don't go around 9 one of the workers said they run out of chicken by that time

It seems they didn't really understand what I was trying to do which was to order more chicken and save money too. In Georgia, they are much more helpful, but here in El centro California KFC they won't help you the same and probably because they don't know what I'm saying. I really didn't see anyone in there that could interpret for me. The other issue with my experience during my dining was the constant laughing and I felt some of it may have been towards me and maybe the way I was eating? I'm not sure what they was laughing at because everything they said was in another language. Members of KFC should be more respectful or is it this the custom here? This KFC appears new outside, but the restrooms tell you the real age of the restaurant. See my picture of men's restroom. During my eating, I saw one fly. Probably due to the drive thru, who knows. At least it was only one fly and not many like some places here in El Centro. P.S. If it wasn't for my initial taking of these people, they would have gotten one star. In other words it seems they want to help, yet the language barrier prevents them from understanding me completely. I had to pronounce them my order as if I was talking to a child learning English for the first time. I may need to bring a translator with me the next time I come here.

They won't change sides on combo meals. Smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen. I thought I was eating at Buffalo wild wings they were so small. No napkins or utensils in the bag. Overall fail.

Screwed up our order majorly. Only one thing was right. The on duty manager Alan was very unreasonable. Please nobody order from here if you wish to have a nice meal. Also a bad refund system

All I'm going to say is because of the customer service I will no longer return to this KFC. Normally I like KFC, but because of this experience it has left me with a sour taste. Church's Chicken, down the street, is definitely better over all.

Food was wretched, service unfriendly. Was charged $1 "upcharge" I did not order. Order packed to go even though I was eating in. KFC used to be good, now the chicken is just slimy.

I had to remove the 5 star review I had on KFC El Centro for years because what I just experienced was just not good at all. I went in and ordered a combo meal Chicken Sandwich fries and a drink along with two bowls. I paid and shortly after I was kindly told that they should have told me that there is no more fries until tomorrow when the truck gets there with more. So they offered me a choice of sides so I picked Mac and cheese. I told her they are going to hook me up correct, she said yes. I got my order and my side of Mac was the size of a little salsa you get for a taco. WHY would you treat your customers like that after you just convinced them that there where no fries do to their under ordering supplies? Why not make it up to the customer by giving them a decent side of Mac for the inconvenience. What are you saying that I need to get on a DIET? Come on people! I went in there for a good side of fries and you give me an extra small side of Mac. Why not give me a medium side so I can walk away happy? Or simply return my $23.00. People just get it! Sad. And to think, this was a 5 star review that turned to a 1 star ⭐️.

Food is Great, I can’t stop eating it, but the Customer Service from Monica is Garbage, every single time I go it always seems like she’s miserable, I ask for sides and she tends to care less, and it puts me in a terrible mood, I go on my lunch break to relax and enjoy some chicken and I get her attitude, Ariana, on the other hand is one of the best people that I’ve met she makes my day every time I go, she remembers my order and cares for every aspect of the order 10/10

I ordered an 8 piece tender basket and was told I couldn’t substitute the sides. I also asked for one of each sauce. I got home approximately 10-12 mins away and they only gave me honey mustard and hot sauce. I called and was told I could come back and get the sauces and they would give me 4 more tenders. The rest of my food would have been cold. Also no honey for the biscuits.

She was extremely unprofessional and unkept in appearance. She refused to give us her name and walked away angry!! I was so offended and first time I feel action should be taken.

How hard is it to mess up a kids meal? If they didn’t have enough chicken strips they should have just said so. Personally offended. I know it’s just food but someone thought it was okay to serve this to my daughter?? The person that made the order should have done their job or said something! Not cool.

Got a 20 dollar fill up for game day. Everything was disappointing. The chicken had no flavor. The Mac and cheese was watery. The gravy was like brown water. I’ve never been so unsatisfied with KFC before. I’m from the Midwest and this sucks compared to how they do it by me. Should have went to B dubs. 👎

For the $16 I paid, if I wasn’t hungry and had to be at work I would have returned for a refund. The wings were not fresh. I mean come on. If you wouldn’t eat if why serve it? Thought I’d try it because some people talk highly of it but I have never eaten Kentucky Fried Chicken and looks like I won’t ever again. The employees are ok but they need to keep up with their food discard times. People like me really wouldn’t have mind waiting the extra 10 mins for fresh food.

Honestly, big girl at drive through gets bothered if we ask for grilled chicken on purpose she dosen't insert fork napkins, butter or honey. I really wish she can respect clients more, There's many people that cannot eat fried food, plus we're paying her check, I really wish owner can read our reviews.

Employees need better training especially when a debit card is used and Customer wants only a certain amount to pay for especially on the card. Prices are a joke as well
