Evelyn gave me outstanding customer service today at drive through window. Went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my order. Food taste great. All staff at this location have good customer service. Will be returning to this location.

This BK is perfect on my road trip. El Centro is between San Diego and Yuma Arizona making it the perfect spot to relax and eat. The staff was EXCELLENT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 👌

I hadn’t been a Burger King in many many years. We wanted something small and satisfying the dogs 🐕 were also hungry so we were next to a Burger King 👑 and decided to pull in; glad we did. They were on top of their game today. Service, food and atmosphere were excellent. Either that or we were just hungry 😋. Whatever the case it was a great experience. The manager was also awesome and polite and had good manners. 🌺

Burger King has really stepped up their game! The service here is top-notch; they get my order right every time, and the staff is incredibly polite. Now, let's talk about the food - their flame-grilled burgers are mouthwatering. And don't get me started on the crispy onion rings! The ambiance is clean and comfortable, with a modern twist. It's a fantastic spot for a quick, tasty meal.

This burger king make the best whopper ive ever had I eat here once per year on my way through california every time no exception 10/10 whopper just hits different. They still give the kids crowns here too they don't do that at any other burger king I been to anymore sad

Service here rocks..... I'm a spicey chicken sandwich guy.... 95% of the time it is cooked perfect but then that 5% when it is on the small side and over cooked. Which is why it is a 4 star not 5 but still good food and great service..

We don't go to Burger King. Like ever. There aren't really any good ones in my home town. But we've stopped here twice now on our road trips and it makes for a good pit stop. Kids get their wiggles out at the play place, the food is well prepared, and the bathrooms are in reasonable condition. Not A+ but suitable.

The only reason I'm giving 4⭐ is because I Love BK's coffee! Oh, and you can get good nuggets at a reasonable price. The customer service is below average with little to no smiles or greetings. The staff look overwhelmed with work. They are pretty quick about getting the food ready, though. Love the coffee! ☕ I would buy their coffee if they sold it in stores.

We were passing through and needed a place for a quick bite and a pit stop. The food was good and the staff was good also. I gave this place a 4 start not for the food but the restrooms were not that great. Lots of etched graffiti that gave the feel of "maybe we're not in a good part of town". Yet it was in a little "mall" area where a Best Buys was located. Toilet paper was on the floor and although the toilet was not yucky looking the graffiti on the walls, mirror, toilet seat, toilet tank left a bad impression. I couldn't wait for my son to be done so we can leave.

So as far as BK's, it's not bad. I like using the self order kiosk but my order always gets messed up. Not a big deal we still get our main order right. I will give a shoutout to an outstanding employee, Raul! He delivered great service with a smile. Truely a hard worker and deserves recognition

The manager that took my order in the driv thru just now, could had spoken a little nicer and not so...unprofessional.

Cheese burger paties were way overcooked, making them dry. I added ketchup, but that didn't help. Cooks need more training, or they need to stop recooking the meat patties.

They always run out of product SMH🤦🏻

Good place for a quick bit. Menu could offer more choices. Service descent. Prices not to bad. Food is pretty consistent. I do find I eat here at least 4 to 5 times a month. Clean bathrooms.

If you like Burger King this is the only one in Imperial County. Service if fairly quick & friendly. I always go for the classic whopper.

Soda has no fizz and very little drinks to choose from, also fries taste as if they were microwaved. The only thing that made us stay was the playground for kids, our kids had fun

First time at Burger King and it wasnt terrible but not really ever going back. And it wasn't the terrible service I received at the counter it was the food. The price of the food didn't really match. I'd rather go to in n out or Carl's Jr.

Ordered a rodeo burger. Got it, opened it, no cheese or bacon. Brought it to the counter and asked for it to be fixed. Got it back still missong cheese. They're out of nearly every soda. None of the tables were clean andthe staff could barely understand English. Won't be returning.

All my food was cold. My cheese on the burger wasn't even melted. Fries was cold.

