Most juiciest, bestest, crunchiest, mostiest CHIGUSSY wings ever. They were so ripe I could feel them quiver with every bite. the strawberry soda was Devine. It’s as if they picked them straight off the vine and infused them into my soda. The lord would be proud.

I recently discovered the triple meat Big Buford. Everything great about a Big Buford cheeseburger, but with 3 beef patties instead of just 1 or 2. The seasoned frys are on point too. I recommend either the Fry Lover XL or the loaded frys. Both great choices.

They put the dog in fast food. I don't mean dog meat, but more like you say a baller plays the game with some dog in them. Ok, this review did not turn out like I had hoped. Sorry.

I just rolled into town and found out everything food and stores closed at 10 pm here but not good ole Rally's. After a long 6 hours drive and no food since the morning. I got a big Buford with a coffee. OMG What a fresh taste and the delicious 😋 fries . And they had great friendly service while doing it. Thanks you for being kind and delicious.

The food was very very good, pretty cute area. Friendly service. Cheap prices for good amount of food. Ice cream chocate vanilla or swirl for a dollar. Large drinks. They only have outdoor seating, but I don't mind that personally at least, small fry size. I recommend at least to try it. But I really liked it. And would go back.

I adore this particular franchise. Food is high quality (I rarely eat fast food...most is gross to me). Had an issue once. I was so upset that I took time to immediately park my car and call corporate. Two employees were obviously breaking policy with our order. Although I told corporate I did not want a phone call from the owner and I would never return, as I hung up, my daughter said, “right” and shook her head b The next week, I was back. That’s how good it is!!! Clean, friendly, helpful. I cant stay away!!!! Some day, I may call corporate and let the owner know he didn’t lose my business!!!!

We use to have Rallys down here in Texas but they shut down. Really missed their burgers, however the burgers are alot different from what I remember. At least the fries are the same. Didn't like the automated drive through much but my order was correct.

Rally has great customer service, I always get my orders quick and hot. They’re mozzarella sticks are the best ones I’ve had by far.

First time trying the Food at Rally's. Did not disappoint. Love the triple meat smoky BBQ bacon buford! It definitely worth it, good flavor on the beef. Like a Carl's and farmer boys blend burger. The chilie cheese fries also hit the spot. Service was quick. A place to check out, forsure.

This place is super tasty!! The guys working are young and have great manners, the food was great! We had a little bit of the menu, rally burger, loaded fries, chicken sandwich, boneless wings and everything was fresh to order and the flavors all went together. We just happened to pass through on our travels and I wish we could replace a few burger places in Tucson with like 3 of these and I would travel to each one.

The food is ok. They have two drive thru's, but they normally don't have a lot of employees working there so one is only used.

Lots of cheap choices in the $2 ballpark. Currently theres a nice 2 item deal. About 6 bucks. Outside seating with an order window, or drive thru. These fries are delish, but shame that theyre very pricey now. Come with an appetite for sloppy, greasy goodness.

Rally it's been one of my fast food service joints since I was younger. Love their french fries 😋. I don't know what seasoning they use but it's the Bomb 👌 and their spicy chicken sandwich 👌 simply one of the best. The only downside is that there is not one close to my town but everytime I drive by close one I just go to stop to get them 🍟..

I asked for boneless extra wet and they gave them to me extra extra wet, and with the Hot buffalo sauce not the medium.. It was a little hot surprise but I loved it. May be it was on purpose to f. With me but hey I actually liked it dummy. ❤

It's good especially for the price. I had no issues with the employees who gave me 3 napkins and 2 packages of ketchup without me even asking. Three cars in line in front of me and it went fairly quick and my food was hot. I took off one star not because of the employees but because the caramel cheesecake stacker was just vanilla ice cream with Twix, no cheesecake whatsoever. That was pretty blah. But everything else I've ordered has been good.

I went yesterday night to Rally’s and ordered the Baconzilla combo with a pibb, food was good fries were my favorite. Added a small cone for my 2 year old at the window and cashier Jessica was very sweet and friendly and made it exactly as I asked her, my son was very happy she made my night.

The way the drive-thru is set up is confusing

This place is a hit and miss. Sometime you get everything right and sometime you don't. It all depends who is working there. Sometime they are nice and sometime they can be slightly rude.

Rally's is an ok place to go for food. I mostly go for the fries. Right now they have a $1 deal on fries. Theis round they weren't to my normal expectations. My guess is they had a new staff member and they are still learning. The deals are ok when you are shopping a budget but it's not the best place for it. Being in the valley it gets hot outside so the outside seating area isn't the place you want to be. My suggestion is take the food on the go. But be sure to check your oder as they have been known to mess up the order on special orders. Such as not removing an item on the burger or sometimes not even putting your order in the bag.

