I was next door at Chef Lee's having a wonderful Chinese Lunch Special ! If you have never been then you are missing out on a great price and great choices, a much better deal than Papa John's can offer ! Today I had Chipotle Chicken and Almond Chicken with Lo Mein and I had to take my leftovers home. My wife had Chicken Chop Suey and Crazy Chicken with Chow Mein. Papa John's has raised their prices to cover the loss of business they suffered after their former CEO made racist comments, Raising their prices is only a punishment for their customers and I'm not willing to pay for their mistake.

Really good, the only downside is the food being only to go. Can't dine in. Overall, really good pizzas

Placed an online order. App sent updates and text messages with order status. Door Dash was the delivery service. They found me with no problem. Pizza was hot and made correct. Keep up the good job! Y'all nailed it! 🍕

It's ok but hardly any veggie options compared to the competition. No spinach stuff like that. Add more fresh veggie options and more vegan type options and will re review.

Overall good experience. It did take 40 minutes for one pizza, slow in my opinion. Epic stuffed crust pizza was not so epic just whatever.

Paid for extra cheese and looks like the took away the cheese. even if I didnt pay for extra cheese thats not even normal amount of cheese.

Dominoes is just the better pizza joint at the moment, better prices, cheaper delivery, better taste.

Waited over 45 minutes then driver forgot the soda. Said I can get it next time I order. So I have to go through this again.

They gave my order to another customer with the same name!🤦‍♂️I'm giving 2 stars on the food because I'm not sure of the taste.

The guy who attended me had no pulse he was like a robot he no personality I did not feel welcome he also made my pizza horrible personality at least smile

This Papa John’s location treats their employees unfairly. Air conditioning is out of service so they got the workers working in 100°+F inside. This is unsat. They better change this.

He said my card info was wrong over the phone, but while still on the phone my bank account was charged. Instead of helping me get my money back, he argued with me. They basically just took my $50 and told me to screw off.

Well I never had a bad pizza in my life.....until I went to this Papa John's......anybody can bake a pizza.....so how in the hell did they burn my pizza so bad that I couldn't eat it!....all you have to do is .....set the timer and check the right temperature .You will end up with a delicious pizza everytime. Needless to said...I will never return to this place! Little Cesar here I come.!

Ok so I spent close to $20 on the tiniest pizza!!! I thought bread sticks was being delivered. Almost no crust at all but a ton of CHEESE…… needless to say a lil disappointing ……

Do not order from this place. The service is incompetent at best. I have ordered twice from this place and both times they failed to log in my order. I don’t know what is going on, but they need to get it together. Don’t waste your money on this place, they are not worth it.

I ordered a couple pizzas and after 30 minutes the tracking system said the pizza was already delivered, then I called the local papa Johns and they told me it was on its way, it still took 30 minutes and the driver told me he had just got the pizzas to deliver a 3-4 minutes ago

Then I get a text from a door dash driver that they didn't know the space# and left the pizza at the office. I was what? Texted back that I was handicapped and couldn't get it and to cancel. They said they would come back and deliver. I said ok. BUT, I then realized that the office e is closed and unmanned, therefore my pizza is on the ground , not watched for 15-20 minutes. I texted again and said just cancel, the driver said I am here, I said NO take it back. When I woke up, the pizza was on the back porch (not where deliveries go) During this I tried calling the store 3 times on hold 15 minute a pop, no answer... I kept screenshots of text and pics of pizza on porch and let my bank take care of it... I'd haven give this experience a Zero if I could. Worst delivery of a pizza in my 62 years on earth.

We wont be ordering from here anymore. No notification, no one rang the doorbell, no knock on the door (we were sitting in the living room watching tv and waiting for our food that was already an hour and 15 mins late) I called the restaurant apparenrly it had just been delivered 10 mins ago, that our pizza was delivered, they left my family's food...ON THE FLOOR in front of my door. Nope, bye! Not to long after, we had received a coupon for a free pizza. We really do appreciate the gesture. Just hope it doesn't happen again to us or anyone else. Thank You.

Important UPDATE: The general manager ignored my request for a refund I took it up to a person higher up and they didn't care either. If you decide to order from them pay with card, that way if they ruin your pizza you can get it refunded to your bank.*** Original review: Really disapointed, was craving pizza all night. I finally give in and order some. When it arrived i noticed that more than half the pizza was burnt. Crust was black, only 2 slices "looked" unburnt. The rest of the pizza was rubbery and cold. Pretty much turned me off from ever wanting to order here again. I dont even think the pizza guy said thanks for the tip, even though he gassed up and couldn't find the address. (Use Google maps dummy) And no i don't want any coupons or anything im just real bummed out. Could have popped over to walmart to grab 4 pizzas at the price i paid for one cold, burnt one. The website even said free donut holes today only and i didn't receive those either.

Hello, as a DoorDash driver I just have a complaint on customer service on picking up the order for door dash, had me waiting on the order for 45 mins long so that I can be able to deliver it to the customer .