I am only giving a one because it's the lowest available. The customer bathroom in this place is a joke. The door doesn't even close all the way (it stays ajarred) there was no toilet paper for ladies. I order a medium ice tea and she charges me $2.91...what!?! I asked her "for a medium tea?" Then she says oh do you want the value meal price? Ummm, yes please. That's only $1.49 Glad we didn't order food. This place needs a health inspection.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The burgers are always cold here. The one time I asked them if they could make me a hot burger, they microwaved it. Wrapper, veggies and all. Constantly giving me incorrect change. Half the time they have the door locked, and you are forced to wait in the drive thru line, and with gas over $6/gallon sometimes I'd prefer to just go inside and get it to go. But yesterday evening was by far the worst. I mean, this was such sheer stupidity I had to share. Everyone knows they have the 2 for $5, and that there's a few different sandwiches to choose from. Well, right there on the menu in the drive thru it says "Big King! 2 for $5!" and "Mix & Match!", and it SHOWS the picture of a Big King sandwich. So I ask for 2 Big Kings. No problem so far. I get to the window, and the girl working says "2 Big Kings, your total is gonna be $10.80." So I think there was miscommunication, and say "Oh I'm sorry miss, I just wanted two, not two orders of the Big Kings. Just two." And she says "Yeah, two Big Kings. $10.80." And I say "Aren't they 2 for $5?" Her response (brace yourself, this is where full blown stupidity happens)? "Yeah, they are but you have to ask for them to be that price." No lies, she literally said that. So I said "Why do I need to ask if it's on the menu advertised at that price?" And Paola (her name) says "Cuz my manager said you have to ask for it to be that price." I just looked at her like she was an idiot and drove away without saying another word. They can't even honor their own prices. Literal FALSE ADVERTISING. I don't know if they just have stupid employees or piss poor management, but I get the feeling it's a combination of both.

Very rude, customer service is two thumbs down. I was in line to order food and my family had to use the restroom while I ordered. Instead of giving my family the code to use the bathroom they insinuate that I am not going to pay for my order and therefor could not use the bathroom. What kind of business treats it's customers that way? Very disrespectful. Two thumbs down.

The service is bad. It is not clean. The staff have bad attitude. The tv menu screen are not working. 1 of the 4 menu screens are out of order. The work moral is not up to par. The staff doesn’t care about their job. Management is not doing their job. Not worth visiting for a simple meal.

I believe 09-22-25 i’m doing this review to make people aware of what goes on in places like Burger King when we’re not looking or even worse when we’re looking in my case I pulled up with my grandbaby got her happy meal and myself number one pulled up to the front. the guy was picking his Knows then, handing me my drinks I was grossed out then he proceeded to gather the rest of my stuff and pass Me my food and grabbed his nose, blew in it and squeezed his palm together and flung his snot to the floor. I couldn’t believe it. I am still grossed out. To me, this is Urgent. Someone must review it in the camera. See how disgusting he is and get rid of him so I wanted to complain to the manager. But I did not want to see him so I called the next morning over and over never ever did someone pick up try again Wednesday someone picked up. I spoke to the manager assistant she apologize and instead of go ahead and come in for the meals again I told her absolutely not. I will not be eating there anymore for a long time. I only wanted my refund and that was it. I went in for my refund and just my luck who walks out of the freezer picking his nose my mouth fell to the floor. I was like unbelievable. Are you kidding me? So he was helping the people before me and I’m looking at him so disgusted he is overweight and he’s sitting there pouring of sweat and getting his hand and wiping all his sweat off of his forehead and then turning around to get the ladies food and that alone disgusted me I mean you’re touching your sweat and then touching food that’s gross. You’re picking your nose and throwing it on the floor. And you’re picking your nose right in front of everybody am I the only one that’s disturbed about this? I mean I get it. The manager refused to come out and told him to deal with me and I was shocked once again, and I told him no, I do not want to speak to anyone else, but the manager I mean come on the complaint was about him. She finally came out. She gave me my refund. She just want to get rid of me. She really didn’t Seem too interested about it at all and before she went in the room to get my money she had let him know what she was gonna do as if she needed permission from him I don’t get that part I don’t know what’s happening to her food, industry restaurants they just don’t seem to care who they hire and how customer services anymore. We went ahead and ordered and it took them 5 times and still did not get the burger right, not sure if it was because the supervisor and staff only speak to you in spanish. They were rude and it was the worst experience at any Burger King I have been to. I'm going to go out of town from now on if I want Burger King.