The food at Rally’s was actually pretty good; hot, fresh, and exactly what you'd expect from a fast food stop. Unfortunately, the service was slow and not very friendly. The area around the restaurant also felt a bit run-down and dirty, which took away from the overall experience. If you're just grabbing food to-go, it might still be worth a stop, but don’t expect much beyond the drive-thru.

It's a great option for on the go fast food, but last visit wasn't great. Soda was tasteless (I assume they were running low on syrup) burgers weren't made with sesame bun as advertised, they don't let you know ahead of time they charge for ranch and they didn't give me my receipt. Fries are still bomb though.

Since we live about 40 mins away from Rally's, I was pretty disappointed to find out they forgot to put our fries in the bag. Lesson learned, always check the bag 😉

I ordered three rally burgers I specifically said no onions no tomatoes no lettuce on one no tomatoes or onions on the other and no special sauce or mayonnaise on the third one when I got home none of the orders that I had asked for was correct everything had lots of mayonnaise extra ketchup extra onions extra tomatoes extra lettuce I think that my concerns weren't even looked at I am very unsatisfied with the service that rallies provides it'll be the last time I order from there

Ordered a deep sea double fish sandwich and it was burnt, hard and overcooked. Ordered through Uber Eats app. Manager Sosa didn't know how to rectify problem. I'm about to stop using Uber Eats unless they can update app with phone number to lodge complaints.

December 26, 2020, 11:00 AM I just had two rally’s big Buford’s. They were pre-cooked and barely warm. The bun was a bit crusty. Such a shame because I drove out of my way from Highway eight to get here.

The food is good but the waiting time to order and get the food is very very slow. I wouldn't eat here if the service is very slow.

Burgers were cold and fries were a bit hard like they had refried them. They weren't crispy and fresh. Their fries are good when done right. Always go back once in a great while to see if burgers can be served hot also really go for the fries but I always get disappointed. This was my first time going back to eat there this year and they served us cold burgers yet again. Even my family was so disappointed. A waste of money for a family of 4. Please can someone tell me why they always serve cold burgers?

If you see a line and people that are ordering for 20 mins, just know its because the speaker doesn't work. I asked twice no ketchup or tomato since I'm allergic. When I came to pick it up I repeated it and he had a suspicious look, yet the guys said nothing. I came home to discover the burger had both ketchup and tomato.... thank God I opened and looked. I had to throw it away after a very long day at work, and go to be without dinner (I was so tired and I already awaited in line so long). Their slushy also came liquid. At least j had the fries.

Whomever works nights has the worst attitude and customer service. Wasn't helpful at all regarding questions about the app, all he said was well I don't use it so I don't know. Umm ok but you're the lead employee so you should know something or how to guide your customers on where to find help etc. plus he cut me off on my question to tell me I had to pay cash only since the system was down for cards. Which, I was fine with it. As I tried to finish asking my question he said well like I said my system is down and I don't use the app so I can't scan anything, then walked away from the window, like I should know how the system works. By then I was just irritated with his attitude that we decided to just walk off and get back in my car. This wasn't the 1st encounter with him so this time I decided not to deal with it. Last time I went he had the same horrible attitude and all he did was hand me my food (since you order through a robot) and just shoved it out the window and slammed the window, food was cold the only good thing was a few fries and I went through the drive thru and parked there to eat. So the food should have been nice and hot. No napkins, couldn't even ask for ketchup. I definitely didn't want to walk to the window and deal with him again. I don't know if the white sedan is his but if I see it there I won't even bother. So sad bc I just moved back and I missed Rally's so much. Now I don't even want to go back. Need new employees!

We were in El Centro Saturday for our 1x per month big shopping and indulgences day. We had done our shopping, been to a movie and had run out of time for a sit down restaurant meal. So before heading back up the hill to Boulevard, we decided to grab Rally’s. Imagine, for 2 people it cost $31 plus dollars. As I’m paying for dinner (this was right about 9:00 p.m.), I asked the person at the window for a couple of sauce packets. I rarely use ketchup so dipping sauces are one of my guilty pleasures. After spending $31 on two burger meals (1 burger was supposed to be a triple, it was wrong) he has the gall to tell me they’re I think it was 27 cents each. I wasn’t offered ketchup, 1 of my burgers was wrong, and after spending that much this person tried to charge for sauces. That chasing of 70 cents, rudeness and lack of attention paid to my order just cost this location a customer. I almost gave the food back but we were hungry. I love Rally’s but we will not be back to this location anytime soon.

