The Boba's from here are very good.

This place is the best in the valley!! Their food is good, the donuts are amazing. Their staff is whats making me go back, they’re always nice,curteous, and professional. They always treat me as if they known me for a long time. They give great recommendations on what to eat. The only downfall is sometimes they have lame music playing. Other than that keep it up guys!!!!

Donuts are made fresh, never greasy; my family frequents here just for the donuts. Wide variety of drinks, as well as food items. Staff are super friendly. Be sure to leave them a tip! Drive thru available or walk in (door is in front of drive thru window). Best local donut 🍩 place.

I happened upon this place long ago randomly when I was looking for a bite late at night. Their pastrami sandwich was great, BUT!- more importantly: I’ve been an old-fashioned donut fan my entire life, and I’ve had them all over the United States. Having said that, I must say- these guys have perfected the old-fashioned donut: just the right amount of crisp on the outside, and deliciously dense on the inside. Mouth-watering flavor. The sides break off perfectly, if that’s how you choose to eat it.. The chocolate and maple ones are just as good- all that great texture with even more flavor… I live on the East coast, but anytime I think about this place, my mouth waters. Whenever I’m passing through (which isn’t often) I make it a point to stop by. Gotta get there early though or they may run out.

I think this is the only place to get boba in town. they did not disappoint though! I got the coconut and it's loaded with actual coconut shavings! Delicious. I've had the bread, too, and it was foot but not extraordinary. The boba more than makes up for it!

Honestly, they were the best donuts I ever had. They were still warm and so fresh it was amazing. I have never been disappointed with the quality at this location. Friendly service too. Will continue coming.

I must say that the two young gentlemen and young female working the front have some of the best customer service skills around. Today I ordered tortas and I must of not been clear. I received my order so I explained we needed more, and they kindly made me more and everyone was happy. That's the way that customer service should always be. My friends at Donut Palace get a 5 star review from me today. Thank you guys!

If you like pastries, you'll love this place! Humongous servings! And for extremely great prices! I had an apple fritter and was amazed at how delicious it was. Biggest one I've ever seen! And I come from Texas...where supposedly EVERYTHING is bigger. Well, I got news for Texas: better start working on a big apple fritter...cuz I think this place has ya beat 😆

Not a bad place to go to passed midnight. I'd chose it over other fast food restaurants. It is very inexpensive for the quantity of food you are able to get. Service can be slow but food is always good. I have yet to be disappointed. I would reccomend this place if you are looking for a new place to try.

Great service! They gave a decent selection of donuts and pan..... the only thing is.. they do not have chocolate chip cookies and rarely have chocolate muffins. But thier croissants are to die!!!

The carne asada and the pastrami tortas are delicious I very much recommend. Ordered on drive thru were I believe the service should have been faster. Employees were nice and respectful. Prices are affordable .

I normally get boba from here and it’s pretty good. Very good service. If there is a line at the drive thru, you’ll get your stuff faster by walking in. Overall, very good.

Very good place to grab some quick donuts for some coworkers. One of the donuts want fully cooked but can't complain. Overall it's a good place stop by.

The thai tea is a hit or miss, sometimes its good other times not so much. If you come at the end of the day, this "Donut palace" usually has no more donuts.

Donuts are good, everything smells like fabuloso. Too strong smelling of a cleanser for baked goods, they pick up the odor. Staff can be friendly, but occasionally inattentive and busy socializing. This is not as common though.

The donuts 🍩 are really good, but they never have selection. They always tell me to come back later. If it wasn't for that they will get 5 stars. But the product is only 50% of a businesses, so they're only getting 3.

The food is good but the service is awful 😑😑 I asked for sweet tea with lemon and three tortas ,my sweet tea HAD NO LEMON and THE TORTAS NO CHICHARON 😑

Overall good place for doughnuts and bread. Many times items not available like doughnuts. Very long wait times at drive thru at times. They should go outside and take orders to speed up process.

usually really good service, but the tall lady with tattoos today was pretty rude. She made a mistake with my order this morning and when i returned to have it fixed she had an attitude. When she returned with my correct order she just tossed it on the counter and said listo and rolled her eyes. When i said "an apology would be nice" she rolled her eyes so far back i swear i saw all white lol she said i didnt charge you the full amount, i told her i didnt care, charge me but give me the right order or at least an apology after rectifying it. Very dissapointed.

I've never gagged so hard in my life. I called and one of the workers I'm cool with apologized (even though it wasn't his fault and he didn't serve me it) and ended up replacing the teas, but honestly after this experience, I won't buy teas from here again.

This place is a joke. I ordered a large strawberry boba smoothie with extra boba. They gave me something completely different. Then when I went in to tell them about their mistake they tried to get me to pay for a whole new drink. I told them that I had already paid for the drink that I'm not paying again. He gave me a horrible attitude. He charged me for the normal amount of boba and didn't add the extra. I had to pay extra money for their incompetence. I'll tell you this. I'm not going back.

We ordered lunch on 03/14/21 upon receipt of our Tortas we discovered that the bread was burnt and there was hardly any carne asada in the Tortas. We have been ordering lunch for over three months and I finaly had it. I do not recommend this place for lunch or donuts as they are old and stale.

Went to get a burrito cane Asada with no rice and beans and lady told me They couldn’t do that that I have to get the rice and beans I told them I’ll pay whatever it costs I just can’t eat beans I’m allergic... she said well there’s nothing I can do and you can talk to the manager about it I said let me talk to him. She said you can call him yourself.... this is the WORST experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had... if someone tells you they’re allergic to something you shouldn’t try and force them to order it.... I will never go there again and will be telling everyone I know that has ever gone there to never go there again.... when I called the lady that answered was very unprofessional.... worst service ever

Went to get donuts Friday morning at 5:15 am and a sign said,”Sorry no donuts “ 😳😳 Never heard of a donut shop that didn’t or ran out of donuts on a Friday morning, or any morning. Never go again!!! Poor management no matter what the reason. I wouldn’t trust anything else in that place! Hire people that have a clue. I don’t care how good the food is

A bad attitude from the guy who was getting my order. He seemed angry that I ordered lemonade iced tea which was bad too. Donuts were bad as well, too greasy. I gave it another try for the boba and it was mostly ice and once again got an attitude from the same guy. Do not recommend, 0 stars if I could

Smoothie was great but they hung on to my credit card for an uncomfortably long time while they walked out of sight to make my smoothie. Businesses should know to teach thier employees to keep customer credit cards in view at all times and to make credit card transactions quickly so poeple don't get overly concerned about fraud.

My friend went today around at 6:15am and the lady was rude and told my friend vete alv incase anyone knows mrs.grinch working todays.

Poor customer service, ugly attitude from mostly every employee there. Never going back again unless they change their employees.