This place has the worst service ever. My friend went to rallys today as she pulled up to get her order, a young lady named Cynthia working today at around 10 a.m today July 18. This girl got her food and threw the food all ocer my friend. Dirtying her car as well as herself. This worker did this and locked the little service window and walked away. This is unacceptable for such a worker that should be dedicated to customer service and the satisfaction of the customer should come first. How dare this workee to do such a thing. Mind you that my friend was not rude in any way and did not deserve such distasteful treatment. This young lady named Cynthia should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! And the footage of her doing this to such a customer should be reviewed by a manaher in order to confirm such animal behavior! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE IMMEDIATELY!!! We are filing a complaint to your corporation as we speak.

The employees don't wash there hands after using the restroom. I was in drive thru saw a male employee open the outdoor restroom door with a newspaper in his hand. Obviously I could see his hands weren't wet and washed because he had a dry newspaper in his hands. Then he just entered the side employees entrance and started cooking the food and went to the drive thru window. They should wear gloves like Burger king does in El Centro.

Food is decent and cheap ,but this particular rally’s has the WORST employees, literally every time I have come here no matter what time of day, they always mess up the order then when you go back they are extremely rude and argue about it, I’ve gotten boneless wings that were still frozen in the middle when I took it back the employee actually argued with me and told me it can’t be cold I told her to feel it for herself and she said if you don’t want it I can throw it away for you and took it and threw it out and didn’t offer to remake them, their outside speaker barely works and they leave you waiting to order for ridiculous amounts of time even when they are not busy. I won’t be coming back here until they hire some decent employees.

This is the review I tried to post on the guest obsessed site but was shut down with a 1200 max character: I am absolutely not the person to go whining and complaining when my order takes a while; I know customers are hungry and often indecisive when ordering, and crew members are doing everything possible to keep up with the demand of rush hour. However when I have to repeat my order three times at the speaker, three times at the window with two different people, get charged incorrectly and STILL get my order wrong, I'm going to be less than pleased. Apparently, in the rush and flurry of incoming orders, the car ahead of me was charged for my order. When the cashier realized this mistake, the supervisor was called to fix the problem but only made it worse. We were charged incorrectly with my credit card and had to pay with coins I rummaged for in my car (I had no cash with me). When my husband and I finally got our food, we noticed we got a Rally Burger instead of the Chicken Sandwich we ordered. I checked the receipt and noticed they punched in a Rally Burger, so no help there. We decided to go back and request our desired sandwich, we explained the situation to Letty, who replied with a scowl and a very curt "So what do you want??" Some 25 minutes after our initial arrival at the restaurant, we finally got our food (half of what we originally wanted, since we decided to order less and just get the heck out of there). The food was fresh and tasty, but honestly, after that fiasco, I didn't even want it anymore. We ate it because we waited a long time and paid for it, and my husband and I are not interested in throwing away food when there are so many people going to sleep hungry, but we were sitting there eating our food in "1st world problem" spite. My husband and I boycotted Rally's in Brawley because of their horrible service and disgusting "cleaning" habits, but had been craving their burgers for months. We were so excited to get to the location in El Centro, but after that incident, I am certain we are never going to take our chances again with Rally's or Checkers. I purposely waited a few days before leaving a review, wanting to make sure I wasn't just being picky and privileged, but it's been four days now and I'm still sad and extremely disappointed at the whole thing.

I was told to wait for a minute, and after waiting he asks me if I already ordered. That didn’t made sense to me. Also, the speaker needs to be fixed, had a lot communication problems, unless the guy was doing it on purpose. Lastly, I didn’t get any condiments, I have never asked and always get at least ketchup, I’m done with this place. Small things like that matter.

Ordered food and was given the wrong type of burger along with one less ordered item, when I went back I had a horrible experience with Fausto , saying that my wrong burger order “wasn’t that big of deal “ from our original order. Wasted my gas and time to go back to Rally’s for a problem on their end, wasting my time and gas in this heat, will never go back again.

Bought 2 large fruit punch slushies. They barely had any flavor and one of them had a couple of bugs in it. Not very happy with this place. Don't forsee myself going back.

Why does Rally's manager have to be so snobby? I mean she charged us $2.25 for just a small watermelon slushy and it says that ketchup is available upon request but what about the BBQ sauce and ranch, well she was going to try and charge us an extra .25 for ranch and BBQ sauce that's not cool at all

Terrible customer service! Employees lack basic communication skills and are unable to provide proper service. They’re also rude. The food was ok although it seemed a bit raw. First time I go to this location and the first impression wasn’t great. I don’t plan on returning. (It was a big order and still got a shitty service.)

The food has always been very good. Like many others, I love the fries and the traditional Rallyburger. However, the service has been declining in recent days. The staff, specifically at El Centro California, especially at night, provide terrible customer service and can even be rude to customers. Hopefully, the place will hire staff who provide good service or train them to always uphold the company’s values. I hope Rally's will be great again.
